[目的]比较不同钙剂对大鼠生长发育影响的差异,并研究不同种钙剂对大鼠钙吸收的影响。[方法]以断乳SD雌性大鼠为模型,随机分为9组,分别为纳米螯合钙组、苹果酸枸橼酸钙组、L-天门冬氨酸钙组、牦牛骨钙组、牛骨钙组、珊瑚钙组、鱼骨钙组、碳酸钙组以及低钙对照组,各组饲以用不同种钙剂配制的饲料以及低钙饲料,进行4周饲养实验及3d代谢实验。[结果]牦牛骨钙组、牛骨钙组体重低于低钙对照组(P﹤0.05),牦牛骨钙组体重低于碳酸钙组(P﹤0.05),牛骨钙组身长低于碳酸钙组与低钙对照组(P﹤0.05),牛骨钙组食物总利用率为37.39%,低于低钙对照组(P﹤0.05)。纳米螯合钙组、牦牛骨钙组、珊瑚钙组、鱼骨钙组和碳酸钙组表观吸收率分别是91.04%、91.96%、92.55%、93.24%,显著高于低钙对照组(P﹤0.05),牦牛骨钙组、珊瑚钙组、鱼骨钙组和碳酸钙组的钙储留率分别为89.26%、89.78%、90.97%、91.66%,明显高于低钙对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]与其他实验组相比,牦牛骨钙和牛骨钙促进大鼠生长发育的效果较差。8种钙剂在饲料钙水平相同时,吸收率并没有显著的差异。  相似文献

[目的]观察大豆异黄酮联合碳酸钙对去势大鼠骨代谢的调节作用。[方法]将60只雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组,分别为假手术组、3个剂量组、碳酸钙组和去卵巢对照组,每组10只。假手术组单纯开腹,其余5组切除双侧卵巢。低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予受试物(大豆异黄酮4.8、9.7、29.0 mg/kg BW,碳酸钙25.5、50.9、152.8mg/kg BW),碳酸钙组灌胃给予碳酸钙152.8 mg/kg BW,实验共3个月。每周记录一次体重。实验结束后测定大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和血清钙,取股骨检测股骨中点和远心端骨密度和骨钙含量。[结果]低、中剂量组大鼠股骨远心点骨密度与去卵巢对照组比较显著增加(P﹤0.05),低、高剂量组大鼠股骨骨钙含量与去卵巢对照组比较显著增加(P﹤0.05)。[结论大豆异黄酮联合碳酸钙具有增加去势大鼠骨密度和骨钙含量的作用。  相似文献

目的探讨以碳酸钙、骨胶原蛋白为主要成分的某氨糖骨胶原钙片增加骨密度的作用。方法以0.42、0.83、2.50 g/(kg·bw)(相当于人体推荐剂量的5、10、30倍)剂量的某氨糖骨胶原钙片喂饲大鼠13周,测定大鼠身长、体重、股骨重量、股骨钙含量以及骨密度,评价钙的表观吸收率。结果高剂量组大鼠的身长、体重与碳酸钙对照组比较有所增加(P0.05);碳酸钙对照组、各剂量组大鼠的骨钙含量均高于低钙对照组(均P0.05);碳酸钙对照组、中、高剂量组大鼠的股骨重量、股骨中点骨密度、股骨远心端骨密度均高于低钙对照组(均P0.05),中、高剂量组大鼠的股骨重量、骨钙含量、股骨中点骨密度、股骨远心端骨密度与碳酸钙对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05);高剂量组钙的表观吸收率与碳酸钙对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论该氨糖骨胶原钙片具有增加大鼠骨密度的作用。  相似文献

目的研究过量氟在大鼠体内的蓄积以及钙的拮抗作用。方法将80只初断乳清洁级SD大鼠随机分为8组,分别为对照(蒸馏水)组、单独加钙(100 mg/kg碳酸钙)组和低剂量(2.1 mg/kg Na F)、中剂量(8.5 mg/kg Na F)、高剂量(34 mg/kg Na F)单独染氟组及低剂量(2.1 mg/kg Na F+25 mg/kg碳酸钙)、中剂量(8.5 mg/kg Na F+50 mg/kg碳酸钙)、高剂量(34 mg/kg Na F+100 mg/kg碳酸钙)钙氟联合染毒组,每组10只,雌雄各半。采用灌胃方式进行染毒,每天1次,连续染毒90 d。每15 d测定24 h尿氟浓度,染毒结束后测定骨氟含量。结果与对照组比较,低、中、高剂量单独染氟组和中、高剂量钙氟联合染毒组大鼠骨氟含量升高,低、中、高剂量单独染氟组和低、中、高剂量钙氟联合染毒组大鼠尿氟浓度升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。随着氟暴露剂量的升高,大鼠的骨氟含量和尿氟浓度均呈上升趋势。与相同剂量单独染氟组比较,钙氟联合染毒组大鼠骨氟含量有所降低,差异多有统计学意义(P0.05);而不同性别大鼠在不同钙氟联合染毒组、不同时间点下,钙对尿氟浓度的拮抗作用程度不尽相同。结论适量的钙可拮抗氟在大鼠体内的蓄积作用。  相似文献

