目的:探讨利用Pentacam三维眼前节分析诊断系统观察年龄相关性白内障患者超声乳化手术前后前房容积(anteriorchamber volume,ACV)、前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)、前房角(anterior chamber angle,ACA)的变化。方法:临床选取2007-10/2009-05在本院眼科中心行超声乳化吸除折叠型人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)植入手术的年龄相关性白内障患者200例220眼,闭角型青光眼病史及其他眼疾的患者排除。对全部患者应用Pentacam分别测量术前、术后1,6mo的ACV,ACD和ACA(鼻侧,颞侧,上方,下方),Goldmann压平眼压计测量各期眼内压(intraocular pressure,IOP)。应用t检验和one-wayANOVA数据分析,并应用Pearson相关分析IOP与ACV,ACD,ACA之间关系。结果:术前ACV,ACD,ACA,IOP依次为152.25±39.87mm3,2.86±0.55mm,28.56°±4.87°,15.54±2.23mmHg;术后1mo,ACV,ACD,ACA,IOP依次为189.65±36.73mm3,4.02±0.53mm,39.72°±5.02°,13.02±1.97mmHg;术后6mo,ACV,ACD,ACA,IOP依次为191.47±33.79mm3,4.01±0.38mm,42.02°±5.98°,12.76±1.52mmHg。ACV,ACD及鼻侧,颞侧,上方,下方4个象限的ACA在术后1,6mo均较术前显著增大,眼压显著下降,差异有统计学意义;术后6mo与1mo相比,差异无统计学意义。结论:Pentacam系统检查手术前后眼前节为非接触性,自动快速易操作。Pentacam测量年龄相关性白内障超声乳化吸除联合折叠型IOL植入术后1,6mo ACV,ACD均增大,4个象限ACA均增大,同时伴有眼压显著下降。术后6mo与1mo基本无差异。  相似文献

Purpose: This study set out to evaluate the influences of uneventful phacoemulsification on the anterior segment parameters obtained with the Pentacam rotating Scheimpflug camera and intraocular pressure (IOP). Methods: A total of 42 eyes of 34 patients (26 men, eight women) were evaluated preoperatively, and at 1, 3 and 6 months postoperatively with the Pentacam. Intraocular pressure was measured with the Goldmann applanation tonometer. The non‐parametric paired t‐test was used to compare preoperative and 1‐, 3‐ and 6‐month postoperative measurements of anterior chamber depth (ACD), anterior chamber volume (ACV), anterior chamber angle (ACA) width, central corneal thickness (CCT), the central 3‐, 5‐ and 7‐mm corneal volume (CV), pupil size, and IOP. Pearson’s correlation test was used to evaluate the relationships between IOP and ACD, ACV and ACA width. Results: The differences between ACD, ACV, ACA and IOP values taken preoperatively and those taken postoperatively at 1, 3 and 6 months were statistically significant (p < 0.05). The differences between CCT, central 3‐, 5‐ and 7‐mm CV, and pupil size measurements taken preoperatively and those taken postoperatively at 1, 3 and 6 months were not statistically significant (p > 0.05). The decrease in IOP was not correlated with the changes in ACD, ACV and ACA (p > 0.05). Conclusions: Uneventful phacoemulsification significantly reduced IOP, increased ACD and ACV, and widened the ACA. However, alterations in CV, CCT and pupil size values were not statistically significant. Alterations in ACD, ACV, ACA and IOP remain stable after the first month of surgery.  相似文献

