应用免疫细胞化学技术(双PAP法),采用三种人结肠癌相关抗原的单克隆抗体(MC_5、CL—2、CL—4),对205例大肠癌及癌旁粘膜进行检测,结果显示癌旁移行粘膜相关抗原阳性率介于正常粘膜与不典型增生之间。此结果可能提示癌旁移行粘膜具有癌前病变性质。  相似文献

目的探讨联合应用生长激素和谷氨酰胺对小肠粘膜的营养作用.材料和方法研究选用40只手术成功的SD短肠大鼠,按2×2析因实验设计随机分为四组,分别给予常规全肠外营养、附加谷氨酰胺、附加生长激素及附加谷氨酰胺和生长激素全肠外营养,持续6天.应用光镜和电镜技术对残留小肠进行形态学对比研究.结果单用谷氨酰胺和生长激素均可不同程度增加小肠粘膜的粘膜厚度、肠腺深度、绒毛高度和表面积(P<0.01),维持肠粘膜上皮吸收细胞超微结构的正常形态,但联用谷氨酰胺和生长激素的效果优于各自单独使用(P<0.01).结论研究表明联合应用谷氨酰胺和生长激素能够更有效的防止小肠粘膜萎缩,维持其上皮吸收细胞超微结构的正常形态和结构完整性,为临床谷氨酰胺和生长激素的联合应用提供实验依据.  相似文献

本研究应用手术显微镜和扫描电镜观察了人舌粘膜的微血管构筑。舌深动脉长支和舌背动脉终支在舌粘膜下形成一完整的致密动脉网,跨越界沟和舌正中线,成为一整体。由动脉网发出微动脉支进入舌粘膜内,形成粘膜内的毛细血管网和各种乳头毛细血管丛。另外,还讨论了舌粘膜下馓血管构筑和舌瓣设计与临床舌诊的关系。  相似文献

目的 :探讨联合应用生长激素和谷氨酰胺对短肠大鼠小肠粘膜吸收功能的影响。材料和方法 :研究选用 40只手术成功的SD短肠大鼠 ,按 2× 2析因实验设计随机分为四组 ,分别给予常规全肠外营养、附加谷氨酰胺、附加生长激素及附加谷氨酰胺和生长激素全肠外营养 ,持续 6天。应用生化酶学的方法测定各组小肠粘膜上皮Na+ ,K+ ATPase的活性。结果 :谷氨酰胺组小肠粘膜Na+ ,K+ ATPase的活性较常规组明显增高 ;生长激素组Na+ ,K+ ATPase的活性无明显增高 ;而联合应用谷氨酰胺和生长激素组小肠粘膜上皮Na+ ,K+ ATPase的活性较常规组亦有显著性增高。结论 :研究表明联合应用谷氨酰胺和生长激素能够有效的增加小肠粘膜上皮Na+ ,K+ AT Pase的活性 ,从而提高其吸收功能。  相似文献

目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在泪囊慢性炎症组织中的表达,初步探讨慢性泪囊炎粘膜增生的发病机理。方法:应用免疫组化方法对12例慢性泪囊炎粘膜组织中VEGF的表达进行标记,分析粘膜不同部位VEGF的表达情况。选8例正常泪囊粘膜作为对照。结果:VEGF主要表达于上皮基底细胞层,阳性率为44.3%±7.6%,明显高于粘膜表皮和结缔组织间质(阳性率分别为16.9%±4.6%和15.2%±4.9%)(P<0.05),在正常粘膜中未见表达。结论:VEGF可能在慢性泪囊炎粘膜增生的病理过程中发挥重要的作用。  相似文献

本文报告在内镜直视下应用国产激光多普勒血流计测定了45例正常老年人(年龄65~87岁)胃及十二指肠球部十二个不同部位的粘膜血流量。并与55例正常青中年人(年龄18~44岁)进行了比较。结果表明:虽然正常老年人胃十二指肠粘膜血流量与正常中青年人的粘膜血流分布相似,即从胃窦部开始随着部位升高,粘膜血  相似文献

目的:研究食管胃粘膜线的形态学特点,为临床应用提供解剖学基础。方法:取76例成人标本,观察食管胃粘膜线的位置和形态。Olympus胃镜下观察20例成人粘膜线的形态。取粘膜线处的组织,作石蜡切片,HE染色,显微镜下观察组织结构。结果:食管胃粘膜线多位于膈与贲门切迹的平面之间(72%),距膈(1.71±0.89)cm。齿状线62例(82%),环形线14例(18%)。粘膜线多斜向右下方(78%)。胃镜下观察到粘膜线两侧粘膜颜色对比明显,食管粘膜呈淡粉红色或淡黄红色,胃粘膜呈桔红色。粘膜线上下两侧分别被覆复层扁平上皮和单层柱状上皮,粘膜交界处的组织疏松,深方的环层肌增厚。结论:胃镜检查时可根据位置和粘膜颜色对比确认食管胃粘膜线。  相似文献

