Amla (Phyllanthus emblica) has long been used in traditional folk medicine to prevent and cure a variety of inflammatory diseases. In this study, the antioxidant activity (DPPH scavenging and reducing power), anti-inflammatory activity (RBC Membrane Stabilization and 15-LOX inhibition), and anticoagulation activity (Serin protease inhibition and Prothrombin Time assays) of the methanolic extract of amla were conducted. Amla exhibited a substantial amount of phenolic content (TPC: 663.53 mg GAE/g) and flavonoid content (TFC: 418.89 mg GAE/g). A strong DPPH scavenging effect was observed with an IC50 of 311.31 µg/ml as compared to standard ascorbic acid with an IC50 of 130.53 µg/ml. In reducing power assay, the EC50 value of the extract was found to be 196.20 µg/ml compared to standard ascorbic acid (EC50 = 33.83 µg/ml). The IC50 value of the RBC membrane stabilization and 15-LOX assays was observed as 101.08 µg/ml (IC50 of 58.62 µg/ml for standard aspirin) and 195.98 µg/ml (IC50 of 19.62 µg/ml for standard quercetin), respectively. The extract also strongly inhibited serine protease (trypsin) activity with an IC50 of 505.81 µg/ml (IC50 of 295.44 µg/ml for standard quercetin). The blood coagulation time (PTT) was found to be 11.91 min for amla extract and 24.11 min for standard Warfarin. Thus, the findings of an in vitro study revealed that the methanolic extract of amla contains significant antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anticoagulation activity. Furthermore, in silico docking and simulation of reported phytochemicals of amla with human 15-LOXA and 15-LOXB were carried out to validate the anti-inflammatory activity of amla. In this analysis, epicatechin and catechin showed greater molecular interaction and were considerably stable throughout the 100 ns simulation with 15-lipoxygenase A (15-LOXA) and 15-lipoxygenase B (15-LOXB) respectively.  相似文献

Ferula communis L. is thought to possess a wide range of therapeutic qualities. This plant's safety is critical regarding its potential uses as a medicine. Using the techniques outlined in the OECD recommendations, the present study aimed to assess the acute and subacute toxicity profiles of Ferula communis aqueous extract (FC-Ext) in mice. In the acute study, the FC-Ext was administered to adult male and female Swiss albino mice through oral and intraperitoneal routes at doses of 0–4 g/kg. The general behavioral effects, mortality rates, and latency of mortality were evaluated for a period of 14 days. For the sub-acute dose study, the FC-Ext was administered orally to adult mice at doses of 125, 250, and 500 mg/kg on a daily basis for 28 days. Body weight and selected biochemical and hematological parameters were measured, and histological examinations of the liver, kidney, and spleen were conducted to assess any signs of organ damage at the end of the treatment period. The results of the acute toxicity study demonstrated that the LD50 values for the oral and intraperitoneal administration of FC-Ext were 3.6 g/kg and 2.3 g/kg, respectively. In the subacute toxicity study of FC-Ext, no significant changes in body weight were observed. However, a substantial increase in the weights of the liver, kidney, and spleen was observed in male mice. The administration of FC-Ext to mice at doses higher than 250 mg/kg resulted in a decrease in white blood cells and platelets in both sexes and a reduction in red blood cells and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration in males and hemoglobin in females. No changes in biochemical parameters were observed. Microscopic examination of vital organs such as the liver, kidney, and spleen revealed no significant injuries. Based on the current results, the aqueous extract of Ferula communis has low toxicity. These findings provide important information about the toxicity profile of the traditional medicine plant Ferula communis.  相似文献

This study sought to prepare a self-microemulsion drug delivery system containing zingerone (Z-SMEDDS) to improve the low oral bioavailability of zingerone and anti-tumor effect. Z-SMEDDS was characterized by particle size, zeta potential and encapsulation efficiency, while its pharmacokinetics and anti-tumor effects were also evaluated. Z-SMEDDS had stable physicochemical properties, including average particle size of 17.29 ± 0.07 nm, the zeta potential of -22.81 ± 0.29 mV, and the encapsulation efficiency of 97.96% ± 0.02%. In vitro release studies have shown the release of zingerone released by Z-SMEDDS was significantly higher than free zingerone in different release media. The relative oral bioavailability of Z-SMEDDS was 7.63 times compared with free drug. Meanwhile, the half inhibitory concentration (IC50)of Z-SMEDDS and free zingerone was 8.45 μg/mL and 13.30 μg/mL, respectively on HepG2. This study may provide a preliminary basis for further clinical research and application of Z-SMEDDS.  相似文献

IntroductionAllogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is a curative option for malignant and non-malignant pediatric diseases. Serotherapy is often employed to avoid graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) on one hand and graft rejection on the other hand. Therapeutic drug monitoring is increasingly used to allow for more precise dosing especially in pediatric patients due to their specific pharmacological characteristics. Application of T-cell directed antibodies is not routinely monitored, but may benefit from more precise dosing regimens.MethodsTwo different preparations of rabbit anti-thymocyte globulin (rATG), Thymoglobuline® and ATG-F (Grafalon®), are frequently used to prevent GvHD in pediatric patients by in vivo T-cell depletion. Total rATG levels and active rATG levels were analyzed prospectively in pediatric patients undergoing HSCT. Clinical and laboratory outcome parameters were recorded.ResultsrATG levels were measured in 32 patients, 22 received thymoglobuline and 10 received ATG-F. The median total peak plasma level was 419.0 µg/ml for ATG-F and 60.4 µg/ml for thymoglobuline. For ATG-F, exposure could be predicted from the calculated dose more precisely than for thymoglobuline. Active peak plasma levels neither of ATG-F, nor of thymoglobuline correlated significantly with the number of lymphocytes prior to serotherapy. There was no significant difference in incidence of aGvHD, cGvHD, rejection, mixed chimerism or viral infections in the two cohorts. However, in our cohort, patients with high thymoglobuline exposure showed a compromised reconstitution of T cells.ConclusionsATG-F and thymoglobuline show different pharmacological and immunological impact in children, whose clinical significance needs to be investigated in larger cohorts.  相似文献

Ledipasvir is a novel antiviral agent used in the treatment of hepatitis C. We aim in our study to increase its delivery to hepatocytes and prolong its retention within liver. Several formulae of ledipasvir loaded liposomes were prepared and the best formula regarding particle size, zeta potential, polydispersity index and entrapment efficiency was selected. On the other hand, galactosylated chitosan was synthesized in a chemical reaction. Then the best liposomes formula was coated with the galactosylated chitosan. Having galactose residues on their surface, the coated liposomes can bind to the asialoglycoprotein receptors on the targeted hepatocytes enhancing ledipasvir uptake into them. The galactosylated chitosan coated liposomes had particle size of 218.2 nm ± 7.21, zeta potential of 27.15 mV ± 1.76, polydispersity index of 0.278 ± 0.055 and entrapment efficiency % of 54.63% ± 0.05 respectively. The pharmacokinetic study revealed a significant increase in the liver peak concentration (Cmax) and the area under liver concentration versus time curve AUC(0–72 h) and significant prolongation in the liver terminal half life (t½) and mean residence time (MRT) in comparison to the oral dispersion of ledipasvir with values of 11,400 ng/g, 88,855 ng1h/g, 32.00 h and 18.11 h respectively.  相似文献

5-fluorouracil (5FU) is widely used to treat colorectal cancer (CC) and its main mechanisms of anticancer action are through generation of ROS which often result in inflammation. Here, we test the effect of Lycopene against 5FU in Caco2 cell line. Caco2 cells were exposed to 3 µg/ml of 5FU alone or with 60, 90, 120 µg/ml of lycopene. This was followed by assessment of cytotoxicity, oxidative stress, and gene expression of inflammatory genes. Our findings showed that Lycopene and 5FU co-exposure induced dose-dependent cytotoxic effect without compromising the membrane integrity based on the LDH assay. Lycopene also significantly enhanced 5FU-induced SOD activity and GSH level compared to control for all mixture concentrations (p < 0.01). Lycopene alone and combination with 5FU-induced expression of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6. Furthermore, IFN-γ expression was significantly enhanced by only mixture of lycopene (90 µg/ml) and 5FU (p < 0.05). In conclusion, Lycopene supplementation with 5FU therapy resulted in improvement in antioxidant parameters such as catalase and GSH levels giving the cell capacity to cope with 5FU-mediated oxidative stress. Lycopene also enhanced IFN-γ expression in the presence of 5FU, which may activate antitumor effects further enhancing the cancer killing effect of 5FU.  相似文献

