目的探讨影响脉冲染料激光联合Nd:YAG治疗颌面部草莓状血管瘤疗效的相关因素。方法应用脉冲染料激光联合Nd:YAG激光治疗680例颌面部草莓状血管瘤,分析疗效与患者年龄、瘤体大小和瘤体病变部位的关系。结果脉冲染料激光联合Nd:YAG激光治疗颌面部草莓状血管瘤,其疗效与患者年龄、瘤体性质和瘤体部位有相关性:患者年龄越小、瘤体越小疗效越好;近眼、耳、口、鼻部位的瘤体疗效显著低于颌面部的瘤体。结论脉冲染料激光联合Nd:YAG激光治疗颌面部草莓状血管瘤的疗效与多种因素相关,治疗越早疗效越好。  相似文献

目的比较Nd∶YAG激光治疗不同类型婴幼儿体表血管瘤的效果。方法婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤患者186例,年龄5d至12个月。其中草莓状血管瘤114例,海绵状血管瘤37例,混合型血管瘤35例。Nd∶YAG激光波长1 064 nm,脉冲宽度10~30 ms,频率1~10 Hz,能量密度10~50 J/cm2,光斑直径1~3 mm。治疗2~5次后,比较三种血管瘤的疗效。结果草莓状血管瘤、海绵状血管瘤和混合型血管瘤的总有效率分别是98.2%,18.47%和80.0%。结论 Nd∶YAG激光是治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的有效方法,草莓状血管瘤的疗效好于海绵状血管瘤与混合型血管瘤,后两种血管瘤的疗效没有差异。  相似文献

目的 比较不同的光疗疗法治疗皮肤血管性疾病的特点及临床疗效.方法 回顾性总结分析可变脉宽532 nm激光,脉冲染料585 nm激光,IPL强光治疗系统和铜蒸气激光光动力学疗法(PDT)治疗鲜红斑痣、草莓状血管瘤、葡型性血管瘤、血管角皮瘤、毛细血管扩张、血管痣、充血性增生性瘢痕的疗效.结果 可变脉宽532 nm激光:治疗鲜红斑痣治愈及基本治愈率为21.7%,草莓状血管瘤为68.5%;脉冲染料585 nm激光:治疗鲜红斑痣治愈及基本治愈率为19.4%,葡型性血管瘤为77.8%,血管角皮瘤100.0%,充血性增生性瘢痕100.0%;IPL强光系统治疗3型以下鲜红斑痣治愈及基本治愈率为0%;PDT治疗各型鲜红斑痣治愈及基本治愈率为45.6%.结论 对于浅表性皮肤血管性疾病各种光疗疗法各有其特点,对于鲜红斑痣的治疗,激光光动力学疗法(PDT)是一种疗效可靠,安全,疗程短的最佳疗法.  相似文献

目的观察激光综合方法治疗各种类型血管瘤的医学美容效果. 方法各种类型血管瘤患者1060例,按传统血管病分类方法分为5类,每类分别设治疗组和对照组.毛细血管瘤和草莓状血管瘤580例,300例行脉冲染料激光加泼尼松治疗,280例行单纯激光治疗;口腔黏膜血管瘤102例,50例行平阳霉素加Nd:YAG激光治疗,52例行平阳霉素治疗;海绵状血管瘤238例,120例行脉冲染料激光加曲安奈德治疗,118例行单纯脉冲染料激光治疗;肥厚结节型鲜红斑痣80例,50例行脉冲染料激光加CO2激光治疗,30例行单纯脉冲染料激光治疗;蔓状血管瘤30例和颌骨中枢性血管瘤30例,各选15例共30例行手术激光综合治疗,另30例仅手术治疗.观察各组治疗效果及副反应.结果各组间比较,各综合治疗组总有效率均高于相应对照组,有效者治疗次数亦少于对照组,副作用相对较少;疗效与血管瘤类型相关.结论根据血管瘤的不同类型、临床表现、发展阶段采用不同的激光综合治疗方法,能达到医学美容效果.  相似文献

目的 探讨单纯倍频Nd:YAG激光或与药物联合治疗皮肤血管瘤的效果及其影响因素.方法 收集1999年至2006年期间采用单纯倍频Nd:YAG激光或倍频Nd:YAG激光联合药物治疗的皮肤血管瘤病例资料(共501例),并对治疗的结果进行回顾性分析.结果 浅层皮肤血管瘤和联合方法的治疗效果分别优于深层皮肤血管瘤和单纯激光的治疗效果(P均<0.01).同时显示,在一定范围内,病变的面积越大,治疗效果越差;激光的能量密度越高、治疗的次数越多、治疗效果越好(P均<0.05).结论 通过对激光参数的调整,加强血管瘤激光治疗适应证的选择以及与药物联合治疗,可提高血管瘤的治愈率.  相似文献

