摘 要:[目的] 对28省40家三级肿瘤专科医院人力资源分布状况进行统计,为优化我国医疗资源配置、强化医院人力资源管理、培养肿瘤医技人才提供参考。[方法] 采用问卷调研的方式,向40家三级肿瘤专科医院收集人员基本情况数据(职工总数、医技人员人数、行政管理人员人数)和高层次人才指标数据(高级职称人员数、研究生导师数),使用Stata软件进行描述性统计分析,从省级和非省级医院类别、区域分布两个维度分别分析总体人员和高层次人才分布现状。[结果] 省级肿瘤医院总体人力资源分布较非省级医院更为平均;东部地区肿瘤医院人力资源配置情况好于中西部地区。省级肿瘤医院高层次人才占比较高,医教研水平高于非省级医院;西部地区肿瘤专科医院高层次人才占比最低,人力资源相对匮乏。[结论] 不同类别的肿瘤专科医院人力资源配置差异明显;不同区域肿瘤专科医院人力资源分布不均;肿瘤专科医院高层次人才占比情况参差不齐。建议肿瘤专科医院建立卫生人力资源统筹管理机制,加强卫生人才培养和梯队建设。  相似文献

摘 要:国家推行的住院医师规范化培训专业中,除了肿瘤放疗,肿瘤内科和肿瘤外科均没有对应的住院医师规范化培训专业。肿瘤专科医师如何培养,在全国没有共识。但在肿瘤学人才培养的实际工作中,高等医学教育院校和附属肿瘤专科医院的住院医师以及研究生培养已进行了多年,也得到了较好的社会认可。北京市卫健委在2014年创新性地提出了北京市肿瘤内科和肿瘤外科专科医师一体化培训试点方案,该文总结试点以来的培训模式、考核模式,以及推行过程中有待讨论的问题,以进一步探索更科学、更合理的肿瘤专科医师的培训模式,推动肿瘤专业人才培养体系的不断完善。  相似文献

目的:多学科的交叉融合对肿瘤医疗模式产生了重大影响,同时也为基础医学教育带来了新的发展方向。为适应发展,对医学细胞生物学教学进行改革,探索行之有效的教学方法。方法:以2016级空军军医大学临床医学专业本科生为对象,对医学细胞生物学教学内容进行改革,增加了系统医学生物学相关的知识和技术讲授,特别是肿瘤系统医学生物学内容的讲授。通过随堂抽测和调查问卷对改革效果进行评价。结果:本次改革不仅提升了课堂授课的质量,还对学生学习兴趣的提高、整体思维观的树立、基础联系临床能力的提升、肿瘤诊治的学习等方面都有帮助。结论:本次改革为探索基础医学教育新模式,培养适应未来医学发展的人才做出了一次有益的尝试,值得在医学细胞生物学教学中推广和应用。  相似文献

临床营养学作为一门重要的综合学科,已经成为临床治疗中重要的组成部分.临床营养教育是依靠临床营养学这门课程,为培养更加专业的临床营养学人才开展的一门新的教育课程.目前我国的临床营养学教育现状不容乐观,医学院校对临床营养学课程重视不够,在专业教学内容和课程建设方面均无法满足社会需求.通过借鉴国外营养教育制度,并结合国内临床营养人才需求现状,应注意不同专业的医学生在日后工作对临床营养的需求,逐渐开展临床营养学必修课教学,加强营养在临床应用的实践教学;并完善毕业后教育体系,对所有规范化培训的医师增加要求到临床营养科轮转培训且不少于1个月,对非临床医学的营养师要求到临床科室轮转至少2个月.提高进修临床医师继续教育及培训营养支持治疗的认识.临床营养专业的教学改革任重而道远,仍需我们不断完善理论体系,积极践行学科理论和知识,满足我国临床营养的人才需求,使社会认识到临床营养对促进健康、预防和治疗疾病的重要性.  相似文献

It is designed for children, teenagers and their respective families who come to visit a parent or a close one hospitalized for a serious illness. This location, created and suitable for children, helps to maintain the family link and communication. The activities are led by two professional psychologists who encourage personal and emotional expression through the use of tools such as games, drawing, or sharing. Different aspects of work stress, job satisfaction, level of burnout and psychiatric morbidity were evaluated in New Zealand radiologists. The present study aims to identify differences in radiologists’ work stress, job satisfaction and professional burnout between public hospital and private practice work environments. A questionnaire consisting of various aspects of radiology‐specific work stress and job satisfaction was sent to all radiologists in New Zealand. Burnout was assessed with the Maslach Burnout Inventory. Psychiatric morbidity was estimated using the General Health Questionnaire – 12. A response rate of 51% was achieved. The aspects of radiologists’ work that contributed to their work stress included ‘having conflicting demands on their time’ and ‘having too great an overall volume of work’. There are significant differences in the extent to which these stressors were experienced, based on radiologists’ work environments. Radiologists in public hospital‐based practice reported significantly higher levels of work stress, lower levels of job satisfaction and higher rates of burnout. There is a trend towards a higher rate of psychiatric morbidity among radiologists who practice in public hospitals. Radiologists in the public hospital environment experience more work stress, a lower level of job satisfaction and higher rates of burnout compared to private practice. The present study highlights the various aspects of work stress important to radiologists, so that they can be addressed to improve their mental health. Additionally, the results of this study may have implications for workforce planning, recruitment and retention of radiologists in the public health system.  相似文献

