目的探讨客观结构化临床考试在护理管理者临床实践能力考核中的应用效果。方法选取206名护理管理者为研究对象,通过组建客观结构化临床考试考评团队,设置"六站式"现场考评,对各站点考试成绩、难度系数、区分度等指标进行评价。结果考核难度系数为0.169,区分度为0.431,各考站得分率在73.93%~86.32%之间,真实展现被考核者业务能力水平,基本达到考核目的。结论运用客观结构化临床考试模式考核护理管理团队,能够客观有效评价护理管理者业务素质能力,提升团队协作水平,具有可行性。 相似文献

Nursing students are required to develop clinical knowledge, skills and attitudes for professional practice. However, objectivity and parity of students' clinical assessments has been questioned. In the last decade, more objective techniques have been developed, with increased use of Objective Structured Clinical Examinations. We reviewed objective clinical assessment measures used in preregistration nursing courses to determine utilization and the validity and reliability of assessment techniques. A systematic search was made of quantitative research publications between 2000 and May 2011, identifying 16 studies that were subsequently reviewed. The validity and reliability of studies varied, with six studies judged as high quality, using various methodologies. This paper describes methods of instrument development and reports on their application in preregistration nursing programs. 相似文献

[目的]探索客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在护理本科毕业生临床综合能力评价中的应用.[方法]根据临床护理工作的特点并综合考试信度、效度和可操作性等因素,设置了护理技能操作、小组综合能力、护理程序、职业态度与评判性思维4部分13个考站,对山西医科大学259名护理本科毕业生进行技能测试.[结果]97.68%护理本科毕业生OSCE成绩在70分~89分之间,具有中等和良好的综合能力.[结论]设计的OSCE新型考试模式较好地反映了护理本科毕业生的综合能力,但也存在许多问题,需进一步解决和完善. 相似文献

[目的]探讨护理专业本科毕业生客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)中评判性思维能力的测评方法。[方法]利用自设的测评问巷对我校259名护理专业本科应届毕业生进行测评,并对结果进行分析。[结果]护生评判性思维能力测评的平均得分在中等水平,总体成绩分布呈现正态分布。[结论]对护生评判性思维能力的测评。增强了护生的自身意识,有利于强化教师对护生评判性思维能力的培养,创造良好的学习环境。 相似文献

[目的]了解护生职业态度的实际情况,为制定高等护理教育人才培养策略提供理论依据,促进护理毕业生在未来就业职场的竞争力。[方法]利用投射测验原理,自行设计职业态度l临床情境分析题,分析护生潜意识中对护理专业的真实情感与行为表现。[结果]护理本科毕业生职业态度整体趋向积极,而在某些与个人利益有冲突或较为棘手的临床情境中,部分学生职业态度趋向消极。[结论]护生职业态度情境测评可以了解护生内心真实职业情感,使护理教育者明确护生职业素养优化的方向。 相似文献

目的 分析在护理本科生的基础护理学技能考试中,设计以客观结构化临床考试和团队为基础的考试模式的效果,以及学生对该考试模式的评价和认同情况,探讨基础护理学技能考试模式的改革.方法 选取本校2013级148名护理本科生分为30个团队,以客观结构化临床考试和团队合作为基础,同时融入临床病例贯穿始终,实施基础护理学技能考试.分析各个考站的成绩,并调查学生对该考试模式的评价和认同情况.结果 30个团队的平均成绩为(86.30±6.15)分,操作前评估与准备考站平均成绩为(13.47±0.78)分,得分最高.多数学生对该考试模式的设计、感受、效能方面有较好的评价和认同感.结论 该考试模式有助于客观评价和提高学生多方面的临床能力,如团队协作、护患沟通交流、健康教育、临床思维、技能操作等.学生对该考试模式普遍认同. 相似文献

Title. Objective structured clinical evaluation of clinical competence: an integrativereview.
Aim. This paper presents an integrative literature review conducted to describe the utility of the objective structured clinical evaluation (OSCE) as a strategy of measuring one form of clinical competence in nursing.
Background. The emergence of the OSCE, one form of evaluation of clinical competence used in medicine, is gaining more scrutiny and consideration in nursing education.
Data sources. The review was conducted through an initial search of computerized databases CINAHL, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Academic Search Premier and MEDLINE for the period from 1960 to 2008.
Methods. An integrative review was performed and 41 papers met the inclusion criteria.
Results. The complexities of evaluating clinical competence can be addressed through use of an OSCE process. Concerns related to the conceptual limitations and the lack of psychometric properties of the tools available for measurement in nursing education have been identified.
Conclusion. Major gaps exist in the nursing literature regarding the examination of the psychometric properties of the OSCE, the suitability of the design of the OSCE structure and tools for nursing to measure clinical competency, and the associated costs in the application of this evaluative method. Research conducted on the psychometric properties of the OSCE tool used and correlations to other evaluative methods currently used to evaluate nursing clinical competence would inform educational practices. 相似文献
