同时性原发双侧不同组织类型乳腺癌1例

1 临床资料 患者,女,70岁.因双侧乳房无痛性肿块10个月,于2009年4月2日入院.有乳腺癌家族史（其母死于乳腺癌肺转移）.体检：双侧乳房视诊尚对称,双乳头无溢液,右侧乳头轻度凹陷,双乳皮肤无橘皮样改变.     

子宫内膜癌合并输卵管癌1例报告

目的报告腹腔镜微创手术治疗I期子宫内膜癌合并输卵管癌1例,并结合文献讨论该病的临床症状、鉴别诊断、治疗、预后。方法患者主诉绝经2年,不规则阴道流血伴下腹痛2月,妇科检查子宫萎缩,双附件未扪及异常,CA125、CEA正常,病理检查确诊子宫内膜癌。结果完善相关检查后行腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切术及双侧附件切除术,术后确诊为子宫内膜癌Ia期合并输卵管癌Ia期,予以奥沙利铂+多西他赛静脉化疗6个疗程。随访至今未复发。结论输卵管癌合并子宫内膜癌双重癌罕见,I期患者可行微创手术,术后辅以化疗。     

Abetalipoproteinaemia. A case report with pathological studies.

The clinical and pathological features of a case of abetalipoproteinaemia in a 38-year-old patient are described in detail. A feature not previously recorded was a marked reduction in the velocity of ocular horizontal saccadic movements. Pathological studies revealed an active chronic demyelinating process. The patient showed no response to large doses of vitamin E. The rationale for this therapy, and the possible reasons for its failure are discussed.     

Leiomyosarcoma of stomach: A case report.

We report a rare case of leiomyosarcoma of stomach infiltrating into the spleen and tail of pancreas, which presented at the age of 28 years of age with haematemesis and was diagnosed after exploratory laparotomy. En block excision of tail of pancreas, spleen and part of the greater curvature of stomach containing the mass was done. Key words: Leiomyosarcoma, Leiomyoma, Stomach.     

尿胸一例报告并文献复习

目的 探讨尿胸患者的临床表现及实验室检查结果,以提高临床医生对尿胸的诊断水平.方法 报告1例尿胸患者并进行相关文献复习.结果 1例左侧胸腔积液患者,胸腔积液有尿味且常规检查为漏出液,超声检查显示双侧肾积水,肾功能异常,经外科手术治疗解除尿道梗阻后,胸腔积液消失,确诊为尿胸.结论 尿胸是非常罕见的梗阻性尿道疾病的并发症,文献报道较少,因此有必要对该病给予重视,提高对该病的诊断水平.     

A neonate with bilateral refractory chylothorax--a case report.

A thirty six week gestation male baby weighing three kilogram was born to a twenty five year old mother by spontaneous vaginal delivery. At four hours of life, the baby developed respiratory distress with cyanosis and was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit. There was clinical and radiological evidence of bilateral pleural effusion. Thoracentesis revealed a transudate. Repeated thoracentesis was necessary to relieve the respiratory distress. Subsequently, multi resistant Klebsiella aerogenes was isolated from the blood. The baby expired due to gram negative sepsis.     

嗅神经母细胞瘤1例

1　病例报告　女 ,31岁 ,因嗅觉丧失 ,进行性视力减退 1+ a入院 . 2 0 0 0 - 0 6无明显诱因出现鼻塞 ,嗅觉丧失 ,伴鼻衄 ,在当地医院按“鼻炎”治疗无效 ,症状进行性加重 ,伴头痛 ,并逐渐出现视力减退 ,无恶心、呕吐等症状 . 2 0 0 0 - 11患者右眼视力消失 ,当地医院 CT检查提示鼻腔恶性肿瘤 ,侵及颅底、眶部、视交叉及海绵窦 .1wk后患者左眼视力消失 . 2 0 0 0 - 12 - 2 0在全麻下行肿瘤切除术加前颅底重建术 ,术后病理 :嗅神经母细胞瘤 .术后 14 d开始行放疗 ,总剂量 6 0 Gy,手术及放疗后鼻衄、头痛症状消失 ,双侧视力无明显改善 ,MRI…
