目的:观察自由饮用富氢水8周,中等强度耐力训练大鼠氧化应激损伤指标、抗氧化指标的变化,分析富氢水对运动性氧化应激损伤的保护作用。方法:将40只110—140g SD雄性大鼠随机分为4组:安静对照组(N=8,C组);运动对照组(N=12,CS组);补充富氢水组(N=8,H组);补充富氢水运动组(N=12,HS组)。C组、CS组大鼠自由进食,饮水。H组、HS组大鼠自由进食,饮用富氢水,实验共持续8周。自第5周开始,CS组、HS组大鼠进行中等强度耐力跑台训练,训练4周。训练结束后次日,全部大鼠在24h内心尖取血,分离血清。测定血清氧化应激指标(MDA、8-OHdG、3-NT);抗氧化指标(TAOC、T-SOD、CAT、GSH-Px)。结果:①大鼠血清8-OHdG、3-NT指标无组间差异;运动对照组大鼠血清MDA含量显著高于安静对照组(P0.05);补充富氢水运动组大鼠血清MDA含量显著低于运动对照组(P0.05)。②大鼠血清T-SOD活性水平无组间差异;运动对照组大鼠血清CAT活性极显著高于安静对照组(P0.01);补充富氢水运动组大鼠血清CAT活性、GSH-Px活性、T-AOC水平均显著高于运动对照组(P0.05)。结论:4周中等强度耐力训练引起大鼠脂质过氧化损伤,8周自由饮用富氢水显著降低运动性氧化应激引起的脂质过氧化损伤并显著提高大鼠的抗氧化能力。  相似文献

目的 观察百令胶囊联合银杏达莫注射液对早期糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、尿素氮、血脂的影响.方法 52例早期糖尿病肾病,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组26例,治疗组在基础治疗同时加用百令胶囊和银杏达莫注射液;对照组在基础治疗同时加用银杏达莫注射液.4周为一疗程.监测治疗前后尿微量白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、尿素氮、血脂.结果 治疗组治疗前后UAER、TCH比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组组治疗前后UAER、TCH比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组治疗后UAER比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 百令胶囊和银杏达莫注射液联合应用对早期糖尿病肾病疗效肯定,不失为一种较好的临床治疗方法.  相似文献

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者左室射血分数(LVEF)及血清B型利钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法将80例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合银杏达莫注射液治疗。治疗2周后,比较2组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、LVEF和BNP水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05); 2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05); 2组LVEF均升高,且观察组高于对照组; 2组BNP水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能,降低血清BNP水平,安全性良好。  相似文献

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病高危足的疗效。方法将59例确诊为糖尿病高危足的患者,随机分为两组,对照组使用甲钻胺500μg肌肉注射,每日1次,山莨菪碱20 mg加入生理盐水250 mL中缓慢静滴,每日1次,15 d为1个疗程;治疗组在上述治疗的基础上同时配合使用银杏达莫注射液20 mL加入生理盐水250 mL中静脉点滴,每日1次,15 d为1个疗程。对比两组治疗前后的疗效。结果治疗组银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病高危足疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病高危足疗效确切,无不良反应。  相似文献

目的应用依那普利联合银杏达莫注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的效果。方法 100例糖尿病肾病早期患者随机分成对照组和治疗组各50例。两组均给予饮食控制等常规治疗方法,并使用人工胰岛素降糖。对照组给予依那普利治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上予以银杏达莫注射液治疗,观察对比两组尿蛋白含量、血脂及肾功能等指标。结果两组患者的尿蛋白含量、血脂及肾功能等指标较治疗前均有明显改善,且治疗组与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论使用依那普利联合银杏达莫注射液能有效治疗糖尿病肾病且疗效显著,显著改善尿蛋白含量、血脂及肾功能等指标。  相似文献

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液辅助多奈哌齐治疗脑小血管病性认知功能障碍(CSVD-CI)患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的107例CSVD-CI患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=53)和研究组(n=54)。对照组采用多奈哌齐进行治疗,研究组采用银杏达莫注射液辅助多奈哌齐进行治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、认知功能评分、血清相关因子水平、脑电图改善率及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MoCA及MMSE评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清Hcy、TXA2水平均降低,血清PGI2水平均升高,且研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的脑电图改善率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液联合多奈哌齐治疗CSVD-CI的临床效果显著,可改善患者的认知功能及血清相关因子表达,减轻脑电图异常程度。  相似文献

