目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)不同时期患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂1(TIMP-1)及转化生长因子β(TGF-β)水平及其相互调节作用,并探讨其临床意义。方法选择COPD缓解期组、急性加重期组和正常对照组各20例,用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和TGF-β的表达水平,探讨各组间有无差异,并分析其与肺功能的关系。结果①1秒钟用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)在COPD缓解期为(59.1±5.6)%和急性加重期为(34.6±4.6)%,均低于正常对照组的(99.1±11.3)%(P<0.01),急性加重期又低于缓解期(P<0.05);FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)在COPD缓解期为(53.1±10.8)%和急性加重期为(31.2±11.3)%,均低于正常对照组的(84.0±6.7)%(P<0.01),急性加重期又低于缓解期(P<0.05)。②血清MMP-9浓度在COPD缓解期为(203.0±33.5)μg/L和急性加重期为(221.7±30.4)μg/L,均高于正常对照组的(131.4±44.5)μg/L(P<0.01);TIMP-1浓度在COPD急性加重期为(213.2±27.2)μg/L,比缓解期的(149.9±20.1)μg/L增高(P<0.05),而缓解期比正常对照组的(84.1±14.0)μg/L明显增高(P<0.01);MMP-9/TIMP-1比值在急性加重期为(1.1±0.2)和缓解期为(1.3±0.1),均低于正常对照组的(1.5±0.3)(P<0.01);TGF-β浓度在COPD急性加重期为(902.5±49.2)ng/L,明显高于正常对照组的(546.2±36.1)ng/L(P<0.01)。③COPD组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、TGF-β浓度均与肺功能指标FEV1%、FEV1/FVC呈负相关(P<0.01),而MMP-9/TIMP-1与FEV1%、FEV1/FVC呈正相关(P<0.01);COPD急性加重期血清TGF-β浓度与TIMP-1呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论COPD不同时期血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、TGF-β及MMP-9/TIMP-1含量不同,且与其肺功能水平具有一定相关性。它们在体内存在复杂的相互调节机制,共同在肺气肿气道重塑中发挥重要作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清及诱导痰中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的水平及其与肺功能的相互关系,为COPD的防治提供新的方法.方法:选择2009年3月至2010年4月我院住院COPD急性加重期(AECOPD)及治疗后缓解期患者30例和30例健康受试者.检测COPD患者治疗前及缓解期和健康对照组的肺功能,测定血清和诱导痰上清液中MMP-9、1-GF-β的水平,并分析MMP-9及TGF-β与肺功能之间的相关性.结果:AECOPD与缓解期患者血清及痰液MMP-9和TGF-β水平均高于正常对照组,且急性加重期高于缓解期(P<0.01).AECOPD组血清及痰MMP-9水平均与FEV1%预计值呈负相关(r=-0.765,P<0.01;r=-0.821,P<0.01),AECOPD组血清及痰TGF-β水平均与FEV1%预计值呈负相关(r=-0.428,P<0.01;r=-0.596,P<0.01).结论:COPD患者不同时期血清及痰中MMP-9、TGF-β1含量不同,且与肺功能具有一定相关性,它们在COPD患者的气道炎症和气道重塑中发挥重要作用.  相似文献

目的观察高敏C反应蛋白(h5CRP)、可溶性细胞表面分化抗原40配体(sCD40L)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在急性脑缺血中的变化,探讨其在脑缺血早期诊断及防治中的意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测83例急性脑血栓形成(ACT)、40例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者及30例健康对照者血清hsCRP、sCD40L及MMP-9水平。结果ACT组和TIA组患者血清hsCRP、sCD40L和MMP-9均较健康对照组显著增加,hsCRP(458.2±13.4)μg/L、(433.5±21.1)μg/L vs(224.1±29.9)μg/L(P〈0.01),sCD40L(7.8±1.3)kU/L、(7.0±1.2)kU/L vs (4.2±1.1)kU/L(P〈0.01),MMP-9(81.2±10.3)μg/L、(72.4±7.9)μg/L vs (33.9±6.7)μg/L(P〈0.01);ACT组血清hsCRP、sCD40L和MMP-9均较TIA组患者显著增加(P〈0.01)。结论sCD40L、MMP-9及hsCRP水平增高与粥样硬化斑块不稳定性、斑块破裂的发生有关,表明其可预测近期发生急性脑血栓形成的可能,抑制炎症反应可减轻病情。  相似文献

