目的:探讨软骨母细胞瘤的影像学表现。方法:回顾性分析10例经病理证实的软骨母细胞瘤的影像学资料,10例均有X线平片检查,其中7例同时做CT扫描,3例做了MR检查。结果:10例中,8例X线平片显示病灶边缘清晰,可见偏心膨胀性改变,4例病变累及骨骺,4例X线示病灶内有明显的不规则钙化。7例行CT扫描显示病灶边界清晰和斑点、片状钙化。3例MRI检查显示病灶边界清楚,T1WI低信号、T2WI混杂稍高信号。结论:X线检查是软骨母细胞瘤的首选检查方法,CT和MRI是必要的补充检查方法。软骨母细胞瘤的影像学表现具有一定的特征性,结合临床病史可以提高该病诊断和鉴别诊断能力。  相似文献

目的:探讨软骨母细胞瘤的影像学表现.材料和方法:回顾性分析34例经病理证实的软骨母细胞瘤的影像学资料,其中34例均有X线平片,1例X线分层,10例CT扫描,7例做了MRI检查.结果:34例中15例X线平片示病灶内有明显的大小不一的钙化,28例X线平片显示病灶边缘均清晰可见.10例行CT扫描的病例显示清晰病灶边界和相应钙化.7例MRI检查病灶为边界清楚,3例T1WI低信号、T2WI中低信号,4例T1WI低信号、T2WI多房高信号,3例可见相应的骨髓水肿,2例显示骨皮质反应,1例显示关节滑膜炎,1例MRI增强的病灶可见病灶部分实质和分房的间隔明显强化.结论:X线平片仍为软骨母细胞瘤的首选检查方法.CT较好地显示骨骼的微细改变.MRI对显示病灶的范围、大小、周围骨骼及软组织的水肿、骨皮质改变和相应的关节改变有明显的优势,并为鉴别诊断提供信息.  相似文献

目的 评价跟骨骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的影像学表现,鉴别病变的良恶性.方法 回顾性分析经穿刺和手术病理证实的22例跟骨病变的影像学表现,其中6例良性肿瘤,4恶性肿瘤,12例肿瘤样病变.22例中21例行X线检查,10例行CT检查,3例行MRI检查.结果 22例跟骨病变中,良性骨肿瘤包括4例成软骨细胞瘤、1例骨样骨瘤、1例骨巨细胞瘤;骨肿瘤样病变包括10例骨囊肿和2例动脉瘤样骨囊肿;恶性骨肿瘤包括2例骨肉瘤、1例软骨肉瘤和1例滑膜肉瘤.结论 X线平片、CT及MRI综合表现可做到对跟骨骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变较为准确的定性分析,特别是良恶性鉴别.  相似文献

目的:探讨不同病理类型骨肉瘤的X线、CT及MRI表现。方法:搜集经病理证实的23例骨肉瘤患者的影像学资料,其中23例均行X线检查,22例行CT检查,19例行MRI检查,分析其X线、CT及MRI表现。结果:23例中骨母细胞型骨肉瘤10例,均可见不同类型的瘤骨;纤维母细胞型骨肉瘤6例,以溶骨性破坏为主,部分病例见少量瘤骨;软骨母细胞型骨肉瘤5例,可见成簇分布的点状、环状的瘤骨,增强扫描呈环状/花边状/间隔强化;血管扩张型骨肉瘤1例;小圆细胞型骨肉瘤1例。结论:X线、CT及MRI对不同病理类型的骨肉瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有一定作用。  相似文献

目的:分析软骨母细胞瘤的影像学特征及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析24例经病理证实的软骨母细胞瘤的影像学资料,其中24例均有X线平片,20例CT扫描,12例MRI检查。结果:24例中,X线表现为骨质破坏(22例),病灶周围硬化边(15例),病灶内明显的斑点状及片状钙化(14例)。20例CT均显示清晰骨质破坏及硬化边,伴有明显的斑点/片状钙化(18例),骨膜反应(5例)及周围软组织肿胀(9例)。12例MRI显示边界清楚的长T1、长短混杂T2信号,5例可见明显的骨髓水肿,3例显示骨膜反应,增强4例强化较明显。结论:软骨母细胞瘤的影像学表现多具有一定的特征性,综合分析X线、CT、MRI表现有助于正确诊断。  相似文献

目的:探讨MRI对膝关节自发性软骨下骨坏死的诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析22例(31个膝关节)膝关节自发性软骨下骨坏死患者的病例资料.所有病例均行X平片和MRI检查,其中8个膝关节同时进行CT检查.结果:X线平片显示无病灶膝关节28个,病灶膝关节3个,显示率9.7%.CT扫描8个膝关节中,显示6个病变膝关节,显示率75%.MRI检查出所有膝关节病灶,检出率100%.结论:MRI是膝关节自发性软骨下骨坏死最佳的影像学检查方法,发现骨坏死的敏感性极高,有助于临床诊断和及时治疗.  相似文献

目的探讨侵袭性骨母细胞瘤的影像表现及提高其影像诊断水平。资料与方法回顾性分析9例经病理证实的侵袭性骨母细胞瘤患者的X线、CT、MRI表现。8例行X线平片检查,4例行CT检查,6例行MRI检查。结果 9例侵袭性骨母细胞瘤中,6例表现为斑片状、虫蚀样的溶骨性骨质破坏,3例呈膨胀性骨质破坏,3例可见短小液-液平面,3例可见斑点状及絮状钙化影,1例可见硬化边,2例可见葱皮状骨膜反应,9例均可见明显软组织肿块。结论综合分析侵袭性骨母细胞瘤影像学资料能够提高对其诊断的准确性。  相似文献

