Objective To study the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)2, MMP-9, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP) 1 and TIMP-2 in nasal cavity squamous cell carcinoma and their signification. Methods Fifty cases of epithelial carcinoma tissue and 50 cases of normal nasal tissue were detected for MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-1, TIMP-2 by immunohistochemistry technique (S-P), and their relationship between the expression of MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-1, TIMP-2 and some clinical symptoms were analyzed. The SPSS 12. 0 software was used to analyze the data. Results The positive ratio of expression of MMP-2 in 50 cases of epithelial carcinoma was 52. 0% (26/50), which was significantly higher ( x2 = 6. 00, P <0. 05 ) than those [28.0% (14/50)] in the normal nasal tissue. The positive ratio of expression of MMP-9 in 50 cases of epithelial carcinoma was 58.0% (29/50), which was significantly higher ( x2 = 12. 8, P < 0. 05 ) than those [10. 0% (5/50)] in the normal nasal tissue. The positive ratio of expression of TIMP-1 in two groups was 74. 0% (37/50), 56. 0% (28/50) respectively.There was no difference between two groups ( x2 = 0. 51, P > 0. 05 ). The positive ratio of expression of TIMP-2 in two groups was 26. 0% ( 13/50), 20% (10/50) respectively. There was no difference between two groups( x2 = 3.35, P > 0. 05). Conclusions There was a close relationship between pathogenesis and development of nasal epithelial carcinoma and the expression of MMP-2, MMP-9 in the epithelial carcinoma tissues. Both MMP and TIMP, especially the unbalance of MMP and TIMP, have prognostic value in nasal cavity squamous cell carcinoma.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the activity of bilateral posterior cricoarytenoid muscle satellite cell after denervation or reinnervation with ansa cervicalis. Methods Twenty four dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups. The bilateral laryngeal recurrent nerves were cut in group one in all dogs. The bilateral laryngeal recurrent nerves were anastomosed with ansa cervicalis after incision in group two in all dogs. The dogs in group three were used as control. Nine weeks after surgery, the electromyography was used to test the regeneration of the nerve. The posterior cricoarytenoid muscles biopsy were collected. The expression of mRNA of Myogenin, Myf5, and Pax7 was assayed by realtime RT-PCR after total RNA isolation. Results Two dogs died after surgery in incision and anastomose group. The electromyography suggested that the RLN of all dogs had denervated in the incision group and had reinnervated in the anastomose group after 9 weeks. Myogenin mRNA from RLN incision dogs PCA muscles had greater expression versus controls ( Z = 1.42, P < 0. 01 ) or anastomosed dogs ( Z = 1.38, P < 0. 01 ). Myf5 mRNA expression from RLN incision dogs PCA muscles had significant increase versus control dogs ( Z = 1.66, P <0. 01 ) or anastomosed dogs ( Z = 1.69, P < 0. 01 ). Pax7 mRNA expression from RNL incision dogs had significant increase compared with control ( Z = 1.66, P <0. 01 ) or anastomosed animals ( Z = 1.42, P <0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in Myogenin ( Z = 1.34, P > 0. 05 ), Myf5 ( Z = 0. 54, P >0. 05) and Pax ( Z = 0. 54, P > 0. 05 ) mRNA expression between controls and anastomosed animals.Conclusions The bilateral denervation of RLN cause significantly increasing in dog PCA muscle satellite cell proliferation and differentiation. The bilateral reinnervation of RLN cause PCA muscle satellite cell come back nonproliferative, quiescent state in dog.  相似文献

