对102例冠心病患者及99名健康人进行了血浆睾酮、雌二醇、空腹血糖(BS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]、载脂蛋白(Apo)AI,ApoB100测定。观察到血浆睾酮与TG和Lp(a)呈负相关,而与血浆HDL-C和HDL3-C呈正相关。血浆睾酮水平低下组,其TG和Lp(a)浓度明显高于血浆睾酮水平正常组;而HDL-C和HDL3-C水平则前者明显低于后者。冠心病组血浆睾酮水平明显低于健康对照组。提示内源性睾酮对体内血脂代谢有良好的调节作用;血浆睾酮水平低下则可引起血脂异常,是冠心病的危险因素  相似文献

Lipids and apolipoproteins in plasma VLDL, IDL, LDL, HDL2 and HDL3 isolated by one-step density gradient ultracentrifugation from 7 subjects with endogenous hypertriglyceridemia (HTG) and 4 normalipemics were determined. HTG VLDL was enriched with cholesterol, and its triglyceride (TG), phospholipid (PL) and apo CII, CIII contents (mg/100 mg protein) were significantly higher than those in normal VLDL. ApoE content in HTG VLDL was prone to increasing, and apoB100 content had no apparent difference from that in normal VLDL. Compared with normal HDL2 and HDL3, the contents of total cholesterol (TC), apoAI, CII, and CIII in HTG HDL2, and apoCII, CIII in HTG HDL3 decreased. HTG HDL2 and HDL3 were rich in TG. By analysis of distribution of these lipids and apolipoproteins in various plasma lipoproteins, it was found that the abnormal composition of VLDL and HDL in HTG seemed to be a result of transport of TC, PL, and apoCII, CIII from HDL to VLDL. There was a significantly positive correlation between TC and apoAI, CII, CIII in HDL respectively, which indicated that apoCII and CIII were also associated with the alteration of HDL cholesterol. It is suggested that the elevated plasma VLDL-TG concentration in endogenous hypertriglyceridemia may induce abnormal redistribution of lipid and apolipoprotein among apoCII plasma lipoproteins, and and CIII may play an important role in these changes.  相似文献

高血压病Ⅰ期患者210例,合并冠心病3例;高血压病Ⅱ期患者50树,合并冠心病20例(P<0.005)。检测30例高血压病Ⅰ期患者、30例高血压病Ⅱ期患者、20例高血压病Ⅱ期并冠心病患者及30例正常对照者血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1),载脂蛋白B(apoB)水平。结果:高血压病Ⅰ期仅apoA1降低,高血压病Ⅱ期HDL-C、apoA1、apoA1/apoB显著下降,高血压病Ⅱ期伴冠心病者除此三项下降外,Tc、LDL-C、apoB显著升高。提示:高血压病越严重,血脂紊乱越重,尤其合并冠心病者。高血压病降血脂治疗是降低冠心病发病率的措施之一。  相似文献

本文检测了73例Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者血脂、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白水平,并与正常人作了比较。结果表明,Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及载脂蛋白B100(APOB100)浓度都显著升高(P<0.001),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI(APOAI)浓度及APOAI/APOB100比值都呈不同程度的降低(P<0.02~0.001)。糖尿病伴有高脂血症的发生与年龄及病程成正相关。  相似文献

我们研究了122例未经治疗的原发性高血压病患者血脂、脂蛋白和载脂蛋白AI、B100水平。高血压患者的血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂和载脂蛋蛋B100显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇亦较高,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇较低(后二者无显著性意义)。结果表明,本地区未经治疗的原发性高血压患者中存在着严重的血脂代谢异常,从而增加了患者动脉硬化的危险因素。  相似文献

