目的 为病人提供优质、多层次服务,提高病人对护理工作的满意度.方法 2006年“5·12“护士节制定出开展温馨病房活动方案,下发到各护理单元,同时对全院住院病人发放200份调查问卷.2007年“5·12“护士节前进行评比.结果 护士的人文素质明显提高,病人对护理工作的满意度从96%提高到98.8%.结论 温馨病房密切了护患关系,重新塑造了护士形象. 相似文献

目的精神病患者疾病慢性迁延、易复发、住院时间长,以封闭式管理为主,娱乐活动较少,建设“快乐医疗”护理文化,提高护理质量,促进患者康复。方法①确立“仁爱为怀,诚信为本”的护理理念。②建设“快乐医疗”护理文化。③完善护理规章制度。④服务流程再造,延伸快乐链,把整个护理服务流程分为导医、待医、就医、问药、医后等环节。结果住院患者的满意度从90.2%上升到97.6%,健康教育知晓率达到了96.2%,未发生护患纠纷和精神科意外事件。结论“快乐医疗”护理文化是提高护士素质、护理质量和护理服务的有效途径。 相似文献

The authors combine field work among home care nurses working in an impoverished urban neighbourhood with analysis of changing models of service provision. They explore the concepts of"home" and "care" for the homeless and marginally housed as features of a home care nursing "habitus" in the face of conflicting professional and institutional approaches to HIV care. While the nurses' innovative practice is a result of the failure of existing models to meet the needs of multi-diagnosis patients, it is also influenced by the drive to increase adherence to antiretroviral regimens as a means of slowing the spread of HIV at the population level. 目的 探讨护士长支持对护士工作压力的影响.方法 采用简单随机抽样方法抽取180名护士为研究对象,运用量性和质性研究相结合的方法对120名护士发放调查问卷、对60名护士进行组织结构式访谈.结果 回收问卷100份,经统计,工作负荷和管理氛围是护士的主要压力源;护士长的合作与护士社会认可方面的压力呈正相关,护士长的合作、通情行为、过程管理与护士管理氛围方面的压力呈正相关,护士长的过程管理与护士工作负荷方面的压力也呈正相关.访谈提示多数护士觉得护士长帮助护士减压是很有必要的.结论 护士长支持能减轻护士的工作压力. 相似文献

In German nursing homes dementia care is gaining increasing relevance. Dementia care is known to bear the high risk of a substantial occupational burden among nursing staff. Within this context, the "nurses' satisfaction with the care for residents with dementia" is investigated. Secondary data of the German 3q-study is used to assess degrees of nurses' satisfaction with the care for residents with dementia and potential work related predictors. Data from 813 nurses and nursing aides working in 53 nursing homes were included. 42% of all nursing staff was dissatisfied with the care for residents with dementia in their institution, however, pronounced differences were found between the institutions. Registered nurses and nurses in leading positions were more dissatisfied. A multiple regression analysis indicates that high "quantitative demands", low "leadership quality" and "social interaction with other professions" are strong predictors for nurses' satisfaction with the care for residents with dementia. No association was found for "emotional demands" and "possibilities for development". The results indicate that the "nurses" satisfaction with the care for residents with dementia" may be a highly relevant work factor for nursing staff in nursing homes which deserves additional attention in practice and research. 目的探讨进修护士工作压力水平及相关因素。方法采用护士工作压力源量表,调查2003年至2005年在我院进修的55名护士的工作压力水平及其相关因素。结果进修护士压力源主要为:工作量及时间分配方面,工作环境及资源方面,管理及人际关系方面。不同学历的进修护士压力水平不同。结论设法控制上述压力源给进修护士带来的应激程度,根据不同学历的进修护士,有针对性地采取减压措施、心理支持等,使进修护士在进修期间能够减轻压力,有助于身心健康,促进护理质量进一步提高。 相似文献

The processes and outcomes of nurses' work are described extensively in studies about patient care, nursing education and training, job satisfaction, health care quality and management, and organizational behavior. These studies evaluate the relationship between nurses' behavior and organizational health (ie, productivity) or between nurses' behavior and patient health (ie, medical error). Fewer studies probe the association between the nature of nursing work and the status of nurses' health despite the logical connection between how well nurses feel and how well they perform, or even, whether they discontinue working altogether for health reasons. Yet, for many nurses working in today's health care environment, work is a stressful part of their lives. This article explores the connections between stressful work and nurses' health, especially given the restructuring of their work in the current health care system. The working conditions that give rise to stress and the potential health consequences from it are well described in the general stress literature and summarized herein. Moreover, studies about nurses' work and nurses' health are discussed in light of the limitations for connecting job stress to job changes or health outcomes over time. Current approaches for dealing with nurses' stress, such as the attraction to "Magnetism", may inadvertently impede progress in this area. Recommendations for the future are included. 相似文献

目的探讨在职护士的离职意愿现状及其相关因素,为临床制定人力资源管理的相关措施提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对北京某三级甲等医院的250名护士进行调查。结果在职护士离职意愿属轻中等程度;大专学历的护士离职意愿高于其他学历的护士(P<0.05),偶尔有临床带教的护士离职意愿高于没有及经常有临床带教的护士(P<0.05),工作15年以上的护士离职意愿最低,与其他工作年限组相比较,有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。造成在职护士产生离职意愿的主要原因按程度高低排序前三位为:福利待遇,管理与医院政策,职业本身特点。结论建议医院及护理管理者采取有效措施以降低在职护士离职意愿,并在提高护士福利待遇、调整管理政策、减轻护士工作压力等方面给予足够重视。 相似文献
