[目的]了解延边地区朝鲜族和汉族人群高血压及其亚型的分布特征.[方法]以本地区30~70岁朝鲜族和汉族常住居民3011名为研究对象,比较分析高血压亚型在延边地区不同民族及年龄间的分布状况及其特征.[结果]朝鲜族和汉族人群高血压粗患病率分别为46.5%,34.0%,年龄调整后的标准化患病率分别为37.2%,31.4%,朝鲜族人群显著高于汉族人群.在高血压人群中,随着年龄的增长,单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)和收缩期高血压合并舒张期高血压(SDH)的比例显著增高,而单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)的比例显著降低.朝鲜族和汉族60岁以下年龄组高血压患者中ISH所占比例分别为8.3%,10.6%,IDH分别为37.8%,38.8%,SDH分别为53.9%,50.6%;朝鲜族和汉族60岁以上年龄组高血压患者中ISH所占比例分别为20.3%,30.6%,IDH分别为16.9%,13.2%,SDH分别为62.7%,56.2%.[结论]延边地区高血压及其亚型的患病率呈现明显的民族间差异,且在高血压人群中不同亚型所占的比例亦存在民族间差异.高血压人群中随着年龄的增长,ISH和SDH的比例显著增高,IDH的比例显著降低,且以SDH为多见.  相似文献

Background:Urbanization in China is rapidly proceeding, but rural-to-urban migration and its association with overweight and obesity is not well studied. This study aimed to explore the age at arrival, duration of migration, and the corresponding association with overweight/obesity in Yi migrants in China.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted in rural and urban areas in 2015 in Sichuan province, China. Demographic characteristics, lifestyle factors, and anthropometry were collected. General linear regression models were used to assess the effect of duration of migration (1–10, 11–20, 21–30, and >30 years) on body mass index (BMI). Multi-variable logistic regression was used to examine the association between duration of migration and overweight/obesity (BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2).Results:A total of 3056 Yi people (1894 Yi farmers and 1162 Yi migrants) aged 20 to 80 years were enrolled. After adjusting for age, sex, and other potential confounders, Yi migrants had 1.71 kg/m2 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.36–2.06) higher BMI and a 2.13-fold (95% CI: 1.71–2.65) higher risk of overweight/obesity than Yi farmers. In Yi migrants, stratified by age at arrival, no significant association between duration of migration and overweight/obesity was observed in those who were 0 to 20 years old at arrival. In comparison, in migrants >20 years old at arrival, compared with the reference group (1–10 years), long-term migration (>30 years) was found to be associated with overweight/obesity after adjustment (odds ratio: 1.85, 95% CI: 1.04–3.29).Conclusions:Yi migrants were observed to have greater risk of overweight/obesity than Yi farmers. In Yi migrants, the risk of overweight/obesity increased according to the duration of migration, especially in those who were older upon their arrival.  相似文献

目的 探讨蒙古族人群血管炎症标志物水平与不同亚型高血压的关系.方法 以年龄≥20岁蒙古族居民作为研究对象,采取调查问卷方式收集人口统计学特征和生活方式危险因素资料,测量身高、体质量和血压,检测血脂、血糖、胰岛素和炎症标志物等指标水平.采用单因素方差分析和多因素协方差分析方法研究炎症标志物水平与单纯收缩期高血压 (ISH)、单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)和复合型高血压(SDH)的关系.结果 经年龄与性别调整后,各亚型组C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平显著高于正常组,ISH组和SDH组的血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子(sICAM)-1水平高于正常组,IDH和SDH组的可溶性E选择素(sE-selectin)水平高于正常组(均P<0.05);经多因素调整后,ISH组[lnCRP1.99(1.86~2.12),P=0.075]和SDH组[lnCRP1.95(1.89 ~2.02),P<0.05]的CRP水平高于血压正常组[lnCRP1.86(1.83 ~ 1.90)],IDH组的sICAM-1水平[313.21 (301.16 ~325.26) μg/L]低于血压正常组[328.65 (323.68~ 333.61) μg/L](P<0.05),IDH组的sE-selectin水平[lnE-selectin3.03(2.98 ~ 3.08)]高于血压正常组[lnE-selectin2.96(2.94 ~2.98)] (P <0.05).结论 CRP与ISH关系更密切,sE-selectin与IDH关系更密切.  相似文献