目的:运用Pentacam Schiempflug成像系统研究假性剥脱综合征(PES)患者白内障超声乳化术后眼前节形态变化.方法:前瞻性研究.共收集31例(42眼)白内障合并PES患者接受白内障摘除术,选27例(42眼)无PES的白内障患者作为对照组.Pentacam检测术前和术后1~3mo的眼内压(IOP),前房深度(ACD),前房容量(ACV),前房角宽度(ACA)和瞳孔直径(PD).t检验检测术前和术后的变量.结果:PES组术前平均IOP明显高于对照组(P=0.017).两组在术前和术后的ACD,ACV,ACA,IOP值差异在1~3mo均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组相比,PES组的IOP下降更为显著;两组ACD,ACV和ACA的增量相似.PES组术前PD值明显高于术后(P<0.05).两组IOP,ACD,ACV,ACA和PD的变化在术后3mo均趋于稳定.结论:白内障超声乳化术均可显著降低患眼的IOP,增加ACD,ACV和ACA的值,无论患眼是否患有PES.ACD,ACV,ACA,PD和IOP的变化在术后3mo趋于稳定.尽管PES组IOP下降更为明显,但无论白内障眼是否患有PES,术后均表现出相似的眼前节特征.PES患者早期接受白内障摘除术不仅能加深前房,且可使IOP稳定在正常范围.  相似文献

AIM: To assess the changes of anterior chamber angle in patients with shallow anterior chamber after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation, based on anterior segment swept-source optical coherence tomography (AS-SS-OCT) measurements. METHODS: This was a prospective case control study; sixty eyes of sixty case were scheduled for cataract surgery with normal intraocular pressure (IOP). Based on anterior chamber depth (ACD) and gonioscopy findings, the eyes were divided into two groups: group of shallow anterior chamber and narrow angle (SAC group, 30 eyes); and group of normal anterior chamber group with wide angle (NAC group, 30 eyes). Measurements of ACD, anterior chamber volume (ACV), iris volume (IV), lens vault (LV), angle opening distance (AOD), angle recess area (ARA), trabecular iris space area (TISA), and trabecular iris angle (TIA) were conducted in each group before and 3mo after surgery. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in age, axial length (AL), corneal curvature, corneal diameter, intraocular pressure, and IV between two groups before surgery, except for the LV (P=0.000). ACD and ACV were prominently larger in the NAC group than the SAC group 3mo after operation (3.69±0.38 vs 3.85±0.39 mm, P=0.025; 161.37±19.47 vs 178.26±20.30 mm3, P=0.002). AOD750, ARA750 in nasal and inferior quadrants, TISA750 in all quadrants except temporal, and TIA750 in all quadrants in SAC group were significantly smaller than those in NAC group after operation (all P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Cataract surgery can deepen anterior chamber and increase the width of anterior chamber angle in Chinese subjects, but the angle related parameters including AOD750, ARA750, TISA750, TIA, TISA750, and ACV in patients with shallow anterior chamber and narrow angle do not reach the normal level.  相似文献

AIM:To investigate the role of fundus autofluorescence (FAF) both in the diagnosis and the preoperative and postoperative evaluation of patients with idiopathic macular hole (MH).METHODS: Forty eyes of 40 patients diagnosed as idiopathic MH between May 2010 and May 2011 were included in this retrospective study. All patients underwent full ophthalmologic examinations and imagings including fluorescein angiography, fundus autofluorescence (FAF) and optical coherence tomography. Thirty of these patients underwent MH surgery. FAF findings were associated with duration of symptoms, visual acuity at presentation, stage of MH, and postoperative anatomical correction.RESULTS:The mean duration of patients’ symptoms was 3.8±2.0 (1-9) months. The MH was stage 2 in 4 (10%), stage 3 in 24 (60%) and stage 4 in 12 (30%) eyes. The median preoperative best corrected visual acuity was 20/200 (between 20/800 and 20/100). Twenty-eight of cases (70%) showed a stellate appearance with dark radiating striae. Having a visual acuity ≥20/200 was significantly more common in eyes with stellate appearance (P<0.001). The mean duration of symptoms was significantly shorter in eyes with stellate appearance (2.75±0.8 vs 6.33±1.61 months) (P<0.001). The frequency of stage 4 MH was significantly higher in eyes with non-stellate appearance (P<0.001). Anatomical correction of MH was achieved in 91.3% (21/23) of eyes with stellate appearance and 71.4% (5/7) of eyes without this appearance (P=0.225).CONCLUSION: Stellate appearance in FAF is associated with earlier stages of macular hole, better visual acuity at presentation, shorter duration of symptoms, thus more favorable prognosis.  相似文献

