目的了解临床男护士灾害护理核心能力现状及影响因素,为开展男护士灾害护理继续教育与培训提供参考。方法对武汉市2所三级甲等医院的176名临床男护士灾害护理核心能力及其相关因素进行研究分析。结果临床男护士灾害护理核心能力得分为(2.69±0.64)分,得分最高维度为灾害过程护理(2.86±0.72)分,最低维度为灾害护理专业发展(2.28±0.80)分;有无灾害护理经历、是否参加过灾害护理培训是影响临床男护士灾害护理核心能力的主要因素。结论临床男护士灾害护理核心能力较低,突出表现为灾害护理专业发展方面能力较低。建议对临床男护士进行系统的灾害护理教育与培训,结合临床男护士有无灾害护理经历及灾害护理培训经历,有针对性地进行灾害护理救援培训,以促进其灾害护理核心能力的提升。  相似文献

目的 总结新入职护士的心理弹性状况,定义,影响因素和干预策略。 方法 文献调研万方,CNKI,pubmed,EBSCO和Cochrane等数据库,关键词为新入职护士,心理弹性。结果 将新入职护士心理弹性的影响因素分为人口统计学,个人和组织三类,详细阐述了各类因素对新入职护士心理弹性的影响,与并在此基础上总结了国内外学者提出的相关干预策略。结论 目前针对新入职护士心理弹性的研究有待加强,未来研究应研制本土化测评工具、建立心理弹性干预项目和拓展纵向研究等。  相似文献

BackgroundNumerous factors, including learning styles, affect the learning process of nursing students. Having insights about students' learning styles helps promoting the quality of education. The aim of this study was to explore the Iranian baccalaureate nursing students' learning styles in clinical settings.MethodsA qualitative design using a content analysis approach was used to collect and analyze data. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with fifteen Iranian baccalaureate nursing students selected using a purposive sample method.FindingsDuring data analysis, it was found that nursing students employed different clinical learning styles such as ‘thoughtful observation,’ ‘learning by thinking,’ and ‘learning by doing’.ConclusionStudents adopt different learning strategies in clinical practice. Designing teaching strategies based on students' learning styles can promote students' learning and maximize their academic and clinical practice success. Nursing educators, curriculum designers, and students can use the findings of this study to improve the quality of nursing education in both the classroom and clinical settings.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to describe Korean nurses' perceptions, attitudes and utilization intention for evidence‐based nursing (EBN), and to explore what factors influence utilization intention. We conducted a cross‐sectional survey in 2012. Registered nurses directly involved in clinical practice were recruited at a medical centre in Korea. A total of 420 nurses completed a self‐report questionnaire. Results showed that participants reported moderate scores regarding their perceptions and attitudes towards EBN, and rated themselves as higher than the median for utilization intention. Furthermore, this study revealed that perceptions of and attitudes towards EBN, occupational view and previous EBN education were significant factors affecting utilization intention. Nurse educators and managers should encourage nurses to have better attitudes towards EBN, help them be more satisfied with their work and provide them with appropriate education for EBN to establish evidence‐based practice as a part of daily nursing care.  相似文献

Evidence‐based nursing is recognized as an indicator of quality in nursing practice, a basis for accountability and the gold standard of professional nursing care. The aim of this study was to explore nurses’ experiences and perceptions about evidence‐based nursing practice in giving care to patients with diabetic foot ulcers. A qualitative research design was adopted, and content analysis was used to analyse data. Semistructured interviews were held with 19 bachelor‐degree nurses working in a teaching hospital in an urban area of Iran. During data analysis, two main themes developed: ‘structural backgrounds of the organization’ and ‘empowerment’. Accordingly, it was concluded that successful implementation of evidence‐based nursing requires the reconfiguration of the administrative structure in the hospital. In addition, it requires the support of nurse leaders to facilitate the implementation of evidence‐based nursing in the practice.  相似文献