目的:探讨少见部位软骨母细胞瘤的影像学表现及其临床诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的7例少见部位软骨母细胞瘤患者的病例资料.肿瘤位于距骨2例、跟骨2例、髌骨、坐骨结节及耻骨下支各1例.行X线平片检查7例,CT平扫4例,MRI平扫及增强检查4例.结果:X线平片示膨胀性骨质破坏5例,囊状骨质破坏1例,灶周硬化3例,病灶内小斑片状钙化1例;平片漏诊1例.4例CT均显示膨胀性骨质破坏,灶周硬化,病灶内斑点状或小斑片状钙化.MRI上病变呈膨胀性骨质破坏3例,囊状骨质破坏1例,4例病灶信号均混杂,灶周均可见低信号线状影及明显的骨髓水肿.结论:少见部位软骨母细胞瘤具有膨胀性骨质破坏及灶周骨髓水肿明显的特点,平片、CT和MRI三种检查方法联合应用对本病的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值.  相似文献

目的 :探讨股骨头缺血坏死的影像学表现及各种影像检查方法对其诊断价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析了 72例股骨头缺血坏死病例 ,男 5 0例 ,女 2 2例 ,平均年龄 45岁 ,病程 2个月~ 2 0年。病例均行X线检查 ,3 5例行CT检查 ,2 1例行MRI检查。结果 :X线平片、CT及MRI发现股骨头缺血坏死的阳性率分别是 72 %、89%及 10 0 %。结论 :按检出率、敏感性和特异性的差异 ,诊断股骨头缺血坏死MRI应为首选 ,其次为CT ,最后为X线检查。  相似文献

The Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) is a self-administered instrument measuring outcome after knee injury at impairment, disability, and handicap level in five subscales. Reliability, validity, and responsiveness of a Swedish version was assessed in 142 patients who underwent arthroscopy because of injury to the menisci, anterior cruciate ligament, or cartilage of the knee. The clinimetric properties were found to be good and comparable to the American version of the KOOS. Comparison to the Short Form-36 and the Lysholm knee scoring scale revealed expected correlations and construct validity. Item by item, symptoms and functional limitations were compared between diagnostic groups. High responsiveness was found three months after arthroscopic partial meniscectomy for all subscales but Activities of Daily Living.  相似文献

Objective To investigate endovascular treatment of traumatic direct carotid-cavernous fistulas (CCF) and their complications such as pseudoaneurysms. Methods: Over a five-year period, 22 patients with traumatic direct CCFs were treated endovascularly in our institution. Thirteen patients were treated once with the result of CCF occluded, 8 twice and 1 three times. Treatment modalities included balloon occlusion of the CCF, sacrifice of the ipsilateral internal carotid artery with detachable balloon, coll embolization of the cavernous sinus and secondary pseudoaneurysms, and covered-stem management of the pseudoaneurysms. Results All the direct CCFs were successfully managed endovascularly. Four patients developed a pseudoaneurysm after the occlusion of the CCF with an incidence of pseudoaneurysm formation of 18.2% (4/22). A total number of 8 patients experienced permanent occlusion of the ICA with a rate of ICA occlusion reaching 36.4% (8/22). Followed up through telephone consultation from 6 months to 5 years, all did well with no recurrence of CCF symptoms and signs. Conclusion Traumatic direct CCFs can be successfully managed with endovascular means. The pseudoaneurysms secondary to the occlusion of the CCFs can be occluded with stent-assisted coiling and implantation of covered stents.  相似文献

Acute limping may be the result of multiple pathologies in children. The differential diagnosis varies based on the age of the child. Irrespective of age, the initial imaging work-up includes AP and frog leg radiographs of the pelvis and ultrasound; MRI may sometimes be helpful. In children less than 3 years, infections and trauma are most frequent. MRI is the imaging modality of choice when osteomyelitis is clinically suspected. Between the ages of 3 and 10 years, transient synovitis of the hip and Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease are main considerations but infection, inflammation and focal bony lesions are also considered. In response to the ENFSI and EDNAP groups’ call for new STR multiplexes for Europe, Promega® developed a suite of four new DNA profiling kits. This paper describes the developmental validation study performed on the PowerPlex® ESI 16 (European Standard Investigator 16) and the PowerPlex® ESI 17 Systems. The PowerPlex® ESI 16 System combines the 11 loci compatible with the UK National DNA Database®, contained within the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® PCR Amplification Kit, with five additional loci: D2S441, D10S1248, D22S1045, D1S1656 and D12S391. The multiplex was designed to reduce the amplicon size of the loci found in the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® kit. This design facilitates increased robustness and amplification success for the loci used in the national DNA databases created in many countries, when analyzing degraded DNA samples. The PowerPlex® ESI 17 System amplifies the same loci as the PowerPlex® ESI 16 System, but with the addition of a primer pair for the SE33 locus. Tests were designed to address the developmental validation guidelines issued by the Scientific Working Group on DNA Analysis Methods (SWGDAM), and those of the DNA Advisory Board (DAB). Samples processed include DNA mixtures, PCR reactions spiked with inhibitors, a sensitivity series, and 306 United Kingdom donor samples to determine concordance with data generated with the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® kit. Allele frequencies from 242 white Caucasian samples collected in the United Kingdom are also presented. The PowerPlex® ESI 16 and ESI 17 Systems are robust and sensitive tools, suitable for the analysis of forensic DNA samples. Full profiles were routinely observed with 62.5 pg of a fully heterozygous single source DNA template. This high level of sensitivity was found to impact on mixture analyses, where 54–86% of unique minor contributor alleles were routinely observed in a 1:19 mixture ratio. Improved sensitivity combined with the robustness afforded by smaller amplicons has substantially improved the quantity of data obtained from degraded samples, and the improved chemistry confers exceptional tolerance to high levels of laboratory prepared inhibitors.  相似文献