目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病加重(AECOPD)患者下呼吸道细菌感染的诊断价值。方法采用免疫透射比浊法检测52例AECOPD患者和40名健康正常人的血清PCT浓度,并进行痰细菌培养。结果对照组血清PCT浓度为(1.11±0.42)μg/L,AECOPD组血清PCT浓度为(5.85±2.27)μg/L,2组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论血清PCT可作为判断AECOPD患者下呼吸道细菌感染的辅助诊断指标。  相似文献

目的研究激活素受体相互作用蛋白2(activin receptor-interacting protein 2,ARIP2)在小鼠动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块组织中的表达情况,探讨其与AS斑块的相互关系;检测小鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平,探讨其与AS的关系。方法载脂蛋白E基因敲除(ApoE-/-)小鼠16只,随机分为两组,其中空白对照组给予普通饲料,高脂模型组给予高脂饲料。饲养8周后,分离血清检测MMP-9、甘油三酯(TG)及总胆固醇(TC)水平。采用免疫组织化学法检测小鼠AS斑块中ARIP2的表达水平。采用相关分析方法分析MMP-9与ARIP2表达水平的关系。结果①高脂模型组比空白对照组血清MMP-9、TG及TC水平升高,MMP-9(405.76±53.82)μg/L vs(335.78±46.57)μg/L,TG(1.54±0.35)mmol/L vs(1.13±0.28)mmol/L,TC(23.72±5.43)mmol/L vs(17.59±4.30)mmol/L(P〈0.05或〈0.01)。②苏木素-伊红(HE)染色结果显示:空白对照组主动脉内膜稍增厚,泡沫细胞极少;高脂模型组主动脉内膜明显增厚,可见大量泡沫细胞,胞体增大,胞浆呈空泡状。③ARIP2在空白对照组中表达量很低,而在高脂模型组中呈强阳性表达,其表达量分别为365.46±132.71 vs 1 536.73±634.92(P〈0.01)。血清MMP-9水平与ARIP2的表达量呈正相关(r=0.853,P〈0.05)。结论小鼠AS组织中ARIP2表达明显上调,调节激活素信号转导,干预ARIP2表达水平有望成为动脉粥样硬化治疗的一种新手段。  相似文献

目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及其抑制剂1(TIMP-1)在耱皮质激素(简称激素)治疗重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的变化及意义.方法 以双抗体夹心ELISA法检测AECO.PD患者激素治疗组(41例)和对照组(40例)治疗前后血清MMP-9和TIMP-1水平,并分析与肺功能的关系.结果 ①AECOPD激素治疗组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1浓度、MMP-9/TIMP-1比值[分别为(189.25±52.38)μg/L,(198.38±43.45)μg/L,0.92±0.37]明显低于治疗前[(246.10±68.64)μg/L,(217.63±62.34)μg/L,1.09±0.23],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05);对照组治疗后MMP-9、TIMP-1、MMP-9/TIMP-1下降,但治疗前、后比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).②激素治疗组治疗后1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、FEV_1占正常预计值百分比[(0.83±0.35)L,(46±17)%]比治疗前[(0.72±0.48)L,(34±15)%]有明显改善(P均<0.05).结论 糖皮质激素治疗后患者MMP-9、TIMP-1、MMP-9/TIMP-1下降,FEV.%占正常预计值有明显改善;协调MMP-9/TIMP-1比例失衡,可能是糖皮质激素治疗重度AECOPD机制之一.  相似文献

目的比较慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)并发急性脑梗死(ACI)和AECPD及其稳定期COPD的血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)的质量浓度变化,探讨CRP在COPD不同时期及合并ACI时的临床意义。方法采用免疫比浊法测定40例AECOPD并发ACI(A组)和60例AECOPD(B组)及其稳定期COPD血清中CRP的质量浓度,并将结果进行组间比较。结果A、B 2组及B组稳定期CRP质量浓度分别为(28.80±1.20)、(14.53±0.90)、(5.23±0.70)mg/L,3组间差异有统计学意义,其中A组明显高于B组(P〈0.01);B组又高于B组稳定期COPD(P〈0.01)。结论血清CRP增高是AECOPD并发ACI的危险因素,CRP质量浓度的变化可作为评价AECOPD治疗效果的指标。  相似文献