To overcome the drug toxicity and frequent resistance of parasites against the conventional drugs for the healing of human visceral leishmaniasis, innovative plant derived antileishmanial components are very imperative. Fuelled by the complications of clinically available antileishmanial drugs, a novel potato serine protease inhibitor was identified with its efficacy on experimental visceral leishmaniasis (VL). The serine protease inhibitors from potato tuber extract (PTEx) bearing molecular mass of 39 kDa (PTF1), 23 kDa (PTF2) and 17 kDa (PTF3) were purified and identified. Among them, PTF3 was selected as the most active inhibitor (IC50 143.5 ± 2.4 µg/ml) regarding its antileishmanial property. Again, intracellular amastigote load was reduced upto 83.1 ± 1.7% in pre-treated parasite and 88.5 ± 0.5% in in vivo model with effective dose of PTF3. Protective immune response by PTF3 was noted with increased production of antimicrobial substances and up-regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Therapeutic potency of PTF3 is also followed by 80% survival in infected hamster. The peptide mass fingerprint (MALDI-TOF) results showed similarity of PTF3 with serine protease inhibitors database. Altogether, these results strongly propose the effectiveness of PTF3 as potent immunomodulatory therapeutics for controlling VL.  相似文献

Available data of early conversion from twice-daily tacrolimus (TAC-BID) to once-daily tacrolimus (TAC-OD) in de novo kidney transplant (KT) recipients are limited. We conducted a prospective study of early conversion to TAC-OD in de novo KT recipients. Eligible patients were enrolled to receive TAC-BID (Prograf®) and then converted to TAC-OD (Advagraf®) by 1:1 ratio, approximately 14 days after KT (range 9–22). Blood samples were investigated for pharmacokinetic parameters before and 7–14 days after the conversion. Fifteen patients were included and provided AUC0-24 of 202.9 ± 44.4 ng h/mL for TAC-BID (pre-conversion) and 193.0 ± 63.4 ng h/mL for TAC-OD (post-conversion) (p = 0.41). Mean trough blood concentration (Cmin) of TAC-BID and TAC-OD was 6.4 ± 1.4 ng/mL and 4.9 ± 1.6 ng/mL (p = 0.01). Correlation coefficient (r) between Cmin and AUC0-24 of TAC-BID and TAC-OD were 0.620 and 0.875. Additional analysis found that patients with a drop of Cmin > 30% had a significant lower AUC0-24 after conversion. Renal function remains stable. We conclude that early conversion to TAC-OD is safe and well tolerated with an indifferent systemic exposure. However, patients with a drop of Cmin > 30% after conversion to TAC-OD will require additional dose adjustment.  相似文献

Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinases (IRAKs), particularly IRAK1 and IRAK4, are important in transducing signal from Toll-like receptor 4. We interrogated if a selective inhibition of IRAK1 could alleviate lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced sepsis. In this study, we tested the impact of a novel selective IRAK1 inhibitor Jh-X-119-01 on LPS-induced sepsis in mice. Survival at day 5 was 13.3% in control group where septic mice were treated by vehicle, while the values were 37.5% (p = 0.046, vs. control) and 56.3% (p = 0.003, vs. control) for 5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg Jh-X-119-01-treated mice. Jh-X-119-01 alleviated lung injury and reduced production of TNFα and IFNγ in peritoneal macrophages. Jh-X-119-01 decreased phosphorylation of NF-κB and mRNA levels of IL-6 and TNFα in LPS-treated macrophages in vitro. Jh-X-119-01 selectively inhibited IRAK1 phosphorylation comparing with a non-selective IRAK1/4 inhibitor which simultaneously inhibited phosphorylation of IRAK1 and IRAK4. Both Jh-X-119-01 and IRAK1/4 inhibitor increased survival of septic mice, but Jh-X-119-01-treated mice had higher blood CD11b+ cell counts than IRAK1/4 inhibitor-treated ones [24 h: (1.18 ± 0.26) × 106/ml vs. (0.79 ± 0.20) × 106/ml, p = 0.001; 48 h: (1.00 ± 0.30) × 106/ml vs. (0.67 ± 0.23) × 106/ml, p = 0.042]. IRAK1/4 inhibitor induced more apoptosis of macrophages than Jh-X-119-01 did in vitro. IRAK1/4 inhibitor decreased protein levels of anti-apoptotic BCL-2 and MCL-1 in RAW 264.7 and THP-1 cells, an effect not seen in Jh-X-119-01-treated cells. In conclusion, Jh-X-119-01 selectively inhibited activation of IRAK1 and protected mice from LPS-induced sepsis. Jh-X-119-01 showed less toxicity on macrophages comparing with a non-selective IRAK1/4 inhibitor.  相似文献