AIM: To determine the relationship between proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDRP) and plasma coenzyme Q10(CoQ10) concentration.METHODS: Patients with type 2 diabetes and PDRP were determined to be the case group (n=50). The control group was consist of healthy individuals (n=50). Plasma CoQ10 and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were measured in both groups.RESULTS: Ubiquinone-10 (Coenzyme Q10) levels in PDRP and control subjects are 3.81±1.19μmol/L and 1.91±0.62μmol/L, respectively. Plasma MDA levels in PDRP and control subjects were 8.16±2μmol/L and 3.44±2.08μmol/L, respectively. Ratio of Ubiquinol-10/ubiquinone-10 in PDRP and control subjects were 0.26±0.16 and 1.41±0.68, respectively.CONCLUSION:The ratio of ubiquinol-10/ubiquinone-10 is found lower in patients with PDRP. High levels of plasma ubiquinol-10/ubiquinone-10 ratio indicate the protective effect on diabetic retinopathy.  相似文献

Purpose. To assess the sensitivity and specificity of Pentacam measurements in detection of occludable angles and to provide cutoff values. Methods. Observational, single-center, cross-sectional study on 64 Caucasian eyes: 28 (43.7%) primary narrow angles or primary angle-closure glaucoma, and 36 (56.2%) controls: all subjects were evaluated and classified by gonioscopy (Shaffer classification). The following measurements have been considered: superior and inferior anterior chamber angle (ACA), temporal and nasal ACA, anterior chamber depth (ACD) using 5 value representation (central, superior, inferior, nasal, temporal), and anterior chamber volume (ACV). Validity of Pentacam parameters to detect patients in Shaffer 0 or I class was assessed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves analysis; cutoffs were chosen as to maximize sensitivity and specificity. Results. All the considered Pentacam measures were statistically different between the 2 groups (p<0.0001). All Shaffer grade groups differed in all parameters (p<0.001), except for grade 0 and I, which did not differ in any. Area under the curve ROC analysis revealed high discriminant power of all Pentacam measures: ACA = 0.94; ACD = 0.91; ACD central = 0.89; and ACV = 0.89. Chosen cutoff values (ACA = 22.4°; ACD = 1.12 mm; ACD central = 1.93 mm; ACV = 84 mm3) allowed correct classification of narrow angles. Conclusions. The study pointed out a high power of Pentacam AVA, ACV, and ACD in detecting occludable angles. Pentacam is simple to use, reliable, and noncontact, provides parameters in a short period, and represents a possible screening tool.  相似文献

目的分析Pentacam三维前房分析仪测量原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)与正常组前房形态参数。方法65例急性PACG患者,70例慢性PACG患者,75例正常组行Pentacam检查,记录前房轴深(ACD)、平均和最小前房角(ACA)、前房容积(ACV),进行分析。结果正常组测量值均大于PACG组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。正常组ACD、ACV女性较男性前房浅(P〈0.05)、前房容积小(P〈0.05);各年龄组间ACD、ACV差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。ACA与性别、年龄无相关性(P〉0.05)。急性PACG组ACD与ACV线性相关(R^2=0.40,P〈0.05);慢性PACG组数据间有相关性(P〈0.01);正常组ACD与ACV相关(R^2=0.85,P〈0.01),ACD与ACA线性相关(P〈0.05)。结论Pentacam检查为PACG早期诊断提供依据,对青光眼患者随访和正常人群筛查有重要临床应用价值。  相似文献

目的:通过比较Pentacam测量的可疑房角关闭患者行激光周边虹膜切除术前后各项参数,探讨评价前房形态改变的敏感参数。
  方法:诊断为可疑房角关闭并接受激光周边虹膜切除术治疗的患者33例60眼。患者术前及术后1 d行Pentacam检查,观察前房各项参数在激光前后的变化,进行配对 t检验。
  结果:与术前相比较,中央前房深度差异无统计学意义,周边前房深度明显加深,差异有统计学意义;前房容积明显增加,差异有统计学意义。前房夹角变宽,从治疗前的(22.26°±5.18°)增加为治疗后的(26.42°±5.20°),差异有统计学意义。
  结论:激光周边虹膜切除术可以显著增加可疑房角关闭患眼的周边前房深度和前房容积,周边前房深度和前房容积可作为评价前房形态改变的敏感参数。  相似文献