目的观察姜黄素对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的变化。方法 AMI患者48例,均为发病24小时,随机分为对照组(n=23)和治疗组(n=25)。健康体检者20例另设为正常组。对照组给予β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用姜黄素口服,治疗后第1周、第6周分别用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法和放射免疫法测定两组血清PAPP-A和TNF-α水平的变化,用心脏超声学检测左心室形态学参数和舒缩功能。结果与正常组比较,对照组和治疗组在AMI发病24小时血清PAPP-A和TNF-α水平显著增高(8.35±5.61)mU/L vs(17.48±8.73)mU/L、(18.63±9.46 mU/L),(0.76±0.32)μg/L vs(1.08±0.42)μg/L、(1.06±0.38)μg/L(均P〈0.01)。治疗后第6周,治疗组与对照组比较,血清PAPP-A水平降低,(10.22±3.73)mU/L vs(8.56±4.26)mU/L(P〈0.01),血清TNF-α水平降低,(1.92±0.64)μg/L vs(1.38±0.54)μg/L(P〈0.01),左心室舒张末容积指数(LVEDVI)明显减少(62.6±7.5)ml/m^2vs(58.1±6.7)ml/m^2(P〈0.05),E峰与A峰比值(VE/VA)明显增加,0.83±0.15 vs 0.97±0.19(P〈0.01)。结论 AMI后血浆PAPP-A和TNF-a水平明显升高,姜黄素可以降低其表达,阻抑心室重构。  相似文献

目的 探讨血清25羟基维生素D(25-OH-D)与急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的关系.方法 入选符合国际心脏病的诊断和命名标准患者152例,分为正常对照组36例,稳定型心绞痛组35例,ACS组81例,其中ACS组分为不稳定型心绞痛组40例,急性心肌梗死组41例.采用酶联免疫法对入选对象进行血清25-OH-D、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平的测定.结果 ACS组血清25-OH-D水平显著低于SAP组和正常对照组[(225.78±38.48) ng/L vs.(325.00±42.74) ng/L,(339.69±35.30)ng/L,P<0.01];急性心肌梗死组血清25-OH-D水平低于不稳定型心绞痛组[(219.75±31.53) ng/L vs.(231.97±44.04) ng/L,P<0.01],正常对照组与稳定型心绞痛组血清25-OH-D水平无统计学差异(P>0.05).ACS组血清MMP-9水平显著高于稳定型心绞痛组和正常对照组[(563.36±48.18) ng/L vs.(341.39±46.23) ng/L,(330.03±48.06) ng/L,P<0.01];急性心肌梗死组血清MMP-9水平高于不稳定型心绞痛组[(598.88±29.34) ng/L vs.(526.95±34.56)ng/L,P<0.01],正常对照组与稳定型心绞痛组血清MMP-9水平无显著统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 血清25-OH-D在ACS发生发展过程中呈降低趋势,其变化可能与参与斑块的炎症反应有关,在ACS发病中起一定作用.  相似文献

目的观察血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)患者血清可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和内皮素1(ET-1)的临床意义。方法选取2011年6月至2012年8月在我院连续住院的脑梗死患者279例,依据脑卒中后6个月的认知评定结果分为血管性痴呆(VD)组75例,血管性非痴呆认知障碍(VCIND)组123例和认知正常组(对照组)81例。观察各组血清sCD40L,ET-1、Hcy水平和简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分的变化,及其与VCI严重程度的关系。结果 VD组和VCIND组的MMSE评分比对照组明显降低(P〈0.01);sCD40L,ET-1和Hcy水平较对照组明显增高(P〈0.01),MMSE评分(19.58±2.67)分、(25.94±1.68)分vs(28.46±1.56)分,sCD40L(7.45±2.24)μg/L、(5.98±1.94)μg/L vs(3.46±0.76)μg/L,ET-1(88.35±3.64)ng/L、(81.65±4.35)ng/L vs(65.24±5.64)ng/L,Hcy(25.67±4.25)mmol/L、(18.54±3.24)mmol/L vs(10.25±2.68)mmol/L;而VD组的增高水平较VCIND组更为明显(P〈0.01)。MMSE评分、sCD40L、ET-1和Hcy水平随着VCI严重程度的增高而增高(P〈0.05或〈0.01)。结论 sCD40L,ET-1和Hcy参与了VCI疾病的发生、发展过程,血浆sCD40L、ET-1和Hcy水平与VCI严重程度呈正相关,可以作为VCI疾病严重程度的重要指标。  相似文献

目的 通过测定急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清明胶酶B(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)水平,探讨MMP-9及TIMP-1与粥样斑块破裂的关系。评价血清MMP-9及TIMP-1水平作为粥样斑块破裂的血清学指标的意义。方法 选择稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者30例,ACS惠者54例,并选择30例健康人作为对照。比较ACS组与SAP组及正常对照组之间血清MMP-9及TIMD-1水平的差异。结果 ACS组血清MMP-9水平高于SAP组及正常对照组,而血清TIMP-1水平低于SAP组及正常对照组,且具有统计学意义。SAP组血清MMP-9水平高于正常对照组,而血清TIMP—1水平低于正常对照组,也具有统计学意义。结论 血清MMP-9水平增高及TIMP-1水平的降低与粥样斑块破裂相关,可作为判断粥样斑块不稳定的血清学指标。  相似文献

