目的探索急救护理课程结构与内容的改革方法,以使急救护理知识与技能适应临床需求.方法在征求学生意见的基础上,将心电图、实验诊断与急救护理学课程整合为〈急危重症监护学〉一门课程.结果有利于相关知识的衔接,有利于理论知识与急救技能的结合及应用能力的培养.结论缩短了护生向专业护士转化的过渡期,符合培养高技术型护理人才的总体培养目标.  相似文献

ObjectivesInterprofessional collaboration in the training of nursing and psychology students helps provide students of both disciplines with the ability and competences they need to best attend to their patients. This study implemented and analyzed a method for developing the competences of each discipline in a scenario of joint clinical simulation that incorporates mental and physical health simultaneously, and measured the caring ability of the participating students.MethodsParticipants took a self-applied survey measuring their own caring ability. After, a clinical simulation was performed where nursing students performed clinical interviews on psychology students, who acted as standardized patients. Caring abilities were measured in the nursing students, and the psychology students implemented an intervention service measuring caring ability and brief - debrief simulation by coaching to nursing students.ResultsThe results indicated that the self-applied questionnaire of caring ability resulted in scores significantly higher than what was measured by observers.ConclusionsThe results contribute to the development of protocols, training and collaborative work practices in interprofessional education, which allow the scaling of these competences.  相似文献

As complexity within the health-care industry grows, concerns regarding the theory-practice gap for new graduate nurses increase. One proposed method for overcoming this gap is a concept-based curriculum (CBC). The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis guidelines directed this literature review of 23 peer-reviewed articles published between 2008 and 2018 on transitioning to a CBC. Results demonstrated that although transitioning to a CBC has significant challenges in organization, time, and faculty support, it also supported a more interactive learning environment, student-centered teaching, and streamlining of course content.  相似文献

In this paper, I reflect on what can be learned by engaging in future thinking within our discipline, and what implications the results of that thinking may have for the development of nursing education. Recognizing the marvelous diversity of perspective within our discipline with regard to what will and ought to be our future mandate, it seems reasonable to search for some grounding in what might ensure that we enter that future wisely. We all know that change is a fundamental characteristic of all future projections, and yet that insight seems a weak justification for failure to plan. Nurse educators hold a particular obligation to ensure that they are preparing the professionals who will take that future forward. Although we have always recognized that they must nurse for today with an eye on tomorrow, it is inordinately difficult to come to some agreement on how we can best bridge that gap within our educational programs and strategies. Toward this end, I draw on lessons that can be drawn from our professional history as a rich and vibrant context to propose some key issues for that future theorizing.  相似文献

BackgroundSystematic reviews and guidelines are available to guide management of cough in lung cancer, but evidence for intervention efficacy is limited, and little research has yet described current practice.AimTo canvass the experiences and perspectives of Australian health professionals with regard to the clinical importance and current management of cough in people with lung cancer.MethodsAn open, online, cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2018. Health professionals of all disciplines were eligible, and recruitment was by direct approach to lung cancer multidisciplinary teams, professional listservs and conferences.FindingsFifty-eight people completed the survey, of whom 26 (45%) were medical practitioners, 21 (36%) registered nurses, and 10 (17%) allied health practitioners. Nearly all (>90%) considered cough to be of clinical concern and welcomed efforts to improve management. In most services, ≤25% of patients with clinically concerning cough receive management. Opiates were perceived to be the most consistently effective pharmacological strategy, with ≥50% participants indicating minimal or variable effectiveness for all others. The few participants who had experience of non-pharmacological strategies perceived these to be only somewhat or variably effective.DiscussionResults from this study identified variability in the management of cough associated with lung cancer, and suggest this problem may be under-treated in most services. Unmet needs identified by this study are likely under-estimated due to the volunteer effect associated with open surveys.ConclusionFurther efforts are needed to raise awareness about the importance of managing cough and provide evidence-based strategies for this population.  相似文献

目的 :探索符合素质教育要求的《护理科研方法》考核方式。方法 :以 97、98、99级 82名护理本科生为对象 ,以实践考核方式对《护理科研方法》课程进行评价 ,并自编调查问卷对该方法的效果进行反馈调查。结果 :实践考核对学生素质培养具有积极作用 ,有 91.4 %的同学认为有利于科研能力的真正提高 ,87.7%的同学认为利于自主性的发挥 ,77.8%的学生认为促进了独创性思维的培养 ,对教师改进今后教学具有一定指导作用。结论 :《护理科研方法》采取实践考核方式是有益的尝试。  相似文献

BackgroundGamification is a novel educational method that adopts elements of games to motivate students using participatory learning. The objective of this study was to measure the effect of participation in an Instagram-based educational game on learning outcomes.MethodExperimental design with 291 university students in a first-year course of the Bachelor of Nursing during the 2020–21 academic year.ResultsAfter ruling out pretest sensitization, we identified a positive effect of participation in the educational game. An average improvement of 0.62 points was observed in the final grade of the students belonging to the experimental groups.ConclusionNursing undergraduate students participating an Instagram-based educational game had better learning outcomes than their counterparts who did not participate in the game.  相似文献

Curricular revision is an ongoing process. This article reports on curricular redesign process that facilitates transition from associate degree in nursing (ADN) to bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) education. Revisions were based on; course mapping to meet the American Association of Colleges of Nursing Essentials of Baccalaureate Education, review of ADN content duplication, and consideration of student feedback. This article adds to the body of knowledge on registered nurse (RN)-to-BSN curriculum content, revision methods, and support of the seamless transition of students to meet challenges posed by the Institute of Medicine report.  相似文献

目的: 在《护理研究》课程中融入思政元素,评价其教学效果。方法: 以2016级121名护理本科生为研究对象,进行课程思政教学改革,课后采用自行编制的“《护理研究》课程思政学习效果问卷”进行评价。结果: 授课效果最佳的3个思政元素是:大学生诚信道德、科研诚信和医学伦理问题;94.3%的学生表示通过学习树立了良好的科研诚信意识,90.9%的学生则认为通过学习培养了自己的团队合作能力;教师可以从社会主义核心价值观目标、情感态度目标和职业素养目标等方面筛选确定专业课程的思政元素,并结合案例等多种方法实施课程思政教学。结论: 《护理研究》课程思政教学有助于学生树立良好的科研诚信意识、重视医学研究的伦理问题和培养团队合作能力。但需进一步提升专业课教师的育德能力与意识,并充分考虑课程内容、学生认知规律和心理特征,优化教学设计,选择恰当的思政元素融入相应的授课章节,并结合案例分析法、任务驱动式等多种教学方法,将“立德树人”恰如其分地浸入专业课教学中。  相似文献