目的 种族间血脂水平的差异已有研究。本文拟探讨民族间血脂、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白水平是否也存在差异。方法 作者对新疆地区的汉族居民 911人 (男性 4 6 6人 ,女性 4 45人 )及哈萨克族居民 773人 (男性 36 0人 ,女性4 13人 )随机个体血总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL c)、脂蛋白 (a) (Lp(a) )及载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)进行测定。结果 与汉族人群比较 ,哈萨克族人群男、女均分别有较高的HDL c(P <0 0 0 1)和ApoA1(P <0 0 0 1)水平与较低的TG(P <0 0 1,P <0 0 0 1)、Lp(a) (P <0 0 0 5 )、ApoB(P <0 0 0 5 ,P <0 0 0 1)及较低的ApoB/ApoA1值 (P <0 0 1,P<0 0 0 1) ;汉族人群有 2 0 7%的个体ApoA1水平值低于 1 2g/L ,而在哈萨克族人群中只有 9 8%的个体ApoA1值低于 1 2g/L ,汉族人群有 18 6 %的个值ApoB值高于 1 2g/L ,而在哈萨克族人群中只有 14 3%的个体ApoB水平值超过 1 2g/L ;多因素相关与回归分析发现 :TG、HDL c、Lp(a)、ApoAI及ApoB/ApoAI值水平均与民族有密切的相关关系。结论 血脂、Lp(a)、ApoA1及ApoB水平存在显著的民族间的差异 ,哈萨克族人群具有较汉族人群明显为优的血脂谱 ,推测遗传因素可能控制和影响着个体  相似文献

Context  Little prospective long-term information is available on the effect of a ketogenic diet on plasma lipoproteins in children with difficult-to-control seizures. Objective  To determine the effect in children with intractable seizures of a high-fat ketogenic diet on plasma levels of the major apolipoprotein B (apoB)–containing lipoproteins, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and very LDL (VLDL); and the major apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I)–containing lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein (HDL). Design, Setting, and Patients  A 6-month prospective cohort study of 141 children (mean [SD] age, 5.2 [3.8] years for 70 boys and 6.1 [4.4] years for 71 girls) with difficult-to-treat seizures who were hospitalized for initiation of a high-fat ketogenic diet and followed up as outpatients. This cohort constituted a subgroup of the 371 patients accepted into the ketogenic diet program between 1994 and 2001. A subset of the cohort was also studied after 12 (n = 59) and 24 (n = 27) months. Intervention  A ketogenic diet consisting of a high ratio of fat to carbohydrate and protein combined (4:1 [n = 102], 3.5:1 [n = 7], or 3:1 [n = 32]). After diet initiation, the calories and ratio were adjusted to maintain ideal body weight for height and maximal urinary ketosis for seizure control. Main Outcome Measures  Differences at baseline and 6-month follow-up for levels of total, VLDL, LDL, HDL, and non-HDL cholesterol; triglycerides; total apoB; and apoA-I. Results  At 6 months, the high-fat ketogenic diet significantly increased the mean plasma levels of total (58 mg/dL [1.50 mmol/L]), LDL (50 mg/dL [1.30 mmol/L]), VLDL (8 mg/dL [0.21 mmol/L]), and non-HDL cholesterol (63 mg/dL [1.63 mmol/L]) (P<.001 vs baseline for each); triglycerides (58 mg/dL [0.66 mmol/L]) (P<.001); and total apoB (49 mg/dL) (P<.001). Mean HDL cholesterol decreased significantly (P<.001), although apoA-I increased (4 mg/dL) (P = .23). Significant but less marked changes persisted in children observed after 12 and 24 months. Conclusions  A high-fat ketogenic diet produced significant increases in the atherogenic apoB–containing lipoproteins and a decrease in the antiatherogenic HDL cholesterol. Further studies are necessary to determine if such a diet adversely affects endothelial vascular function and promotes inflammation and formation of atherosclerotic lesions.   相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To gain an insight into the relation of plasma glucose levels to lipids and apolipoproteins levels. METHODS: Fasting 12-14 h blood glucose (BG), high density lipoprotein cholestrol(LDL-C), apolipoproteins(apo) A I, A II, B100, C II, C III and E levels were measured in 735 men aged 40-70 in Chengdu area. The subjects studied were divided into three groups by the plasma glucose levels: 1. normal group (S1), 2. decreased glucose tolerance group (S2), 3. diabetes mellitus (DM) group (S3). RESULTS: Among 735 cases studied, groups S2 and S3 had more hyperlipidemia than group S1 (64%, 45% and 32.2% respectively). The fasting serum mean TG levels in groups S2 (3.62 +/- 2.52 mmol/L) and S3 (4.45 +/- 3.82 mmol/L) group were significantly higher than that in group S1 (1.92 +/- 1.39 mmol/L) (P < 0.01 and P < 0.01), and the mean TG levels in groups S2 (5.68 +/- 1.15 mmol/L) and S3 (5.68 +/- 1.12 mmol/L) were higher than that in group S1 (5.13 +/- 1.06 mmol/L) (P < 0.05, P < 0.05). The serum apo B100, C II, C III and E levels in groups S2 and S3 were significantly higher as compared with that in the normal group (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). The correlation analysis indicated that there was a positive correlation of BG with serum TG in groups S1, S2 and S3 whose correlation coefficients (r) were 0.1800, 0.1436 and 0.3212 respectively (P < 0.001); and a negative correlation with HDL-C levels in groups S2 and S3 (r = -0.2534 and -0.1477, P < 0.001). The plasma glucose levels were positively correlated with apo B100, C III and E levels in groups S1, S2 and S3, P < 0.001), with apo C II in groups S1 and S2 (P < 0.001, P < 0.01); and negatively correlate to apoA I only in group S2 (r = -0.1182, P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: The results suggest that serum TG, TC, HDL-C, apoB100, C II, C III and E levels be the main factors that related to plasma glucose levels.  相似文献