目的:观察氧化-抗氧化失衡对大鼠全肠道缺血再灌注(GIR)后肺损伤的影响.方法:36只Wister大鼠随机分为缺血前30 min、GIR后3、6、24、48 h和72 h共6组(每组6只),采用夹闭肠系膜前动脉(时间60 min)技术复制GIR损伤大鼠模型.观察各时相点血浆中谷胱苷肽(GSH)、维生素C(VC)和脂质过氧化物(MDA)的含量,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(CSH-PX)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的变化以及肺组织中GSH、VC和MDA的含量,T-AOC、GSH-PX活力的变化,同时观察组织湿干重比值(W/D)的变化.结果:成功复制了大鼠GIR模型,GIR损伤可引起,(1)再灌注后各时相点血浆GSH和VC含量明显下降,T-AOC和GSH-PX活性呈显著降低,血浆MDA水平显著上升,与缺血前比较均有显著的统计学差异(均P<0.01);血浆SOD的活性有上升,但与缺血前比较无统计学差异;(2)肺组织的GSH和VC含量的下降、T-AOC和GSH-PX活力的明显下降,而MDA明显增加,与缺血前比较均有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);(3)组织W/D均显著高于缺血前水平(均P<0.01).(4)血浆抗氧化系统损害与肺抗氧化系统损害关系密切(P<0.05~0.001),肺W/D的变化不仅与血浆抗氧化系统损害如MDA、GSH、VC、GSH-PX(P<0.05~0.001)密切相关,并且与肺抗氧化系统损害如VC、GSH-PX、MDA(P<0.05~0.001)也密切相关.结论:大鼠GIR后,全身性抗氧化系统紊乱导致肺抗氧化系统损害及脂质过氧化产物增加,机体氧化与抗氧化的失衡在肺损伤过程中发挥重要作用.  相似文献

目的 :探讨 3 2 5℃~ 3 3℃低温对大鼠内毒素性急性肺损伤 (ALI)肺脂质过氧化的影响。方法 :采用大鼠腹腔注射内毒素 ,16h后再行气管内滴注内毒素的方法建立ALI模型。 2 4只雄性SD大鼠随机分为 3组 :正常对照组、内毒素组、低温组。ALI后 4h ,检测肺组织丙二醛 (MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 :3组各时间点MAP、CVP相比无统计学意义 ( P>0 0 5)。内毒素组大鼠肺组织MDA含量显著高于正常对照组 ,SOD活性显著下降 ( P <0 0 5)。低温组SOD活性显著高于内毒素组 ,MDA含量也显著下降 (P <0 0 5) ,但与对照组相比无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :低温可减轻大鼠内毒素性急性肺损伤肺组织脂质过氧化。  相似文献

目的:探讨益气救阴法的代表方药生脉注射液对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠早期多器官组织脂质过氧化的影响及其作用机制.方法:30只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和益气救阴治疗组,每组10只.采用逆行胰胆管注射牛磺胆酸钠法建立大鼠SAP模型.模型组和益气救阴治疗组制模后分别立即给予生理盐水(10 ml/kg)和生脉注射液(10 ml/kg)肌肉注射,假手术组给予生理盐水(10 ml/kg)肌肉注射,观察3组大鼠胰腺、心、肝、肺、肾组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和组织学变化.结果:模型组大鼠各器官组织中MDA含量均较假手术组明显升高,SOD活性(除肺组织外)均较假手术组明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01).益气救阴治疗组大鼠除肝脏外,其余各器官组织中MDA含量显著低于模型组,SOD活性显著高于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:益气救阴法的代表方药生脉注射液可显著减轻SAP早期多器官组织脂质过氧化,提高各器官组织SOD活性是其可能的作用机制.  相似文献

目的:研究不同强度运动对大鼠血清、骨骼肌、心肌、肝脏中自由基代谢的变化。方法:18只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为安静对照组(CG)、适度运动组(MG)和运动性低血色素组(SG),每组6只。5周递增负荷跑台运动后测定血清、腓肠肌、心肌、肝脏丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果:经5周递增负荷跑台运动后,MG组T-AOC活性在血清、腓肠肌、肝脏中显著高于CG组(P<0.01);SG大鼠各组织中MDA含量明显高于CG和MG(P<0.01),T-AOC活性(除心肌外)明显低于MG(P<0.01)。结论:①适度运动可提高大鼠各组织总抗氧化能力,增强机体清除自由基的能力。②长时间大强度递增负荷跑台运动导致的总抗氧化能力下降,脂质过氧化反应增强是引起运动性低血色素的重要原因之一。  相似文献