A survey of diagnosis and treatment of invasive aspergillosis was conducted in eight University Medical Centers (UMCs) and eight non‐academic teaching hospitals in the Netherlands. Against a background of emerging azole resistance in Aspergillus fumigatus routine resistance screening of clinical isolates was performed primarily in the UMCs. Azole resistance rates at the hospital level varied between 5% and 10%, although rates up to 30% were reported in high‐risk wards. Voriconazole remained first choice for invasive aspergillosis in 13 out of 16 hospitals. In documented azole resistance 14 out of 16 centres treated patients with liposomal amphotericin B.  相似文献

Background: The oral healthcare offered to pediatric cancer patients at the hospital level must include educational and preventive strategies based on dialogical and welcoming professional attitudes. Therefore, the current study aimed to evaluate the perception of pediatric cancer patients and their parents/guardians about an educational and preventive oral healthcare program implemented in a reference hospital for cancer treatment. Methods: A qualitative follow-up investigation was conducted in which we evaluated the perception of pediatric cancer patients and their parents/guardians regarding an educational and preventive oral health program (OHEPP). The participants were 27 children and adolescents undergoing cancer treatment and their parents/guardians, and the assessment was carried out at 15 and 30 days after beginning the program through semi-structured interviews. The program used audiovisual resources, storytelling and playful instruments for the oral health education of patients and parents/guardians. The interviews were then transcribed and the Discourse of the Collective Speech (DCS) technique was performed for data analysis. Results: Patients and parents/guardians reported improvement in oral hygiene habits and conditions. Patients reported greater enthusiasm for oral care and highlighted the recreational aspect of the program. Parents/guardians reported being more clear about oral changes and paying attention to the appearance of comorbidities resulting from anticancer treatment. Conclusions: This study suggests that implementation of the oral health program favored communication between health professionals, patients and their parents/guardians, expanding knowledge and generating behavior change in oral healthcare.  相似文献

Skin cancer, especially malignant melanoma, continues on the increase. Different interventions are attempting to impact on this problem. The approach used by the Partners in Health Sciences program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science is to both “train” and, importantly, “equip” classroom teachers and school nurses in a “Healthy Skin” professional development curriculum. Each participant not only received face-to-face interactive content training in a workshop setting that lasted 6 h; each also received a resource kit of supplies, materials, and equipment used in the workshop and designed for the trainee to use with students in a classroom/school setting. This single “hit” professional development event then can be replicated by each trainee annually for the span of her/his teaching/school-nursing career. A total of 588 trainees participated in “Healthy Skin” workshops that were held in 17 communities throughout the state. Participants attended from 188 different towns/cities. Of those in attendance, 511 (87 %) were females, 77 (13 %) males, 81 % Caucasian, 16 % African Americans, and the remaining 3 % self-identified as “other”. There were 471 teachers, 85 nurses, and 32 “others” (administrators, school counselors). Trainees completed anonymous pre/post test measures with an increase in knowledge of 28.5 %. A short-term evaluation was conducted at the end of the workshop. After a minimum of 6 months had elapsed, a long-term evaluation was used to capture data on how the workshop experience transferred into new curricular/learning activities for the students of the workshop participants. There was a high level of satisfaction with the workshop experience and use of workshop content and resource kits. Our experiences in this type of professional development outreach provide a model of how institutions of higher education could contribute to the professional development of K-12 teachers and their students in any content area.  相似文献

Definition and creation of the requisite and appropriate structural quality of oncological care serve to provide area-wide, uniform, and optimal process quality for cancer patients. When implemented diligently, results can be expected with a level of quality established on the principles of evidence- based medicine and corresponding to international standards. Interdisciplinary and interprofessional workflows should be predefined in writing by special operating procedures or treatment directives in the form of guidelines. They should be developed nationwide through multidisciplinary cooperation and include the patient level, e.g., like the guidelines of the German Cancer Society, which were elaborated together with professional associations, the Information Center for Standards in Oncology, and the Association of the Scientific Medical Societies in Germany. Regional implementation is effected in specialized oncology and cancer centers through project groups focussing on specific tumors. The entire professional staff working in network structures for oncology and tumor centers should actively participate in the quality management. Registration of all tumor cases in the framework of clinical cancer registries is imperative for quality assurance. Quality management is an integral part of care for oncology patients, but is currently only partially financed by public services or health insurances, e.g. like the disease management or the development of breast cancer centers.  相似文献
