Objective To study the chemical constituents of Swertia cincta.Methods Preparative liquid chromatography was employed.The structures of the compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis.Results Three secoiridoid glycosides were isolated from S.cincta and identified as 8-methoxyl-eustomorusside(1),secoiridoids eustomorusside(2),and eustomoside(3).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new secoiridoid glycoside.Compounds 2 and 3 are isolated from this plant for the first time.  相似文献

目的研究毛冬青Ilex pubescens根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱法对毛冬青根中的化学成分进行分离纯化,应用谱学技术和化学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了1个三萜苷皂类化合物3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-3β,19α,24-三羟基齐墩果酸(1)。结论化合物1为新的化合物,命名为毛冬青皂苷D。  相似文献

Objective To study the constituents in the twigs and leaves of Rhododendron primulaeflorum. Methods The constituents were separated and purified with chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (1D, 2D NMR, IR, and HR-ESI-MS) and chemical analyses. Results One new phenylpropanol glycoside, 4-hydroxyl-5-methoxyl-phenylpropanol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), and its aglycone (2) were successfully isolated from the twigs and leaves of R. primulaeflorum. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new phenylpropanol glycoside. Compounds 1 and 2 are isolated from this plant for the first time.  相似文献

A new secoiridoid glycoside, hydrachoside A (1), along with 14 known compounds, was isolated from the leaves of Hydrangea chinensis. The absolute stereochemistry of the side chain attached to C-15 on the secoiridoid glycoside hydrangenoside E (2) was determined by NMR spectral analysis. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. The previously reported structure, hydrachine A (3), was revised as its epimer, (-)-neodichroine (4), a new compound.  相似文献

目的研究女贞子的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20和RP-HPLC等色谱分离手段对女贞子70%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到1个裂环环烯醚萜苷类化合物,鉴定为6′-O-肉桂酰基-8-表-金吉苷酸(6′-O-cinnamoyl-8-epi-kingisidic acid,1)。结论化合物1为新化合物。  相似文献

Two new secoiridoid glycosides, 4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylgentiopicroside (1) and 6'-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylgentiopicroside (2), have been isolated from the rhizomes and roots of Gentiana scabra together with three known compounds, olivieroside, 1-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylamplexine, and benzyl alcohol O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl (1 --> 6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated using chemical and physicochemical (MS and NMR) studies.  相似文献

目的 :研究中药玉竹Polygonatumodoratum的化学成分。方法 :用硅胶柱色谱法和光谱分析法分离和鉴定化学成分。结果 :从中药玉竹中分离到一个二肽类成分和一个呋甾烷醇苷 ,经化学和光谱分析鉴定其结构分别为N(N-苯甲酰基-S-苯丙胺酰基 )-S-苯丙胺醇醋酸酯 (1)和2 2-羟基-25(R ,S) 呋甾-5-烯-12-酮-3β ,22 ,26 三醇-26-O-β-D- 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (2 )。 结论 :化合物 (2 )为新化合物 ,同时也是首次报道的仅C-26位被糖基化的单糖链呋甾烷醇苷。  相似文献

The aqueous acetone extract from the roots of a Chinese herbal medicine, Rubia yunnanensis, showed a potent inhibitory effect on nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-activated macrophages. Five new arborinane-type triterpenes, rubianols-a (1), -b (2), -c (3), -d (4), and -e (5), and a new arborinane-type triterpene glycoside, rubianoside I (6), were isolated from the herbal crude extract together with 10 known compounds. The absolute stereostructures of 1-6 were determined on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence, including the application of the modified Mosher's method. The effects of the isolated constituents on nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-activated macrophages were examined, and several triterpenes were found to show inhibitory activity.  相似文献

Six new secoiridoid glycosides, gentiascabraside A (1), 6beta-hydroxyswertiajaposide A (2), 1-O-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-4-epiamplexine (3), and scabrans G3 (4), G4 (5), and G5 (6), have been isolated from the rhizomes and roots of Gentiana scabra together with a known compound, swertiajaposide A (7). 目的:利用高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法(HPLC—DAD—ESI—MS^2)分析了破骨风中裂环环烯醚萜苷类成分。方法:采用该方法得到了破骨风中裂环环烯醚萜苷类成分的紫外(UV)色谱图、总离子流(TIC)色谱图和萃取离子(EIC)色谱图,以及相应色谱峰的紫外光谱图和EIC/MS^2的质谱图,结合文献对其进行解析。结果:鉴别出破骨风中6个裂环环烯醚萜苷类成分,分别为Jasminoside,Jaslanceoside A,Jaslanceoside B,Jaslanceoside C,Jaslanceoside D和Jaslanceoside E;同时发现还有4个未知结构裂环环烯醚萜苷类化合物存在,并对它们的结构进行了推测。结论:高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法可以用于分析破骨风中裂环环烯醚萜苷类成分。  相似文献

Six new sucrose esters, sibiricoses A(1)-A(6) (1-6), two new xanthone C-glycosides, sibiricaxanthones A (7) and B (8), and a new acetophenone glycoside, sibiricaphenone (9), were isolated from the roots of Polygala sibirica together with six known glycosides. Phytochemical investigation of the chemical constituents of the roots of Actaea pachypoda afforded 12 9,19-cyclolanostane type triterpenoids, including the new 7,8-dihydroactaeaepoxide 3-O-beta-d-xylopyranoside (1), 12-deacetoxyactaeaepoxide 3-O-beta-d-xylopyranoside (2), and 12beta-acetoxycimigenol (3).
