Stratum corneum hydration in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Dry-looking skin of unknown etiology develops in a majority of patients with chronic renal failure. The hydration of the stratum corneum influences the appearance of the skin and lack of water is considered to induce roughness, e.g. in atopic dermatitis. The aim of the present study was to compare the water content in uremic and healthy skin and to evaluate the possible relationship between skin hydration and pruritus in uremic patients. Thirty-one patients, 19 with pruritus, undergoing chronic hemodialysis participated. Twelve healthy age-matched subjects served as controls. The skin of the uremic patients appeared generally xerotic, whereas the controls had normal-looking skin. The water content of the stratum corneum was recorded with the Corneometer, a capacitance-measuring device, on three different sites: the neck, the chest and the lower leg. There was a significant difference in water content between locations in all groups, the water content being highest in the neck and lowest in the leg (p less than 0.01). There was a tendency that patients with pruritus had a lower water content than patients without pruritus, but there was no significant difference between uremic patients and controls. Hence, insufficient hydration does not seem to explain the difference in skin texture between uremic patients and healthy subjects.  相似文献

Summary Sweat secretion, stratum corneum hydration and small nerve fibre function were measured in 40 patients with advanced chronic renal failure (CRF), using pilocarpine iontophoresis, electrical capacitance and a thermal sensory analyser which measures the thresholds of warm and heat pain sensation. Correlations were sought between these parameters, and the presence and severity of pruritus and skin xerosis were compared with 45 healthy control subjects. The mean sweat secretion and stratum corneum hydration of CRF patients were significantly lower than in controls. Thirteen patients had pathological thresholds to warm sensation on the foot, and eight on the hand. None had pathological thresholds to heat-pain. The presence of pruritus did not correlate with any of the following: xerosis, stratum corneum hydration, sweat secretion or the results of thermal testing.  相似文献

To determine any correlation between the stratum corneum barrier function and the phenotypic severity of congenital ichthyosis, we studied stratum corneum hydration, flexibility, thickness and transepidermal water loss (TEWL) in patients with congenital ichthyosis. Seven patients with congenital ichthyosis aged 2-46 years and age-matched controls were included in the present study. We divided seven patients into two groups; patients with non-bullous type (non-bullous congenital ichthyosiform erythroderma patients) and patients with the bullous type of congenital ichthyosis (bullous congenital ichthyosiform erythroderma and ichthyosis bullosa of Siemens). Stratum corneum hydration, thickness and flexibility were measured using a Corneometer ASA-M2. The stratum corneum thickness was also examined using a skin biopsy technique. TEWL was measured using Evaporimeter AS-TW1. The clinical severity of ichthyosis phenotype was evaluated using a visual analogue scale (VAS). Stratum corneum hydration and flexibility were significantly reduced in both congenital ichthyosis patient groups. Stratum corneum thickness was significantly increased in both groups. In the patient group with non-bullous congenital ichthyosis, significant negative correlations were confirmed between the VAS score and stratum corneum hydration and between the VAS score and flexibility. A significant, positive correlation was also observed between the VAS score and stratum corneum thickness. There was a positive correlation between the VAS score and TEWL on both the extensor and flexor sides of the forearm and back. We conclude that stratum corneum hydration, flexibility and thickness measured by the corneometer, and TEWL on the arm may be a useful indicator of the severity of ichthyosis phenotype.  相似文献

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronically relapsing skin disease with genetic predisposition, which occurs most frequently in preschool children. It is considered that dryness and pruritus, which are always present in AD, are in correlation with degradation of the skin barrier function. Measurement of hydration and pH value of the stratum corneum is one of the noninvasive methods for evaluation of skin barrier function. The aim of the study was to assess skin barrier function by measuring stratum corneum hydration and skin surface pH of the skin with lesions, perilesional skin and uninvolved skin in AD patients, and skin in a healthy control group. Forty-two patients were included in the study: 21 young and adult AD patients and 21 age-matched healthy controls. Capacitance, which is correlated with hydration of stratum corneum and skin surface pH were measured on the forearm in the above areas by SM810/CM820/pH900 combined units (Courage AND Khazaka, Germany). The mean value of water capacitance measured in AD patients was 44.1 ± 11.6 AU (arbitrary units) on the lesions, 60.2 ± 12.4 AU on perilesional skin and 67.2 ± 8.8 AU on uninvolved skin. In healthy controls, the mean value was 74.1 ± 9.2 AU. The mean pH value measured in AD patients was 6.13 ± 0.52 on the lesions, 5.80 ± 0.41 on perilesional skin, and 5.54 ± 0.49 on uninvolved skin. In control group, the mean pH of the skin surface was 5.24 ± 0.40. The values of both parameters measured on lesional skin were significantly different (capacitance decreased and pH increased) from the values recorded on perilesional skin and uninvolved skin. The same held for the relation between perilesional and uninvolved skin. According to study results, the uninvolved skin of AD patients had significantly worse values of the measured parameters as compared with control group. The results of this study suggested the skin barrier function to be degraded in AD patients, which is specifically expressed in lesional skin.  相似文献