PURPOSE: To investigate the mean values and standard deviations according to age, reliability, and correlation between different parameters of anterior chamber measurements using the Pentacam rotating Scheimpflug camera. SETTING: Heidelberg IOL and Refractive Surgery Research Group, Department of Ophthalmology, University of Heidelberg, Heidelberg, Germany. METHODS: This prospective clinical study comprised 76 healthy volunteers (mean age 46.6 years +/- 16.8 [SD]). Three consecutive measurements were made of only 1 eye and anterior chamber depth (ACD), mean and minimum anterior chamber angle (ACA), and anterior chamber volume (ACV) were evaluated. RESULTS: Mean ACD was 2.93 +/- 0.36 mm, mean ACA was 34.81 +/- 5.05 degrees, minimum ACA was 29.99 +/- 5.53 degrees, and mean ACV was 160.3 +/- 36.81 mm3. Increasing age was associated with reduced ACD and ACV; however, mean and minimum ACAs were lowest in patients aged 40 to 59 years. Excellent correlation was found between ACD and ACV (R = 0.92). Anterior chamber depth and mean ACA correlated only moderately (R = 0.65). The correlation coefficient between ACD and minimum ACA was smaller (R = 0.58). There was no correlation between ACV and ACA (R = 0.37). Minor standard deviations were noted (ACD 0.02 +/- 0.02 mm, mean ACA 1.12 +/- 0.94 degrees, minimum ACA 2.04 +/- 2.67 degrees, and ACV 2.48 +/- 1.65 mm3). CONCLUSIONS: Using the Pentacam, it was possible to examine different parameters of the anterior chamber within a short period and with good reliability. The evaluation of the ACA in different positions can help to classify the potential risk for angle-closure glaucoma.  相似文献

Purpose: To describe sequential phacoemulsification–intraocular lens (IOL) implantation–posterior capsulorhexis–anterior vitrectomy in the management of phakic malignant glaucoma. Methods: Twenty consecutive patients (25 eyes) with phakic malignant glaucoma were enrolled at the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, Sun Yat‐sen University. All patients underwent phacoemulsification, IOL implantation and posterior capsulorhexis together with anterior vitrectomy via a clear corneal paracentesis. Visual acuity, intraocular pressure (IOP), anterior chamber depth (ACD), surgical complications and medications required after the surgery were recorded. Results: After surgery, the mean LogMAR visual acuity and ACD increased significantly (visual acuity from ?1.56 ± 1.17 to ?0.54 ± 0.81, p < 0.001; ACD from 0.367 ± 0.397 mm to 2.390 ± 0.575 mm, p < 0.001), and mean IOP decreased significantly (from 39.6 ± 10.6 mm Hg to 14.5 ± 4.1 mmHg, p < 0.001). No serious perioperative complications occurred, and only five eyes required topical glaucoma medications after surgery. Conclusion: Combined phacoemulsification–IOL implantation–posterior capsulorhexis–anterior vitrectomy surgery is a safe and effective method for treating patients with phakic malignant glaucoma.  相似文献

目的:探讨超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术治疗原发性急性闭角型青光眼(acute primary angle-closure glaucoma,APACG)合并白内障的临床疗效。

方法:前瞻性随机对照研究。选择符合入组条件的急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者60例60眼,随机分为对照组和研究组; 对照组行白内障超声乳化吸除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术(30眼),研究组行白内障超声乳化吸除、人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术(30眼),比较两种术式的临床疗效。

结果:术前两组视力、眼压、中央前房深度、房角开放程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 术后2mo两组视力、眼压、中央前房深度、房角开放程度均明显比术前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001); 研究组术后视力、中央前房深度、房角开放程度,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组术后眼压及并发症相比,研究组优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。

结论:白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术,对APACG合并白内障患者视力的提高、眼压的控制有着积极的临床效果。  相似文献