目的 了解西安市11~17岁青少年超重和肥胖的现状及其相关因素.方法 通过多阶段整群抽样方法抽取西安市6城区30所中学1 804名学生(11~17岁),测量其身高、体重并计算体质指数(BMI),采用2000美国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)低体重标准及中国肥胖工作组(WGOC)推荐的超重和肥胖判定标准计算低体重率、超重和肥胖率.出生体重、家庭住址、经济状况、家长学历、职业和身高、体重等信息通过家长填写问卷采集.结果 西安市青少年总超重肥胖率为17.4%(超重率11.2%、肥胖率6.2%),其中男性总超重肥胖率为20.2%,女性为14.4%.低体重率为2.7%.多元logistic回归显示:性别、年龄、家庭居住地、家庭经济状况及父母体重与青少年超重和肥胖显著相关(P<0.05).经性别、年龄调整后,城区青少年超重和肥胖的风险是郊区的2.7倍(95%可信区间1.8~4.0);家庭富裕青少年的超重和肥胖风险是不富裕家庭的1.6倍(95%可信区间1.04~2.5);父母超重或肥胖的青少年超重肥胖发病风险是父母体重正常的1.8倍(95%可信区间1.3~2.5).结论 超重和肥胖已经成为影响西安市青少年健康的一个主要公共卫生问题,多发于城区、经济富裕或父母肥胖的家庭,以男性居多.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo examine the association between obesity and high blood pressure (BP) in Chinese children and adolescents.MethodsBody mass index (BMI) and blood pressure measurements of 197 191 children aged 7–17 years were obtained from a Chinese national survey in 2010. Obesity and high BP were defined according to the reference values for Chinese children. Adjusted odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) of different BMI categories for high BP, as well as the population attributable risk percent (PAR%), were also calculated.ResultsThe prevalence of high BP was 16.1% for boys and 12.9% for girls in 2010. Overweight and obese children had a significantly higher prevalence of high BP than non-overweight children in both boys and girls in each age group. ORs (95% CI) for high BP were 4.1 (3.9, 4.4) in obese boys and 4.0 (3.7, 4.3) in obese girls. The overall PAR% for high BP due to overweight and obesity was 14.4%.ConclusionOverweight and obese children have a significantly higher risk of high BP than non-overweight children. Eliminating overweight and obesity could reduce 14.4% of high BP cases.  相似文献

目的:分析广东省珠海市斗门区农村居民超重和肥胖现状及其影响因素,为制定相应的预防控制措施提供参考。方法:按照分层随机抽样原则,随机抽取斗门区两个镇4个自然村,并对其农村居民进行入户调查和体检。结果:被调查人群超重、肥胖症患病率分别为29.8%和6.9%,女性超重患病率高于男性,肥胖差异没有显著性。而静坐时间、年龄、文化程度、工作强度和每周轻度运动次数,是农村居民超重和肥胖的主要影响因素,而且不同的性别影响因素不一样;超重及肥胖与高血压、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、高甘油三脂血症、高尿酸等慢性病密切相关。结论:斗门区农村居民超重和肥胖患病率稍高于国家平均水平,且与许多慢性疾病密切相关,应引起足够重视,重点倡导居民养成健康的生活方式和增强工作强度,预防超重和控制肥胖。  相似文献

[目的]研究延边农村地区朝鲜族和汉族人群各高血压亚型的临床特征及高血压发生的影响因素.[方法]给3 011例30~70岁的朝鲜族及汉族人群进行血压、身高、体重、腰围(WC)、臀围、血糖及血脂等测定.根据收缩压和舒张压值分为正常血压(NBP)组、单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)组、单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)组及收缩期高血压合并舒张期高血压(SDH)组,进行比较分析.[结果]朝鲜族高血压人群中ISH,IDH,SDH亚型的构成比分别为12.33%,30.83%,56.84%,汉族中分别为14.70%,33.50%,51.80%,均以SDH最多见,而朝鲜族及汉族高血压亚型分布间略有差别.与NBP组比较,朝鲜族人群ISH组甘油三酯(TG)值显著升高,汉族人群ISH组腰围臀围比值(WHR)及腰围身高比值(WHtR)显著升高;朝鲜族及汉族人群IDH组体重指数(BMI),WC,WHR,WHtR,血清总胆固醇(TC),TG值显著升高;朝鲜族及汉族人群SDH组BMI,WC,WHR,WHtR,TG,FBG值显著升高.朝鲜族及汉族ISH组年龄均显著高于SDH及IDH组,IDH组年龄最低,朝鲜族IDH和SDH组BMI值均明显高于ISH组,SDH组WC,WHtR值明显高于ISH组.[结论]延边农村地区朝鲜族及汉族人群高血压亚型的分布间存在差异,均以SDH最多见,而总体脂含量、体脂分布、血糖及血脂是高血压发生的影响因素.  相似文献

