Two new oleanane-type triterpenes, (23Z)-feruloylhederagenin (1) and (23E)-feruloylhederagenin (2), together with two known oleanane-type triterpenes, β-amyrin acetate and β-amyrin palmitate, have been isolated from the whole plant of Ludwigia octovalvis. A new phenolic glycoside, 6'-[(E)-2'-hydroxymethyl, 2'-butenoyl] arbutin (1), and two known phenolic glycosides, 6'-[(E)-4'-hydroxycinnamoyl] arbutin (2) and 6'-[(E)-3',4'-dihydroxycinnamoyl] arbutin (3), were isolated from the leaves of Heliciopsis lobata (Merr.) A new sulphur glycoside, named descurainoside (1), and the known compound sinapic acid (2) have been isolated from the seeds of Descurainia sophia (L.) Webb ex Prantl. The structure of 1 has been identified as (1R,6S,8R,9S,10S)-9,10-dihydroxy-4-[(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)methylene]-8-(hydroxymethyl)-2,7-dioxa-5-thiabicyclo[4.4.0]decan-3-one by means of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods (1D and 2D NMR, HRMS, ESI-MS).  相似文献

Six alkaloids (1-6) have been isolated from the fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss) Benth var. bodinaieri (Dode) Huang, two of which are new compounds, identified as 2-undecyl-4(1H)-quinolone (4) and 1-methyl-2-undecanone-10'-4(1H)-quinolone (5); the known compounds were identified as rutaecarpine (1), evodiamine (2), 1-methyl-2-undecyl-4(1H)-quinoline (3) and 2-undecanone-10'-4(1H)-quinolone (6). A new compound, harzianum B (1), was isolated from the culture broth of a fungal strain, Hypocrea sp. F000527, together with a known trichothecene, harzianum A (2). Its structure was determined by spectroscopic analyses including HRFAB-MS and various 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectral data. Harzianum B (1) was characterised as (E,Z,E)-2', 4', 6'-octatriendioic acid esterified on the 4β-hydroxyl group of trichodermol. Harzianums A (2) and B (1) showed cytotoxicity against several human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

Two new coumarins (1) and (2), along with seven known coumarins 3-9, were isolated from the leaves and stems of Coriaria nepalensis Wall. The two new compounds were established as 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3,8-bis(3-methyl-2-butenyl) coumarin (1) and 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3-(3-methyl-2-butenyl) coumarin (2), on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR techniques. A novel sesquiterpene-substituted benzoic acid, named dictyvaric acid (1), together with nine known compounds (2-10), have been isolated from the brown alga Dictyopteris divaricata Okam. The structure of 1 was elucidated as 3-[(decahydro-2-hydroxy-2,5,5,8a-tetramethyl-1-naphthalenyl)-methyl]-4-hydroxybenzoic acid by spectroscopic methods, including IR, FABMS, HR-FABMS, 1D and 2D NMR techniques. 目的 分离鉴定白益母草中抗氧化活性成分。方法 采用常规回流提取法先以二氯甲烷对白益母草脱脂,然后药渣用乙酸乙酯提取得到其提取物。乙酸乙酯提取物利用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱及HPLC进行分离,分离得到化合物经波谱学数据分析,确定其结构式。同时,利用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)法测定分离得到化合物的抗氧化活性。结果 从白益母草乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到4个酚苷类化合物,分别为毛蕊花苷(1),5,7,4'-三羟基黄酮-7-O-(6″-O-[E]-香豆酰基)-β-葡萄糖苷(2),5,7,4'-三羟基黄酮-7-O-(6″-O-[E]-咖啡酰基)-β-葡萄糖苷(3)和5,7,4'-三羟基黄酮-7-O-(6″-O-[E]-二香豆酰基)-β-葡萄糖苷(4)。化合物1~4表现出较好的抗氧化活性,其EC50平均值分别为(19.5±1.81),(26.2±3.4),(22.9±2.7),(24.4±3.1)。结论 化合物1~4均为首次从该药材中分离得到,可作为天然抗氧化剂。  相似文献

Thirteen compounds were isolated from roots of Stellera chamaejasme L. (Thymelaeaceae). They are β-sitosterol (2), simplexin (3), pimelea factor P2 (4), daucosterol (5), (+)-3-hydroxy-1,5-diphenyl-1-pentanone (6), 4-ethoxy-benzoic acid (7), 2,4,6-Trimethoxy-benzoic acid (8), (+)-afzelechin (9), fumaric acid (10), N,N-dimethyl-L-aspartic acid (11), umbelliferone (12), daphniretin (13) and a novel bicoumarin named bicoumastechamin (1). Among the known compounds, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 were first isolated from this plant, and 6 was first isolated from the natural resources. Their structures have been elucidated on the basis of spectral data. In vitro bioassays showed that 4 inhibited cancer cell growth, 13 exhibited immunomodulatory activity, and 6 exhibited both immunomodulatory and anti-tumor activity.  相似文献