目的:了解麻风愈后者其原受累及部位是否存在角质层生理功能障碍。方法:利用多功能皮肤生理仪对麻风患者痊愈后前臂原皮损处角质层含水量、酸碱度、透过皮肤水分丢失率及屏障功能的恢复速度进行测量。结果:与正常对照组相比,麻风愈后者原皮损处角质层含水量明显降低(P〈0.002),以瘤型麻风患者降低幅度最大;皮肤表面的pH明显增高(P〈0.0001),界线类偏结核型患者pH改变不甚明显;麻风愈后者原皮损处的基础表皮通透屏障功能好于正常人,以界线类偏瘤型患者水分丢失量降低最明显:麻风愈后者原皮损处表皮通透屏障功能的恢复速度无明显改变。结论:麻风患者痊愈后仍然有角质层生理功能障碍。  相似文献

Abstract:  The effect of topical skin care products on neonatal skin barrier during first 8 weeks of life has not been scientifically evaluated. In a prospective, randomized clinical study, we compared the influence of three skin care regimens to bathing with water on skin barrier function in newborns at four anatomic sites. A total of 64 healthy, full-term neonates (32 boys and 32 girls) aged <48 hours were randomly assigned to four groups receiving twice-weekly: WG, bathing with wash gel (n = 16); C, bathing and cream (n = 16); WG + C, bathing with wash gel plus cream (n = 16); and B, bathing with water (n = 16). Transepidermal water loss, stratum corneum hydration, skin pH, sebum were measured on day 2, week 2, 4, 8 of life on front, abdomen, upper leg, and buttock. Skin condition was scored and microbiologic colonization was documented. After 8 weeks, group WG + C showed significantly lower transepidermal water loss on front, abdomen, and upper leg as well as higher stratum corneum hydration on front and abdomen compared with group B. Similarly, group C showed lower transepidermal water loss and higher stratum corneum hydration on these body regions. Group WG revealed significantly lower pH on all sites compared with group B at week 8. No differences in sebum level, microbiologic colonization and skin condition score were found. Skin care regimens did not harm physiologic neonatal skin barrier adaptation within the first 8 weeks of life. However, significant influence of skin care on barrier function was found in a regional specific fashion.  相似文献

