HL7标准在检验仪器通讯中的使用 总被引:7,自引:1,他引:7
目的:利用HL7完成检验仪器与临床实验室信息系统之间的数据通讯。方法:用控件完成数据在检验仪器与临床实验室信息系统之间的通讯控制,用HL7标准完成数据的转换。结果:用C 、VB、PB、Delphi等程序设计语言中的Winsock控件实现TCP/IP协议,Mscomm32控件实现串口通讯。通过编程完成以HL7标准的检验数据在检验仪器与临床实验管理系统之间数据格式转换。结论:检验仪器通讯以HL7为标准,使通讯软件具有可重用性、可理解性,提高了软件产品的质量和开发效率,减少维护困难;在局域网通讯中传输速度快、可靠性强。HL7是一种非常好的协议,是今后检验仪器通讯的国际标准。 相似文献

The development of the HL7 is proceeding along two lines. Much effort is being spent on solving the ambiguities of version 2.1 and in extending the standard to areas that are not yet well defined. For example, at a recent working group meeting new messages were defined for dealing with pharmacy records, specifically those relating to IVs. As the number of vendors implementing the standard and as the number of organizations using the standard increase, the standard will continue to be refined and expanded along current formats. As often as possible, these efforts will be "backwards compatible" and may be implemented by vendor choice as the need arises. These changes will be distributed as chapter updates to the current release. A parallel effort is underway that will add formality to the development of the standard. These efforts incorporate a number of case tools, including data modeling. The biggest advantage of this approach will be to reduce significantly the ambiguity in data element definitions. Completeness and correctness of data relations will be enhanced as well. New approaches to documentation, including an object-oriented specification of the data model, will increase understandability. There are still a number of domain-specific areas in which the standard needs to be defined and examples generated to show how the standard applies. Forms of data transfer other than text must be accommodated. HL7 again will take advantage of existing work in these areas, such as the work of American College of Radiology/National Equipment Manufacturers Association (ACR/NEMA) in standards relating to image transfer. 医院信息系统(HIS)间的"异构"问题由来己久,而业务的发展要求实现医疗信息的交换和共享。本课题引入了HL7标准作为医院信息系统间共同遵循的数据交换协议,以实现异构系统间数据的交换。文章以HL7消息作为主要研究对象,设计一个HL7消息的构建、解析演示系统。中间件包括两个功能模块:HL7消息的构建/解析模块和消息传输模块。消息的格式基于XML技术。系统的演示表明,在对现有系统不作更改的前提之下,采用外挂中间件的模式,能在系统间正常地处理传输基于XML格式的HL7消息,很好地解决了异构系统间数据的交换,符合当前的需要。本课题所作的探讨也为将来深入的研究工作提供了帮助。 相似文献

There are many technology platforms that bring benefits only when users share data. In healthcare, this is a key policy issue, because of the potential cost savings and quality improvements from ‘big data’ in the form of sharing electronic patient data across medical providers. Indeed, one criterion used for federal subsidies for healthcare information technology is whether the software has the capability to share data. We find empirically that larger hospital systems are more likely to exchange electronic patient information internally, but are less likely to exchange patient information externally with other hospitals. This pattern is driven by instances where there may be a commercial cost to sharing data with other hospitals. Our results suggest that the common strategy of using ‘marquee’ large users to kick-start a platform technology has an important drawback of potentially creating information silos. This suggests that federal subsidies for health data technologies based on ‘meaningful use’ criteria, that are based simply on the capability to share data rather than actual sharing of data, may be misplaced. 相似文献

HL7-based data exchange will be a critical component of the healthcare enterprise of the future. Clearly, the healthcare marketplace is driving toward full interoperability, in which HL7 plays a leading role. Version 3.0 effectively addresses the limitations of previous versions, and expands both the capabilities and value of the HL7 standard. The inclusion of new technologies such as XML ensures HL7's longevity, and its testing and validation capabilities are significant improvements. Version 3.0's RIM is the key "artifact" and represents the most comprehensive data model for healthcare. Although adoption of version 3.0 will take planning, time, and money, the resulting improvements offer significant benefits and efficiencies to providers and vendors alike. 相似文献