20 compounds were isolated from the leaves of Magnolia denudata including 16 lignans, which belong to 6 structural types. Except for (7R, 8S, 1'S) -δ8' - 1', 4' - dihydro - 5'- methoxy - 3, 4 -methylenedioxy - 4' - oxo -7.O.2', 8.1' - neolignan (6), magliflonenone (9), 2,5' - diene-2', 8'- epoxy - 5' - methoxy - 8 - methyl - 4' - oxo - 3,4-methylenedioxy - spiro (5,5) - undecane (10), veraguensin (16) and β-sitosterol (20), the other 15 compounds were obtained from this species for the first time. The absolute configurations of 3 compounds (1,4,10) were determined by CD spectroscopy for the first time. The anti-inflammatory activities of compounds 1, 2 and 16 were assessed and 2 was shown to have significant inhibition effect on mice hind-paw edema induced by carrageenan.  相似文献

Two new flavonoids, 6,8,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-2'-methoxy-7-methylisoflavanone (1) and 6,8,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-2'-methoxy-6'-(1,1-dimethylallyl)-isoflavone (2), were isolated from the 95% ethanolic extract of the dried roots of Lespedeza cuneata together with betulinic acid (3), β-sitosterol (4), hexacosanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxy-propyl ester (5), which were isolated from this plant for the first time. 目的 对鸡嘴簕枝叶的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等现代多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用核磁共振等波谱技术和文献对照的方法进行结构鉴定。结果从鸡嘴簕枝叶中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为caesaloside A (1),2β-ethoxyclovane-9α-ol (2),2β-methoxyclovan-9α-ol (3),8(17),13-ent-labdadien-15→ 16-lactone-19-oic acid (4),高根二醇(5),3-甲氧基槲皮素(6),槲皮素(7),芹菜素(8),木犀草素(9),3,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸乙酯(10),没食子酸乙酯(11)和没食子酸(12)。结论 化合物12 为新化合物,其余10个化合物皆为首次报道从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Muricatenol (1) is a new C37 non-THF ring acetogenin with four hydroxyls and one isolated double bond in the long aliphatic chain. 2,4-cis-Gigantetrocinone (2) and 2,4-trans-gigantetrocinone (3) have been isolated as their acetates by preparative TLC. 2,4-trans-Isoannonacin-10-one (4) and 2,4-trans-isoannonacin (5) have been isolated as only 2,4-trans-form for the first time (no cis-form). Also four known acetogenins, gigantetrocin-A (6), gigantetrocin-B (7), annomontacin (8), gigantetronenin (9) and a mixture of N-fatty acyl tryptamines have been isolated (10). Their structures have been established on the basis of spectral analyses. The CHCl3 fraction of the seeds showed strong antitumor activities.  相似文献

Two new compounds, baiyecrystals D and E (1, 2), together with eight known analogues, xerophilusin B (4), macrocalin B (5), oridonin (6), rosthorin A (7), lasiocarpanin (8), rabdoternin A (9) and phyllostachysin A (10) and B (11), were isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon leucophyllus. The structures of 1 and 2 and 4-11 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods, especially the 2D NMR spectral analysis. Compounds 2, 6-8 and 10 were evaluated for their antineoplastic activities in vitro. Among them, lasiocarpanin (8) showed significant inhibitory activities against K562 and Bcap37 cells, with the IC50 values of 0.13 and 1.26 μg mL-1, respectively, which were lower than those of the positive control.  相似文献

One new triterpenoid, entokamurol (1), was isolated from Entodon okamurae Broth, together with other nine compounds, namely dryocrassol (2), chrysophamol (3), physcion (4), 10-nonacosamnol (5), n-hexadecanol (6), phthalic acid isodibutyl ester (7), curcumol (8), β-sitosterol (9) and daucosterol (10). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive NMR (DEPT, DQF-COSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY), IR and MS studies. All the compounds were isolated and identified from the genus of Entodon for the first time, and it is also the first report of a guaiane-type sesquiterpenoid and compounds with anthraquinone skeleton in mosses.  相似文献

Besides a series of known sterols and triterpenoids, a new resorcinol (1) and a known resorcinol (2) have been isolated from ethanol extract of Ardisia maculosa for the first time. The structures of these resorcinol derivatives were elucidated as 2-methyl-5-(Z-heptadec-8-enyl) resorcinol and 5-Z-heptadec-8-enyl) resorcinol by HRESI-MS, NMR (1H, 13C, HSQC, HMBC) experiments. In our in vitro assay, compounds 1 and 2 showed no antimicrobial activities, however, compound 2 exhibited cytotoxity activity against human cancer cell line with GI50 value of 2.14 × 10- 4 mmol/ml.  相似文献