目的 探讨塞来昔布联合放射对人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE-2Z凋亡的影响及其可能的机制.方法 实验分4组进行,分别为对照组、药物组(25μmol/L塞来昔布)、照射组(8 Gy X线)和实验组(25 μmol/L塞来昔布+8 Gy X线照射).克隆形成实验检测塞来昔布对CNE-2Z细胞的放射增敏作用;流式细胞仪检测肿瘤细胞凋亡率;免疫细胞化学染色检测B淋巴细胞-2(Bcl-2)、凋亡活化基因(Bax)蛋白表达;Western blot技术检测Caspase-3蛋白表达.结果 塞来昔布对人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2Z有放射增敏作用,实验组中CNE-2Z细胞平均存活分数为0.50,细胞平均致死剂量为2.36,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);塞来昔布联合放射能够上调Bax的蛋白表达,对照组Box表达评分为1.221 ±0.116,实验组为2.758±0.256;同时抑制Bcl-2蛋白表达,对照组Bel-2表达评分为2.559±0.144,实验组为1.253±0.114,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);并明显增加肿瘤细胞的凋亡率(F=7.63,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;Western blot结果显示实验组Caspase-3蛋白表达增强.结论 Cox-2抑制剂塞来昔布联合放射能诱导人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE-2Z凋亡,具有放射增敏作用.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of celecoxib combined with radiotherapy on apoptosis of CNE-2Z cell lines and the potential mechanisms.Methods Four groups were used,a control,celecoxib (25 μmol/L celecoxib) ,irradiation ( 8 Gy X ray) and celecoxib plus irradiation.The radiosensitising effect was detected by clone formation experiment.Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis rate of cells.The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax were assessed by immunocytochemistry.Western blot was used to examine the expression of Caspase-3.Results Celecoxib enhanced the radiosensitivity of CNE-2Z cells.In experimental group,the mean surviving fraction and the mean lethal dose of CNE-2Z cells were 0.50 and 2.36 respectively.Compared with the irradiated group,there was significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.01 ).Celecoxib combined with radiotherapy up-regulation the expression of Bax.The score of the expression of Bax in the control group and the experimental group were 1.221 ±0.116 and 2.758 ±0.256 respectively.Celecoxib combined with radiotherapy could inhibit the expression of the protein of Bcl-2.The score of the expression of Bcl-2 in the control group and the experimental group were 2.559 ± 0.144 and 1.253 ± 0.114 respectively,with significant differences ( P < 0.01 ).Celecoxib combined with radiotherapy cound increase the apoptosis rate of tumor cells with significant differences ( F =7.63,P < 0.01 ).Western blot showed that the expression of Caspase-3 was strengthened.Conclusion Celecoxib combined with radiotherapy could induce apoptosis and enhance the radiosensitivity of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2Z cell lines.  相似文献

目的 探讨变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)患者转录因子维甲酸相关孤儿受体(retinoic acid-related orphan receptor variant 2,RORC2)和白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)17的表达与过敏症状的关系.方法 取23例AR患者和16例健康人鼻黏膜、鼻分泌物和静脉血,采用免疫组化、实时荧光定量反转录聚合酶链反应和酶联免疫吸附试验检测其中RORC2和IL-17的表达.对AR患者进行症状评分.采用SPSS 13.0软件对变应性鼻炎组与健康对照组各检测指标进行统计学分析.结果 AR组鼻黏膜中RORC2和IL-17免疫组化染色的阳性细胞率分别为0.17±0.05(-x±s,以下同)和0.72±0.13,高于健康对照组的0.05±0.02和0.27±0.11,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为9.51和11.92,P值均<0.05).AR组鼻黏膜和外周血RORC2 mRNA的相对表达量为0.063±0.011和0.452±0.031,高于对照组的0.029±0.009和0.239±0.027,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为6.51和3.35,P值均<0.05).AR组IL-17在鼻黏膜、鼻分泌物和外周血中的水平分别为(70.28±10.69)、(45.32±8.55)、(6.76±1.18)pg/ml,高于对照组的(18.43±8.34)、(6.83±1.31)、(0.74±0.05)pgml,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为7.92、17.66和15.43,P值均<0.05).AR组鼻过敏症状评分为(9.43±1.27)分,分别与鼻黏膜、外周血RORC2 mRNA的表达以及鼻黏膜、外周血IL-17的表达水平呈正相关(r值分别为0.820、0.746和0.629、0.841,P值均<0.05).结论 RORC2和IL-17参与了AR的炎性反应,可作为判断病情严重程度的指标之一.
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the relationship between allergic symptoms and retinoic acid related orphan receptor variant 2 (RORC2) and interleukin(IL) 17 in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods Blood sample,nasal secretion and nasal mucosa were taken from 23 patients with AR and 16 health individuals.The expression of RORC2 and IL-17 were detected by immunohistochemistry and quantitative real-time fluorescence reverse polymerase chain reaction.The allergic symptoms in patients were graded.Results The rate of positive cells of RORC2 and IL-17 in AR group were 0.17 ±0.05 and 0.72 ±0.13,higher than the 0.05 ± 0.02 and 0.27 ± 0.11 of health controls,the difference was statistically significant(t were 9.51 and 11.92 respectively,all P <0.05=.The expression level of RORC2 mRNA in nasal mucosa and peripheral blood of AR group were 0.063 ± 0.011 and 0.452 ± 0.031,higher than the 0.029 ±0.009 and 0.239 ±0.027 of health controls,the difference was statistically significant (t were 6.51and 3.35 respectively,all P <0.05=.The concentrations of IL-17 in the nasal mucosa,nasal secretions and serum levels of AR group were (70.28 ± 10.69) ,(45.32 ± 8.55) and (6.76 ± 1.18) pg/ml,compared with (18.43 ± 8.34),(6.83 ± 1.31) and (0.74 ±0.05) pg/ml of controls,the difference was statistically significant(t were 7.92,17.66 and 15.43 respectively,all P < 0.05=.The allergy symptom scores of AR group were 9.43 ± 1.27.There were correlations between the allergic symptom and the expression of RORC2 mRNA and IL-17 in nasal mucosa and peripheral blood (r value were 0.820,0.746,0.629,0.841 respectively,all P < 0.05=.Conclusion RORC2 and IL-17 involved in the inflammatory response of AR and can be used as an indicator to judge the severity.  相似文献