  目的  分析唾液腺超声评分联合核素显像参数对干燥综合征(SS)的诊断价值。  方法  选取2018年1月~2021年12月本院收治的105例SS患者作为研究组,另选取同期105例有口干、眼干症状的非SS患者作为对照组。采用唾液腺超声检查和核素显像,观察两组患者超声图像、核素显像及唾液腺功能。采用ROC曲线分析超声评分联合核素显像对SS患者的诊断价值。  结果  超声声像图显示,SS患者可见腮腺呈弥漫性病变,腮腺或颌下腺有1个或多个低回声结节;核素显像显示,SS患者可见双侧腮腺和颌下腺摄取功能明显降低,唾液腺对99TcmO4-摄取减少,口腔99TcmO4-浓聚更少,口服维生素C后未见明显浓聚,双侧腮腺和颌下腺呈持续上升。研究组颌下腺评分、腮腺评分及唾液腺超声评分均高于对照组(P < 0.05),根据临床诊断为准制作ROC曲线,其中唾液腺超声总评分的诊断价值最高,其与颌下腺评分和腮腺评分的差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。研究组颌下腺、腮腺摄取指数和腺体排泄率水平均低于对照组(P < 0.05),根据临床诊断为准制作ROC曲线,其中唾液腺超声评分联合核素显像的诊断价值最高,其与单独诊断比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。  结论  唾液腺超声评分联合核素显像对SS患者具有较高的诊断价值。   相似文献

Hypoparathyroidism is a hormone deficiency syndrome that leads to low blood calcium levels and for which current replacement therapy is inadequate. Gene transfer to salivary glands leads to safe and abundant secretion of therapeutic protein into either saliva or the bloodstream. We previously reported the successful transduction of rat submandibular glands with an adenoviral vector encoding human parathyroid hormone (Ad.hPTH), but unfortunately most of the hPTH was secreted into saliva. Because submandibular and parotid glands are morphologically and functionally different, we hypothesized that hPTH sorting might be different in parotid glands. After 2 days, the pattern of hPTH secretion from transduced parotid glands of intact rats was reversed from that of transduced submandibular glands, that is, most transgenic hPTH was detected in serum (5?×?10(10) viral particles per gland; the saliva-to-serum ratio of total hPTH secreted was 0.04). Vector copies were localized to the targeted parotid glands, with none detected in liver or spleen. Ad.hPTH next was administered to parotid glands of parathyroidectomized rats. Two days after delivery no hPTH was detectable in saliva, but high levels were found in serum, leading to normalization of serum calcium and a significant increase in the urinary phosphorus-to-creatinine ratio. This study demonstrates for the first time differential sorting of transgenic hPTH between submandibular and parotid glands, suggesting that hPTH may be a valuable model protein for understanding the molecular basis of transgenic secretory protein sorting in these exocrine glands. We also show the clinical potential of salivary gland hPTH gene therapy for patients with hypoparathyroidism.  相似文献

目的探讨超声成像对原发性干燥综合征(PSS)患者唾液腺硬度的评价效能。方法回顾性选择2018年3月至2019年11月收治的74例PSS患者的临床资料作为PSS组,同期选择68例健康体检者作为对照组。对所有研究对象的腮腺和颌下腺进行声触诊组织定量(VTQ)和声触诊组织成像与定量(VTIQ)检查,比较两组VTQ和VTIQ评分值、腮腺和颌下腺大小。比较PSS患者VTQ和VTIQ评分值及腮腺和颌下腺的超声诊断敏感度、特异度和约登指数。结果两组腮腺长度和宽度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PSS组颌下腺长度[(28.30±3.10)mm vs(35.00±3.80)mm]和宽度[(11.10±2.40)mm vs(15.40±1.50)mm]均显著小于对照组(P<0.01)。PSS组双侧腮腺和双侧颌下腺的超声评分以及所有腺体的总评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。颌下腺超声诊断PSS的特异度(90.37%vs 82.54%)、敏感度(93.25%vs 75.57%)、约登指数(83.62%vs 53.11%)均高于腮腺(P<0.05)。PSS组腮腺VTQ值、VTIQ值和颌下腺VTIQ值显著高于对照组(P<0.01);而两组颌下腺VTQ值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PSS组颌下腺VTIQ值显著高于VTQ值(P<0.01)。PSS患者腮腺VTQ和VTIQ呈正相关关系(r=0.870,P<0.01),颌下腺VTQ和VTIQ呈正相关关系(r=0.530,P<0.01)。结论 PSS患者大唾液腺硬度显著高于健康人群,能够通过超声VTQ和VTIQ成像加以区分,超声在诊断PSS方面具有一定临床应用价值。  相似文献

