Extracts of five indigenous Thai medicinal having ethnomedical application in the treatment of dysuria were investigated for their diuretic activity. Root extracts of Ananas comosus and Carica papaya, given orally to rats at a dose of 10 mg/kg, demonstrated significantly increased urine output (P < 0.01) which was 79 and 74%, respectively, of the effect of an equivalent dose of hydrochlorothiazide. Both plant extracts gave similar profiles of urinary electrolyte excretion to that of the hydrochlorothiazide. The analyses of the urinary osmolality and electrolyte excretion per unit time suggest the observed effect of A. comosus was intrinsic, whereas that of C. papaya may have resulted from a high salt content of this extract. However, our experimental evidence on the diuretic activities of the other three plants did not parallel their local utilization for dysuria. It was found that the rhizome of Imperata cylindrica apparently inhibited the urination of rats whereas the rhizome of Cyperus rotundus and the stem of Averrhoa carambola failed to demonstrate any diuretic activities. These results indicate that two of the plants investigated exert their action by causing diuresis. The other three plants need further investigation to determine their effectiveness in the treatment of dysuria.  相似文献

目的:研究白藜芦醇(Resveratrol)对妊娠期糖尿病大鼠血糖及氧化应激水平的影响。方法:取100只妊娠5天的SD大鼠,通过一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)35 mg?kg-1制备大鼠糖尿病模型,随机分为6组:妊娠糖尿病模型对照组4组,各组白藜芦醇的注射量分别为30、60、120和240 mg?kg-1,每组20只;正常妊娠对照组为20只妊娠5天SD大鼠;正常非妊娠对照组为20只非妊娠雌性大鼠。分别检测各组在第0、7、14天的空腹血浆血糖和胰岛素水平;治疗满2周后,检测各组大鼠血清中丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione Peroxidase,GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)的水平或活性。结果:与正常非妊娠对照组相比,正常妊娠对照组的大鼠空腹血浆血糖和胰岛素水平、血清中MDA 含量和SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性均无显著性差异(P>0.05);与妊娠期糖尿病模型组相比,白藜芦醇(30、60、120 和240 mg?kg-1)治疗组大鼠血清中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);白藜芦醇(120 和240 mg?kg-1)治疗组大鼠血糖水平显著降低、胰岛素水平显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),大鼠血清中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:白藜芦醇对妊娠期糖尿病大鼠有降低血糖、提高抗氧化能力的作用,且具有剂量依赖性,该作用可能与其能够有效提高胰岛素水平和改善抗氧化酶系统的活性有关。  相似文献

Objective To study the antidiabetic and anti-oxidative effects of honokiol(Hon)in Magnolia officinalis and its underlying molecular mechanism in diabetic rats induced by high-fat diet(HFD)and streptozotocin(STZ).Methods After ig administration with Hon[25,50,and 100 mg/(kg·d)]to diabetic rats for consecutive 10 weeks,the levels of blood glucose(BG),oral glucose tolerance(OGT),blood lipids including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),hepatic oxidative stress including the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),methane dicarboxylic aldehyde(MDA),and cytochrome P4502E1(CYP2E1)in diabetic rats were measured.Results Compared to the diabetic control rats,ig administration of Hon resulted in significant decrease in BG,TC,TG,and LDL-C levels in serum,as well as hepatic CYP2E1 activity and MDA content in diabetic rats,whereas the level of OGT and activities of hepatic CAT,SOD,and GSH-Px in diabetic rats were significantly increased.Conclusion Hon could alleviate hyperglycemia,hyperlipemia,hepatic oxidative damage,and insulin resistance in diabetic rats by inhibiting hepatic CYP2E1 activity.  相似文献