In the present study,we investigate the expression profile of the epidermal growth factor receptor family,which comprises EGFR/ ErbBl,HER2/ErbB2,HER3/ErbB3 and HER4/ErbB4 in oral leukoplakia(LP).The expression of four epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) family genes and their ligands were measured in LP tissues from 14 patients and compared with levels in 10 patients with oral lichen planus(OLP) and normal oral mucosa(NOM) from 14 healthy donors by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and immunohistochemistry.Synchronous mRNA coexpression of ErbBl,ErbB2,ErbB3and ErbB4 was detected in LP lesions.Out of the receptors,only ErbB4 mRNA and protein was more highly expressed in LP compared with NOM tissues.These were strongly expressed by epithelial keratinocytes in LP lesions,as shown by immunohistochemistry.Regarding the ligands,the mRNA of Neuregulin2 and 4 were more highly expressed in OLP compared with NOM tissues.Therefore,enhanced ErbB4 on the keratinocytes and synchronous modulation of EGFR family genes may contribute to the pathogenesis and carcinogenesis of LP.  相似文献

目的 探讨家犬双侧环杓后肌失神经支配及用颈袢神经再吻合支配后肌卫星细胞活性的变化.方法 随机数字表法将24只家犬分成3组,每组8只,分别为切断双侧喉返神经组,切断喉返神经后即刻颈袢神经再吻合组,不切断喉返神经的对照组.3组动物手术后再饲养9周后再次暴露喉返神经及环杓后肌,使用喉返神经诱发环杓后肌电位来验证喉返神经的再通情况;双盲法提取环杓后肌肌肉组织中总RNA,反转录后做实时定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测肌卫星细胞增殖分化标记物Myogenin、Myf5和Pax7的mRNA表达.结果 手术后3组动物各有1只死亡或感染退出实验.术后9周诱发神经环杓后肌肌电图提示对照组动物喉返神经功能均正常,切断组7只动物电刺激都没有反应,吻合组均有神经再通.Myogenin的mRNA相对表达量切断组较对照组和吻合组均有明显升高(Z值为1.42和1.38,P值均<0.05),Myf5的mRNA表达切断组也明显高于对照组和吻合组(Z值为1.66和1.69,P值均<0.01);切断组Pax7的mRNA表达明显高于对照组(Z=1.66,P<0.01),也高于吻合组(Z=1.42,P<0.05);而吻合组与对照组Myogenin、Myf5和Pax7的mRNA表达差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05).结论 双侧喉返神经切断后,环杓后肌的肌卫星细胞增殖分化的mRNA表达增强,而同颈袢神经再吻合后肌卫星细胞的增殖分化表达下降.