Objective To explore the influence of secular trends in body height and weight on the prevalence of overweight and obesity among Chinese children and adolescents. Methods The data were obtained from five cross-sectional Chinese National Surveys on Students’ Constitution and Health. Overweight/obesity was defined as BMI-for-age Z-score of per the Wold Health Organization (WHO) reference values. Body height and weight for each sex and age were standardized to those reported in 1985 (standardized height: SHY; standardized weight: SWY) and for each sex and year at age 7 (standardized height: SHA; standardized weight: SWA) using the Z-score method. Results The prevalence of overweight/obesity in Chinese children was 20.2% among boys and 10.7%among girls in 2010 and increased continuously from 1985 to 2010. Among boys and girls of normal weight, SHY and SHA were significantly greater than SWY and SWA, respectively (P < 0.001). Among boys and girls with overweight/obesity, SHY was significantly lower than SWY (P < 0.001), and showed an obvious decreasing trend after age 12. SHA was lower than SWA among overweight boys aged 7-8 years and girls aged 7-9 years. SHY/SHW and SHA/SWA among normal-weight groups were greater than among overweight and obese groups (P < 0.001). Conclusion The continuous increase in the prevalence of overweight/obesity among Chinese children may be related to a rapid increase in body weight before age 9 and lack of secular increase in body height after age 12.  相似文献

Objective To estimate the relative risks of dyslipidemia, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and metabolic syndromes among overweight and obese Chinese children compared with their normal weight counterparts. Methods Overweight and obesity were defined by age- and sex-specific BMI classification reference for Chinese children and adolescents. Pediatric metabolic syndrome (MetS) and each risk factor for MetS were defined using the criteria for US adolescents. Definition of hyper-TC, LDL, and dyslipidemia for adults was applied as well. General linear model factor analysis and chi-square test were used to compare the difference in metabolic indicators among normal weight, overweight, and obese groups. Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to estimate the odds ratio of metabolic abnormalities between obesity, overweight, and normal weight children, after adjustment for living area, family economic level, age, sex, and daily exercise time and TV watching time, as well as different dietary indices in the model. Results Significant increases in blood lipids, glucose, and blood pressure were found among overweight and obese children as compared with their counterparts with normal weight. By applying WGOC-recommended BMI classification, the risks for hypertriglyceridemia, low HDL and dyslipidemia among overweight children were 1.9, 1.4, and 1.5 times, and was 3.3, 1.5, and 1.8 times among obese groups compared to their counterparts with normal weight after adjustment for age, sex, region, socioeconomic status, physical activity, and dietary intakes. The overweight and obese children (15-17.9 years) had a high-risk of developing hypertension, which was 2.3 and 2.9 times higher than their counterparts with normal weight. Above 90% obese adolescents had abdominal obesity, while less than 1% normal weight ones had abdominal obesity. No obese adolescents were free from any risk factors for MetS, while 36.9% of normal weight adolescents were from the risk factors. 83.3% obese boys and all obese girls had metabolic syndrome, while only 15.5% normal weight boys and 18.8% normal weight girls had metabolic syndrome. Four risk factors for metabolic syndrome were found in 8.3% obese boys while none in normal weight boys and girls. The prevalence of MetS among normal weight, overweight, and obesity groups was 1.5%, 18.3%, and 38.1% respectively. Conclusion The cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors are clustered in obese Chinese children. Our observations strongly suggest that efforts should be made to prevent the onset of overweight and its associated diseases during early childhood.  相似文献

目的:了解凌海市小学生超重与肥胖状况及影响,为该市小学生原发性肥胖的防治工作提供理论依据。方法:采用整群抽样法随机抽取凌海市2006和2007年6所小学全部4-6年级学生健康体检资料,综合分析,计算体重指数(BMI)和肺活量指数,应用BMI法筛查超重和肥胖小学生。结果:2006年超重检出率为9.1%,男女检出率分别为11.3%、6.8%;肥胖检出率为8.7%,男女检出率分别为12.3%、4.8%。2007年超重检出率为8.7%,男女检出率分别为11.1%、6.0%;肥胖检出率为9.6%,男女检出率分别为12.8%、6.0%。男生超重和肥胖检出率高于女生。城市超重和肥胖检出率高于农村。超重、肥胖小学生的肺活量高于正常体重小学生,而肺活量指数明显低于正常体重小学生。结论:凌海市男生超重和肥胖检出率的增长趋势较为突出;早期预防和控制小学生肥胖有助于心肺功能的发育。  相似文献

