玻璃纤维复合树脂桩在前牙桩冠修复中的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:研究玻璃纤维复合树脂桩在前牙冠桩修复中的应用。方法:31例37个前牙需桩冠修复病例,经完善根管治疗后,使用玻璃纤维复合树脂桩核加全冠修复。结果:随访3~23个月,36个牙冠修复体的固位、边缘密合度、牙周状况均良好,1个牙冠修复体出现松动。结论:玻璃纤维复合树脂桩在前牙区桩核冠修复中能提供较好的固位及美学效果。  相似文献

目的探讨纤维桩核系统与金属铸造桩核修复严重缺损后牙的临床效果。方法选择97例患者共计106颗严重缺损后牙为研究对象,经过完善的根管治疗后随机分成2组。纤维桩组52颗患牙,金属铸造桩核组54颗患牙,2组均用烤瓷全冠修复。随访12~24个月,观察2组患牙的成功率,并用SPSS软件对2组患牙成功率进行掊2检验。结果纤维桩组52颗患牙失败2例,金属铸造桩核组54颗患牙失败6例,2组患牙的成功率差异有统计学意义。结论纤维桩核系统可作为严重缺损后牙的理想修复材料。  相似文献

目的 总结分析石英纤维桩树脂核全冠修复的临床效果.方法 选择合适病例,对经过完善根管治疗的40例共98颗牙齿,使用石英纤维桩树脂核,制做全冠(95例全瓷冠),观察3~24个月,评价临床修复效果.结果 出现桩松动1颗,冠松动1颗,牙龈红肿2颗,其余94颗牙未出现冠修复体颜色改变,无冠折、根折及冠或桩的松动,医患双方对修复效果满意.结论 纤维桩具有美观、不易发生根折的优点,但其长期的效果有待进一步观察.  相似文献

STATEMENT OF PROBLEM: Debonding is a common cause of failure encountered with fiber posts and usually occurs along the post space-dentin adhesive interface. The ideal thickness of the resin cement needed to improve retentive bond strength is unknown. PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of 4 different post-space diameters and related resin cement film thicknesses on the bond strength between fiber posts and root dentin. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Eighty human maxillary central incisors with similar root lengths were selected, sectioned at the cemento-enamel junction, and the roots were treated endodontically. The roots were divided into 4 groups (n=20), and the post spaces were prepared to a depth of 8 mm using 1 of 4 different drills with a different diameter: Torpan drill ISO 90 for the control group (D90); and Torpan Drill ISO 100 (D100), Torpan Drill ISO 120 (D120), or Enapost Drill ISO 140 (D140) for the 3 test groups. Quartz fiber posts (Endo Lightpost), 0.9 mm in apical diameter, were luted (Panavia 21) in each specimen after dentin bonding procedures. The specimens were then subjected to a pullout test using a universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of 1.0 mm/min, and the maximum force required to dislodge each post was recorded (N). Data were analyzed using 1-way ANOVA and Tukey multiple comparisons tests (a=.05). RESULTS: The mean bond strength values (SD) in N for the experimental groups D100 (181.7 (55.3)) and D120 (210.7 (55.0)) were higher (P=.036 and <.001, respectively) than that obtained for the D90 control group (138.5 (49.2)). The lowest mean value was recorded for the D140 group (91.1 (36.0)). All experimental groups showed significantly different results, when compared to the control group. A multiple comparison between experimental groups showed significant differences (P<.001). Only the comparison between D100 versus D120 was not significant. CONCLUSIONS: Data suggest that the resin cement film thickness influences the pullout strengths of fiber-reinforced posts. For the selected quartz fiber-reinforced post and resin luting cement, the highest bond strength values were not obtained when the thinnest cement layer was tested (D90) but when oversized post spaces were used (D100-D120). However, when the cement film thickness was too great (D140), the dislocation resistance of fiber-reinforced posts was significantly decreased.  相似文献

目的通过溶血试验评价口腔修复用国产碳纤维桩材料的生物相容性。方法选用4种国产碳纤维桩材料,分别命名为PI1、PI2、PI3和PI4。参照ISO 10993-4:1992及YY/T 0127.1-1993,采用新鲜兔血,对4种国产碳纤维桩材料进行体外溶血试验。结果新研制的根管修复用碳纤维桩材料溶血率均小于5%。其中PI4材料的溶血率最小。结论新研制的国产碳纤维桩材料均不引起急性溶血。  相似文献

目的 研究四种国产碳纤维桩材料的细胞毒性.方法 采用MTT比色法检测碳纤维桩材料对小鼠成纤维细胞L-929活性与增殖的影响,计算相对增殖率RGR,评价其细胞毒性.结果 四种国产碳纤维桩材料的RGR值均>75%,且RGR值依次增加,细胞毒性均为1级.结论 四种国产碳纤维桩材料均无明显细胞毒性,其中一种材料的细胞相容性最好.  相似文献

目的初步评价新型氧化锆陶瓷预成根管桩修复牙体缺损的临床效果。方法临床收集61例上颌中切牙或尖牙病例,均采用非金属桩+树脂核+全冠修复,其中27例用新型氧化锆陶瓷预成根管桩,34例使用目前临床常用的石英纤维桩。对上述病例修复1年后进行复查。结果 2组患牙均无粘膜过敏反应,且牙齿松动度、牙周探诊深度,X线检查均在正常范围,未出现预成根管桩松动脱落的病例,存留率均为100%。结论新型氧化锆陶瓷预成根管桩和树脂核直接修复前牙缺损初期疗效满意。  相似文献

