“H”形弹力胶布固定胸腔闭式引流管的临床观察

[目的]探讨应用"H"形3M弹力胶布固定胸腔闭式引流管的临床效果。[方法]将92例行胸腔闭式引流术的病人随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,分别采取"H"形3M弹力胶布固定以及3M宽纸胶布固定,观察两组首次固定后导管移位、胶布松脱情况、胶布使用天数、病人舒适度等情况。[结果]观察组病人首次固定胸腔闭式引流管后效果、舒适情况、胶布首次固定使用时间均优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]采用"H"形3M弹力胶布固定引流管,具有黏附性好、使用时间长、固定可靠、不易移位、病人舒适等优点。
