The plants of the genus Ehretia Linn. composed of about 50 species mainly distributed in tropical Asia and Africa. They have been used as folk medicines or traditional tea to treat various ailments in China for a long time. This contribution reviews the chemical constituents isolated from the plants of the genus Ehretia Linn. and related biological activities of these species in the past few decades. The compounds in the genus mainly belong to the classes of phenolic acids, flavonoids, benzoquinones, cyanogenetic glycosides, and fatty acids. The main biological activities include antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antisnake venom, and anti-allergic activities. 相似文献

不同种属肝源性HSS生物学活性研究及临床疗效观察 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
按H-Tdr DNA掺入和MTT比色法,观察了三种种属来源的HSS对原代培养肝细胞增殖的刺激效应,结果表明:不同来源的HSS对细胞增殖匀具刺激效应,与对照组比较,差异有显著或非常显著性意义(P〈0.0或P〈0.01),以人胎肝HSS的刺激作用最强,乳牛肝的作用次之,乳猪肝的作用最弱。临床应用乳猪肝和乳牛肝HSS治疗重型肝炎50例、慢性活动性肝炎100例,结果表明HSS在降低重型肝炎的死亡率和改善慢 相似文献

目的:研究琐琐葡萄多糖(VVP)提取、分离、纯化的方法,探讨其抗氧化能力。方法:建立热水提取、乙醇沉淀、Sevage法除蛋白及透析、纯化VVP的方法,采用苯酚硫酸法测定其含量,并比较了不同浓度VVP(200、400、600、800、1000μg/m1)和抗坏血酸(Vc50、100、200、400、600、800、1000μg/m1)的还原能力以及不同浓度VVP和Vc(均为40、80、160、320、600、800μg/m1)清除二苯代苦昧酰基(DPPH)自由基的能力。结果:VVP的还原能力及清除DPPH自由基的能力随其浓度的增加而增大,在800μg/ml时,DPPH自由基清除率达到90%以上,接近Vc的清除率。结论:琐琐葡萄多糖具有较好的抗氧化能力。 相似文献

目的 观察分子结构乙酰化修饰对枸杞多糖(Lycium barbarum L.polysaccharide,LBP)体内抗氧化、抗肿瘤活性的影响。 方法 通过分子结构乙酰化修饰得到枸杞多糖乙酰化衍生物LBPa;将昆明种小鼠随机分成空白对照组,阳性对照组(维生素C),LBP高、低剂量组及LBPa高、低剂量组,测定小鼠血清和肝脏丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、肝脏总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)。复制H22荷瘤小鼠模型,灌胃给药LBP,考察LBPa和LBP对肿瘤细胞抑制率、脾脏指数、胸腺指数及血清肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor α,TNF-α)和白介素-2(interleukin,IL-2)含量的影响。 结果 LBPa可以显著提高正常小鼠肝组织CAT活力及T-AOC,降低小鼠血清及肝脏MDA含量,其抗氧化效果优于维生素C及LBP,LBPa及LBP抗氧化活性均与剂量具有正相关性。LBPa可显著抑制H22肿瘤细胞增殖,提高免疫器官指数,提高血清IL-2及TNF-α含量;除IL-2含量外,〖JP2〗对其他指标的影响均有剂量依赖性;LBPa抗肿瘤活性明显优于LBP。 结论 乙酰化修饰可显著提高LBP的抗氧化及抗肿瘤活性。 相似文献

Objective
To investigate antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of Tagetes minuta (T. minuta) essential oil.Methods
In the present study T. minuta essential oil was obtained from leaves of T. minuta via hydro-distillation and then was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The anti-oxidant capacity of T. minuta essential oil was examined by measuring reactive oxygen, reactive nitrogen species and hydrogen peroxide scavenging. The anti-inflammatory activity of T. minuta essential oil was determined through measuring NADH oxidase, inducible nitric oxide synthase and TNF-α mRNA expression in lipopolysacharide-stimulated murine macrophages using real-time PCR.Results
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis indicated that the main components in the T. minuta essential oil were dihydrotagetone (33.86%), E-ocimene (19.92%), tagetone (16.15%), cis-β-ocimene (7.94%), Z-ocimene (5.27%), limonene (3.1%) and epoxyocimene (2.03%). The T. minuta essential oil had the ability to scavenge all reactive oxygen/reactive nitrogen species radicals with IC50 12-15 µg/mL, which indicated a potent radical scavenging activity. In addition, T. minuta essential oil significantly reduced NADH oxidase, inducible nitric oxide synthaseand TNF-α mRNA expression in the cells at concentrations of 50 µg/mL, indicating a capacity of this product to potentially modulate/diminish immune responses.Conclusions
T. minuta essential oil has radical scavenging and anti-inflammatory activities and could potentially be used as a safe effective source of natural anti-oxidants in therapy against oxidative damage and stress associated with some inflammatory conditions. 相似文献15.

Bada Gokhru (Pedalium murex L.) is perhaps the most useful traditional medicinal plant in India. Each part of the neem tree has some medicinal property and is thus commercially exploitable. During the last five decades, apart from the chemistry of the Pedalium murex compounds, considerable progress has been achieved regarding the biological activity and medicinal applications of this plant. It is now considered as a valuable source of unique natural products for development of medicines against various diseases and also for the development of industrial products. 目的:开发药用海洋微生物资源,从微生物代谢产物中获取活性物质.方法:利用硅胶柱、凝胶柱、高效液相等色谱技术对抗菌模型筛选到的活性菌株F81612发酵液的乙酸乙酯浸膏进行分离,通过1HNMR、13CNMR和MS对化合物进行结构鉴定,利用纸片法和四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法对单体化合物进行生物学活性评价.结果和结论:分离鉴定了11个化合物,它们分别为:macrolactin A(1),3-羟基乙酰基吲哚(2),3-吲哚乙醇(3),环(色-脯)二肽(4),环(异亮-色)二肽(5),环(亮-脯)二肽(6),环(亮-缬)二肽(7),环(异亮-脯)二肽(8),环(苯丙-缬)二肽(9),N-苯乙基乙酰胺(10).对羟基苯甲醛(11).化合物1为主要活性成分,对稻瘟霉、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值分别为3.6、0.45和6.3ìg/ml,对肿瘤细胞株HeLa及HepG2的IC50值分别为2.0和1.8ìg/ml. 相似文献

目的:合成N-取代苄基氟哌啶醇氯化物并研究其心血管活性。方法:在回流情况下使氟哌啶醇与取代氯苄化合物反应.得到N-取代苄基氟哌啶醇氯化物。采用生物检定法,以兔胸主动脉螺旋条为标本,研究其对KCl诱导的血管收缩的作用。结果:合成了6个N-取代苄基氟哌啶醇氯化物(F8-13)。多数化合物表现为不同程度的拮抗KCl所致兔胸主动脉螺旋条收缩血管活性,其中R11的血管收缩抑制活性最强。结论:F11扩张血管活性强于先导化合物,初步构效关系表明,N-取代苄基氟哌啶醇氯化物中苄基苯环上取代基的电性和取代位置可能是影响扩血管活性的重要因素。 相似文献