目的探讨海洛因依赖者血脂水平及临床意义.方法采用酶法和免疫比浊法检测37例海洛因依赖者和20名健康对照者的血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白(a)(Lp(a))、载脂蛋白AI(apoAI)和载脂蛋白B(apoB)水平,并比较戒断综合征患者(26例)、非戒断综合征患者(11例)、吸食年限超过5年患者(21例)和吸食年限少于5年患者(16例)与正常对照组的血脂水平.结果海洛因依赖组血清TC(4.5±0.7)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.08±0.36)mmol/L均低于对照组(4.9±0.8)mmol/L、(1.20±0.32)mmol/L,差异有显著性(P<0.05), LP(a)(402±76)mg/L高于对照组(286±38)mg/L, 差异有显著性(P<0.05).戒断综合征组血清LP(a)(520±86)mg/L显著高于对照组(286±38)mg/L, 差异非常显著(P<0.01).吸食年限超过5年组血清TC(3.8±0.6)mmol/L、HDL-C(0.92±0.28)mmol/L显著低于对照组(4.9±0.8)mmol/L、(1.20±0.32)mmol/L,差异非常显著(P<0.01).结论海洛因依赖者血清TC、HDL-C和LP(a)水平存在异常变化,低血清TC、HDL-C水平可能与依赖者强迫性觅药行为和抑郁情绪有关,高血清LP(a)水平可能与机体应激状态和戒断症状有关.  相似文献

目的 探讨青少年肥胖与代谢综合征的关系。方法 从年龄 17~ 19岁的 2 4 0 0例学生中筛选出体重指数(BMI)≥ 2 5kg/m2 的肥胖学生 (肥胖组 ) 116例 ,BMI在 (18.5~ 2 3.0 )kg/m2 之间体重正常学生 (正常组 ) 6 0例 ,测定血糖、血脂、谷氨酰转肽酶 (GGT)水平。同时做肝脏B超 ,测量血压及腰围 ,比较两组差异。结果 肥胖组血糖、甘油三酯 (TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)水平虽然在正常范围内 ,但血糖和TG水平高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,分别为 [(4.72± 0 .85 )mmol/L比 (4.13± 0 .33)mmol/L ,(1.5 7± 0 .93)mmol/L比 (0 .93± 0 .32 )mmol/L]。HDL C水平低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) [(1.14± 0 .2 4 )mmol/L比 (1.38± 0 .2 6 )mmol/L]。肥胖组GGT水平异常检出率及脂肪肝的检出率分别是 2 1.5 4 %和 4 0 .31% ,均明显高出正常组。结论 肥胖青少年可能存在潜在的糖代谢和脂代谢异常等代谢综合征改变。  相似文献