Two cytotoxic sesquiterpene lactones, 17-epichlorohyssopifolin A (1) and chlorjanerin (2), and a monoterpene lactone, loliolide (3) were isolated from Centaurea pseudosinaica. The cytotoxicity of the total extract and terpenoids 13 were evaluated against three human cancer cells (HepG2, PC-3, and HT-29), along with the human normal primary epidermal keratinocytes (HEKa) cells. With IC50 values ranging between 0.6 ± 0.04 and 5.0 ± 0.61 μg/mL against HepG2; 0.2 ± 0.01 and 11.9 ± 1.31 μg/mL against PC-3, and 0.04 ± 0.013 and 8.9 ± 0.97 μg/mL against HT-29, the total extract, and lactones 13 demonstrated cytotoxic effects. Compound 1 displayed the strongest impact on all cancer cells and a slightly safe effect on the normal cells HEKa. Compound 1 caused accumulation of HepG2 and HT-29 cells in G1 phase as displayed cell cycle analysis. On the other hand, the cell distributions were increased in the S phase in PC-3 cells. Furthermore, 1 caused apoptosis in PC-3 and HePG2 cells with 91.50%, and 79.72 %, respectively. A higher fraction of necrotic cells was observed in HT-29 cells amounting to 23.60%. These results suggested that the promising cytotoxicity exhibited by 1 is brought by the apoptosis induction in the cancer cells, which were evaluated. As the compounds showed antiproliferative effect against the HT-29 cells, the docking simulation was performed aiming at determining how they would interact with the EGFR enzyme, whose PDB: 4I23 is considered one of the two distinct wild types of EGFR enzymes. The antibacterial activity results revealed that 3 showed the most remarkable antibacterial effects, especially against the examined Gram-positive bacteria. The total extract exhibited potent activity against all examined bacteria. The total extract showed a potent antifungal effect against two Candida and two Aspergillus pathogens. The antioxidant activity revealed the potency of the total extract and 3 as antioxidant candidates. The obtained results refer to the importance of Centaurea pseudosinaica as a source of potent antiproliferative agents and the whole plant as an antipathogenic and antioxidant agent.  相似文献

The prostaglandin (PG) transporter SLCO2A1 regulates PGE2 signaling and interacts with many drugs, and SLCO2A1 defects is associated with PG metabolic disorders. This study aimed to characterize a non-metabolic phenolsulfonphthalein (PSP) transport mediated by SLCO2A1. PSP uptake by HEK293 cells expressing human SLCO2A1 (HEK/2A1 cells) was pH-independent and saturable with a Km value of 54.5 ± 9.5 μM PGE2 competitively inhibited PSP uptake with a Ki of 257.3 ± 22.8 nM. When PSP was intravenously (i.v.) injected, concentration-time curve showed a biphasic response. In Slco2a1-deficient (−/−) mice, AUCinf tented to decrease and the central distribution volume (V1) significantly increased, compared to wild-type (wt) counterparts. Intriguingly, Slco2a1-deficiency significantly reduced a ratio of tissue-to-plasma concentration in the lungs at 15 min after i.v. injection, suggesting that SLCO2A1 limits tissue distribution of PSP. In conclusion, these results prove that PSP is a potential surrogate for monitoring SLCO2A1 function, providing a new concept for diagnostics for the genetic diseases caused by defects in SLCO2A1 gene.  相似文献

