A lignan and two aromatic compounds were isolated from the branches of the mangrove plant, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza. They were brugunin A (1), bruguierol D (2) and 2,3-dimethoxy-5-propylphenol (3). Among them, 1 and 2 were new compounds; 3 was isolated from a natural source for the first time. The phytochemical investigation of the stem of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza yielded five new aromatic compounds (1-5), of which the bruguierols A - C (1-3) represent a new structural skeleton in natural product chemistry. All structures have been determined by NMR spectroscopic studies. Among them, 3 showed moderate activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria including mycobacteria and resistant strains (MICs 12.5 microg/mL). 相似文献

A new cyclic 4-hydroxy-dithiosulfonate, bruguiesulfurol (1), as well as two known 4-hydroxydithiolane 1-oxides, brugierol (2) and isobrugierol (3) were isolated from the flowers of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza. With stably-transfected HepG2 cells, the three isolates activated antioxidant response element (ARE) luciferase activation with (EC(50)) values of 56.7, 3.7 and 1.8 microM, respectively. Compounds 2 and 3 also inhibited phorbol ester-induced NF-kappaB (nuclear factor-kappaB) luciferase activity with IC (50) values of 85.0 and 14.5 microM, respectively. In addition, compound 2 inhibited enzyme cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) activity with an IC(50) value of 6.1 microM. The structures of these isolates were determined by spectral data, and that of compound 1 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. 相似文献

目的探讨环境因子变化对木揽的DNA遗传多态性的影响。方法利用RP—PCR技术分析中国南部3省6个红树群落中未榄的DNA遗传多态性,并与6个群落环境因子数据对比。结果在扩增到的1277个DNA片段中,25.5%的DNA片断呈现多态性变化:聚类分析显示,来自于山口、高桥、东寨港以及三亚红树群落的木榄可襞为一支(群落问遗传相似系数大于0.90)。文昌和特呈岛木揽分别属于另外两支(与上述4个红树群落的遗传相似系数小于0.90,二者间的遗传相似系数小于0.85);环境因子数据的聚类分析显示,这6个红树群落可分为4支,其中东寨港和文昌为一支,高桥和特呈岛为一支,山口以及三亚分别属于另外2支。结论地理位置的差异是导致木揽遗传水平出现多态性变化的重要原因之一。 相似文献

The effects of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) (pyrene) on superoxide dismutase (SOD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), catalase, peroxidase, malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline were studied in leaves, stems and roots of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza. The results showed that the responses of enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants varied significantly among the three tissues studied. The activities of antioxidant enzymes in PAH-treated stems and roots fluctuated in different stress levels compared to the controls, while the antioxidant enzymes such as SOD, APX in leaves increased when stressed by PAH with a significant positive relation between PAH and leaf SOD or APX activity. Low PAH treatments could also stimulate proline in leaves and stems. MDA content was obviously accumulated in stems and roots under PAH stress while decreased in leaves, indicating that the increased antioxidant enzymes in leaves may partly alleviate lipid peroxidation. For pollution monitoring purpose, SOD and APX in leaves may be potential biomarkers of PAH pollution in intertidal estuaries. 相似文献

One new naturally occurring 7-membered 2,5-dioxopiperazine alkaloid named (+)-cyclopenol (1), along with nine known compounds including viridicatol (2), 3-(dimethylaminomethyl)-1-(1,1-dimethyl-2-propenyl)indole (3), anacine (4), aurantiomide C (5), viridicatin (6), 3-O-methylviridicatin (7), verrucosidin (8), ergosterol (9), and ergosterol peroxide (10), was isolated from the EtOAc extract of fungus Penicillium sclerotiorum, an endophytic fungal strain isolated from Chinese mangrove Bruguiera gymnorrhiza. The chemical structure of the new compound 1 was elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis. The absolute configuration of 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis with Cu Kα radiation (λ = 1.54178 Å). To our knowledge, (+)-cyclopenol (1) represents the first example of 7-membered 2,5-dioxopiperazine isolated from mangrove endophytic fungus. 相似文献
