犬种布鲁氏菌(B.Canis)病是布鲁氏菌病家族中的种新发现的个病种。1966年Carmichael[1]等在美国第一次从小猎犬中分离到犬种布鲁氏菌后,德国、巴西、墨西哥和阿根廷等近十个国家相继报告发现B.Canis感染[2],1970年WHO布病专家委员会正式把它列为布鲁氏菌属分类中的一个新种。我国台湾省1980年首次报道了该病的存在[3]。1984年尚德秋等在上海从美国进日的Beangle狗和中国草狗分离到B.Canis[4],1986年广西对家狗进行的B.Canis感染的血清学及病原学调查…  相似文献

布鲁氏菌包括12个已知的种型,其中牛、羊和猪种布鲁氏菌是已知的人兽共患病病原菌,引起人类较严重的感染发病。犬种布鲁氏菌主要导致犬流产和繁殖失败。虽然该菌感染人群的病例较为少见,但仍是一种潜在的威胁人类健康和动物福利的风险因素。因此,本文对犬种布鲁氏菌的病原生物学特性、致病性、流行病学、临床特征、治疗及对公众健康的影响等进行综述,为我国犬种布病的监测和防控提供参考依据。  相似文献

本文介绍广西20株犬种布鲁氏菌和6种布鲁氏菌参考菌株,对14种常用抗菌素的敏感性观察,以氯霉素抑制最强,高敏菌株占90%。其次是强力霉素,妥布霉素,四环素,红霉素和新霉素。噻孢霉素头孢哌酮,头孢V号等,对大多数布鲁氏菌的抑菌效果较差,耐药株占45-100%。  相似文献

目的描述2001-2015年锦州市布病疫情流行病学特征和变化趋势,探讨下一步的防控重点。方法用描述流行病学方法对锦州市布病疫情进行分析,对试管凝集试验阳性率与发病率进行Pearson相关性分析。结果 2001-2015年锦州市布病发病率为0.45/10万-16.53/10万。发病时间集中在3-7月,占总数的66.89%。2003-2015年共采集重点人群血清5 904份,阳性率为5.01%。2007-2015年从136份血培养标本中分离出布鲁氏菌63株,其中羊种3型48株、羊种1型12株,羊种变异2株、犬种1株。结论锦州市近年布病疫情呈明显上升趋势,其优势菌株主要是羊种3型。对犬的布鲁氏菌携带情况应予以一定的关注,及时淘汰病犬。  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to illustrate and help address a growing need for regulatory or molecular tools to track and control the spread of canine brucellosis. Our study objectives were to first characterize Brucella canis outbreaks in Wisconsin kennels in the context of the dog trade in the USA, and then to identify a molecular technique that may be useful for strain differentiation of B. canis isolates. METHODS: Wisconsin Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (WVDL) B. canis serology data from 1995 to 2005 were reviewed, three canine brucellosis outbreaks in Wisconsin dog kennels were investigated, and eight B. canis isolates recovered from Wisconsin outbreaks and kennels in Missouri and Arkansas and four isolates received from outside sources were subjected to ribotyping, pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE), outer membrane protein analysis (OMPA), and cellular fatty acid profiling (CFAP). RESULTS: WVDL has received increasing numbers of B. canis positive samples from Wisconsin kennels, and Wisconsin outbreaks are associated with the interstate dog trade. All of the B. canis isolates we examined were genetically homogenous and as such could not be differentiated by ribotyping, PFGE and OMPA. However, dendrogram analysis of CFAP divided the isolates into two groups, indicating that CFAP methyl ester analysis has discriminatory power. CONCLUSIONS: CFAP methyl ester analysis has promise as a tool for epidemiological tracing of B. canis outbreaks and will be useful in comparison studies as isolation of B. canis continues to expand globally.  相似文献

内蒙古人间布鲁氏菌病的流行特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
2004-2007年内蒙古人间布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)的流行面积不断扩大,流行强度逐年增加。目前全区12个盟(市)中有11个盟(市)均有新发病例报告,102个旗(县、区)中有85个旗(县、区)有新发病例报告。总的流行趋势是:中东部地区流行严重,西部地区呈散发状态。季节流行曲线呈单峰型,流行高峰多数年份集中在4-6月份。发病年龄以25-50岁的青壮年为主,男性多于女性。性别比例与布病的流行强度有关,低发年份男女性别比接近3∶1 高发年份男女性别比接近2∶1。职业以农民占50%以上 牧民占25%-30%左右。另外家务及待业(2.93%)、学生(2.70%)、工人(2.18%)、散居儿童、民工和商务人员(1%以下)等职业的发病例数呈逐年上升趋势。  相似文献