【摘要】 目的 利用衰减全反射傅里叶变化红外光谱仪(ATR-FTIR)分析敏感性皮肤与正常皮肤角质层成分的差异,探讨该技术在敏感性皮肤发生机制研究中的应用价值。方法 自2018年12月至2019年2月,招募在上海市居住 ≥ 6年的148例志愿者,通过问卷调查、乳酸刺痛试验和辣椒素试验,将受试者分为正常皮肤组和敏感性皮肤组;同时,记录乳酸刺痛试验和辣椒素试验中受试者的总刺痛评分和总灼痛评分。应用ATR-FTIR检测角质层成分,包括天然保湿因子(NMF)、角质层脂质、游离脂肪酸(FFA)和β/α比值;同时应用其他无创技术测量经表皮失水率(TEWL)、角质层含水量、角质层脂质、皮肤pH值和3种周围感觉神经纤维的电流感觉阈值和浅表皮肤血流灌注量等皮肤生理参数。分析角质层成分与总刺痛评分和总灼痛评分的Spearman相关系数,以及与皮肤生理参数的Pearson相关系数。结果 73例志愿者完成全部试验,其中敏感性皮肤组34例,男15例,女19例,年龄(41.8 ± 8.9)岁;正常皮肤组39例,男19例,女20例,年龄(42.8 ± 9.4)岁。敏感性皮肤组和正常皮肤组角质层NMF分别为30.90 ± 7.38、37.01 ± 8.77(t = 3.193,P < 0.01),FFA分别为14.90 ± 6.75和20.45 ± 11.76(t = 2.422,P < 0.05),β/α值分别为3.17 ± 1.03和2.67 ± 0.56(t = -2.595,P < 0.05),角质层脂质两组差异无统计学意义(t = 1.458,P > 0.05)。皮肤生理参数中,敏感性皮肤组TEWL显著高于正常皮肤组(t = -3.496,P < 0.001),而5 Hz电流感觉阈值和表皮致密度显著低于正常皮肤组(P < 0.05),角质层脂质差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。相关分析显示,NMF、FFA和β/α与TEWL(r值分别为-0.405、-0.562、0.503,均P < 0.01)和总刺痛评分(rs值分别为-0.401、-0.285、0.316,P < 0.01或0.05)均呈良好的相关性,同时,表皮致密度与NMF(r = 0.402,P < 0.01)和β/α比值(r = -0.369,P < 0.05)也呈良好的相关性。但NMF、FFA和β/α与角质层脂质、3种感觉神经纤维的电流感觉阈值、浅表皮肤血流灌注量及表皮厚度之间均无相关性(均P > 0.05)。结论 敏感性皮肤与正常皮肤角质层NMF、FFA和β/α存在显著差异,且NMF、FFA和β/α与部分角质层屏障功能生理参数之间具有良好的相关性。因此,ATR-FTIR是一种有效评价敏感性皮肤屏障功能的手段。  相似文献

Two studies were performed to evaluate the influence of glycerol on the recovery of damaged stratum corneum barrier function. Measurements of transepidermal water loss and capacitance were conducted in a 3-day follow-up after tape stripping (study 1) and a 7-day follow-up after a barrier damage due to a repeated washing with sodium lauryl sulphate. In study 1 a faster barrier repair (transepidermal water loss) was monitored in glycerol-treated sites. Significant differences between glycerol open vs. untreated and glycerol occluded vs. untreated were observed at day 3. Stratum corneum hydration showed significantly higher values in the sites treated with glycerol+occlusion, compared with all other sites. In study 2 a faster barrier repair was seen in glycerol-treated sites, with significant differences against untreated and base-treated sites 7 days after the end of the treatment. Stratum corneum hydration showed highest values in the glycerol treated sites after 3 days of treatment. Glycerol creates a stimulus for barrier repair and improves the stratum corneum hydration; stratum corneum hydration is not strictly related to barrier homeostasis and can be optimized by different mechanisms and pathways. The observed effects were based on the modulation of barrier repair and were not biased by the humectant effect of glycerol. As the glycerol-induced recovery of barrier function and stratum corneum hydration were observed even 7 days after the end of treatment, glycerol can be regarded as a barrier stabilizing and moisturizing compound.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Certain moisturizers can improve skin barrier function in atopic dermatitis. The effect of topical nicotinamide on atopic dry skin is unknown. We examined the effect of topical nicotinamide on atopic dry skin and compared the results with the effect of white petrolatum in a left-right comparison study. METHODS: Twenty-eight patients with atopic dermatitis, with symmetrical lesions of dry skin on both forearms, were enrolled, and were instructed to apply nicotinamide cream containing 2% nicotinamide on the left forearm and white petrolatum on the right forearm, twice daily over a 4- or 8-week treatment period. Transepidermal water loss and stratum corneum hydration were measured by instrumental devices. The amount of the stratum corneum exfoliated by tape stripping (desquamation index) was determined by an image analyzer. RESULTS: Nicotinamide significantly decreased transepidermal water loss, but white petrolatum did not show any significant effect. Both nicotinamide and white petrolatum increased stratum corneum hydration, but nicotinamide was significantly more effective than white petrolatum. The desquamation index was positively correlated with stratum corneum hydration at baseline and gradually increased in the nicotinamide group, but not in the white petrolatum group. CONCLUSIONS: Nicotinamide cream is a more effective moisturizer than white petrolatum on atopic dry skin, and may be used as a treatment adjunct in atopic dermatitis.  相似文献