目的:研究有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术( posterior chamber phakic implantable collamer lens surgery ,ICL)后眼前节参数变化及各参数与眼内压( intraocular pressure , IOP)间相关性。方法:回顾性研究。2012/2014年于苏州理想眼科医院屈光手术中心行ICL患者43例74眼,应用Allegro Oculyzer眼前节诊断系统测量其术前、术后1、3、6 mo 前房容积( anterior chamber volume , ACV )、房角( anterior chamber angle,ACA )、中央前房深度( central anterior chamber depth,ACD)、拱高( vault)变化,并测量同一时期眼内压后进行统计学分析。结果:术前与术后1、3、6mo相比,术后较术前ACV,ACA, ACD均较显著减小(P<0.01)。术后ACV,ACA,ACD在各随访观测时间点均稳定,术后vault 在1mo与6mo间存在统计学差异( t=27.66, P=0.01)。而IOP术前与术后各测量点间无统计学差异( P>0.05)。各时期 IOP 与ACV,ACA,ACD,拱高均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:ICL术后眼前节参数ACV, ACA, ACD较术前均减小,术后早期即能达到稳定状态,眼内压具有同样的稳定性,且与 ACV, ACA, ACD, vault 变化无关,但仍需长期观测。  相似文献

背景 Pentacam三维眼前节分析诊断系统(Pentacam)在对原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)眼前节的定量评估中比裂隙灯显微镜和超声生物显微镜(UBM)更为准确,但目前其在急性PACG临床前期眼和慢性PACG对侧眼的YAG激光虹膜周边切开术(LPI)后前房测量中的应用仍较少. 目的 评估Pentacam在早期PACG眼LPI手术前后前房形态变化及其应用价值. 方法 采用前瞻性自身对照研究设计,纳入2012年7月至2013年12月在河北医科大学第二医院确诊的PACG患者70例70眼,包括急性PACG对侧眼(临床前期眼)和慢性PACG对侧眼各35眼,所有受检眼均行LPI.采用Pentacam测量受检眼LPI术前与术后1、7和28 d的前房深度(ACD)、前房容积(ACV)和前房夹角(ACA),并比较急性PACG临床前期眼与慢性PACG对侧眼LPI术后前房形态参数的变化幅度. 结果 急性PACG临床前期眼各时间点ACD和ACV的总体比较差异均有统计学意义(ACD:F=6.783,P=0.004;ACV:F=19.090,P=0.000),各时间点ACA值变化差异无统计学意义(F=0.153,P=0.928),其中LPI术后各时间点ACD较术前加深,ACV较术前增加,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).慢性PACG对侧眼各时间点ACD和ACV的总体比较差异有统计学意义(ACD:F=21.576,P=0.000;ACV:F=47.506,P=0.000),而各时间点间ACA比较差异无统计学意义(F=0.581,P=0.629),其中LPI术后各时间点ACD较术前加深,ACV较术前增加,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).急性PACG临床前期眼术后28 d,ACD和ACV与术前的变化值分别为(0.064±0.022) mm和(27.840±4.963) mm3,明显高于慢性PACG对侧眼的(0.047±0.020) mm和(21.000±3.278) mm3,组间差异均有统计学意义(ACD:t=2.783,P=0.008;ACV:t=5.749,P=0.000). 结论 Pentacam可以用来量化评价PACG患者LPI后的眼前节形态和参数的变化,急性PACG临床前期眼术后ACD和ACV的增加值大于慢性PACG对侧眼.  相似文献

AIM: To study the effects of gender, eye side and age on anterior chamber measurements; To compare the anterior chamber parameters between glaucoma and normal subjects. METHODS: A total of 169 patients (299 eyes), of which 122 normal subjects (218 eyes), 24 cases (39 eyes) with primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) and 22 cases (42 eyes) with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) visiting our hospital from Apr. 2008 to Oct. 2008 were enrolled. The parameters measured by Pentacam between different sexes, eye sides, ages and different groups were compared. RESULTS: The mean central anterior chamber depth (CACD), anterior chamber volume (ACV) and anterior chamber angle (ACA) measurements of normal eyes were 2.82±0.43mm, 159.74±43.64mm3 and 35.47±7.92°. There were no significant differences between different eye sides. There was a negative correlation between age and anterior chamber parameters (all P <0.001); The mean CACD, ACV and ACA were 1.87±0.29mm, 82.00±24.17mm3 and 21.94±7.11° in PACG group, and 2.67±0.34mm, 147.24±43.40mm3 and 31.19±6.34° in POAG group. The differences between PACG and age-matched normal subjects were significant (all P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between POAG and age-matched normal subjects (P >0.05). CONCLUSION: CACD, ACV and ACA decrease mildly with age. Anterior chamber parameters of PACG are smaller than that of normal eyes, but there is no difference between POAG and normal eyes.  相似文献