目的观察蒲公英水提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响,并探讨其改善胰岛素抵抗的作用机制。方法用高脂高糖饮食联合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗模型。将成模大鼠随机分为模型组,蒲公英水提取物高、中、低剂量组及吡格列酮组,并设正常组作对照。蒲公英水提取物高、中、低剂量组分别灌胃500、250、125 mg·kg^-1蒲公英水提取物稀释液,吡格列酮组灌胃3.15 mg·kg^-1吡格列酮溶液,正常组及模型组灌胃等体积生理盐水,每日1次,连续4周。观察大鼠一般状态及测定体质量;测定大鼠空腹血糖(FBG),行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)并计算血糖曲线下面积(AUC);测定大鼠血清胰岛素(FINS)并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)及胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI);测定大鼠血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及肝脏组织IkB激酶β(IKK-β)、核因子κB(NF-κB)mRNA表达;HE染色观察大鼠胰岛形态;免疫组化染色观察大鼠胰岛β细胞数目及胰岛素表达。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠多饮、多食、多尿现象明显,精神不振、活动减少,体质量下降明显(P<0.01);FBG、OGTT各时间点血糖、AUC均明显升高(P<0.01);FINS、IRI明显升高(P<0.01),ISI明显降低(P<0.01);IL-6、TNF-α、IKK-β、NF-κB均明显增加(P<0.01);HE染色胰岛形态不规则,边界模糊,胰岛细胞数目明显减少;免疫组化染色胰岛β细胞数目及胰岛素表达均明显减少。与模型组比较,蒲公英水提取物高、中剂量组大鼠的多饮、多食、多尿现象及精神状态明显改善,体质量增加明显(P<0.01,P<0.05);FBG、OGTT各时间点血糖及AUC均明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);FINS、IRI明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),ISI明显升高(P<0.01);IL-6、TNF-α、IKK-β、NF-κB均明显减少(P<0.01,P<0.05);HE染色胰岛形态及胰岛细胞数目改善明显,以高剂量组为佳;免疫组化染色胰岛β细胞数目及胰岛素表达明显增加,以高剂量组为佳。结论蒲公英水提取物可以有效改善2型糖尿病大鼠的胰岛素抵抗,以高剂量为佳,其机制可能与下调IKK-β/NF-κB信号通路中IKK-β、NF-κB的表达,减少炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α的生成有关。  相似文献

目的:研究菟丝子多糖对链脲佐菌素(STZ)致糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法:大鼠尾静脉注射50 mg.kg-1STZ制作糖尿病模型,10 d后以空腹血糖>11.1 mmol.L-1者作为糖尿病大鼠,每组8只,随机分为模型组,菟丝子多糖400,200,100 mg.kg-1剂量组和阿卡波糖15 mg.kg-1阳性对照组,另设正常对照组。各组大鼠ig给药(或生理盐水),连续给药15d,测定大鼠体重,空腹血糖,糖化血清蛋白,胰岛素和血脂水平等指标,观察菟丝子多糖对糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。结果:模型组大鼠体重显著下降(P<0.01),空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白、胆固醇(CHO),甘油三酯(TG)较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01),同时胰岛素水平显著降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,菟丝子多糖中、高剂量组大鼠体重显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白水平显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.01;P<0.01,P<0.05);菟丝子多糖高剂量组CHO水平显著下降(P<0.05),低、中、高剂量组TG水平均显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01)。菟丝子多糖各剂量组胰岛素水平上升无统计学意义。结论:菟丝子多糖能改善实验性糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢。  相似文献

目的:观察中药复方温筋通过糖尿病大鼠血糖、坐骨神经终末期糖基化终产物的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为预防组和治疗组,给予温筋通灌胃,并以氨基胍作为对照,治疗12周,观察温筋通过糖尿病大鼠血糖和坐骨神经终末期糖基化终产物的影响。结果:温筋通预防组和治疗组血糖、温筋通预防组和氨基胍组坐骨神经终末期糖基化终产物,均较模型组为低(P<0.01);氨基胍组血糖高于温筋通预防组(P<0.05),与模型组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:温筋通可能通过降低血糖、抑制终末期糖基化终产物在神经组织中的形成,从而预防糖尿病周围神经病变。  相似文献

目的:观察丹蛭降糖胶囊对实验性糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用.方法:大鼠静脉注射链脲佐菌素致实验性糖尿病模型,随机分为模型组、盐酸苯乙双胍组(75 mg·kg-1)、糖脉康组(1.5 g·kg-1)和丹蛭降糖胶囊高、中、低剂量组(生药13,6.5,3.2 g·kg-1),每组8只,另选8只正常大鼠为正常对照组,给药20 d后,观察各组大鼠体重、血糖、糖耐量、糖化血红蛋白及胰岛素水平的变化.结果:丹蛭降糖胶囊高剂量组能显著降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(P<0.01),改善糖耐量(P<0.01);各剂量组均能显著增加糖尿病大鼠的体重(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05)、降低糖化血红蛋白水平(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01);而不影响胰岛素水平.结论:丹蛭降糖胶囊对实验性糖尿病大鼠有显著降糖作用.  相似文献