Dermatopontin is a widely distributed small molecular weight protein in the extracellular matrix (ECM) and today its homologues are known in five mammals and several invertebrates. The structures of these homologues are relatively well conserved among the species. In the skin, dermatopontin is located mainly on the surface of the collagen fibers. It is found in the conditioned medium and also in the cytoplasm of cultured fibroblasts. Early studies focused on ECM assembly (collagen fibrillogenesis) and interactions (with the proteoglycan decorin). Subsequently, a targeted disruption of dermatopontin resulted in a phenotype similar to Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. In addition, a cell adhesion activity of this protein for dermal fibroblasts and several other cells was found, and this activity might suggest this protein's involvement in wound healing. The expression of dermatopontin around an infarct zone of experimental myocardial infarction may support this possibility. In invertebrates, dermatopontin homologues act mainly as adhesion/agglutination molecules. In addition, we found that transforming growth factor-β1 interacts with dermatopontin and the function of this cytokine is modified by dermatopontin. Recently, the involvement of this protein in cell proliferation has been indicated. In this review we describe the reported functions of this protein and speculate on the multiple roles of this largely uncharacterized matrix molecule.  相似文献

This Special Issue on Clinical Genetics in Asia highlights a collection of articles showing the growth, development, and current status of clinical genetics in Asia. In this Introduction, the Guest Editors share on the themes of this issue to provide useful insights into the rapid growth of genomics and clinical genetics in this region. The contents of this Issue cover a range of topics from the history and development of clinical genetics in Asia to studies on disorders with clinical significance or phenotype differences in the Asian populations to the status of precision medicine. The goal is to provide a glimpse of how significantly the field of genetics in Asia has developed in recent years with the aspiration that this can serve as a catalyst to increase international collaboration and cooperation in combating genetic diseases. We hope that this issue shows Asia's readiness and willingness to be a part of more international conversations about genetics in future.  相似文献

The phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt signaling axis plays an important role in cellular proliferation and growth signaling. With respect to the immune system, a growing body of data is helping to elucidate the role of this pathway in lymphocyte development, as well as to show how perturbations that lead to unregulated activation in this pathway may produce systemic autoimmunity or malignancy. Various knockout and transgenic murine models have been described for key mediators of this signaling pathway. Many of these models resulting in the activation of this pathway demonstrate features of systemic autoimmunity linking this pathway to autoimmune disease. Here, we review recently described murine models that exhibit activated PI3K/Akt signaling and the potential role this pathway in autoimmune disease, and also discuss the therapeutic implications of these findings.  相似文献

The use of meta-analysis in microbiology may facilitate decision-making that impacts public health policy. Directed at clinicians and researchers in microbiology, this review outlines the steps in performing this statistical technique, addresses its biases and describes its value in this discipline. The survey to estimate extent of the use of meta-analyses in microbiology shows the remarkable growth in the use of this research methodology, from a minimal Asian output to a level comparable with those of Europe and North America in the last 7 years.  相似文献

One of the most difficult and confusing issues for clinical lipidologists and physicians in general has been the management of low concentrations of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. We know this to be a very powerful predictor of risk in scores of community-based and clinical trial cohorts. Raising this number in many patients would seem to provide a great therapeutic opportunity, but so far this concept has been very difficult to prove. I have been joined for this discussion by a cardiovascular epidemiologist, Dr. Rachel Mackey, from the University of Pittsburgh and two clinical lipidologists who have studied and written in depth about this problem. These are Dr. Benjamin Ansell from the University of California in Los Angeles and Dr. Peter Toth from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Our objective in this discussion is to give primary care clinicians our thoughts about the recent research findings and the implications of these data on the best clinical practice.  相似文献

The first finding of antibody to human T-lymphotropic virus type 1 in Australia, specifically in Australian Aborigines, is reported. The overall results suggest that this is a new area to be added to the known endemic areas for this virus. Antibody prevalence in each of two widely separated areas was found to be approximately 16% in 1977, and in one of these areas this had increased to approximately 34% in 1984/86. In this area no antibody to this virus was detected in children under 4 years of age.  相似文献
