目的探讨远志属药用植物瓜子金提取物及不同部位的抗抑郁作用。方法瓜子金用常规醇提法得瓜子金醇提物,通过系统溶剂法得石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位和水残留部位。采用小鼠强迫游泳、悬尾模型评价瓜子金醇提物及各萃取部位的抗抑郁作用。结果瓜子金醇提物及正丁醇部位能明显缩短小鼠强迫游泳及悬尾的不动时间。结论瓜子金醇提物及正丁醇部位可以改善小鼠的抑郁状态行为,具有一定的抗抑郁作用。 相似文献

目的:研究越鞠胶囊、贯叶连翘的抗抑郁作用。方法:采用小鼠悬尾实验、小鼠强迫游泳实验、利血平诱导小鼠体温下降实验和开场实验研究越鞠胶囊、贯叶连翘的抗抑郁作用。结果:在小鼠悬尾实验中,越鞠胶囊大剂量组、贯叶连翘大、中剂量组能明显缩短模型小鼠的不动时间;在小鼠强迫游泳实验中,越鞠胶囊、贯叶连翘各剂量组能明显缩短模型小鼠的不动时间;在利血平诱导的体温下降实验中,越鞠胶囊大剂量组、贯叶连翘大、中剂量组能明显抑制小鼠体温的下降;实验表明贯叶连翘提取物的作用效价强度要大于越鞠胶囊。结论:越鞠胶囊、贯叶连翘有一定的的抗抑郁作用,贯叶连翘提取物的作用效价强度要大于越鞠胶囊。 相似文献

目的:对石菖蒲水煎剂的抗抑郁作用进行筛选研究。方法:用小鼠尾悬 挂试验和大鼠强迫游泳试验抑郁模型对石菖蒲水煎剂的抗抑郁作用进行研究。结果:在小鼠尾悬挂试验和大鼠强迫游泳试验中,石菖蒲水煎剂与氟丁汀一样可以使小鼠尾悬挂的失望时间和大鼠强迫游泳的不动时间显著缩短,并呈一定的剂量依赖性,但其药理作用比氟西汀弱。石菖蒲的各剂量组与生理盐水对照组比较,统计学上有非常显著性差异,结论:石菖蒲水煎剂在行为绝望动物抑郁模型上有明显抗抑制作用。 相似文献

It has been shown in a previous work that the methanol extract obtained from the aerial part in blossom of Hypericum canariense L. and Hypericum glandulosum Ait. was active in the tetrabenazine and forced swimming test. In the present study, the central nervous effect of the aqueous, butanol and chloroform fractions obtained from the methanol extracts of these Hypericum species was investigated in mice, particularly in animal models of depression. It was found that the immobility time in the forced swimming test was significantly reduced by the butanol and chloroform fraction of both species assayed, producing no effects or only a slight depression on spontaneous motor activity when assessed in a photocell activity meter. In this regard, the efficacy of the chloroform extract from Hypericum glandulosum Ait. (500 mg/kg p.o.) in the forced swimming test was comparable to that of the tricyclic antidepressant imipramine (50 mg/kg p.o.). In addition, the Hypericum glandulosum chloroform fraction was also effective in antagonizing the ptosis induced by tetrabenazine. Moreover, Hypericum canariense butanol fraction and Hypericum glandulosum chloroform fraction produced a slight but significant hypothermia. Taken together, these data demonstrate that the butanol and chloroform fractions from Hypericum canariense and Hypericum glandulosum possess antidepressant-like effects in mice, providing further support for the traditional use of these plants in the Canary Islands folk medicine against central nervous disorders. 相似文献

目的:研究酸枣仁油对行为绝望小鼠抑郁模型的影响。方法:选取健康雄性昆明种小鼠,随机分为5组,空白对照组、阳性药组、酸枣仁油50,100,200 mg.kg-1剂量组。连续ig 7 d,每天1次,通过小鼠自主活动实验、小鼠强迫游泳实验和小鼠悬尾实验,观察酸枣仁油对小鼠抑郁作用的影响。结果:酸枣仁油不同剂量组均能减少小鼠强迫游泳和悬尾不动时间,与空白组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:酸枣仁油具有一定的抗小鼠实验性抑郁作用。 相似文献

The crude methanol extracts of three species of the genus Hypericum (H. brasiliense, H. caprifoliatum and H. myrianthum) native to South Brazil were evaluated for the antidepressant activity according to the forced swimming test, a classical animal model for antidepressant drug screening. Among the species studied, only H. caprifoliatum showed activity. Thus, this plant was fractionated with solvents in increasing polarity (petroleum ether; petroleum ether: chloroform (1:1); chloroform and methanol). The petroleum ether fraction was the only one which demonstrated antidepressant activity at a dose of 270 mg/kg/day (i.p.). The chemical analyses showed that this fraction is rich in phenolic compounds, mainly of the phloroglucinol type. 相似文献

Antidepressant effects of the methanol extract of several Hypericum species from the Canary Islands.
The aim of the present study was to investigate several neuropharmacological effects of the methanol extract of the aerial parts in blossom of Hypericum canariense, H. glandulosum, H. grandifolium and H. reflexum (Hypericaceae). These extracts did not alter significantly the locomotor activity, body temperature or the pentobarbital-induced sleeping time, with the exception of H. reflexum which significantly potentiated pentobarbital-induced sleeping time at both doses assayed (500 and 1000 mg/kg p.o.). Additionally, neither muscle relaxant nor anticholinergic activity was observed. These extracts antagonized the ptosis and/or motor depression induced by tetrabenazine and also shortened the immobility time in the forced swimming test. Moreover, the H. glandulosum and H. grandifolium extracts at 1000 mg/kg p.o. potentiated the head twitches induced by 5-HTP. These observations suggest that the methanol extract of the Hypericum species in doses of 500-1000 mg/kg p.o. possess antidepressant activity in mice, without inducing significant muscle relaxation, anticholinergic and sedative properties. 相似文献

AIM OF THE STUDY: Yueju-Wan (YJ), a traditional Chinese medicinal formula, is commonly used for the treatment of depression-related syndromes in China. This study was conducted to evaluate the antidepressant activity of YJ ethanol extract (YJ-E) and its four different fractions, the petroleum ether fraction (YJ-EA), ethyl acetate fraction (YJ-EB), n-butanol fraction (YJ-EC) and final aqueous fraction (YJ-ED). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Two experimental despair animal models: the mice tail suspension test (TST) and the mice forced swimming test (FST) were used to evaluate the antidepressant activity of YJ-E and its fractions. These extracts or fractions were administered orally for 7 days, while the parallel positive control was given at the same time using fluoxetine hydrochloride (FLU) in TST and imipramine hydrochloride (IMI) in FST respectively. RESULTS: YJ-E high dose (YJ-E2), YJ-EA, YJ-EC and the positive control groups could decrease the duration of immobility in the TST and FST and have no significant changes in locomotor activity. YJ-E low dose (YJ-E1), YJ-EB, YJ-ED and the vehicle solvent (VEH) control group have no obvious effect on these same tests. CONCLUSIONS: In these despair animal models, YJ ethanol extract, the petroleum ether fraction and n-butanol fraction show potent antidepressant effects.