Objective: To investigate the effect and possible mechanism of tissue inhibitor of Metalloproteinases-l (TIMP-1) siRNA on human umbilical vein endothelial cells injury induced by serum of septic patient. Methods: Serum samples were separately collected from septic patients and healthy controls. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were randomly divided into blank group (normal culture cells), control group (culture medium with 10% control serum), septic group (culture medium with 10% septic serum), negative control group (negative siRNA + 10% septic serum), and TIMP-1 siRNA group (TIMP-1 siRNA + 10% septic serum). The survival rate of endothelial cells was detected by MTT assay. The levels of matrix Metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and TIMP-1 in supernatant of culture medium were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The levels of MMP-9, TIMP-1 and Thrombomoduline (TM) in endothelial cells were examined by Western blot. Results: Compared with control group, the cell survival rate of septic group decreased 12 hours after the addition of serum (P<0.05) and reached minimum 48 hours later. The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in supernatant of culture medium of septic group significantly increased (P<0.01). The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 increased in the septic group (P<0.01), while the level of TM reduced at the same time in septic group (P<0.01). Compared with septic group, the cell survival rate of TIMP-1 siRNA group decreased (P<0.05). The level of MMP-9 in supernatant of culture medium of TIMP-1 siRNA group increased (P<0.05), while the level of TIMP-1 decreased (P<0.05). The level of MMP-9 increased in TIMP-1 siRNA group (P<0.01), whereas the levels of TIMP-1 and TM reduced in TIMP-1 siRNA group (P<0.01). OBJECTIVE: Tissue expression pattern of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and their inhibitors TIMPs indicate that microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus are associated with extracellular matrix remodelling. We investigated whether circulating levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 are altered in diabetic retinopathy and whether they might serve as biological markers of ocular complications in type 1 diabetes. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS: We recruited 47 type 1 diabetic patients free of vascular complications (n=40) or with retinopathy (n=14). Patients with macroangiopathy, neuropathy and nephropathy were excluded. A group of nondiabetic control subjects (n=35) was also constituted for comparative purposes. Peripheral blood levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were determined using immunoenzymatic assays. RESULTS: Type 1 diabetic subjects exhibited significantly higher circulating levels of both MMP-9 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio, as well as a tendency to increased serum TIMP-1 levels relative to nondiabetic controls (p<0.001). Diabetic patients with retinopathy also displayed elevated systemic values of MMP-9 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio when compared to patients without retinopathy (p<0.05). Logistic regression analysis identified diabetes duration firstly (P<0.01), and MMP-9 serum levels secondly (P<0.01) as significant and independent variables associated with the existence of retinopathy. CONCLUSIONS: Our data suggest that peripheral blood MMP-9 levels might serve as surrogate biomarkers of retinopathy in type 1 diabetic patients free of other vascular complications.  相似文献

目的评价健心颗粒对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及心肌基质的影响。方法 90例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为福辛普利组45例(福辛组)与福辛普利加健心颗粒组45例(健心组),采用NYHA心功能分级标准评价2组患者治疗前、后心功能,采用ELISA法测量2组患者血清基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP)-2,MMP-3,MMP-9及组织金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase,TIMP-1)水平。结果慢性心力衰竭患者血清MMPs水平与左心室射血分值呈负相关;血清TIMP-1水平与左心室射血分数值呈正相关;福辛组治疗后左心室射血分数值、血清MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9及TIMP-1水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);健心组治疗后左心室射血分数及血清TIMP-1水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),血清MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论健心颗粒可通过改善心肌基质而提高慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能。  相似文献