Objective To evaluate the treatment outcome of different therapeutic modalities for squamous cell cacinoma of the nose and ethmoid sinus and prognostic factors. Methods One hundred and forty-six cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the nose and ethmoid sinus treated from 1990 to 2007 were reviewed. Of the 146 cases,28 were at stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ ;46 stage Ⅲ ;72 stage Ⅳ. Forty-one patients were treated with preoperative radiation plus surgery( R + S) ,22 patients with surgery plus postoperative radiation ( S + R), 5 patients with surgery alone ( SA ), 78 patients with radiotherapy alone (RA). Results The overall 5 year survival rate of 146 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the nose and ethmoid sinus was 49. 1%. The 5 year survival rate of the patients at stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ was 95. 7% ,while the rate was 59. 8% in the patients at stage Ⅲ and 28. 2% in the patients at stage Ⅳ ( x2 = 24. 15, P < 0. 05). The 5 year survival rate was 57.7% in R+S group,60.4% in S+R group, 100% in SA group,and 38.8% in RA group,respectively(P >0. 05). The 5 years survival rate of N + patients was lower than that of NO( x2 = 12. 326,P < 0. 05). Local recurrence and distant metastasis were main causes of death. Cox analysis showed TNM stage and differentiation of tumor were independent significant prognostic factors. Conclusions The higher survival rate of patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the nose and ethmoid sinus was obtained from combined therapy R + S or S + R. SA gave ideal results for early lesions(stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ ).  相似文献

目的 探讨埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)、膜突蛋白(Moesin)和上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-Cadherin)在甲状腺乳头状癌侵袭和转移中的作用。方法 选取2005-2008年手术切除的81例甲状腺乳头状癌石蜡包埋标本,以癌旁组织为对照,采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测Ezrin、Moesin和E-Cadherin在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达,并结合患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 甲状腺乳头状癌中的Ezrin、Moesin的阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织(x2值分别为61.691、57.949,P值均<0.01)。甲状腺乳头状癌中E-Cadherin的阳性表达率低于癌旁组织(x2 =64.241,P<0.01)。患者年龄≥45岁、肿瘤侵犯甲状腺被膜外、有颈淋巴转移、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期甲状腺乳头状癌,Ezrin、Moesin的阳性表达率增高,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);而E-Cadherin的阳性表达率降低,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论 甲状腺乳头状癌中Ezrin、Moesin的高表达和E-Cadherin的低表达与肿瘤的侵袭和转移有关,三者之间可能具有协同作用,联合检测Ezrin、Moesin和E-Cadherin可作为判断甲状腺乳头状癌侵袭、转移和预后的指标。  相似文献

目的探讨信号传导与转录激活因子3(STAT3)在喉癌中的表达特征及其与Survivin表达的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例喉鳞状细胞癌组织和12例喉正常黏膜组织中STAT3、磷酸化STAT3(p-STAT3)蛋白和Survivin蛋白的表达;运用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测上述组织中STAT3 mRNA和Survivin mRNA的表达。结合病例资料进行统计学处理,采用χ2、t检验。结果喉癌组织中STAT3、p-STAT3和Survivin蛋白及STAT3 mRNA和Survivin mRNA的阳性表达率均明显高于正常喉黏膜(P<0.01); STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白和STAT3 mRNA在喉癌中的表达均与喉癌的临床分期相关(分别为P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.01);Survivin蛋白和 Survivin mRNA在喉癌中的表达与临床分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.01,P<0.01)STAT3和Survivin的表达呈正相关。结论STAT3的过量表达可能在喉癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,它的异常激活也可能通过上调Survivin基因的表达,延长喉癌细胞生存时间。  相似文献

目的 研究EphA2对头颈部鳞状细胞癌(简称鳞癌)血管新生及颈淋巴转移的影响.方法 利用慢病毒介导的短发夹RNA( short hairpin RNA,shRNA)沉默EphA2在高转移性头颈鳞癌细胞株M2中的表达,嘌呤霉素筛选稳定克隆,反转录PCR及Western blot技术检测EphA2沉默效果;构建头颈鳞癌高转移动物模型,通过HE染色验证其成瘤及颈淋巴转移情况;免疫组织化学技术检测移植瘤微血管密度,Western blot技术检测移植瘤标本中EphA2及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况.结果 筛选出EphA2基因稳定沉默的M2细胞(定义为M2 EphA2 RNA+即实验组),并成功构建头颈鳞癌高转移动物模型,成瘤率达100%.25 d后,实验组移植瘤体积为(430.7±190.0) mm3(x±s,以下同)较对照组的(1179.0 ±289.4) mm3明显减少(t =5.597,P<0.01),质量显著减轻(t=-4.560,P<0.05),且双侧颈淋巴转移率明显降低(Mann-Whitney U=10.0,P<0.05).Western blot 显示实验组移植瘤组织中EphA2及VEGF蛋白表达显著下调,免疫组织化学技术发现实验组瘤体微血管密度为(4.74±0.67)个/视野,显著少于对照组的(14.17±0.59)个/视野(t=26.751,P<0.01).结论 EphA2沉默能抑制头颈部鳞癌细胞的生长及转移,并能明显减少头颈部鳞癌组织内的肿瘤新生血管,且该肿瘤新生血管的抑制可能与促血管生成因子VEGF的减少有关.  相似文献