Brucella canis, recognized in 1967 as a cause of canine abortion, is an uncommonly recognized human pathogen. Our patient, a 48 year old man, probably acquired his infection by contact with an infected dog. His clinical course was characterized by intermittent fever and bacteremia over a 4 month interval. His course, which expands the clinical spectrum of human infections due to Br. canis, is discussed in the context of the other reported instances of community and laboratory acquired cases.  相似文献

Babesia infection was studied in 21 blood samples of dogs with symptoms of babesiosis and among 72 Dermacentor reticulatus and 70 Ixodes persulcatus ticks from southwestern Siberia, Russia. Babesia DNA was detected by hemi-nested PCR based on the 18S rRNA gene with subsequent direct sequencing. All of the analyzed canine blood samples and three D. reticulatus, but none from I. persulcatus ticks studied were shown to contain Babesia DNA. Nucleotide sequences of the Babesia 18S rRNA gene fragment of 354 bp long for all 24 positive samples appeared to belong to the subspecies Babesia canis canis and differed only at three positions. The Babesia nucleotide sequences from 17 canine blood samples and from one D. reticulatus tick were identical to each other and to previously known B. canis canis from canine blood in Slovenia. Four canine blood samples and the second tick sample contained a mixture of two nucleotide sequences previously found in canine blood. B. canis canis nucleotide sequence from the third tick differed in the unique nucleotide transition and could correspond to a new genetic variant. Thus, the main etiological agent of canine babesiosis in Novosibirsk region is B. canis canis, and D. reticulatus, but not I. persulcatus, ticks could serve as a vector of this infectious agent. To our knowledge, this is the first report of the B. canis canis nucleotide sequences from ticks.  相似文献

The incidence of Brucella canis infection in humans is unknown in Turkey. In this study, we investigated the prevalence of B. canis infection in human sera obtained from six regions in Turkey and comparatively evaluated the results obtained by agglutination-based techniques using standardized antigens made from B. canis. The patients (n = 1,746) presented with clinical symptoms that were similar to those of brucellosis. All patients who tested negative in the Rose Bengal test for the smooth Brucella strains (abortus, melitensis, and suis) were screened for evidence of B. canis infection using the rapid slide agglutination test (RSAT), the microagglutination test (MAT), and the 2-mercaptoethanol RSAT test (2ME-RSAT). Of the samples tested, 157 (8.9%), 68 (3.8%), and 66 (3.7%) were positive for B. canis, as determined by RSAT, MAT, and 2ME-RSAT, respectively. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of RSAT were 100%, 94.6%, 42%, and 100%, respectively, and of MAT were 100%, 99.9%, 97%, and 100%, respectively. We recommend the routine use of MAT and 2ME-RSAT to check the sera of all patients with symptoms of brucellosis who are negative for brucellosis using a smooth Brucella antigen.  相似文献

目的 了解郑州市布鲁杆菌病(简称布病)流行状况,为制订布病防治对策提供科学依据.方法 2002-2007年,在郑州市选择巩义市为固定监测点,其他县(市、区)作为郑州市非固定监测点,每个县(市、区)选择4或5个乡(镇、场)连续监测,开展监测工作.2002-2005年应用布鲁杆菌素对固定监测点和非固定监测点职业重点人群进行皮内变态反应试验,对有可疑临床表现或皮内变态反应试验阳性人员做试管凝集试验(SAT);2006、2007年在非固定监测点开展家畜饲养繁殖企业做SAT检查.操作方法及判定标准均按<布鲁氏菌病防治手册>进行.结果 2002-2007年巩义市共调查13 831人,做皮内变态反应试验3744人,皮试阳性38人,阳性率1.01%(38/3744):做SAT检查2693人,阳性54人,阳性率2.01%(54/2693).确诊新发病例44例.2002-2005年郑州市11个非固定监测点共做皮内变态反应试验13 136人,皮试阳性82人,阳性率0.62%(82/13 136):2002-2007年做血清学检查1316人,SAT阳性66人,阳性率为5.02%,确诊51例新发病例.其中2006、2007年分别对242、688名饲养繁殖食业人员做SAT检查,阳性17、16人,阳性率分别为7.02%(17/242)、2.33%(16/688).结论 郑州市人间布病疫情有回升趋势,建议政府应加大经费投入,开展布病疫区监测调查和消毒工作,防止疫情扩大蔓延.  相似文献