AIM: To determine the normative distribution of axial length (AL), anterior chamber depth (ACD), anterior chamber volume (ACV), anterior chamber angle (ACA), and some of their associated factors in subjects aged 60 and over. METHODS: In this cross-sectional study, 160 clusters were sampled using multi-stage cluster sampling in Tehran, Iran. After a preliminary interview, the participants underwent optometric examinations including visual acuity and refraction measurement followed by slit lamp biomicroscopy. Finally, ocular imaging was done using the Pentacam AXL to measure AL, ACD, ACV, and ACA. RESULTS: A total of 4519 eyes of 2436 participants were evaluated, of whom 58.0% (n=1412) were female. The mean age of the subjects was 67.32±6.05y (range: 60-95y). The mean AL, ACD, ACV, and ACA was 23.22 mm (23.18-23.27 mm), 2.61 mm (2.59-2.62 mm), 126.56 mm3 (125.08-128.04 mm3), and 30.61° (30.3°-30.92°), respectively. In the multivariable model, after adjusting for the effect of both eyes, the longest and shortest AL was seen in myopic and hyperopic subjects, respectively. AL, ACD, ACV and ACA were significantly larger in men compared to women (P<0.001). Except ACA, other evaluated parameters showed an inverse correlation with age (P<0.001), however, this correlation was insignificant for AL (P=0.623). CONCLUSION: Normative value of AL, and other biometric parameters are specific for each ethnicity, age and sex group. Any alteration in these parameters and their effect on refraction should be considered in this age group, especially in case of cataract surgery.  相似文献

目的使用PentacamHR三维眼前段分析系统量化年龄相关性白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术手术前后的角膜容积、前房深度及角膜像差的改变。方法年龄相关性白内障54例(54眼)进行超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术。术前和术后3个月使用PentaeamHR眼前段分析系统测量的前房深度、房角宽度、角膜容积和角膜像差等数值进行数据分析,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结果术后3个月,前房深度为术前的1.40倍或1.34倍,前房角增宽为术前的1.17倍,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在角膜3mm、5mm、7mm和10mm范围之内的角膜容积分别增加了2.79%、3.21%、3.42%和3.70%。角膜后表面的像差(Z2-2、Z20、Z3-1、Z40、Z5-1、Z51和Z60)较术前有明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论PentaeamHR三维眼前段分析系统不但可以量化超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术后的角膜容积、前房深度和角膜像差的变化,而且较以往的检查仪器具有非接触、检查时间短、性能高等特点,为我们评估手术对术眼结构的影响、提高患者视觉质量提供了良好的基础。  相似文献

Purpose: To investigate the effects of cyclopentolate hydrochloride 1% on the main numerical parameters of anterior segment with Pentacam rotating Scheimpflug camera in children. Setting: Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology. Methods: Pentacam measurements of 50 (23 boys and 27 girls) children before and after 45 min of cyclopentolate hydrochloride 1% instillation were performed and compared with 31 (17 boys and 14 girls) no medication instilled control group. Measurements of the control group (cycloplegia‐free) were taken at two separate sessions with 45‐min intervals. For comparison of the test parameters, paired t‐test in the groups and unpaired t‐test in between the groups were used. Results: Mean ages in the study and control groups were 10.06 ± 2.87 (range 6 and 16 years) and 9.87 ± 2.72 (range 6 and 16 years), respectively, and the difference was statistically insignificant (p > 0.05). In the study group, measurements between two sessions were significantly different for the parameters of anterior chamber depth (ACD), anterior chamber volume (ACV) and central corneal thickness (CCT) (p < 0.05), whereas none of the parameters was different between two sessions for control group. Conclusions: Cyclopentolate hydrochloride 1% instillation leads to significant decrement in CCT. ACD and ACV are the other important refractive parameters that increase significantly after cycloplegia. Effects of cycloplegia on these parameters for Pentacam measurements should be regarded for proper clinical interpretation in children.  相似文献