Dermatophytes have the ability to form molecular attachments to keratin and use it as a source of nutrients, colonizing keratinized tissues, including the stratum corneum of the skin. Malassezia species also affect the stratum corneum of the skin. Therefore, dermatophytosis and pityriasis versicolor of the skin are thought to be important factors of profound changes in skin barrier structure and function. We aimed to describe the changes in transepidermal water loss (TEWL), stratum corneum hydration, and skin pH in the lesions of the dermatophytosis and pityriasis versicolor. Thirty-six patients with dermatophytosis (14 with tinea cruris, 13 with tinea corporis and nine with tinea pedis or tinea manus) and 11 patients with pityriasis versicolor were included in this study. TEWL, stratum corneum conductance and skin pH were determined by biophysical methods to examine whether our patients exhibited changes in barrier function. Dermatophytosis and pityriasis versicolor except tinea pedis and tinea manus showed highly significant increase in TEWL compared with adjacent infection-free skin. Hydration was significantly reduced in lesional skin compared with adjacent infection-free skin. From this study, infections with dermatophytes and Malassezia species on the body can alter biophysical properties of the skin, especially the function of stratum corneum as a barrier to water loss. On the contrary, infections with dermatophytes on the palms and soles little affect the barrier function of the skin.  相似文献

During the last few years, sauna has become the epitome of wellness. Besides studies in general medicine evaluating the health benefit of sauna, e.g. on the cardiovascular system, no systematic study regarding skin physiology has been published. The present exploratory study was intended to analyse the effect of regular Finnish sauna on skin physiology. The effect of regular sauna bathing was assessed with non-invasive instruments: stratum corneum water-holding capacity, skin redness, transepidermal water loss and surface skin pH were analysed in 41 healthy volunteers, aged 20-49 years, in a group with regular sauna exposure compared to a control group with no regular sauna exposure. A more stable epidermal barrier function, an increase in stratum corneum hydration, a faster recovery of both elevated water loss and skin pH after exposure to 2 x 15 min sauna at 80 degrees C could be demonstrated in volunteers with regular sauna. Heart beat rate and ionic concentration in sweat as well as epidermal blood perfusion showed a training effect under regular sauna. A decrease in casual skin sebum content on the skin surface of the forehead was observed in these volunteers. The present data suggest a protective effect of regular sauna on skin physiology, especially surface pH and stratum corneum water-holding capacity.  相似文献

The only known function of human sebaceous glands is the provocation of acne. We assessed here whether sebum influences stratum corneum hydration or permeability barrier function in asebia J1 and 2 J mice, with profound sebaceous gland hypoplasia. Asebia J1 mice showed normal permeability barrier homeostasis and extracellular lamellar membrane structures, but they displayed epidermal hyperplasia, inflammation, and decreased (>50%) stratum corneum hydration, associated with a reduction in sebaceous gland lipids (wax diesters/monoesters, sterol esters). The triglyceride content of both asebia and control stratum corneum was low, consistent with high rates of triglyceride hydrolysis within the normal pilosebaceous apparatus, despite high rates of triglyceride synthesis. Although a mixture of synthetic, sebum-like lipids (sterol/wax esters, triglycerides) did not restore normal stratum corneum hydration to asebia skin, topical glycerol, the putative product of triglyceride hydrolysis in sebaceous glands, normalized stratum corneum hydration, and the glycerol content of asebia stratum corneum was 85% lower than in normal stratum corneum. In contrast, another potent endogenous humectant (urea) did not correct the abnormality. The importance of glycerol generation from triglyceride in sebaceous glands for stratum corneum hydration was demonstrated further by (i) the absence of sebaceous-gland-associated lipase activity in asebia mice, whereas abundant enzyme activity was present in the glands of control mice; and (ii) the inability of high concentrations of topical triglyceride to correct the hydration abnormality, despite the presence of abundant lipase activity in asebia stratum corneum. These results show that sebaceous-gland-derived glycerol is a major contributor to stratum corneum hydration.  相似文献

