目的:探讨苦味西葫芦水提物的镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠甩尾试验和热板试验观察苦味西葫芦水提物的镇痛作用。结果:苦味西葫芦在末次给药后90min没有表现明显的镇痛作用,在150min后表现出一定的镇痛作用,效果好于阳性药卡马西平。结论:苦味西葫芦水提物对热刺激引起的锐痛表现出一定的镇痛作用,且镇痛作用起效迟缓。  相似文献

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定苦味西葫芦果实中药西瓜苦苷的方法,分析其果实中药西瓜苦苷的含量。方法:采用Shim-Pack CLC-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(52∶48)为流动相,检测波长为238nm,柱温为35℃。结果:药西瓜苦苷在1.6~4.8μg范围内线性关系良好,苦味西葫芦果实中药西瓜苦苷的含量为0.28%,RSD为1.27%。结论:该法稳定、简便,可用于苦味西葫芦药材的质量控制。  相似文献

为了对全缘叶紫珠的茎和叶进行化学成分研究, 采用硅胶、凝胶等柱色谱方法分离和纯化化合物, 根据理化性质和波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。从全缘叶紫珠的甲醇提取物中分离得到了15个三萜类化合物, 包括1个新化合物: 2α, 3β, 19α, 23-tetrahydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) 和14个已知化合物: oleanolic acid (2)、3-acetyl oleanolic acid (3)、3β-O-acetyl ursolic acid (4)、2α-hydroxy-ursolic acid (5)、2α, 3β, 19α, 23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (6)、α-amyrin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7)、pomolic acid (8)、betulinic acid (9)、ursolic acid (10)、2α, 3β, 19α, 23-tetrahydroxy-olean-12- en-28-oic acid (11)、2α-hydroxy-oleanolic acid (12)、hederagenin (13)、2α, 19α-dihydroxy-ursolic acid (14) 和pruvuloside A (15)。所有化合物均为首次从全缘叶紫珠中分离得到, 其中化合物3415为首次从紫珠属中分离得到。  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the fruits of Cucurbita pepo cv dayangua has led to the isolation of two cucurbitane glycosides: cucurbitacin L 2-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), cucurbitacin K 2-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (2) and two hexanorcucurbitane glycosides: 2,16-dihydroxy-22,23,24,25,26,27-hexanorcucurbit-5-en-11,20-dione 2-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (3) and 16-hydroxy-22,23,24,25,26,27-hexanorcucurbit-5-en-11,20-dione 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-d-glucopyranoside (4). Compounds 1, 2 and 3 were isolated from Cucurbita genus for the first time, while compound 4 is a new one. Abstract

The pentacyclic triterpenes 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β -d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-[β -d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)]-β -d- fucopyranosyl-23,28-dihydroxy-oleane-11, 13(18)-diene (1) and 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β -d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-[β -d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)]-β -d-fucopyranosyl-16,23,28-trihydroxy-oleane-11,13(18)-diene (2) isolated from leaves of Buddleia scordioides Kunth (Loganiaceae) were studied for the effect on wound healing, using excision and incision wound modes. Significant increase in granulation tissue, tensile strength, hydroxyproline, total protein, and collagen contents was observed. There was significant reduction in the wound area measurement of the test group compared with that of controls. The efficacious prohealing effect may be due to increased collagen deposition as well as to better alignment and maturation.  相似文献

A new dimeric phthalide, chaxiongnolide A (1), and a new natural product, chaxiongnolide B (2), together with a known compound Z-ligustilide (3), were isolated from the rhizome of Ligusticum sinense Oliv cv. 目的 评估积雪苷霜治疗烧伤创面的疗效.方法 96例烧伤患者随机分成积雪苷霜治疗组和对照组,积雪苷霜组采用积雪苷霜外敷创面,对照组不加外用药,两组全身治疗方案相同.随访评估两组的平均愈合时间.结果 与B组相比,A组平均愈合时间明显缩短(P<0.05=.结论 积雪苷霜有助于中小面积烧伤创面的愈合,疗效较好.  相似文献

建立了流动相添加剂-HPLC法测定积雪苷霜软膏中积雪草苷和羟基积雪草苷的含量.采用C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(30:70,添加β-环糊精4.54 g/L)为流动相,检测波长204nm.积雪草苷和羟基积雪草苷在0.2~20μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.20%和98.90%,RSD为1.06%和1.17%.  相似文献