目的 探讨促甲状腺素受体(thyroid-stimulating hormone recepter,TSHR)、抗氧化酶1(pemxiredoxin 1,Prxl)、硫氧还蛋白1(thioredoxin1,Trx1)、缺氧诱导因子1(hypoxia inducible factor-1,HIF-1)α在甲状腺乳头状癌侵袭、转移中的作用.方法 选取2003至2007年于天津市肿瘤医院手术切除的34例典型甲状腺乳头状癌石蜡包埋标本、39例高细胞型甲状腺乳头状癌石蜡包埋标本,以癌旁正常甲状腺组织作对照,采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测TSHR、Prx1、Trx1、HIF-1α在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达,并将检测结果结合患者的临床资料(性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、局部侵犯、颈淋巴转移、组织学亚型、T分期)等进行分析.结果 甲状腺乳头状癌中的Prx1、Trx1、HIF-1α的阳性表达率均高于癌旁正常甲状腺组织(χ2值分别为5.49、6.16、40.48,P值均<0.05).甲状腺乳头状癌中的TSHR的阳性表达率低于癌旁正常甲状腺组织(χ2=15.70,P<0.05),高细胞型甲状腺乳头状癌的TSHR的阳性表达率低于典型甲状腺乳头状癌(χ2=4.24,P<0.05).肿瘤侵犯甲状腺被膜外、有颈淋巴转移、高细胞型、T3-T4期甲状腺乳头状癌的Prx1、Try1、HIF-1α的阳性表达率更高,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05).甲状腺乳头状癌中Trx1与Prx1、Trx1与HIF-1α的阳性表达具有关联性(列联系数分别为0.664和0.652,P值均<0.05).结论 甲状腺乳头状癌中Prx1、Trx1和HIF-1α的高表达与肿瘤的侵袭和转移有关,TSH可能通过Prx1-Trx1-HIF-1信号传导通路促进甲状腺癌的发展.  相似文献

目的:探讨STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达及其与上皮间质转化的关系及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测56例PTC组织中STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白及上皮标志物E—cadherin和间质标志物Vimentin蛋白的表达,分析其与PTC临床病理特征间的关系及相互之间的相关性。结果:PTC组织中STAT3、p—STAT3蛋白的阳性表达率为78.6%和83.9%,明显高于癌旁甲状腺组织中的阳性表达率33.3%和20.8%(P〈0.01)。PTC组织中E-cadherin的阳性表达率为37.5%,明显低于癌旁甲状腺组织中的阳性表达率91.7%(P〈0.01),PTC组织中Vimentin蛋白的阳性表达率为85.7%,明显高于癌旁甲状腺组织中的阳性表达率8.3%(P〈0.01)。STAT3、p-STAT3、E—cadherin、Vimentin蛋白的表达与性别、年龄无明显相关性(P〉0.05),而均与PTC淋巴结转移、临床分期明显相关(P〈0.05)。STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白的表达和E—cadherin蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-0.494,r=-0.364,均P〈0.01),STAT3、p—STAT3蛋白的表达与Vimenin蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.533,P=0.000;r=0.377,均P〈0.01)。结论:PTC组织中存在STAT3蛋白活化及EMT,且与PTC淋巴结转移密切相关;STAT3通路激活可能通过介导PTC细胞EMT促进PTC侵袭转移。  相似文献

目的:探讨癌基因HER-2/neu及转移抑制基因nm23在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中的表达及与局部浸润和淋巴结转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测56例LSCC患者手术切除的癌组织中HER-2/neu及nm23蛋白的表达,并以正常喉黏膜组织做对照。结果:HER-2/neu蛋白阳性表达率与喉癌组织的分化程度无明显相关性(P〉0.05),与临床分期和淋巴结转移呈正相关(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);nm23蛋白阳性表达率无淋巴结转移者显著高于有淋巴结转移者(P〈0.01),与LSCC淋巴结转移呈负相关。而且,在淋巴结转移者中HER-2/neu蛋白的阳性表达率与nm23蛋白呈负相关。结论:HER-2/neu及nm23蛋白异常表达在LSCC发生、发展和淋巴结转移中可能起重要作用。  相似文献