以断乳Wistar大鼠为模型 ,饲以用多种钙剂配制的不同钙含量的饲料 ,第 4周做 3天钙代谢实验 ,用原子吸收分光光度法测定粪便中的钙含量 ,计算表观吸收率。 12周时处死大鼠 ,剥出股骨 ,用SD10 0 0型单光子骨矿物仪测定股骨中点和干骺端骨密度。结果显示 ,钙摄入水平不同时表观吸收率可有很大差别 ,9种补钙产品在饲料钙水平相同时 ,吸收率除活性钙、奶粉和麦片组外 ,其余与同剂量碳酸钙组比较无显著差别。各样品的低、中、高剂量实验组大鼠股骨两点的骨密度均显著高于基础饲料组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,中、高剂量实验组的大鼠股骨中点和股骨干骺端骨密度与同剂量碳酸钙组比较均没有显著差异  相似文献

目的探讨补充维生素D、胶原肽和钙对大鼠骨骼发育的影响。方法健康雄性初断乳SD大鼠按体质量随机分为5组,其中1组为低钙对照组,实验期间给予低钙饲料喂养,其余4组在低钙饲料的基础上,分别给予含不同剂量的维生素D、胶原肽和钙的饲料喂养,12周后测定大鼠骨骼生长发育相关指标、血清骨代谢生化指标、钙表观吸收率,并对骨组织切片进行病理学观察。结果各受试物剂量组大鼠股骨中点骨密度为(1 889±0.011 0)g/cm2、(2 188±0.020 4)g/cm2、(1 908±0.011 4)g/cm2、(1 919±0.009 7)g/cm2,均显著高于低钙对照组,最大载荷分别为(96.95±11.85)、(122.81±13.67)、(97.48±8.94)、(100.45±19.51)N,显著高于低钙对照组,维生素D和碳酸钙联合干预组各指标优于其他各组;碳酸钙、维生素D和胶原肽三者联合干预组血清I型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)水平显著低于对照组;各组钙表观吸收率分别为(93.87±1.70)%、(93.72±1.20)%、(92.47±1.33)%、(90.45±2.81)%,其中2、3组比对照组(90.86±4.19)%高(P0.05)。结论单独补充碳酸钙,或碳酸钙与维生素D和/或胶原肽联合补充均能够促进成长期雄性大鼠骨的发育,但碳酸钙、维生素D和胶原肽三者联合的干预效果未达预期,其机制有待进一步深入探讨。  相似文献

[目的]探讨羧甲基壳聚糖钙对小鼠有无补钙作用. [方法]将一级昆明种小鼠随机分为低钙对照组、碳酸钙组及其羧甲基壳聚糖钙低、高剂量实验组,均自由进食基础饲料,同时灌胃给予受试物.实验第3周进行3 d钙代谢实验.连续30 d后,采血,取肝脏、股骨,测得骨长及骨重,用原子吸收分光光度计测定其钙、锌含量. [结果]羧甲基壳聚糖钙试验组小鼠骨钙含量、股骨重量显著高于对照组且不低于相应剂量碳酸钙组,钙吸收率不低于碳酸钙组. [结论]羧甲基壳聚耱钙具有一定补钙功效.  相似文献

[目的]检测玉竹牌养骨茶是否具有增加动物骨密度的作用。[方法]将60只雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组:假手术组,模型对照组,高剂量碳酸钙组和玉竹牌养骨茶417mg/kg·bw、833mg/kg·bw、1667mg/kg·bw3个剂量组,每组各10只。假手术组动物行假手术,其余5组动物行卵巢切除术。术后各组动物经灌胃分别给予相应剂量的溶剂、碳酸钙组和玉竹牌养骨茶,于实验的第12周处死动物,取左右股骨,测定各组动物的骨密度和骨钙含量。[结果]模型对照组左股骨骨密度显著低于假手术组(P﹤0.01),玉竹牌养骨茶833mg/kg·bw组和1667mg/kg·bw组的左骨骨密度与模型对照组之间有显著差异(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01)。[结论]玉竹牌养骨茶具有增加动物骨密度作用。  相似文献