目的了解护理人员关爱行为现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用关爱行为评价量表对183名临床护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员关爱行为自我评价总体得分较高,各维度得分从高到低依次为保证、尊重、知识和技能、联系。护士长关爱行为总分及知识和技能、尊重两个维度得分高于普通护士(P<0.01),护龄较长的护士在知识和技能、保证维度水平显著高于护龄较短者(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应通过争取领导支持、改进护理模式、体验实践关爱、加强教育培训等方面着手,提高护理人员的关爱行为。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Nursing has dealt with sexual harassment long before the term was coined during the 1970s. The current study investigated sexual harassment of nurses and nursing students in Israel following new legislation against sexual harassment in the workplace. METHODS: A self-report questionnaire was administered to 281 nurses and 206 nursing students (80% women) from five medical centres in Israel. Seven types of sexual harassment behaviour patterns were evaluated. FINDINGS: Frequency of sexual harassment decreased as the behaviour became more intimate and offensive. Ninety percent of subjects reported experiencing at least one type of sexual harassment and 30% described at least four types. A significant difference was found between nurses and nursing students. Furthermore, "severe" types of behaviour were experienced by 33% of nurses, in comparison with 23% of nursing students. Women were significantly more exposed than men to "mild" and "moderate" types of sexual harassment, while 35% of men vs. 26% of women were exposed to "severe" types of harassment. However, women responded significantly more assertively than men to "severe" sexual harassment. CONCLUSIONS: Particular attention is needed when sexual harassment occurs to male students and nurses because they may be subjected to the more offensive sexual conducts and at the same time may lack the ability to respond assertively.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Studying nurses' experience from a sociocultural perspective can contribute to improving knowledge and understanding in this field. PURPOSE: To describe and compare three different groups of Iranian nurses' experiences of their profession. METHODS: The study was conducted in Iran and Sweden. The data were collected from semi-structured telephone interviews and analysed with latent content analysis. The participants were three groups of registered nurses (RNs) (21 persons). All RNs were born and grew up in Iran. The first group (A) were educated and had worked in Iran but were now working and living in Sweden. The second group (B) were educated and worked in Sweden. The third group (C) were educated and worked in Iran. FINDINGS: The nurses in Sweden worked with a patient-orientated approach while nurses in Iran worked with a task-orientated approach. Nurses in all three groups explained that they suffered from stress, had a heavy workload, were underpaid and understaffed. The findings showed that RNs working with a patient-orientated approach, experienced work satisfaction to a greater extent than RNs working with a task-orientated approach, although other aspects also influenced the nurses' situation considerably.  相似文献

目的调查西安市三级甲等医院临床护士的科研能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用护理人员科研能力自评量表,对740名临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士科研能力总分为(27.54±22.16)分;77.16%的护士科研能力处于低水平,仅2.57%的护士科研能力处于高水平;各维度得分由高到低依次为论文书写技能、科研基础知识、统计学知识、软件操作技能。临床护士科研能力的主要影响因素为学历及职务(P0.01或P0.05)。结论西安市三级甲等医院临床护士科研能力总体水平偏低。应尽快完善护理科研管理工作,实施针对性护理科研培训,提升临床护士科研意识和科研能力。  相似文献

目的探讨上海市特需护士个性心理特征及其与多元文化护理认知水平之间的相关性,寻找影响认知水平的因素,为提高认知水平提供依据。方法采用艾森克个性问卷(EPO)及自行设计多元文化护理调查问卷,对上海市11家综合性具有特需医疗服务的医院从事特需服务的202位护士在同一时间内进行调查,用统计学方法对数据进行统计及分析。结果特需护士EPQ中神经质、精神质、掩饰性因子均值在正常范围(P〉0.05),内外向因子偏高(P〈0.01);护士多元文化护理认知与艾森克个性问无相关性(P〉0.05);特需护士与非特需护士多元文化护理认知水平在知识理论、饮食文化及总体认知上均存在差异(P〈0.05);2种护士每日学习时间存在差异(P〈0.01)。结论护理管理上对护士的学习时间应有一定的要求;同时应为培养护士情绪稳定、态度温和、善于自我控制及与人合作等良好个性营造特需工作氛围。  相似文献

目的:调查广州市三级甲等医院手术室护士核心能力现状,探讨其影响因素。方法:采用"中国注册护士核心能力量表"对广州市8家三级甲等医院408名手术室护士进行问卷调查,并分析人口社会学特征对其核心能力的影响。结果:手术室护士核心能力总分为(161.49±3.70)分,各条目平均得分为(2.78±0.44)分。其中,法律/伦理实践维度得分最高,评判性思维与科研维度得分最低;职称和手术室工作年限是手术室护士核心能力的影响因素。结论:广州市三级甲等医院手术室护士的核心能力处于中上水平,但仍须提高;核心能力水平受多种因素影响,护理管理者应采取有针对性的措施,提高手术室护士的核心能力。  相似文献

The purpose of this qualitative study was to describe the experiences of Iranian nurses concerning their quality of work life. A purposive sample of nurses (n = 14) was recruited from two university hospitals. The data were collected through unstructured interviews and were analyzed by using qualitative content analysis. The results indicated that the participants discerned their quality of work life by assessing how favorable were their working conditions, the level of fulfilment of their personal needs, and the impact of their working conditions on their private life and their social life. Three main themes were identified: quality of work life, as experienced from a personal perspective; quality of work life, as experienced from a sociocultural perspective; and quality of work life, as experienced from an organizational-professional perspective. The results of the present study will help Iranian nurse administrators to adopt effective strategies in order to improve nurses' quality of work life. Future research can broaden the scope of the current results and offer a more comprehensive understanding of nurses' quality of work life.  相似文献