玻璃纤维强化复合树脂前牙粘结桥临床应用初探   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
目的 :探讨前牙玻璃纤维强化复合树脂粘结桥 (GFRC RBFPD)修复方法和评价短期临床效果。方法 :收集修复门诊 3 0名前牙缺失病例 ,缺失 1颗牙者 2 7例 ,缺失 2颗牙者 3例。其中基牙不需牙体预备的 16例 ,少量牙体预备的 14例。采用STICK预浸透玻璃纤维强化的Sinfony复合树脂制作粘结桥。应用All Bond 2树脂粘结材料粘结修复体。临床进行定期检查 ,全面评价使用效果。结果 :2 6例 6个月后临床复查 ,2 3例 (88.5 % )GFRC RBFPD不松动 ,修复体完好 ,无折断、缺损或过度磨耗 ,无明显着色 ,固位体边缘与粘结剂界面临床观察结合良好。 2例 (7.7% )在使用中出现脱粘 ,1例 (3 .8% )折断。 2 4例 18个月后临床复查 ,其中 3例 (12 .5 % )脱粘 ,3例 (12 .5 % )折断 ;基牙的探诊出血与对照牙比较均有显著性差别 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :GFRC RBFPD是一种微介入、无金属的固定修复方法 ,向患者提供了传统固定桥以外另一种固定修复方式。其支架强度和粘结强度需进一步提高 ,临床应用效果应长期观察。  相似文献

PURPOSE: To review the literature on adhesive luting of fiber-reinforced composite posts (FRC) to provide evidence for the clinical procedure of restoring endodontically treated teeth using FRC posts. METHODS: Data focusing on bonding behavior between root canal dentin, luting agent, and FRC post in vitro as well as in vivo performance of teeth restored with FRC posts were reported. These data were identified by searches of "PubMed", "Scopus", and "Cochrane Library" databases with the terms "post-endodontic restoration", "fiber post", "adhesive luting", "root canal dentin", "clinical study", and "pre-treatment fiber post". Papers published up to September 2007 were selected, and most relevant references were chosen. Cross-referencing of significant papers identified additional relevant articles. RESULTS: FRC posts seem to have become increasingly popular for the restoration of endodontically treated teeth. Compared to metal posts, FRC posts revealed reduced fracture resistance in vitro, along with a usually restorable failure mode. Bonding behavior among FRC post, luting agents, and root canal dentin demonstrated varying results. Bond strengths between FRC posts and resin cements can be enhanced by using various pre-treatment procedures; however, bonding to root canal dentin still seems to be challenging. Most clinical studies investigating survival rates of teeth restored with FRC posts revealed promising results, but risk factors (e.g., the loss of coronal tooth structure) have not been studied intensively. In addition, randomized controlled clinical long term trials are scarce.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate retentive strengths of three adhesive/resin cement/fiber post systems to the apical third of post-space dentin varying the application method of the luting agent. ENA post (Micerium, Avegno, Genova, Italy), FRC Postec Plus (Ivoclar Vivadent, Schaan, Liechtenstein), and Anatomical Post (Dentalica, Milano, Italy) were luted in prepared root canals using the adhesive system and resin cement provided by the respective manufacturer. Each group was randomly divided into three subgroups (n = 10) according to the technique used to place the luting agent into post space: using a lentulo spiral, applying the cement onto the post surface, and injecting the material with a specific syringe. A push-out test was performed on sections from the post-space apical part of each specimen. All fractured specimens were observed using a stereomicroscope. Bond strength values were not significantly affected by the application technique of the luting agent (p > 0.05). The ENA post system showed the highest retentive strengths. The other two post groups exhibited similar bond strengths to each other. Microscopic analysis revealed a prevalence of post/cement and mixed failures.  相似文献

PURPOSE: This study was undertaken to characterize the fracture resistance and mode of fracture of endodontically treated incisors restored with cast post-and-core, prefabricated stainless steel post, or carbon fiber-reinforced composite post systems. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Ten endodontically treated teeth restored with each technique were subjected to a compressive load delivered at a 130-degree angle to the long axis until the first sign of failure was noted. The fracture load and the mode of fracture were recorded. RESULTS: The failure loads registered in the three groups were not significantly different. Between 70%, and 80% of teeth from any of the three groups displayed fractures that were located above the simulated bone level. CONCLUSION: The use of carbon fiber-reinforced composite posts did not change the fracture resistance or the failure mode of endodontically treated central incisors compared to the use of metallic posts.  相似文献

目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩核与金属烤瓷全冠修复后牙残冠、残根的临床效果.方法:选取100例(18~60岁)后牙残冠、残根患者,共计195颗患牙.经过完善的根管治疗后随机分为2组,实验组50例患者共95颗患牙,植入玻璃纤维桩核;对照组50例患者共100颗患牙,用金属铸造桩核修复.2组患者均用金属烤瓷全冠恢复牙体外形.观察2组患者的修复体形态、功能和成功率,并用SPSS13.0软件包对2组修复体的成功率进行X2检验.结果:随访36个月,实验组共90颗牙咀嚼功能良好,无不适主诉,修复体牢同,牙龈及根尖无明显炎症,占总数的94.74%,而对照组100颗牙获得85.00%的成功率,2组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:玻璃纤维桩核可以作为理想的后牙残冠、残根桩核修复材料.  相似文献

目的:观察联合印模法在桩核烤瓷冠中的应用效果。方法:对26例患者共计34颗残冠,残根用塞天,藻酸盐印模材联合印模法取模,采用间接法制作桩核并随后制作烤瓷冠,进行疗效观察及相关问题的讨论。结果:34例残冠,残根的桩核就位顺利,烤瓷冠边缘密合,结论:联合印模法降低了桩核烤瓷冠门诊医师的操作难度,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献
