The cun measurement system, an essential and convenient method for locating acupoints, has been widely used in the practice of acupuncture. However, the traditional cun measurement methods have been criticized for their lack of reliability. In addition, new technology has become available to measure the soft tissue and bone mass independently. The present study was conducted in order to determine if one cun, measured by the directional method, is consistent with proportional methods and to investigate whether both methods can be used to locate acupoints. The lengths of bone from several parts of the body in 47 Korean women were measured using Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry. The lengths of each part of the body were compared with 3 cun measured by proportional methods, and the width of all four fingers measured at the level of the proximal inter-phalangeal joint used in the directional method. The results showed that one cun measured by the directional method was significantly different from one cun by proportional methods. The directional method is likely less dependable in locating acupoints than the proportional method. 相似文献

In order to summarize and analyze the progresses and problems of resistance testing and technology research on acupoints, investigate the related solutions, articles on resistance testing from 1990 to 2011 were collected, and advantages and shortcomings of different types of testing instruments were discussed in this article as well. Detection technology of acupoint impedance has under updating changes, which are often applied on locating acupoints and clinical diagnosis. The progresses of those technologies are mainly embodied in improvement of circuit model, which enable a longer testing duration, less media interference and so on. The previous studies often focus on resistance testing of the skin. Since dermal resistance does not equal to acupoint resistance, the designation of equivalent circuit does not embody the condition of cells, tissues and nerves at acupoints, and testing technology is often affected by factors such as polarization of electrodes, contact medium and anatomical characteristics of acupoints, the resistance of acupoints can not be taken as the effective framework of the diagnostic standard and judgement of therapeutic effect in clinic. Based on the key problems in resistance testing of acupoints, it is proposed by the article that the techniques and designation of circuit model should be reformed, and mathematical model should be established in the study to meet the requirement of the life system. Inductance of human body should be considered in resistance research of acupoints, and interference factors should be eliminate as far as possible in designation of equipments. Thus, the change law of acupoint resistance in the inner part of the body can be fully embodied by the designation of experiments. 相似文献

探讨穴位的起源,认为穴位的起源与古人鬼神邪祟致病的理念有关.鬼神邪祟所藏之处即为穴位,在病变局部直接驱除鬼神邪祟便成为最主要的治病思路.《黄帝内经》中记载的“以痛为腧”形象地说明了早期穴位的确定方法和应用要点,而《黄帝内经》时代毫针刺法的广泛应用则促进了穴位理论和经脉理论的融合,使得穴位的结构和功能进一步深化,穴位也因此成为人体气血运行的关键部位.从穴位概念的产生到定型实际上展现了由巫术到医学的历史发展进程. 相似文献

对近年来经络和腧穴的红外辐射温度及红外光谱特性的研究进行了以下几个方面的归纳总结。循经红外辐射轨迹可能是人体生命活动中普遍存在的一种现象,该轨迹多表现为经络线下表皮层的高温线带,可在腧穴的各种刺激下诱发产生,其中温灸是诱发循经高温线的最佳方式。经穴区具有高温和低电阻特性,而穴区的三磷酸腺苷(ATP)能量代谢高于非穴区,提示穴位红外辐射温度和光谱均承载着重要的生理病理信息。笔者认为经穴的红外辐射特性研究还远不够揭示经穴的实质,加强经穴的红外辐射特性、经穴的形态结构及经穴的伏安特性等基础研究任重而道远。 相似文献

腧穴的特异性是指腧穴在形态结构、生物物理特性、病理反应、刺激效应等方面与其周围的非腧穴比较具有的特异性。通过对近5年来国内杂志所刊载的有关腧穴特异性的文章进行分析,对腧穴特异性的研究思路进行分析总结,发现腧穴特异性的研究从最开始的单纯研究形态结构、生物物理特性,逐渐发展到研究穴位的功能和针刺产生的效应。指出从研究针刺效应入手可能是找到针灸如何起效的有效途径。 相似文献