目的 了解北京市大兴区魏善庄镇农村老年居民高血压、超重和肥胖患病情况,为农村老年高血压患者制定有效的防治策略和干预措施提供科学依据.方法 对北京市大兴区魏善庄地区的1 236名老年居民进行健康体检,高血压诊断标准按1999年WHO高血压诊断标准.超重和肥胖评价标准采用体重指数(BMI)[体重(kg)/身高(m2)],进行统计学分析.结果 共调查60岁以上老年人1 236人,其中男537人,女699人.高血压患者884人(71.52%),其中女504人,男380人;超重417人,肥胖396人,合计813人,占调查人数的65.78%.在高血压患者中,超重和肥胖患病率为70.14%,明显高于非高血压的54.83%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 农村社区老年居民高血压及超重和肥胖患病率高,在老年人当中,超重和肥胖亦是高血压发病的危险因素.改变不良生活方式,控制超重和肥胖,对高血压的防治及提高老年人健康水平和晚年生活质量有着极其重要的意义.  相似文献

目的探讨高血压患病率,现症高血压单纯性收缩期高血压亚型(ISH)、单纯性舒张期高血压亚型(IDH)和联合性高血压亚型(SDH)的患病率及其与肥胖、血糖、血脂和血尿酸的关联性。方法对百色市16~81岁居民进行血压、肥胖、血糖、血脂和血尿酸检测,计算ISH、IDH和SDH的患病率,分析ISH、IDH和SDH与肥胖、血糖、血脂和血尿酸的关系。结果受检15102例,高血压患者4427例;其中新诊2605例,已诊1822例;现症3561例,ISH、IDH和SDH的患病率分别为8.7%、6.5%和8.4%,男性以SDH为主,女性以ISH为主,与非高血压组比较,ISH组和SDH组的BMI、腰臀比、空腹血糖、血尿酸、TC、TG、LDLC和vLDLC高(P<0.01),HDLC低(P<0.01),IDH的BMI、腰臀比、血尿酸、TC、TG、LDLC和vLDLC高(P<0.01),HDLC低(P<0.01),空腹血糖差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);与ISH组和SDH组比较,IDH组的空腹血糖和LDLC低(P<0.01),TG和vLD-LC高(P<0.01)。结论百色市社区居民高血压累计患病率为29.3%,现症患病率为23.6%,普查新发现率为12.0%,高血压现症患者IDH亚型患病率高于SDH和ISH;男性以IDH为主,女性以SDH为主;IDH组空腹血糖均值低于SDH组和ISH组,不高于非高血压组,TG和vLDLC均值高于SDH组和ISH组,不同高血压亚型临床预防与治疗方法应当分别对待,有60%的高血压患者长期处于漏诊之中,提示该地区高血压面上防治宣传仍然任重而道远。  相似文献

目的:了解重庆地区城市和农村儿童肥胖的发病情况及其与血压的关系。方法:对重庆地区37785名7-17岁儿童进行流行病学调查。测量指标包括:身高、体重、血压。结果:(1)城市儿童中,超重13.16%,肥胖3.73%,农村儿童中,超重5.26%,肥胖0.90%。(2)男性儿童的超重肥胖患病率13.16%,女性8.39%。(3)超重肥胖组的收缩压及舒张压高于P90和P95者明显高于正常体重组。结论:重庆地区城市儿童超重肥胖患病率高于农村儿童,男性儿童超重及肥胖患病率高于女性,超重肥胖组儿童的血压升高者明显多于正常体重组,对超重肥胖儿童应加强行为干预。  相似文献

目的调查南源街社区居民健康状况,分析高血压患病率与超重、肥胖等因素的相互关系。方法随机抽取广州市荔湾区南源街13个居委中4个居委35~75岁本街道户籍居民为调查对象,对1216例南源街社区居民进行问卷调查及身体测量,用Excel录入,用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果男性418人,占34.4%,女性798人,占65.6%。高血压的患病率为35.6%,65岁以上人群高血压患病率高达56.9%,患病率随年龄增加而增加。超重与肥胖的检出率为40.2%,腹型肥胖检出率81.7%,高血压与年龄、家族史、超重与肥胖(尤其是腹型肥胖)密切相关。结论高血压患病与年龄、遗传及超重与肥胖有关,超重与肥胖,尤其是腹型肥胖是高血压患病的重要危险因素,BMI及腰围检测作为预测高血压、糖尿病等各种肥胖相关疾病风险具有重要价值。  相似文献