BackgroundThe non-invasive skin barrier measurements transepidermal water loss, stratum corneum hydration and the skin surface pH are widely used in clinical skin research. Relative and absolute measurement errors of these measurements are unknown in geriatric care settings.Material and methodsTransepidermal water loss, stratum corneum hydration, skin surface pH and temperature were measured on the volar forearm and lower leg twice by trained raters within a cross-sectional study in ten nursing homes. Intrarater reliability was calculated using the ICC (1,1). Intrarater agreement was analyzed using Bland Altman Plots with limits of agreement.ResultsTwo hundred twenty-three residents were included and mean age was 84.2 years. The highest ICC was found for transepidermal water loss and skin surface temperature of the leg with 0.95 (95% CI 0.93 to 0.96). The ICC of the stratum corneum was 0.91 (95% CI 0.88 to 0.93) for both investigated skin areas. The measurement of the pH at the lower leg had the lowest ICC with 0.73 (95% CI 0.66 to 0.78). Highest limits of agreement of approximately 8 a.u. were calculated for stratum corneum hydration and lowest limits of agreement of approximately 1 °C were calculated for skin surface pH.ConclusionRelative measurement errors of transepidermal water loss and stratum corneum hydration were very low indicating that single measurements provide reliable estimates in this population and setting. However, the absolute measurement errors were high for both of these parameters. To increase reliability of skin surface pH we recommend at least two repeated measurements.  相似文献

The goal of this study was to evaluate biophysically and clinically the hand skin of nurses working in the operating room in comparison with the hand skin of a control group of female administrative employees. 19 nurses and 14 employees were included in this trial. Transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and stratum corneum (SC) hydration were evaluated on 4 different test sites - dominant and non-dominant pulse, and dominant and non-dominant hand dorsum. The clinical score Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) and subjective evaluation of skin sensitivity were also recorded. In comparison with the control group, TEWL values among nurses were significantly higher on all test sites, while SC hydration was significantly lower on 3 of the 4 test sites. In addition, clinical score showed the presence of irritant contact dermatitis (ICD). DLQI reported a higher level of disability among the nurses group, while the subjective evaluation of skin sensitivity was identical in both groups. The results suggest the presence of skin barrier alterations and clinical signs of chronic ICD on the hands of nurses working in operating room units.  相似文献

Background/aims: Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is used for the estimation of the amount of body fat. We evaluated the influence of the stratum corneum hydration at the contact areas used for BIA on the body fat estimation. Methods: Stratum corneum hydration was measured at the sole of the right foot and the palm of the right hand before and after contact with the Tanita Body Composition Analyzer TBF 410® and the Omron Body Fat Analyzer®, (n=128 females and 126 males), respectively. Changes in stratum corneum hydration during the contact time were calculated (ΔHYD). As a gold standard for body fat estimation, the underwater weighing method (UWW) was used and the deviation of this standard was calculated for the Tanita (DT) and the Omron (DO) measurement. Results: During contact with the Tanita, stratum corneum hydration increased significantly at the foot. Neither stratum corneum hydration measured at the respective contact sites before BIA nor ΔHYD at the respective skin sites was related to DT or with DO. Conclusion: The BIA measuring procedure using the Tanita instrument leads to an occlusive effect at the contact site. BIA for the determination of body composition is not influenced by stratum corneum hydration.  相似文献

Point mutations in the suprabasal cytokeratins 1 (K1) or 10 (K10) in humans have been shown to be the cause of the congenital ichthyosis epidermolytic hyperkeratosis. Recently, a K10 deficient mouse model was established serving as a model for epidermolytic hyperkeratosis. Homozygotes suffered from severe skin fragility and died shortly after birth. Heterozygotes developed hyperkeratosis with age. To see whether phenotypic abnormalities in the mouse model were associated with changes in skin barrier function and skin water content we studied basal transepidermal water loss and capacity for barrier repair after experimental barrier disruption as well as stratum corneum hydration. Also, we determined the activities of acid and neutral sphingomyelinase key enzymes of the tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-1 signal transduction pathways generating the ceramides most important for epidermal permeability barrier homeostasis. Neonatal homozygotes showed an 8-fold increase in basal transepidermal water loss compared with wild type controls. Adult heterozygotes exhibited delayed barrier repair after experimental barrier disruption. Stratum corneum hydration was reduced in homozygous and heterozygous mice. Acid sphingomyelinase activity, which is localized in the epidermal lamellar bodies and generates ceramides for extracellular lipid lamellae in the stratum corneum permeability barrier, was reduced in homozygous as well as heterozygous animals. Neutral sphingomyelinase activity, which has a different location and generates ceramides involved in cell signaling, was increased. The reduction in acid sphingomyelinase activity may explain the recently described decreased ratio of ceramides to total lipids in K10 deficient mice. In summary, our results demonstrate the crucial role of the keratin filament for permeability barrier function and stratum corneum hydration.  相似文献