Human herpesvirus-6 (HHV-6) is a cause of exanthema subitum and, sometimes, of febrile seizures. However, the pathogenesis of febrile seizures associated with HHV-6 infection remains unclear. We investigated serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP-1) levels in infants with HHV-6 infection. Serum levels of both MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were significantly higher in infants with HHV-6 infection than in controls. Serum TIMP-1 levels were significantly higher in infants with febrile seizures than in infants without febrile seizures. Serum MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratios were significantly lower in infants with febrile seizures than in infants without febrile seizures. In infants with HHV-6 infection, positive correlations were found between serum MMP-9 concentrations and the white blood cells (WBC) count, and between serum TIMP-1 concentrations and the WBC count. Positive correlations were also found between the amounts of HHV-6 DNA and the ratios of MMP-9/TIMP-1 in infants with HHV-6 infection. In conclusion, we suggest that high serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in infants with HHV-6 infection may induce dysfunction of the blood–brain barrier, eventually causing febrile seizures.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE AND METHODS: The imbalance between matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinases (TIMPs) is considered to be an important determination of deposition and breakdown of the extracellular matrix. To investigate the antifibrogenetic effect of interferon-alpha (IFN-alpha) treatment on factors regulating hepatic fibrosis, serum MMP-1, MMP-2, TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 levels were measured by the one-step sandwich enzyme immunoassay in 27 patients with chronic hepatitis C and compared with the histological status of the patients before and at the end of treatment. RESULTS: After 6 months of IFN-alpha treatment, the histological status of liver fibrosis showed improvement in 9 patients (IF group) and no change or a worsening in 18 patients (NIF group). Compared with pretreatment levels, in the IF group, IFN treatment caused a significant increase in the MMP-1/TIMP-1 ratio. In the NIF group, however, the MMP-1/TIMP-1 ratio tended towards a decrease; moreover, there was not only a significant increase in TIMP-2 levels but also a tendency towards an increase in TIMP-1 levels. CONCLUSION: These results suggested that an elevated MMP-1/TIMP-1 ratio may ameliorate liver fibrosis by interferon in cases of chronic hepatitis C, whereas elevated levels of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 might impede improvement.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to determine serum levels of selected matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and their natural inhibitors (TIMPs) in the acute phase of different stroke types subdivided according to the Oxfordshire Community Stroke Project (OCSP) classification and the possibility of discriminating stroke types according to their levels. The study included 126 patients with acute stroke within the first 24 h of symptom onset, and 124 healthy volunteers. The stroke group had lower MMP-2 concentrations and MMP-2/TIMP-2 ratios (p<0.001) but higher TIMP-2 (p<0.001) than controls. The level of MMP-9 and the MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio were higher in patients with total anterior circulation infarct (TACI) than in patients with other stroke subtypes according to OCSP classification (p=0.0019, p=0.0065, respectively) or in controls (p<0.0001, p=0.0024, respectively). A negative correlation of MMP-2 levels with MMP-9 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio was recorded in all stroke subtypes except for TACI. Receiver operating characteristic analysis showed similar discriminating power for MMP-9 levels and Barthel index in the differential diagnosis of TACI. High MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio (odds ratio 3.263) was associated with TACI. Our results demonstrate that the MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio may provide information to help in assessing stroke patients in the future as a baseline biomarker of infarct extent.  相似文献

目的:探讨血清MMP-9及TIMP-1水平与糖尿病大血管病变的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法对30例正常对照者和54例2型糖尿病患者(其中无合并症糖尿病组29例,合并大血管并发症组25例)血清MMP-9及TIMP-1水平进行检测,分析其与大血管病变的关系。结果:2型DM血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平与对照组比较显著升高,且随着大血管病变程度呈逐步升高趋势,MMP-9与FBG呈显著正相关(r=0.444,P<0.05),TIMP-1与UAER呈正相关(r=0.395,P<0.05)。结论:认为MMP-9、TIMP-1参与DM大血管病变的发生发展,检测其血清水平可反映DM血管病变的严重程度。  相似文献

ObjectiveColorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common and lethal malignancies. The identification of precise and noninvasive biomarkers is urgently needed to aid the early diagnosis and clinical management of CRC.MethodsA total of 112 patients with CRC and 115 healthy control subjects were included in this study. Serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-7, MMP-9, MMP-11, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP)-1, and TIMP-2 were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen (CA)19-9 levels were measured using an automatic immunoassay analyzer.ResultsMMP-7, MMP-9, MMP-11, TIMP-1, TIMP-2, CEA, and CA19-9 levels were all significantly higher in CRC patients compared with healthy controls. MMP-7, TIMP-1, and CEA levels were also closely related to clinicopathologic features in patients with CRC. The combination of serum CEA, MMP-7, and TIMP-1 significantly improved the diagnostic value compared with any single marker (area under the curve 0.858–0.890). Furthermore, a combined detection model including MMP-7, TIMP-1, and CEA improved both the specificity and sensitivity for detecting CRC.ConclusionsThe results showed that combined detection of CEA, MMP-7, and TIMP-1 in serum could provide a specific and sensitive biomarker for the diagnosis of CRC.  相似文献