目的 调查比较重庆主城某社区居民2003、2013年超重、肥胖及中心性肥胖情况,分析其流行趋势.方法 分别于2003、2013年对该社区人群进行现况调查,内容包括填写调查问卷、人体学测量、血糖及血脂检测等.结果 2003、2013年分别调查3 073、5 938人.年龄标化后,男性超重率由2003年的44.3%上升至2013年的45.5%,而女性超重率由28.3%下降至26.6%,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.407、0.260);男性肥胖率由10.0%上升至10.3%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.667),而女性肥胖率由8.3%下降至6.3%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016);男性中心性肥胖率由50.9%上升至53.9%,而女性由39.6%下降至35.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.042、0.017).结论 该社区人群超重率、肥胖率及中心性肥胖率均较高,男性中心性肥胖率增加明显.  相似文献

目的 了解厨师人群中超重肥胖患病情况和存在的相关危险因素。方法 整群抽取昌平区餐馆、饭店等餐饮单位共计758名厨师调查对象,进行体格检查和生化检验,统计分析超重肥胖患病率及相关危险因素。结果 758名厨师超重肥胖率随年龄的增长有上升趋势(χ年龄2=78.62,P=0.000),超重肥胖率男性高于女性(χ性别2=9.252,P=0.010);糖尿病、高血压和血脂异常都与肥胖有关,糖尿病、高血压、超重肥胖和血脂异常都与年龄有关;超重肥胖人群中40~49岁年龄组高血压和高血脂患病率最高。结论 有效降低厨师高血压、糖尿病和高脂血症等慢性病患病关键是控制该人群超重肥胖率;40岁以上厨师是慢性病防治的重点;采用可行有效的健康教育方式改变该人群不良生活方式,提高自我保健意识。  相似文献

Overweight and obesity have become major public health concerns in the United States, reaching epidemic proportions among adults and children in recent years. According to the most recent national surveys, American adults have experienced a 50% increase in the prevalence of overweight and obesity. Moreover, an alarming 100% increase has been observed among children and adolescents since the 1970s. To assess the status of overweight and obesity prevalence among youth in the Carolinas, weight, height, waist, and hip circumferences were monitored during routine cholesterol screenings among 11- to 14-year-olds in two school districts. Of the twelve hundred students screened, 32.4% percent were overweight and 16.4% were obese, exceeding national averages of 22% and 11%, respectively. The overweight and obesity prevalence rates were even more dramatic when broken down by gender and ethnic/racial groups. For instance, 54% of black girls and 45% of black boys were overweight, and better than half of these students were obese. Overweight and obesity prevalence rates among black girls were nearly twice the rates observed for white girls. Ethnic differences in percentage of overweight and obese boys were not as great as those observed among girls. A number of factors may contribute to the unprecedented levels of overweight and obesity observed among American youth, including physical inactivity, poor nutritional habits (i.e., high-fat meals and snacks, and super-sizing), economic, and social factors. Consequently, the coordinated efforts of physicians, school nurses, teachers, parents, and students will be necessary to effectively address the growing problem of childhood obesity.  相似文献

目的 了解四川省凉山州彝族城乡居民高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制情况。 方法 对自然人群采用整群随机抽样的方法,于2007年6~9月在四川省凉山州西昌市区及3个乡村的20岁以上的彝族居民开展横断面调查。本研究纳入1 255例有完整人口学资料和实验室检查资料的调查对象进行分析,分为城市/农村、男/女两个层次进行高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率的比较。 结果 彝族居民高血压标化患病率为17.3%,城市居民标化患病率高于农村居民 (25.9% vs.8.9%,P<0.001)。彝族居民高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为29.8%、26.1%、8.8%;城市居民的知晓率(35.0% vs.13.6%,P<0.001)和治疗率(31.1% vs.10.6%,P<0.001)均高于农村居民。年龄增大、女性、年收入≥10 000元、超重或肥胖、总胆固醇升高是彝族城市居民高血压的独立危险因素;而彝族农村居民高血压的患病率仅与年龄和总胆固醇呈独立正相关。 结论 彝族居民高血压患病率高,而知晓率、治疗率和控制率低,需加强防控力度。  相似文献