目的 进一步认识Ⅵ区淋巴结在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)颈转移中的地位及PTC患者颈部转移淋巴结的分布特点,为PTC的颈部淋巴结处理提供依据.方法 回顾性总结2002年1月至2004年12月97例病变局限于一侧腺叶的PTC患者的临床资料:72例术前检查为cNO,25例为cN+;32例原发灶长径≤1 cm,65例原发灶长径>1 cm.术中常规取Ⅲ、Ⅳ区淋巴结做冰冻病理检查,根据淋巴结病理结果、肿瘤原发灶大小及位置决定颈部淋巴结的清扫范围.Ⅲ、Ⅳ区淋巴转移患者行包括Ⅵ区的改良性颈清扫;伴有肿瘤包膜外侵患者行双侧Ⅵ区清扫;原发灶长径≤1 cm行患侧Ⅵ区清扫;原发灶长径>1 cm行双侧Ⅵ区清扫.结果 97例患者行Ⅵ区清扫122侧,45.1%(55/122)发生淋巴转移.72例cN0患者45.8%(33/72)发生Ⅵ区淋巴转移,25例cN+患者76.0%(19/25)发生Ⅵ区淋巴转移,差异有统计学意义(x2=6.790,P=0.009).10例原发灶包膜外侵患者的淋巴转移发生率为65.0%(13/20),87例无包膜外侵患者的淋巴转移发生率为41.2%(42/102),差异有统计学意义(x2=3.833,P=0.047).32例原发灶长径≤1 cm的患者行患侧Ⅵ区清扫,43.8%(14/32)发生淋巴转移,65例原发灶长径>1 cm患者行双侧Ⅵ区清扫,69.2%(45/65)有患侧Ⅵ区转移,23.1%(15/65)有双侧Ⅵ区转移,两组间同侧Ⅵ区转移率的差异有统计学意义(x2=5.843,P=0.016).结论 Ⅵ区为FTC较早发生淋巴转移的区域,伴有原发灶包膜外侵犯者易发生Ⅵ区淋巴转移.原发灶长径≤1 cm的患者可发生同侧Ⅵ区转移;原发灶长径>1 cm者可发生双侧Ⅵ区转移.PTC颈淋巴转移可单独或同时发生在Ⅵ区或侧颈区的任何一个区域.术中应常规做Ⅲ、Ⅳ区淋巴结冰冻病理检查,淋巴结阳性者行包括Ⅵ区的改良性颈清扫.  相似文献

目的 探讨乳腺癌转移抑制基因(breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1,BRMS1)在声门上型喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 免疫组化法检测60例原发性声门上型喉癌组织(肿瘤组)和其相邻的癌旁正常喉黏膜(对照组)石蜡标本组织细胞中BRMS1蛋白的表达。结果 对照组均有较强的BRMS1蛋白的表达,肿瘤组阳性表达率为35.0%(21/60),且均为低表达,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BRMS1蛋白在病理高分化标本中阳性表达率为43.6%(17/39),在中、低分化标本阳性表达率19.0%(4/21),两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在临床Ⅱ期标本阳性表达率为72.7%(8/11),临床Ⅲ+ Ⅳ期标本阳性表达率26.5%(13/49),两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);颈部淋巴结N0组标本阳性表达率72.7%(16/22),颈部淋巴结N+组阳性率13.7%(5/38),两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BRMS1蛋白阳性组患者与BRMS1蛋白阴性组患者的术后生存率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 BRMS1蛋白在声门上型喉癌中低表达或不表达,且其表达可能与声门上型喉癌的临床分期、病理分化以及颈部淋巴结转移有关。  相似文献

目的 :研究口腔粘膜鳞癌组织中 P5 3和 nm2 3蛋白的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化方法检测 10 0例口腔粘膜鳞癌组织中 P5 3和 nm2 3蛋白的表达状况。结果 :口腔粘膜鳞癌组织中 P5 3蛋白的阳性表达率为 5 8.0 % ,nm2 3蛋白的阳性表达率为 40 .0 % (P<0 .0 5 )。颈淋巴结有转移者较无转移者 P5 3蛋白阳性表达率高 ,而 nm2 3蛋白阳性表达率低。结论 :P5 3 和 nm2 3蛋白表达状况与口腔粘膜鳞癌颈淋巴结转移有关。  相似文献