目的 研究超声评分法对干燥综合征涎腺病变的诊断价值.方法 由两名医师对103例腮腺和颌下腺4个腺体的声像图进行评分,进行统计分析确定诊断最佳阈值及其诊断效力.结果 两名医师评分结果的Kappa值为0.80.疾病组腮腺、颌下腺评分和总评分均明显高于对照组.腮腺、颌下腺评分和总评分的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.98、0.95、0.99,总评分的最佳诊断阈值为8,诊断敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为93%、97%、95%、95%.结论 腮腺和颌下腺4个腺体的超声评分法评价干燥综合征涎腺病变具有较高的诊断价值.  相似文献

While fluoroquinolones are widely used in the treatment of various infectious disease, not enough attention has been paid to their adverse effects on salivary glands functions. In the present study, the effects of ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, on rat parotid and submandibular gland functions, were examined in an acute experiment. Ofloxacin (OFLX) was administered intraperitoneally at various doses (20, 40, and 80 mg/kg). Pure parotid and submandibular saliva were collected intraorally by microployethylene tubes under anaesthesia using a dissecting microscope. Flow rate, amylase activity, total protein, and calcium concentrations were reduced by all doses of OFLX (20, 40, 80 mg/kg, P < 0.01) in parotid saliva. In parotid saliva, sodium and potassium were increased by doses of 20 and 40 mg/kg (P < 0.01) and 20, 40, 80 mg/kg (P < 0.01) respectively. In submandibular saliva, flow rate, total protein and calcium concentrations were significantly reduced by all doses (20, 40, 80 mg/kg, P < 0.01). Sodium and potassium concentrations were also increased by a dose of 80 mg/kg, (P < 0.05) in submandibular saliva. It is concluded that ofloxacin inhibits rat salivary gland functions, which might be observed as a side-effect in humans. Properties of fluoroquinolones to alter intracellular cAMP and calcium levels and their ability to suppress DNA, RNA and protein synthesis of acinar cells might be possible reasons for the observed changes.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: There is evidence suggesting an unbalance between oxidant and antioxidant status associated with diabetes. Considering that salivary function is essential for the maintenance of oral and systemic health, this study was designed to examine the levels of reduced and oxidized glutathione and the activities of the antioxidant enzymes, such as superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase, in salivary gland of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. METHODS: The content of malondialdehyde was determined in the blood and in the salivary glands. The antioxidant status was investigated in the submandibular and parotid salivary glands. RESULTS: Diabetic rats showed an increase in the content of malonaldehyde in the blood and in the submandibular salivary gland, but not in the parotid gland. Both forms, reduced and oxidized glutathione content present higher values in the diabetic submandibular gland compared with controls. No difference in the activity of superoxide dismutase between the diabetic and control glands was observed in either gland. Catalase showed higher specific activity in the parotid gland of the diabetic rats than control; however, in the submandibular gland, only when expressed as unit per gland was it higher than control. The specific activity of glutathione peroxidase was higher in the diabetic parotid gland than control; however, in the submandibular gland, its activity per gland was lower than controls. CONCLUSION: The streptozotocin-induced diabetes in rats caused different results comparing the submandibular and parotid salivary glands.  相似文献

背景:体外构建组织工程化人工涎腺需获得分化增殖良好、数量充足的种子细胞,但正常下颌下腺中很难分离出成体干细胞.目的:利用腺体组织损伤动物模型体外分离下颌下腺干/祖细胞,并进行克隆化培养.设计、时间和地点:细胞学体外观察,于2006-03/2007-01在遵义医学院贵州省细胞工程实验室完成.材料:8周龄雄性SD大鼠10只,由解放军第三军医大学动物中心提供.方法:10只大鼠采用结扎下颌下腺主导管、抑制腺体分泌来建立组织损伤模型,1周后切取腺体组织,酶消化法体外分离下颌下腺干,祖细胞,原代培养10-14 d后,挑取培养皿中形成的小的类圆形、类上皮细胞集落予以纯化,传代后进行单克隆培养.主要观察指标:下颌下腺干,祖细胞免疫细胞化学染色及免疫荧光染色结果,通过绘制生长曲线分析下颌下腺干,祖细胞体外增殖能力.结果:实验获得表达层粘蛋白的细胞具有干细胞特征,CD29呈阳性表达表明其具有高黏附、高增殖等组织干细胞特性,角蛋白19的阳性表达提示下颌下腺干,祖细胞呈上皮源性.其生长曲线近似"S"形,体外培养增殖活跃.结论:实验结果显示,下颌下腺干,祖细胞具有组织干细胞的特征,有望成为组织工程化人工涎腺构建的一类种子细胞来源.  相似文献