目的 探究低聚半乳糖(galacto - oligosaccharides,GOS)与聚葡萄糖(polydextroses,PD)联用对生长期大鼠骨代谢和骨钙含量的影响。方法 60只刚断乳SD大鼠随机分为低钙组(饲料钙0.15%)、正常组(饲料钙0.5%)、强化组(饲料钙0.375% + 维生素D强化)、低比组(强化组饲料 + PD 2.5% + GOS 2.5%)和高比组(强化组饲料 + PD 4% + GOS 1%)5个组,分别饲喂含钙、维生素D3和益生元含量不同的饲料。观察大鼠一般情况,记录体重,于实验第83 d进行3 d的钙代谢实验,原子吸收法检测饲料、粪便和尿液中的钙含量,计算钙表观吸收率和储备率;喂饲93 d后处死,取心肝脾肾称重计算脏器系数,取血清测定血清钙、磷水平,取股骨测股骨干重,并采用原子吸收法测量股骨钙含量。结果 实验结束时,正常组、低比组和高比组体重均显著高于低钙组;各组的钙表观吸收率和钙储留率显著低于低钙组;与低钙组比较,各组的血清钙和骨钙含量都显著增加;低比组和高比组的股骨重和骨钙含量显著高于强化组,与正常组无显著差异。结论 充足的钙摄入对生长期大鼠的钙代谢及骨骼生长具有重要意义;聚葡萄糖和低聚半乳糖联用可增加生长期大鼠的骨钙含量。  相似文献

目的:研究膳食中钙因素与心肌损伤的关系。方法:用70只Wistar大鼠,按体重和性别均匀分层分为低钙膳食组(LCGroup含钙300mg/kg)、补碳酸钙组(补钙300、600、1000、2000、4000mg/kg),常规饲料组(Stockgroup,含钙7800mg/kg)等7组。饲养56天。结果:低钙膳食大鼠血清Ca水平仅及常规饲料组一半,体重增长迟缓,血清GOT,CK-MB活性均高于常规饲料组,LDH,HBDH活性均低于常规饲料组,同时心肌和血清过氧化脂质水平明显高于常规饲料组,SOD水平低于常规饲料组,均有显著差异。补钙后血Ca水平随补Ca量逐渐升高,呈明显的量效关系。血清酶活性明显改善,均趋向stock组。补Ca各组可使过氧化脂质水平下降;SOD活性升高。综合分析,补Ca600mg/kg以上组与LC组比有显著差异。结论:膳食低钙时补钙对心肌起保护作用  相似文献

We previously demonstrated that the large intestine compensated for decreased calcium (Ca) absorption caused by renal failure in rats fed a highly fermentable dietary fiber. In this study, we examined whether the large intestine compensated for insufficient Ca absorption in the rat small intestine without ingestion of a fermentable dietary fiber. Rats were fed one of four test diets containing either insoluble (carbonate) or soluble (gluconate, lactate, or citrate) Ca sources. The dietary Ca level was 2.0 g/kg, which is lower than the minimum requirement for rats (3.0 g/kg), to conduct the present study under a condition in which rats can maximally absorb Ca. To prevent Ca absorption in the small intestine, we replaced a primary phosphate (KH2PO4) with secondary phosphates (K2HPO4 and Na2HPO4) in diets. The apparent Ca absorption in the small intestine was estimated by adding chromic oxide (Cr2O3) as an insoluble and an unabsorbed marker to test diets and by measuring the ratio of Ca:Cr in the cecal content. The apparent Ca absorption in the whole intestine was estimated by the intake and fecal excretion of Ca. The apparent Ca absorption in the small intestine was significantly lower from the Ca carbonate diet than from the Ca gluconate, lactate, or citrate diets. The apparent Ca absorption in the whole intestine was not significantly different among the four groups, and the values were similar to the absorption rates in the small intestines of rats fed diets containing soluble Ca sources. These results show the following: (a) In rats fed 0.2% Ca diets containing soluble Ca salts, Ca is mostly absorbed in the small intestine, even in secondary phosphate intakes; (b) In contrast, in rats fed a 0.2% Ca diet containing an insoluble Ca salt (carbonate), Ca is not sufficiently absorbed in the small intestine. 目的:探讨蛋壳粉对大鼠生长发育和吸收利用的影响,比较蛋壳粉、骨粉、碳酸钙补钙效果之差别。方法:给初断乳Wistar大鼠喂饲3周缺钙饲料后,按体重随机分为基础饲料十蛋壳粉,基础饲料十骨粉,基础饲料+碳酸钙和基础饲料4个组,喂养12周,第5周进行3天代谢试验,实验结束时摘眼球采血,断头处死动物,测定各项指标。结果:补钙组骨钙、骨密度、骨矿物质含量,股骨重复均高于缺钙组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。补钙组间,蛋壳组骨钙含量明显高于碳酸钙组(P<0.05),但骨矿物质含量、骨密度、股骨重量未见差别。缺钙组钙吸收率、存留率均明显高各补钙组(P<0.01);在补钙组中,蛋壳钙的吸收率、存留率最高,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。市售骨粉铅含量超过国家标准。结论:蛋壳粉的补钙效果优于碳酸钙,其制备简单、价格低廉,安全性好,是一种值得深入研究和开发的生物钙源。  相似文献