Millettia peguensis, popular for its ethnopharmacological uses, was employed to evaluate its different pharmacological properties in this study. The analgesic studies of the plant have been performed by acetic acid-induced writhing and formalin-induced licking tests respectively, whereas the antidiarrheal experiment was done by castor oil-induced diarrheal test. Besides, antioxidant, cytotoxic, antimicrobial, thrombolytic evaluations were performed by DPPH scavenging with phenol content determination, brine shrimp lethality, disc diffusion and clot lysis methods respectively. Moreover, in silico study of the phytoconstituents was carried out by molecular docking and ADME/T analysis. The methanol extract of Millettia peguensis (MEMP) revealed significant biological activity in the analgesic and antidiarrheal test (p < 0.001) compared to the standards. Antioxidant assay displayed promising IC50 values (15.96 μg/mL) with the total phenol content (65.27 ± 1.24 mg GAE/g). In the cytotoxicity study, the LC50 value was found to be 1.094 μg/mL. Besides, MEMP was highly sensitive to the bacteria but less liable to clot lysis. Furthermore, phytoconstituents exposed potential binding affinity towards the selected receptors, whereas the ADME/T properties indicated the drug likeliness of the plant. The outcomes of these findings suggest the therapeutic potential of this plant against pain, diarrhea, inflammation, and tissue toxicity.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to elucidate the involvement of Mate1 in the tubular secretion of trimethoprim and saturation of Mate1-mediated efflux to address the mechanisms underlying the pharmacokinetic drug interactions with trimethoprim. Trimethoprim is a more potent inhibitor of MATE2-K than MATE1 with Ki values (μM) of 0.030–0.28 and 2.4–5.9, respectively. Trimethoprim is a substrate of human MATE1 and MATE2-K with Km values of 2.3 ± 0.9 and 0.018 ± 0.004 μM, and mouse Mate1, but not human OCT2, mouse Oct1 and Oct2. Pyrimethamine significantly reduced the renal clearance (CLR) of trimethoprim (mL/min/kg) from 40.0 ± 5.1 to 20.1 ± 3.7 (p < 0.05). Trimethoprim was given to mice at three infusion rates (150, 500, and 1500 nmol/min/kg). Together with an increase in the plasma concentrations of trimethoprim, the CLR (mL/min/kg) of trimethoprim decreased to 25.9 ± 3.2, 13.5 ± 5.7, and 8.92 ± 1.50 at the respective rates. Trimethoprim decreased the CLR of rhodamine 123 in an infusion rate-dependent manner: 11.5 ± 1.3 (control), 5.17 ± 1.55, 1.31 ± 0.50, and 0.532 ± 0.180. These results suggest that Mate1 mediates the tubular secretion of trimethoprim, and at therapeutic doses, MATEs-mediated efflux can be saturated, and thereby, cause drug interactions with other MATE substrates.  相似文献

Neurotherapeutic potentials of Centella asiatica and its reputation to boost memory, prevent cognitive deficits and improve brain functions are widely acknowledged. The plant's bioactive compounds, i.e. asiaticoside, madecassoside and asiatic acid were reported to have central nervous system (CNS) actions, particularly in protecting the brain against neurodegenerative disorders. Hence, it is important for these compounds to cross the blood-brain barrier (BBB) to be clinically effective therapeutics. This study aimed to explore the capability of asiaticoside, madecassoside and asiatic acid to cross the BBB using in vitro BBB model from primary porcine brain endothelial cells (PBECs). Our findings showed that asiaticoside, madecassoside and asiatic acid are highly BBB permeable with apparent permeability (Papp) of 70.61 ± 6.60, 53.31 ± 12.55 and 50.94 ± 10.91 × 10?6 cm/s respectively. No evidence of cytotoxicity and tight junction disruption of the PBECs were observed in the presence of these compounds. Asiatic acid showed cytoprotective effect towards the PBECs against oxidative stress. This study reported for the first time that Centella asiatica compounds demonstrated high capability to cross the BBB, comparable to central nervous system drugs, and therefore warrant further development as therapeutics for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.  相似文献

