电视胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的研究进展

2010年美国国家综合癌症网(NCCN)非小细胞肺癌临床实践指南指出,对于多数非小细胞肺癌患者,解剖性肺切除为首选,而且电视胸腔镜手术是一个可以接受的合理选择。我们通过对早期肺癌的治疗手段、早期肺癌肺段切除的现状和预后、早期肺癌肺段切除对肺功能的保护、肺段切除的一般操作流程及肺段切除解剖难题的文献综述,总结胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的可行性和可靠性。     

NCCN结直肠癌临床实践指南2011年更新解读

美国国家综合癌症网络（National Comprehensive Cancer Network,NCCN）于2006年在孙燕院士倡导下引入中国,并每年进行内容更新.尽管与西方国家在人种特点、医疗体制等方面存在差异,但是,NCCN指南仍然在我国临床肿瘤诊治过程中受到极大的关注.包括2010年底首次由卫生部公布的我国《结直肠癌诊疗规范（2010年版）》也吸收了NCCN指南部分内容作为重要的参考和临床推荐[1].     

2009 年《中国肾细胞癌诊断治疗指南》更新内容解读

2017.V1版《NCCN直肠癌诊治指南》更新解读

Abstract Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women in China and its incidence is increasing fast recently. The overall management of primary breast cancer includes the treatment of local disease with surgery, radiation therapy, or both, and the adjuvant systemic treatment with chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, biologic therapy, or combinations of these. Guidelines should provide recommendations on the optimal management of a patient in specific clinical circumstances based on the scientific evidence. European Society for Medical Oncology??ESMO??Clinical Practice Guideline for Diagnosis, Treatment and Follow-up of Primary Breast Cancer (PBC) is the only PBC recommendations on the optimal management of a patient in specific clinical circumstances based on the scientific evidence. 第6版日本《胃癌治疗指南》更新要点解读

日本《胃癌治疗指南》是日本乃至全球胃癌治疗领域的重要指导性文件,其临床意义重大。2021年3月"第93届日本胃癌学会年会"于线上召开,对2018年以来胃癌治疗的新方法、新思路、新探索进行了总结,并以此为基础对第5版《胃癌治疗指南》进行更新,于2021年7月出版。新版指南在胃癌内镜治疗、手术治疗、化疗的适应证、推荐方案等方面均有不同程度的更新。

Abstract The diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is getting more and more standardized. In the last decade, due to the revelation of the molecular mechanism of its tumorigenesis, as well as the effectiveness of tyrosine kinase inhibitors, GIST has become well known as one of the most classical model of targeted therapy on solid tumor in the precision medicine era. The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) issued the latest version of clinical practice guideline on soft tissue sarcoma in October 2017. Compared with previous versions, the new version of the guideline has many updates on the field of GIST, covering the whole-course management of GIST patients from diagnosis to treatment and follow-up.

Abstract The diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is getting more and more standardized. In the last decade, due to the revelation of the molecular mechanism of its tumorigenesis, as well as the effectiveness of tyrosine kinase inhibitors, GIST has become well known as one of the most classical model of target therapy on solid tumor in the precision medicine era. The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) issued the latest version of clinical practice guideline on GIST in Feb. 2016. The updated guideline emphasized the importance of the management of wild-type GIST, also updated the surveillance strategy of very small gastric GIST (<2cm), and the predictor of GIST biological behavior. This paper provides interpretations of these updates, aiming to improve the clinical practice of GIST.