Although barrier function of psoriatic skin is shown to be decreased by measuring transepidermal water loss (TEWL), few reports exist examining other physical skin properties and components including stratum corneum hydration, natural moisturizing factor (NMF), free fatty acids (FFA), β‐sheet and α‐helix ratio of structural protein(s), and sebum content. We compared the skin properties and components of normal, involved and uninvolved skin of psoriasis. Using a corneometer and attenuated total reflection‐infrared spectrometer, we measured TEWL, stratum corneum hydration, NMF, FFA, β/α ratio and sebum in psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy controls. TEWL and β/α ratio of involved psoriatic skin were significantly increased compared with uninvolved skin and normal control skin. In contrast, stratum corneum hydration , NMF and FFA, but not sebum, are significantly decreased in the involved skin compared with uninvolved skin and normal skin. TEWL and stratum corneum hydration returned to the normal levels following clinical improvement of the lesion. Barrier function and hydration of psoriatic skin are defective and secondary structure in stratum corneum protein is altered in the involved psoriatic skin.  相似文献

In order to investigate the mechanism of glycolic acid (GA) function in human stratum corneum, we monitored changes in cathepsin D-like (CD) and chymotrypsin-like (SCCE) proteinases for 3 weeks following topical GA application (50% w/v, pH 0.9) for 30 min to human skin. In the early phase, weakened stratum corneum cohesion in the lower layers was observed on day 2 and the amount of active CD in the upper layer of the stratum corneum was significantly decreased from 30 min until day 2, whereas that in the lower layer remained normal. In contrast, the amount of active SCCE showed no change during the experimental period. The surface pH of the stratum corneum drastically decreased to pH 2 at 30 min and slightly recovered to around pH 3 until 1 day after treatment. From 9 to 19 days, a decrease in corneocyte cell area and a remarkable long-term increase in the amount of active CD in the upper layer were observed. In an in vitro study, the activities of desquamation-regulating proteinases were shown to have remarkably increased at around pH 3, due to activation of CD at its optimal pH. These results suggest that GA functions via at least two different mechanisms, acute activation of CD in the lower layer by acidification around pH 3, along with inactivation of CD in the upper layer, and long-term enhancement of de novo CD production in the few weeks following GA treatment.  相似文献

Non-invasive investigations of skin morphology and function are standard tools to study the pathophysiology of several cutaneous disorders, yet they have not been used in population-based epidemiological studies. Here we examined skin surface pH, stratum corneum hydration, trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) and skin roughness by profilometry in a study population comprising 377 primary school children (8-9 years old) as part of a multicentre survey on risk factors for allergic diseases in school children. Skin surface pH showed significant higher values (p=0.029) in the group with atopic eczema (n=45) compared with the group without atopic eczema; all other parameters did not differ significantly between children with and without atopic eczema. With increasing skin dryness there was a significant increase in pH values (p=0.004). Stratum corneum hydration showed a significant decrease with increasing dryness (p<0.001). Measurement of skin roughness also revealed a significant linear relationship with skin dryness (p=0.02). It is concluded that measurement of skin surface pH, corneometry and profilometry are useful non-invasive techniques to objectively assess skin dryness in epidemiological studies regarding atopic skin disease.  相似文献

【摘要】 有学者认为,皮肤干燥是表皮通透屏障功能受损的表现,但目前尚没有足够的证据证明这一观点。实际上,皮肤干燥是角质层含水量降低的表现。角质层含水量主要由角质层天然保湿因子的量决定,而表皮通透屏障功能则主要由角质层脂质的质和量以及结构蛋白决定。如果皮肤干燥是由表皮通透屏障功能降低所致,那么,角质层含水量应当与透皮失水率呈负相关性。但是研究表明,无论是正常人皮肤、鱼鳞病皮损或皮脂腺缺乏的小鼠皮肤,角质层含水量与透皮失水率均无负相关性。相反,有研究显示,人角质层含水量与透皮失水率呈正相关性。因此,皮肤干燥似乎不是表皮通透屏障功能受损的表现。  相似文献