目的:分析古代针灸治疗面瘫的腧穴配伍规律及其处方的优化。方法:在全面收集古代针灸治疗面瘫的文献基础上,构建古代面瘫针灸处方数据库,采用复杂网络二分网络社团结构划分的方法,分析古代针灸治疗面瘫的腧穴配伍规律特点,并对处方优化进行研究。结果:古代针灸治疗面瘫的核心穴位多以水沟、地仓、颊车、合谷、风池、足三里、内庭、听会、承浆、上关为主。核心穴对多以地仓、颊车、水沟、风池、内庭、合谷、足三里、列缺、上关、二间之间相互配伍。优化处方核心组成以听会、风池、风市、悬钟、地仓、颊车、足三里、大椎、百会、曲池、肩髃、发际为主,选穴分布多以胃经、大肠经、督脉为核心。头面部腧穴的使用频率明显高于其他部位;选穴配伍多以特定穴为主,其中以交会穴使用最频繁。结论:局部选穴是古代针灸治疗面瘫的首选,特定穴是古代针灸治疗面瘫处方中的核心用穴。 相似文献

目的:总结寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床选穴规律,为针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症提供借鉴。方法:检索2008年-2018年在中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang)收录的针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的期刊文献,通过纳入标准和排除标准进行筛选,将收集到的腧穴按归经、所属部位、穴位特性进行分类统计,分别记录使用频次,最后进行频次、频率统计分析、绘制表格并总结出选穴规律。结果:收集到相关文献36篇,穴位46个,其中有33个经穴,2个经外奇穴和11个阿是穴,总频次325次。分析得出肾俞、委中、夹脊、环跳、腰阳关、阳陵泉等为最主要穴位;选穴所属经脉主要为膀胱经、胆经、督脉等;选穴所属部位主要为背腰部和下肢部;特定穴类别主要选取的为五输穴、背俞穴、八脉交会穴等。结论:总结出针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症穴位的常用组合规律,为临床针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症提供借鉴,以及针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,穴位选取具有一定规律,值得进一步推广应用。 相似文献

目的采用不同因素取穴法干预急性疼痛,观察即时针刺镇痛效应,优选出最佳取穴方法。方法采用简单随机对照试验设计方法,纳入合格的140例患者,随机分为7组。其中单因素取穴法4组:A组(同侧局部腧穴)20例、B组(同侧远部腧穴)20例、C组(对侧局部腧穴)20例、D组(对侧远部腧穴)20例;双因素取穴法3组:E组(先取同侧局部腧穴、后取同侧远部腧穴)20例、F组(先取同侧远部腧穴、后取同侧局部腧穴)20例、G组(取同侧局部和远部腧穴)20例。参照国际公认的描述与测量疼痛的McGill疼痛询问表,选取其中视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和现有疼痛强度(PPI)制定的疼痛量表为指标,观察即时针刺镇痛效果。结果VAS评分、PPI评分差值和疗效比较显示,单因素取穴组排序为B组>A组>D组>C组;双因素取穴组排序为F组>G组>E组。最佳的2组疗效比较F组优于B组。结论针刺镇痛效应最佳的单因素取穴法为同侧远部腧穴,最佳双因素取穴法为先取同侧远部腧穴、后取同侧局部腧穴;二者比较,后者更佳。 相似文献

The four acupoints Fushe (SP 13), Fujie (SP 14), Daheng (SP 15) and Fuai (SP 16) (except SP 12 ) of the Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin in the abdomen are all 4 cun lateral to the abdominal midline. The origin of "4-cun" distance and the related explanations have not been found in any books including textbooks and related Chinese national standards about acupuncture and moxibustion. In the graphical representations, these 4 acupoints are directly below the nipple, because the nipple is 4 cun from the chest midline. The authors of the present paper don't think that is right, because in locating the acupoint, the nearest body surface anatomical landmarks should be used first as the basis. The abdomen and the chest are two anatomic sites after all, locating the abdominal acupoints with the chest surface landmarks often results in larger deviation, because many people's bodies are not so symmetrical and standard, and the adult abdominal fat difference is very big. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the abdominal acupoints are located by using the abdominal anatomical landmarks, for example, the outer edge of rectus abdominis, the outer edge of abdomen ,etc. 相似文献

从腧穴穴理、经穴取穴方法、毫针针刺方法、毫针补泻、临床配穴、论治思想等方面,简要介绍杨甲三教授的针灸学术思想。腧穴的实质是“神气”游行出入,而非“皮肉筋骨”局部形质。深刻理解腧穴本质,对于临床取穴、配穴具有重要意义。针刺补泻是临床取得疗效的核心环节之一,为历代医家所重视。杨甲三熟读经典,遍习各派,逐渐融会贯通,删繁就简,形成了自己的针刺补泻风格。扬甲三的论治思想概括来说有以下3个特点:其一,体现了专病、专方、专药、专穴的精神;其二,善于针药并用;其三,临证治疗时思路敏捷,方法灵活,善于变通,而不为常法所囿。 相似文献
