目的初步研究玛咖提取物的激素样活性作用。方法采用雄性去势小鼠,经灌胃玛咖不同提取物22d后,观察各组小鼠前列腺和精囊腺的重量并测定血清中睾丸酮的含量。用幼龄雌性小鼠,灌胃玛咖醇提物10d后,观察各组小鼠子宫、卵巢重量以及阴道上皮角化细胞。结果玛咖提取物可以显著提高雄性去势小鼠前列腺和精囊腺重量,但并不升高血清睾丸酮水平。玛咖醇提取物对雌性幼年小鼠子宫、卵巢重量以及阴道上皮角化细胞没有显著影响。结论玛咖具有弱的雄激素样作用,但对幼年雌性小鼠未显示雌激素样活性。 相似文献

鱼鳔补肾益精丸可使大剂量皮质激素诱发的肾阳虚模型小鼠自主活动次数增加,游泳时间延长,体重、体温降低减少;使去势大鼠精囊、前列腺、包皮腺明显增重;缩短去势大鼠电刺激阴茎勃起的潜伏期;提高雄性大鼠的交配能力;并可改善神经性性功能障碍小鼠的性活动,表明本品具有明显的补肾壮阳作用。 相似文献

目的:研究痤疮颗粒的作用机理。方法:用放射免疫法测定大鼠血清睾酮浓度,测算大鼠睾丸、附睾、精囊、前列腺系数,观察痤疮颗粒对性激素的影响;分别进行二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透增加实验,观察该药的抗炎作用。结果:痤疮颗粒能够降低丙酸睾酮(TP)引起的未成熟大鼠血清睾酮的升高,降低其附睾、精囊、前列腺的重量;降低醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性;减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓的肿胀。结论:痤疮颗粒能够调节体内激素分泌,缓解二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度,减轻醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加现象。 相似文献

Cistanche deserticola has commonly been used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat many health problems including irritable bowel syndrome or constipation. This study was designed to test the efficacy of a water‐extract of C. deserticola in the prevention of colorectal cancer in a mouse model. Polysaccharide‐rich water‐extract of C. deserticola was prepared by boiling its stem powder in distilled water. Tgfb1Rag2 null mice were used as an experimental model. Here we showed that feeding of water‐extract of C. deserticola significantly reduced the number of mucosal hyperplasia and intestinal helicobacter infection in mice. This beneficial effect correlated with significant stimulation of the immune system, evidenced by the enlargement of the spleens with increased number of splenic macrophage and natural killer cells, and with more potent cytotoxicity of splenocytes. In vitro water‐extract of C. deserticola enhanced the cytotoxicity of naïve splenocytes against a human colon cancer cell line, and in macrophage cultures up‐regulated nitric oxide synthase II expression and stimulated phagocytosis. In conclusion, our data indicate that oral administration of C. deserticola extract reduces inflammatory hyperplastic polyps and helicobacter infection in mice by its immune‐stimulatory activity, suggesting that C. deserticola extract may have potential in preventing intestinal inflammation disorders including colorectal cancer. A phenylethanoid‐rich extract (ECD) of Cistanche deserticola Y.C. Ma, a holoparasitic plant and a valuable traditional Chinese medicine, was evaluated for antifatigue activity in ICR mice. ECD (0.25, 0.50, 1.00 g/kg) was administered orally to mice for 3 weeks. The swimming time to exhaustion was longer in the treatment groups (0.50, 1.00 g/kg) than in the control group (p < 0.01). The serum creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase and lactic acid levels were decreased significantly in the treatment groups compared with the control group, while the contents of hemoglobin and glucose were increased significantly. In conclusion, ECD appeared to enhance the swimming capacity of mice by decreasing muscle damage, delaying the accumulation of lactic acid and by improving the energy storage. These results provide scientific evidence for the traditional Chinese medical practice of C. deserticola. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

In this study, we investigated the sedative effect of Cistanche deserticola Ma. (CD) on hexobarbital-induced sleeping time in mice and spontaneous motor activity by using automated activity meter in rats. It was found that crude extract of CD could prolong the hexobarbital-induced sleeping time and reduce spontaneous motor activity, including horizontal activity, ambulatory time and total distance. Then the water fraction of CD extract could prolong the hexobarbital-induced sleeping time and reduce the spontaneous motor activity more than that of the other fraction of CD extract in rats. These results suggest that CD ethanol extract and its water fraction possessed the sedative effect. 相似文献

目的: 研究观察七味温阳软胶囊对肾阳虚模型动物垂体-肾上腺皮质系统、垂体-性腺系统功能及应激反应的影 响。方法: 将60只Wistar种大鼠、78只昆明种小鼠,分别按性别体重均衡随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,阳性药对照组,七味温阳软胶囊高、中、低剂量组。大鼠从给药第1天起,除正常对照组外,各组均ig氢化可的松5×10-5g·kg-1 每天1次,连续9 d,制造肾阳虚模型,继续给药至第12天,各组动物股动脉取血,离心,取血清,检测促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(Cortisol)水平;小鼠连续给药14 d,于给药的第8至14天时,除正常对照组外,每只ig氢化可的松0.75 mg·kg-1,每天1 次,连续7 d,末次给药后检测小鼠包皮腺、精液囊脏器指数及小鼠游泳和耐缺氧时间。结果: 七味温阳软胶囊0.96,0.48 g·kg-1 2个剂量可明显升高肾阳虚模型大鼠血清ACTH,Cortisol水平(P<0.05);1.35, 0.68 g·kg-12个剂量可明显增加肾阳虚小鼠包皮腺脏器指数(P<0.05);0.68,0.34 g·kg-12个剂量可明显增加肾阳虚小鼠精液囊脏器指数(P<0.05,P<0.01);1.35,0.68,0.34 g·kg-13个剂量均可明显延长小鼠游泳时间和常压耐缺氧时间(P<0.05)。结论: 七味温阳软胶囊对肾阳虚模型大鼠垂体-肾上腺系统功能和小鼠垂体-性腺系统功能具有一定的保护作用。 相似文献