目的探讨Nd∶YAG激光治疗舌淋巴管血管瘤的疗效方法.方法舌淋巴管血管瘤患者26例.Nd∶YAG激光光斑直径1 mm,功率30~60 W,功率密度3 750~7 500 W/cm2.瘤体突起舌表面,行激光凝固气化治疗;海绵状肿物行激光光纤插入凝固治疗.同时分析影响疗效的因素及总结术中及术后注意事项.结果 26例病人,随访1~4年,1次治疗后痊愈23例,2~3次治疗后痊愈3例,一次治愈率88.5%,总治愈率100%.其中3例因传统手术切除瘤体造成舌体缩短,余23例舌外观基本正常,各种功能存在,无明显并发症及后遗症.结论激光治疗舌淋巴管血管瘤疗效可靠,复发率低,操作方便,痛苦小,并发症少.  相似文献

The Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) is a self-administered instrument measuring outcome after knee injury at impairment, disability, and handicap level in five subscales. Reliability, validity, and responsiveness of a Swedish version was assessed in 142 patients who underwent arthroscopy because of injury to the menisci, anterior cruciate ligament, or cartilage of the knee. The clinimetric properties were found to be good and comparable to the American version of the KOOS. Comparison to the Short Form-36 and the Lysholm knee scoring scale revealed expected correlations and construct validity. Item by item, symptoms and functional limitations were compared between diagnostic groups. High responsiveness was found three months after arthroscopic partial meniscectomy for all subscales but Activities of Daily Living.  相似文献

Objective To investigate endovascular treatment of traumatic direct carotid-cavernous fistulas (CCF) and their complications such as pseudoaneurysms. Methods: Over a five-year period, 22 patients with traumatic direct CCFs were treated endovascularly in our institution. Thirteen patients were treated once with the result of CCF occluded, 8 twice and 1 three times. Treatment modalities included balloon occlusion of the CCF, sacrifice of the ipsilateral internal carotid artery with detachable balloon, coll embolization of the cavernous sinus and secondary pseudoaneurysms, and covered-stem management of the pseudoaneurysms. Results All the direct CCFs were successfully managed endovascularly. Four patients developed a pseudoaneurysm after the occlusion of the CCF with an incidence of pseudoaneurysm formation of 18.2% (4/22). A total number of 8 patients experienced permanent occlusion of the ICA with a rate of ICA occlusion reaching 36.4% (8/22). Followed up through telephone consultation from 6 months to 5 years, all did well with no recurrence of CCF symptoms and signs. Conclusion Traumatic direct CCFs can be successfully managed with endovascular means. The pseudoaneurysms secondary to the occlusion of the CCFs can be occluded with stent-assisted coiling and implantation of covered stents.  相似文献

Acute limping may be the result of multiple pathologies in children. The differential diagnosis varies based on the age of the child. Irrespective of age, the initial imaging work-up includes AP and frog leg radiographs of the pelvis and ultrasound; MRI may sometimes be helpful. In children less than 3 years, infections and trauma are most frequent. MRI is the imaging modality of choice when osteomyelitis is clinically suspected. Between the ages of 3 and 10 years, transient synovitis of the hip and Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease are main considerations but infection, inflammation and focal bony lesions are also considered. In response to the ENFSI and EDNAP groups’ call for new STR multiplexes for Europe, Promega® developed a suite of four new DNA profiling kits. This paper describes the developmental validation study performed on the PowerPlex® ESI 16 (European Standard Investigator 16) and the PowerPlex® ESI 17 Systems. The PowerPlex® ESI 16 System combines the 11 loci compatible with the UK National DNA Database®, contained within the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® PCR Amplification Kit, with five additional loci: D2S441, D10S1248, D22S1045, D1S1656 and D12S391. The multiplex was designed to reduce the amplicon size of the loci found in the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® kit. This design facilitates increased robustness and amplification success for the loci used in the national DNA databases created in many countries, when analyzing degraded DNA samples. The PowerPlex® ESI 17 System amplifies the same loci as the PowerPlex® ESI 16 System, but with the addition of a primer pair for the SE33 locus. Tests were designed to address the developmental validation guidelines issued by the Scientific Working Group on DNA Analysis Methods (SWGDAM), and those of the DNA Advisory Board (DAB). Samples processed include DNA mixtures, PCR reactions spiked with inhibitors, a sensitivity series, and 306 United Kingdom donor samples to determine concordance with data generated with the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® kit. Allele frequencies from 242 white Caucasian samples collected in the United Kingdom are also presented. The PowerPlex® ESI 16 and ESI 17 Systems are robust and sensitive tools, suitable for the analysis of forensic DNA samples. Full profiles were routinely observed with 62.5 pg of a fully heterozygous single source DNA template. This high level of sensitivity was found to impact on mixture analyses, where 54–86% of unique minor contributor alleles were routinely observed in a 1:19 mixture ratio. Improved sensitivity combined with the robustness afforded by smaller amplicons has substantially improved the quantity of data obtained from degraded samples, and the improved chemistry confers exceptional tolerance to high levels of laboratory prepared inhibitors.  相似文献