It is well acknowledged that the oral absorption of a drug can be influenced by its solubility, which is usually associated with its solid form properties. G1032 is a retinoic acid–related orphan receptor inverse agonist. Crystalline solid (form A) was identified with an aqueous solubility of 130 μg/mL. This form was used in an oral dose escalation study in rodents up to 300 mg/kg and achieved good exposures. Later on, a more stable crystalline hydrate (form B) was identified and the aqueous solubility was reduced to 55 μg/mL. A modeling exercise suggested that this solubility change would cause a 2-fold decrease in exposure at tested doses; however, the actual reduction was far larger than the model predicted. At high dose, exposure was found to be reduced by almost 10-fold. A parameter sensitivity analysis suggested that such a drop in exposure could be associated with permeability reduction as well. More in vitro permeability experiments were performed, indicating G1032 was an efflux transporter substrate. This finding was integrated into the modeling and the design for in vivo studies. Data obtained from those studies allowed us to better understand the causes of the higher-than-expected exposure change and enabled decision-making.  相似文献

ObjectivesIn the present study, we aimed to assess whether adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) could protect the podocytes from adriamycin (ADR)-induced injury by stimulating B lymphocytes to secrete the associated cytokines.MethodsProliferation assay was used to assess the proliferation and activity of podocytes. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to examine the secretion of IL-10 and IL-4. TUNEL apoptosis detection kit was used to detect the apoptosis of podocytes. Real-time PCR and Western blotting analysis were used to examine the expressions of nephrin and podocin at the mRNA and protein levels.ResultsCompared with the normal control group, the podocyte proliferation of ADR group was significantly inhibited. However, compared with the ADR group, the podocyte proliferation of the supernatant (1 µg/L, 10 µg/L or 100 µg/L ACTH4-10) + ADR groups was generally increased, and the pro-proliferative effect of the supernatant containing 10 µg/L ACTH4-10 was the highest. Moreover, we found that after B lymphocytes were intervened by 10 µg/L ACTH4-10, the IL-10 level in the cell supernatant was significantly elevated (p < 0.05). When anti-IL-10R was added, the podocyte proliferation of the supernatant (10 µg/L ACTH4-10) + ADR group was significantly inhibited. Furthermore, the supernatant of B cells stimulated with 10 µg/L ACTH4-10 could better decrease the apoptosis rate of injured podocytes and increase the expressions of nephrin and podocin at the mRNA and protein levels by elevating the secretion of IL-10.ConclusionCompared with ACTH4-10, the supernatant of B cells stimulated with ACTH4-10 could better protect the podocytes from ADR-induced injury by elevating the secretion of IL-10.  相似文献

Ambelline, an alkaloid from the Amaryllidaceae family with a crinane-type skeleton, has not yet demonstrated any outstanding biological activity. However, its analogues prepared by derivatization of the C-11 hydroxyl group show different interesting effects. Continuing our earlier work, twelve novel aromatic esters were developed (10, 14, 16, 17, 22–25, 30–33) and studied, together with previously synthesized derivatives (2–9, 11–13, 15, 18–21, 26–29) in terms of their cytotoxic activity. The cytotoxic potential was determined on a panel of nine human cancer cell lines and one noncancerous cell line to characterize their biological activity spectrum. To describe and foresee the structure–activity relationship for further research, substances synthesized and described in our previous work were also included in this cytotoxicity study. The most significant activity was associated with analogues having methyl (10), methoxy (14–17), or ethoxy (18) substitution on the phenyl condensed to ambelline. However, the 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzoyl derivative (32) showed the most promising IC50 values, ranging from 0.6 ± 0.1 µM to 9.9 ± 0.2 µM. In vitro cytotoxicity studies indicated the most potent antiproliferative activity of 32 in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner. Besides, 32 was found to be effective in decreasing viability and triggering apoptosis of MOLT-4 T-lymphoblastic leukemia cells.  相似文献

Thymoquinone (TQ; 2-isopropyl-5-methylbenzo-1, 4-quinone), the main active constituent of Nigella sativa, has been proven to have great therapeutic properties in numerous in vivo and in vitro models. Nevertheless, this molecule is not yet in clinical trials, largely because of its poor bioavailability and hydrophobicity. This review examines the different activities of TQ, as well as various combination therapies, nanotechnologies and clinical trials involving TQ. The TQ nanoparticle formulation shows better bioavailability than free TQ, and it is time for clinical trials of these formulations to realize the potential of TQ as a therapeutic.  相似文献