为了解决钙缺乏,寻求效果好、价格低的钙源,我们比较了碳酸钙、活性钙和乳酸钙对大鼠生长发育和组织中钙水平的影响。选用三周断乳Wistar大鼠56只,喂饲3周缺钙基础膳食(维生素D含量为500IU/kg)。耗空期后,按体重随机把大鼠分成4组,每组14只,雌雄各半。以基础膳食为对照组;其它三组为补充碳酸钙、活性钙或乳酸钙组(含膳食钙3000mg/kg),实验期为12周。结果显示:补钙各组的终体重和身长均非常显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。在补钙各组间,只有乳酸钙组的雌性身长与碳酸钙组间的差异显著外,其它各组间无显著差异。由于缺钙使动物的进食量减少和膳食效价显著降低,结果导致生长发育显著迟缓。补钙组的血浆、红细胞和肝脏中的钙含量均显著高于缺钙的对照组,(P<0.05),而补钙各组间则无显著差异;但是肌肉和心脏中的钙含量,各组间无显著差别。如按达到RDA每日需要补充400mg钙计算,以碳酸钙制剂的效果价格比为最佳,是最好的钙源。  相似文献

In three separate experiments, we examined the effects of feeding difructose anhydride III (DFAIII) on intestinal calcium (Ca) absorption using female Sprague-Dawley rats (6 wk old) with or without ovariectomy (OVX). In Experiment 1, we showed that Ca absorption was lower in OVX rats fed the 2.0 and 3.0 g Ca/kg diets, but not the 1.0 g Ca/kg diet, than in sham-operated rats during a 3-wk test period. In Experiment 2, we demonstrated that Ca absorption rate in sham and OVX rats fed a diet containing 3% DFAIII was higher than that in rats fed a DFAIII-free diet 4 wk after consuming the test diets. Absorptive activities of everted sacs of the colon, but not of the duodenum, in rats fed DFAIII diet for 4 wk were higher than those in rats fed the control diet. In Experiment 3, we determined which of the small and large intestines is responsible for the effects of DFAIII on Ca absorption using OVX rats with cecocolonectomy or transsection and reanastomosis (sham). Both the sham and cecocolonectomized rats were divided into four subgroups and fed a control, polyethylene glycol (PEG), 1.5% DFAIII or 3% DFAIII diet. We set up the PEG group as another control group to observe the effects of shortening transit time of the small intestine in the DFAIII groups. Promotive effects of DFAIII on Ca absorption were abolished by cecocolonectomy. However, in the cecocolonectomized rats, the Ca absorption rate was still higher in the 1.5 and 3% DFAIII groups than in the PEG group. In conclusion, ovarian hormone deficiency impaired Ca absorption, but the reduction of Ca absorption was restored by feeding DFAIII.  相似文献

以大鼠为模型,研究市售数种钙剂的补钙效果。选用三周龄断乳Wis-tar大鼠108只,雌雄各半,喂饲3周缺钙饲料后,按体重随机把大鼠分成9组,即以基础饲料为缺钙对照组,以碳酸钙为补钙正对照组,其它7组为市售商品钙制剂,包括:1.碳酸钙+VD产品、2.中药补钙+VD产品、3.骨粉产品、4.活性钙片、5.活性钙冲剂、6.乳酸钙冲剂、7.醋酸钙产品。按产品标识量加入3000mg钙/kg,使饲料含钙量达到大鼠推荐量的80%。补钙各组大鼠终体重和身长均非常显著高于对照组。补充商品钙制剂组的血浆、红细胞和肝脏中钙含量均显著高于缺钙对照组,补钙各组间无显著差异。多数钙制剂对雄性肾脏钙存留的影响不显著,只有活性钙片和中药补钙+VD显著增加雄性大鼠肾脏钙存留;补钙对雌性大鼠肾脏钙存留的影响非常显著。补充商品钙剂均显著增加骨矿物质含量,醋酸钙冲剂和活性钙的效果似不如其它钙制剂。按效果价格比,目前碳酸钙仍是最好的钙源。  相似文献