目的:观察糖尿病大鼠下颌下腺内凋亡相关基因Fas和FasL的表达变化。方法:SD雄性大鼠随机分为4周、12周模型组及对照组。用链脲佐菌素复制出糖尿病动物模型,分别于第4、12周后测体重和血糖.并取下颌下腺组织,应用免疫组织化学方法检测Fas及FasL表达变化,计算机图像分析系统测平均光密度值(MOD)。结果:大鼠下颌下腺内有Fas及FasL表达,分布于颗粒曲管、纹状管及小叶间导管上皮细胞胞质及部分细胞核内。对照组呈Fas及FasL弱阳性,4周模型组多呈中等阳性,部分呈强阳性;12周模型组大多呈强阳性。与对照组比较,4周、12周模型组各级导管上皮细胞内Fas及FasLMOD值均增高(P〈0.01)。结论:大鼠下颌下腺内Fas及FasL表达随糖尿病病程延长而增强,可能在糖尿病时下颌下腺组织凋亡中起重要作用。[著者文摘]  相似文献

PURPOSE: We undertook this retrospective study to describe the sonographic findings in patients with malignant lymphoma of the major salivary glands. METHODS: We reviewed the sonograms and medical records of 7 patients with histologically proven lymphoma of the parotid (3 patients) or submandibular glands (4 patients). RESULTS: Primary lymphoma was found in 1 parotid gland and 2 submandibular glands. The remaining 4 cases were secondary lymphomas. One patient had been diagnosed with Sj?gren's syndrome and had been followed up with sonography. In parotid glands, both parenchymal and intraparotid nodal lymphomas were found. All submandibular gland tumors were parenchymal. Intraparotid nodal involvement appeared as multiple small nodules with relatively smooth margins, whereas the parenchymal parotid and submandibular gland lymphomas were larger (25 to 45 mm in longitudinal diameter) and showed various degrees of margin irregularity. All tumors were hypoechoic relative to the normal parenchyma. The primary parotid lymphoma and intraparotid nodal lymphomas had a homogeneous echotexture; the secondary parotid lymphomas and submandibular gland lymphomas were heterogeneous. One submandibular gland lymphoma showed intratumoral echogenic stripes. Neither calcification nor cystic degeneration was observed within the lesions. CONCLUSIONS: Lymphomas of the salivary glands present a variety of sonographic appearances, ranging from multiple small, hypoechoic nodules to an irregularly shaped heterogeneous mass without cystic areas or calcifications.  相似文献

目的:探究涎腺超声评分联合弹性成像对于干燥综合征(sjogren syndrome,SS)疾病活动情况的评估价值。方法:收集我院风湿科门诊或病房诊治SS患者80例,所有患者均符合2016年美国风湿病学会(American College of Rheumatology,ACR)/欧洲风湿病联盟(European League Against Rheumatism,EULAR)的分类标准。根据干燥综合征疾病活动指数(EULAR sjogren Syndrome Disease Activity Index,ESSDAI)将患者分为疾病活动情况活动组及稳定组。对两组患者腮腺、颌下腺进行0-4分超声评分与弹性成像检查。绘制两种方式及联合使用的受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating curve,ROC),计算曲线下面积(area under curve,AUC)分析比较其评估价值。结果:单独使用超声评分判断SS疾病活动情况的ROC曲线下面积为0.668;单独使用腮腺、颌下腺弹性成像判断SS疾病活动情况的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.774、0.692;联合使用两种方式评估SS疾病活动情况的ROC曲线下面积为0.828,此时的灵敏度为81.3%,特异度为81.2%。结论:涎腺超声评分系统联合弹性成像技术有助于SS不同疾病活动情况的评估。  相似文献