目的 应用Pentacam三维前房分析仪,测量原发性闭角型青光眼患者YAG激光周边虹膜切除术前、后前房形态参数变化,寻找以该检测方法评价前房形态变化的敏感指标.方法 前瞻性对照研究.早期原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)患者47例(47眼),其中急性PACG患者21例,慢性PACG患者26例,行YAG激光周边虹膜切除术.术前及术后2周分别行Pentacam三维前房分析仪检查,观察前房形态变化并分析术前、术后前房形态参数,即中央前房深度、前房容积及前房夹角的变化;同时比较急性PACG与慢性PACG以及用药与未用药组激光后前房形态参数变化.激光前、后眼前段参数比较采用配对t检验,激光后两组前房形态参数变化的比较采用独立样本t检验.结果 PACG患者激光术前中央前房深度为(1.84±0.31)mm,前房容积为(65.04±20.68)mm3,前房夹角为(25.44±6.38)°;激光术后中央前房深度为(1.89±0.28)mm,前房容积为(92.19±21.07)mm3,前房夹角为(23.86±5.96)°;术后中央前房深度、前房容积较术前变大,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.10,P=0.003;t=-17.02,P=0.000),前房夹角无明显改变(t=1.91,P=0.060).激光后,急性PACG患者前房容积增加值为(29.76±10.84)mm3,慢性PACG患者为(23.31±10.07)mm3,差异有统计学意义(t=2.09,P=0.040).随访1年以上,未用药眼压保持稳定者激光后前房容积增加值为(31.93±11.99)mm,经用药而使眼压保持稳定者为(18.71±7.06)mm3,差异有统计学意义(t=3.17,P=0.005).结论 YAG激光周边虹膜切除术可改善PACG患者的浅前房状态,前房容积与中央前房深度是应用Pentacam三维前房分析仪衡量前房形态变化的较敏感的参数.急性PACG患者激光后前房容积增加值较慢性PACG患者大,未用药眼压保持稳定的患者激光后前房容积增加值较经用药患者大.  相似文献

Purpose

To measure anterior segment parameters of the eye in myopic Saudi population using Pentacam.

Method

This is retrospective cross-sectional study. Subjects were divided into three groups: low, moderate and high myopia groups. Anterior segment parameters including: central corneal thickness (CCT), thinnest corneal thickness (TCT), apex corneal thickness (Apex CT), corneal volume (CV), anterior chamber depth (ACD), anterior chamber volume (ACV) and corneal astigmatism (CA) were measured by Pentacam.

Results

A total of 504 eyes of 252 Saudi subjects with myopia were included in this study. The mean age?±?standard deviation (SD) of subjects was 28.73?±?6.18?years. The mean CCT, TCT, Apex CT, CV, ACD, ACV and CA for all myopic subjects were 557.21?±?29.36, 554.09?±?29.28, 556.10?±?37.06, 61.30?±?3.23?μm, 3.31?±?0.27?mm, 211.15?±?34.22?mm3 and 0.89?±?0.52 D, respectively. No significant differences (P?>?0.05) were found between right and left eyes in all anterior segment parameters of all myopic eyes. However, a significant difference (P?<?0.05) was found in ACD between low (3.27?±?0.26?mm) and moderate (3.35?±?0.30?mm) myopic groups. Within low myopia group, significant differences (P?<?0.05) were found in ACD, ACV and CA between different genders. Anterior chamber depth and ACV values were lower in females while CA was lower in males. In addition, significant positive correlation was found between ACV and ACD in all myopic groups.

Conclusion

This study provided valuable measurements of the anterior segments parameters of the eye in myopic Saudi population. These parameters could be useful for ophthalmic practitioners in the clinic.  相似文献