目的 研究饲料缺镁或高镁对生长期大鼠钙、磷、镁吸收代谢以及骨骼发育的影响。方法  30只 SD大鼠 ,分为三组 ,每组 1 0只 ,单独喂养在有机玻璃代谢笼中 ,第一组大鼠饲喂缺镁饲料 (含镁 86mg/kg) ,第二组饲喂适量镁饲料 (含镁 548mg/kg) ,第三组为高镁饲料 (含镁540 2 mg/kg) ,三组饲料均为人工半合成制备 ,其中含钙 3.7g/kg,含磷 4g/kg。经过 2 5天对喂养方法及代谢笼的适应后 ,开始 5天期的代谢实验。每天记录大鼠的进食量 ,分别收集每个大鼠的粪、尿。代谢实验结束后 ,禁食 1 2 h,在乙醚麻醉下 ,心脏采血并处死大鼠 ,取股骨、胫骨测定重量、长度和体积后 ,与肾脏一起储存于 - 2 0℃ ,待测钙、镁和磷的含量。结果 缺镁和适量补镁对钙的表观吸收基本没有影响 (86% ) ,饲料中过量的镁使大鼠钙的表观吸收略有下降 (83% ) ,高镁使尿钙排出显著增加 ,降低了钙在体内的滞留 ;饲料高镁使磷的表观吸收显著下降。但尿磷排出减少 ,磷在体内滞留反而增加。随着饲料中镁含量的增加 ,粪和尿中镁的排泄均大幅度上升 ,可见镁的内环境稳定由肠道和肾脏共同调节。结论 低镁和高镁饲料均不利于生长期大鼠骨骼的生长发育。低镁饲料使大鼠肾钙、磷蓄积 ,可能是肾结石形成的主要原因。  相似文献

The aim of this work was to assess the effects of a high-fat diet enriched in Ca, which accompanies lower body fat deposition, on mineral depots, as well as to assess the potential role of adaptive thermogenesis in mice. Male mice were fed ad libitum a high-fat (43 %) diet with a Ca content of 4 g/kg from calcium carbonate (control group) or 12 g/kg (42 % from milk powder and the rest from calcium carbonate) (Ca group) for 56 d. Body weight, food intake and urine were periodically collected. Tissue samples were collected when the mice were killed and the composition was determined. Expression of uncoupling proteins was determined by Western blotting. Mineral content was measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Lower body weight gain and fat accretion was found in the Ca group. This could not be attributable to lower gross energy intake or to activation of adaptive thermogenesis. Although significant urine mineral loss was found in the Ca group, preservation of mineral depots in bone was observed. Our data support the fact that adding more Ca to the diet, using a combination of calcium carbonate plus milk powder containing among other things higher Zn and Mg, contributes to counteracting obesity and improving lipid metabolism.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: This study examined the effects of calcium intake on body weight, body fat, and markers of bone turnover in pre-menopausal adult women undergoing a 12 week weight loss program of diet and exercise. METHODS: Subjects were prescribed a 12 week diet with a 500 Kcal restriction containing about 750 mg calcium/day, exercised 3 times/week, and were given either placebo capsules, capsules of calcium lactate or calcium phosphate (daily dose about 800 mg calcium), or low fat milk (daily dose about 800 mg calcium). Subjects completed and returned daily diet diaries weekly. RESULTS: Daily calcium intake in mg from diet records + supplement assignment was: 788 +/- 175 (placebo), 1698 +/- 210 (Ca lactate), 1566 +/- 250 (Ca phosphate), 1514 +/- 225 (milk)(no significant differences among the calcium and milk groups). Each group had statistically significant changes in body weight (p < 0.01), but there were no significant differences among groups for the weight loss: 5.8 +/- 0.8 kg (placebo), 4.1 +/- 0.7 kg (Ca lactate), 5.4 +/- 1.3 kg (Ca phosphate), 4.2 +/- 0.8 kg (milk). Body fat was changed significantly in each group (p < 0.01), with milk group showing a little less change than the other groups. Serum bone specific alkaline phophatase activity, a bone synthesis marker, increased similarly in all groups (p < 0.001 within groups, no significance for changes among groups). In contrast, the Ca lactate group, but not other groups, had a drop in urine values for alpha helical peptide, a bone resorption marker (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: For the conditions of this study, increased calcium intake, by supplement or milk, did not enhance loss of body weight or fat, though calcium lactate supplementation lowered values for a marker of bone degradation.  相似文献
