为了掌握医学硕士生校园生活诚信基本状况,本项研究以无记名方式向本院2002-2004级的197名硕士生就几个普遍关心的诚信方面的宏观性问题进行了问卷调查。被问卷者主要根据在集体生活中亲身体察的有关情况自主选择回答,包括:对"诚信"的认识和重视程度;诚信问题的存在程度;诚信问题主要发生的场合;诚信问题主要表现类型;诚信问题可能造成的影响和产生的后果;诚信问题的主要外因;解决诚信问题、提高诚信度的关键等,并辅以对被问卷学生随机个别访谈。本文对所获资料进行了分析讨论,提出了改善医学生诚信教育的几点建议和对策。包括:提高对诚信教育重要性和紧迫性的认识;把诚信教育做为系统"工程",采取综合性措施加强诚信教育;优化校风、学风;提高诚信教育的实效性、针对性;建立科学的,公平合理的,有利于学生个性发展的评价体系;深化教职工聘任、业绩评价体系改革;诚信教育要贯穿于育人的全过程等。  相似文献

目的调查医学生考试作弊现状,分析发生原因,探索对策。方法采用自制问卷对753名在校医学本科生进行调查,问题涉及考试作弊行为、心理、评价、态度、相关因素、建议等。结果考试作弊行为发生广泛,85.5%的学生承认大学期间曾有作弊行为;学生对考试作弊缺乏正确的认识,道德认知和道德行为分离,认为考试作弊与诚信"高度相关"仅24.0%。导致作弊发生的原因有学校和社会不诚信环境影响,考核制度、学生评价体系不完善等。结论学校、社会应重视考试作弊现象,采取改善诚信环境、提高教师素质、加强诚信教育、改革考核制度、建立诚信评价体系等方法杜绝考试作弊的发生。  相似文献

Background

There are varying perceptions about professionalism and academic integrity, both being influenced by regional, cultural, contextual and religious factors worldwide. Very few studies have compared the variations in understanding about academic integrity among medical faculty and students. This study explored the existing understanding of academic integrity in a Saudi and a UK medical school.

Methods

The validated Dundee Polyprofessionalism Inventory I: Academic Integrity was administered online to the students and staff of a Saudi and a UK medical school. The data was analysed by SPSS software and a p value of less than 0.05 was considered significant.

Results

Of 1005 invitees, 411 completed the survey; response rate of 40.8%. The findings showed significant variations towards opinions of lapses of academic integrity. Mean rank scores showed that faculty of both schools were stricter than students and clinical staff were stricter than non-clinical staff (p < 0.05). The UK students were stricter for 16 and Saudi students were stricter for 10 lapses of academic integrity (p < 0.05). Yearly stratifications of students’ recommendations identified a pattern of learning process as indicated by higher sanctions by senior students than their junior counterparts.

Conclusion

This study identified some congruence as well as some significant dissimilarities in the sanctions for academic dishonesty. These data can be utilized for standard setting of professionalism that will facilitate the migration of International Medical Graduates by promoting their fitness to practise, especially probity and honesty, as defined by the General Medical Council of UK.  相似文献

Existing arguments against paid organ donation are examined and found to be unconvincing. It is argued that the real reason why organ sale is generally thought to be wrong is that (a) bodily integrity is highly valued and (b) the removal of healthy organs constitutes a violation of this integrity. Both sale and (free) donation involve a violation of bodily integrity. In the case of the latter, though, the disvalue of the violation is typically outweighed by the presence of other goods: chiefly, the extreme altruism involved in the giving. There is usually no such outweighing feature in the case of the former. Given this, the idea that we value bodily integrity can help to account for the perceived moral difference between sale and free donation.  相似文献

目的:探讨细胞游离DNA含量及DNA完整性在良恶性胸腹水中的临床意义.方法:应用实时ALU-qPCR(115 bp、247 bp)方法分析28例良性胸腹水患者和38例恶性胸腹水患者的胸腹水中细胞游离DNA含量以及DNA完整性的情况.结果:ALU247片段含量在良恶性胸腹水组中有统计学差异(P<0.05),但ALU115片段在两组中并无统计学差异(P>0.05);恶性胸腹水中DNA完整性明显高于良性对照组(P<0.05).DNA完整性的ROC曲线下面积为0.716(P<0.01).结论:恶性胸腹水有较高的ALU247片度含量以及DNA完整性,其中DNA完整性可能是一个很有价值的诊断指标.  相似文献

目的 研究冷冻储存对精子形态、氧化应激水平和核DNA损伤的影响.方法 根据WHO的标准(1999年),随机选取正常精液样本、异常精液样本各30例.分别检测精子冷冻前后正常形态率、丙二醛(MDA)浓度和DNA损伤率.结果 ①两组精液精子冷冻前后变化:冷冻后正常精液组中精子正常形态率降低明显,MDA值升高显著(P<0.05);DNA损伤率升高,但差异无统计学意义.而冷冻后异常精液组中精子正常形态率明显降低,MDA值显著升高,DNA损伤率升高(P<0.05);②两组精液之间冷冻损伤的比较:冷冻对异常精液正常形态精子损伤、DNA损伤明显高于正常精液组(P<0.05);③精子正常形态率与MDA浓度呈负相关(r=-0.525),MDA浓度与DNA损伤率呈正相关(r=0.692).结论 冷冻可导致异常精液的正常形态率下降,脂质过氧化损伤、DNA损伤率升高.而在正常精液中则导致精子正常形态率的下降,脂质过氧化损伤的增加.  相似文献

目的研究上游法和密度梯度离心法处理对精液常规参数、顶体完整性及DNA损伤的影响。方法 90例男性精液标本用上游法和密度梯度离心法处理,检测处理前后精液常规参数、精子顶体完整率及精子DNA碎片指数。结果两种方法处理后,精子浓度明显下降(P〈0.01),精子活率、活力明显提高(P〈0.01);正常形态精子比例和顶体完整率显著提高(P〈0.05),DNA碎片指数显著降低(P〈0.01),两种处理方法比较差异无统计学意义。结论两种处理方法均可以使顶体完整精子比例较处理前明显提高,DNA损伤精子比例较处理前明显降低,但两法之间无统计学差异。两种处理方法均可以不同程度优化精液质量,实验室可根据精液情况选择处理方法。  相似文献

This paper explores the respective legitimacy or illegitimacy of medical authority over nursing work. The analysis makes use of Joseph Raz's ideas concerning the nature of authority. Various scenarios are considered which lend themselves to differing interpretations, and the conclusion reached is that acting in accordance with legitimate medical authority enhances rather than compromises the nurse's professional integrity. Difficulties, however, may lie in disentangling legitimate from illegitimate attempts to control nursing work.  相似文献

Abstract:
This paper presents an overview on the school-running concept and practice of the Medical School of SUN Yat-sen University in recent decade. While inheriting the fine educational tradition of Three "Bs" and Three "Ss" ( emphasizing the mastery of basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills, as well as the development of serious attitudes, strict operating and stringent requirements for a high standard level ) , we established the Three-early-involvement Educational Model (early involvement in clinic practice, early involvement in scientific research, and early involvement in social practice ). In light of the integrated principles simplified as "earliness, integrity, strictness and solidity" in medical education (including the three-early-involvements; professional morality and medical ethics; the "Three Ss" and "Three Bs" ; solid clinical basics and sound monitoring) , we consolidated the professional quality, practical and innovative abilities of medical students in the cultivation qualified medical graduates. The paper can provide favorable reference for other medical schools in the training of qualified medical students.  相似文献
