Radionuclide renography and enzyme immunoassay used to evaluate renal function and renin--angiotensin--aldosterone system in 95 patients with chronic diffuse bronchitis demonstrate impairment of renal secretion and excretion in all the examinees. There are shifts in plasma renin activity and aldosterone concentration. The above defects depend on cardial--pulmonary insufficiency and respiratory--hemodynamic disorders.  相似文献

A decrease in the content of lysosomal cation proteins in 75 patients with acute pneumonia and chronic bronchitis and the recovery of their level in pneumonia patients after treatment allows the assessment of non-specific reactivity of the organism. The reliable difference in the level of cation proteins in ordinary and purulent chronic bronchitis enables one to use this test for the differentiation of the character of inflammation.  相似文献

AIM: To study content of interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta) and free radical oxidation in neutrophils of blood, saliva and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) in chronic bronchitis for prediction of obstructive defects. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Enzyme immunoassay was used to measure IL-1 beta in the blood, saliva, BAL of 49 males with chronic bronchitis aged 39-72 years. Functional ability of the neutrophils to generate free oxygen radicals was assessed by luminol-dependent chemiluminescence. RESULTS: Patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis exhibited excessive accumulation of IL-1 beta in the blood and BAL, enhanced activity of hematosalivary barrier for IL-1 beta and production of active oxygen radicals by systemic and tissue neutrophils. CONCLUSION: Elevated concentration of systemic and tissue IL-1 beta, activation of free radical oxidation by blood neutrophils and BAL, enhancement of hematosalivary barrier for IL-1 beta can be considered as prognostically unfavourable factors of bronchial obstruction in patients with chronic bronchitis.  相似文献

AIM: Investigation of functional-metabolic activity of leukocytes by assessment of basic components of the microbicidal system in the course of chronic brucellosis with reference to the stage, severity, complications and concomitant diseases. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Time course of changes in myeloperoxidase, acid and alkaline phosphatase activity, levels of cation protein, glycogen and lipids in leukocytes were studied in seventy-one 16-70-year-old patients with exacerbation of chronic brucellosis. The diagnosis of primary-chronic, secondary-chronic brucellosis, subcompensation was made in 13, 58 and 69 patients, respectively. 14 patients had chronic infectious inflammatory diseases, 13 patients had chronic non-inflammatory diseases. RESULTS: Patients with chronic brucellosis at the height of the exacerbation had suppressed activity of myeloperoxidase and lowered level of cationic protein with high activity of acid and alkaline phosphatases, elevated glycogen and lipids in leukocytes. General condition of the patients improved in parallel with multidirectional shifts in the levels of microbicidal system components with normalization at the stage of persistent remission. CONCLUSION: Changes in the level of intracellular components of leukocytes depended on brucellosis stage, severity, complications, concomitant diseases, completeness of recovery. This is of clinico-diagnostic significance.  相似文献

Cytochemistry and cytofluorometry were employed to study the main components of the intraleukocyte microbicide system of neutrophils in 52 patients with typhoid fever. During the disease there was a consistent decrease in the content of cationic protein and in the activity of leukocyte myeloperoxidase depending on the stage and severity of the pathological process. At the same time an increase in the glycogen content and activation of acid and alkaline phosphatases of leukocytes with a maximum at the disease height were detected. Addition of the complications aggravated cytochemical alterations in the cell and led to the delay in their elimination. Profound qualitative and quantitative changes in the activity of intracellular components with a visible clinical recovery of the patients pointed to an unfavourable prognosis.  相似文献

目的:探讨支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索治疗支气管扩张感染的临床疗效。方法:将2011年6月~2013年12月我院救治的100例支气管扩张感染患者随机等分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索治疗,对照组给予生理盐水灌洗治疗,对两组临床疗效进行对比。结果:灌洗治疗后观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,治疗后血氧饱和度以及动脉氧分压优于对照组,两组比较均有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索治疗支气管扩张感染,临床疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床广泛推广。  相似文献
