护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力考评指标体系的初步构建

目的:构建护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力考评指标体系,为其提供有效的考评工具。方法:在文献回顾、小组讨论以及专家访谈的基础上初步拟定指标体系,采用德尔菲法对29名护理专家就指标体系进行两轮咨询论证。结果:两轮专家咨询后形成专家一致性意见,问卷有效回收率分别为71.4%、82.8%,专家权威系数分别为0.871、0.891,专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.143、0.255,经检验后均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。最终形成的考评指标体系包括6项考评内容(思想品德素质、理论知识水平、临床实践能力、临床科研能力、临床教学能力、组织管理能力),23项考评指标以及67项评价标准。结论:本研究构建的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力考评指标体系能为护理硕士研究生临床能力评价提供参考依据。     

儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力评价指标的构建

目的构建儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力评价指标,为其临床能力的培养、考核提供有效的评价工具,进而促进临床能力全面提升。方法通过文献分析、半结构式访谈和小组讨论初步拟定条目池,运用德尔菲法对全国7个地区的22名专家进行两轮多中心函询,通过预实验检验评价指标的信效度及对各级指标进行权重设置。结果两轮专家函询后形成了专家的一致性意见,问卷有效回收率分别为95. 65%,100%,专家权威系数为0. 84,专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0. 117、0. 096,经检验均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),评价指标的Cronbach’sα系数为0. 936,内容效度为0. 868,所构建的评价指标包括6项一级指标、26项二级指标、97项三级指标。结论该评价指标能全面、客观地评价儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力,并为其系统培养提供参考依据。     

老年护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师核心能力评价指标体系的构建

目的:构建老年护理硕士专业学位(MNS)研究生临床指导教师核心能力评价指标体系。方法:采用文献回顾法及半结构式访谈初步构建老年MNS研究生临床指导教师核心能力评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对24名专家进行2轮咨询,运用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果:2轮专家咨询专家有效应答率分别为100.0%和83.3%,专家意见提出率分别为54.2%和35.0%,专家权威系数分别为0.893和0.903,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.210和0.403(均P<0.001),最终构建的老年MNS研究生临床指导教师核心能力评价指标体系包括6个一级指标、15个二级指标、57个三级指标。结论:老年MNS研究生临床指导教师核心能力评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可靠性,可为临床指导教师遴选、考核提供参考。     

应用德尔菲法构建护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标

目的 初步构建我国护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标,为护理硕士专业学位研究生教育提供理论依据.方法 根据国内外文献回顾、半结构式访谈的结果,形成Delphi专家咨询问卷,对全国5个省市护理教育、护理管理、护理实践3个领域的31名资深专家进行2轮Delphi专家咨询,最终确立护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力的一、二级指标.结果 通过Delphi专家咨询得出护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力包括7个一级指标、42个二级指标.一级指标分别为临床实践能力、教育指导能力、临床研究能力、协调管理能力、沟通合作能力、个人和专业发展能力及伦理决策能力.结论 建立了护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标,为未来对护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养方案的制定、课程设置、教学方法的选择提供了参考依据.

护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力培养

护理硕士专业学位人才培养目标是为社会培养高层次应用型一线护理专业人才,帮助研究生掌握和提升临床实践能力。该文以教育部研究生专业学位教育改革要求及社会人才需求为依据,以我国护理硕士专业学位教育现状为切入点,对我国护理硕士专业学位人才实践能力培养的主要任务和要求,实践能力培养方案的设计原则,实践能力培养实施及面临的挑战进行综合阐述,旨在启发各级护理院校护理硕士专业学位教育改革思路,为我国有效培养更多一线应用型高级专业护理人才,满足社会需求提供参考。     

构建护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力指标体体系的研究

[目的]初步构建适合我国国情的护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力指标体系.[方法]选择37名护理专家,采用Delphi法对我国护理硕士专业学位研究生应具备的核心能力进行了两轮问卷咨询.[结果]专家积极性高,两轮问卷有效回收率分别为90.2%和100.0%,专家的权威程度系数为0.89,专家意见协调系数为0.55~0.80(P均＜0.001),协调系数具有显著性,说明专家咨询意见的协调性好.形成6项一级维度23项二级条目的护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力指标体系.[结论]对于护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力构成维度及条目专家意见集中,研究结果可靠,其研究为我国护理硕士专业学位研究生培养方案的设置提供了参考依据.     

护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力评价指标权重分析

目的 分析护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力阶段性评价指标权重,为构建阶段性临床能力考评体系提供依据。方法 以我国学者经循证后构建的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力评价指标体系为框架,按基础、中期、毕业3个水平分别构建递阶层次结构,计算不同水平的各指标权重值;同时对9名临床教师进行半结构式访谈,并使用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈结果进行整理分析。结果 层次分析法结果显示,基础水平一级指标知识（0.366）及态度（0.366）的权重占比较为相似,均大于技能（0.268）。中期与毕业水平中均为技能权重占比最高,但毕业水平中一级指标权重的分布更为平均,依次为技能（0.365）、态度（0.329）、知识（0.306）。质性研究共提炼3个主题。主题1：基础水平考核应注重基础知识与技能。主题2：中期水平考核应以实践能力评价为核心。主题3：毕业水平考核应注重能力评价的全面性。结论 不同水平的临床能力评价指标权重值存在显著差异,提示在构建阶段性考核方案应有所侧重,注重引导学生逐步提升临床能力、胜任专业领域内的相关工作,更好地实现以评促学、以评促教。     

护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力培养现状

文章从课程设置、教学方法、评估与考核出发,归纳、分析国外护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力的培养经验,结合我国护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力的培养情况,提出几点建议:优化课程设置,强化理论与实践相联系;改革教学方法,激发学生临床实践兴趣;规范评估与考核,保障培养质量,以积极探索适合我国国情、体现护理专科特色的护理硕士专业学位研究生培养体系,实现应用型高级护理实践人才的培养目标。

目的构建我国护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践能力的指标体系。方法采用Delphi法从全国范围选择45名专家进行两轮函询。结果专家积极性高,两轮函询问卷有效回收率分别为80.00%和91.67%;专家的权威程度系数分别为0.85、0.89;第2轮一级指标和二级指标的协调系数分别为0.284、0.262。最终形成包含6个一级指标,即:临床专科护理能力、教育能力、提供咨询能力、研究能力、临床和专业领导能力和自我管理能力及34个二级指标的护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践能力指标体系。结论初步确定了护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力的指标体系,为日后形成护理专业学位硕士研究生培养方案提供科学依据。     

护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力考核探讨

目的了解护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力培养与考核中存在的问题。方法采用床旁整体护理查房、操作考核、病历与轮转记录检查、带教教师访谈等方式进行考核。结果护理硕士专业学位研究生的职业思想评价良好,病历书写和整体护理能力较为薄弱。结论护理硕士专业学位研究生的临床能力培养有待加强,应充分调动导师和带教教师的积极性,建立和完善临床能力考核机制和考核结果处置管理制度。

目的 探讨我同护理本科毕业生的核心能力结构,构建一套护理本科毕业生核心能力的综合评价指标体系.方法 采用专家咨询法(Delphi Method)和层次分析法(AHP),对初拟指标体系的指标项目、指标层次结构、指标内涵、指标权重进行咨询,并对咨询结果 进行统计学处理.结果 经过2轮专家咨询,构建了护理本科毕业生核心能力综合评价指标体系;咨询专家组个人权威程度系数在0.775～1.0之间;专家对各级指标设置意见的一致性程度在91.9%以上;专家一致性系数为0.84;指标逻辑一致性检验CI或CR值均＜0.1.结论 护理本科毕业生核心能力评价指标体系经过2轮专家咨询后形成,咨询的专家权威程度高,专家意见一致性较高,指标逻辑一致性检验CI＜0.1,具有较好的科学性和可靠性.