Momordica charantia and Andrographis paniculata are the commonly used herbs by the diabetic patients in Pampanga, Philippines. While the anti-diabetic potential of Momordica charantia is well established in streptozocin- or alloxan-induced diabetic animals, the anti-diabetic potential of Andrographis paniculata in alloxan-induced diabetic rat is not known. Neither the effects of these herbs on estrous cyclicity of alloxan-induced diabetic rats are elucidated. Thus, in these experiments, Momordica charantia fruit juice or Andrographis paniculata decoction was orally administered to alloxan-induced diabetic rats. Rats that were treated with Momordica charantia and Andrographis paniculata had higher body weight (BW) compared with diabetic positive control (P < 0.01) from day 22 to day 27 (D27) but exhibited lower BW than the non-diabetic control (P < 0.05). These rats had lower feed (P < 0.05) and liquid intakes (P < 0.01) compared with diabetic positive control from day 17 to D27, but similar with the non-diabetic control. The blood glucose levels in these groups were significantly reduced from day 12 to D27 compared with diabetic positive control (P < 0.01), however, comparable with non-diabetic control. The diabetic positive control had extended mean estrous cycles (8 days) compared to Momordica charantia and Andrographis paniculata-treated diabetic rats (5 days; P < 0.05). Our results suggest that the anti-diabetic potentials of Momordica charantia and Andrographis paniculata could restore impaired estrous cycle in alloxan-induced diabetic rats.  相似文献

The antidiabetic effect of an alcohol extract of olive (Olea europaea L.) leaves was investigated in normal and streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. The oral administration of the olive leaves extract (0.1, 0.25 and 0.5 g/kg body wt) for 14 days significantly decreased the serum glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, urea, uric acid, creatinine, aspartate amino transferase (AST) and alanine amino transferase (ALT) while it increased the serum insulin in diabetic rats but not in normal rats (p < 0.05). A comparison was made between the action of olive leaves extract and glibenclamide (600 microg/kg), a known antidiabetic drug. The antidiabetic effect of the extract was more effective than that observed with glibenclamide.  相似文献

Objective: Using a diabetic rodent model of Zucker diabetic fatty(ZDF) rats and observing the effect of auricular concha electroacupuncture on the concentrations of glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in ZDF rats.Methods: Twenty male and 10-week-old ZDF rats and 24 Lean Control(LC) ZDF rats from the same phylum are randomly divided into Naive Group of LC Rat(N-LC, n=10), Naive Group of ZDF Rat(N-ZDF, n=10), Electroacupuncture to Auricular Concha Region Group of ZDF(ACR-ZDF, n=10).All the rats were observed for 30 days after 3-day adaptive rising.Then weight and blood glucose were measured once a week.For analyzing the concentration of plasma HbA1 c, blood samples were collected from the left heart ventricle upon sacrifice.Results: Before experiments, the glucose of ZDF rats was higher than that of LC rats(P0.01).For N-ZDF, the glucose of ACR-ZDF was reduced significantly(P0.01); from the trend of the change before and after the point, the glucose of LC rats was steady, but it increased in ZDF rats(P0.01), and the glucose of ACR-ZDF was controlled well in the 3rd week and the 4th week(P0.05).As compared with N-LC, the HbA1 C in N-ZDF and ACR-ZDF was higher(P0.05), and it reduced significantly in ACR-ZDF compared with N-ZDF(P0.01).Conclusion: Long-term daily auricular concha electroacupuncture treatments can reduce concentrations of glucose and HbA1 C.  相似文献

目的:观察银杏叶提取物(GbE)对糖尿病大鼠模型膈肌葡萄糖摄取率和葡萄糖转运体4(GLUT4)mRNA表达水平的影响.方法:40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组10只,造模组30只.应用高糖高脂饮食加小剂量链脲佐菌素诱发糖尿病大鼠模型.随机选取造模成功大鼠20只均分成2组:糖尿病组、GbE治疗组.GbE治疗组按8 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)剂量腹腔注射GbE,持续8周.检测各组大鼠空腹血糖和胰岛素水平,膈肌组织葡萄糖摄取率和CLUT4 mRNA水平,并观察其超微结构的变化.结果:与正常对照组比较,糖尿病组大鼠空腹血糖和胰岛素升高(P<0.01);膈肌葡萄糖摄取率和GLUT4 mR-NA水平下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);电镜下主要表现为膈肌线粒体扩张,嵴变短,空泡化.GbE治疗组L述变化明显减轻.结论:GbE可部分纠正糖尿病大鼠模型高血糖、高胰岛素状态,并减轻膈肌损伤,其作用与增强膈肌GLUT4基因表达,促进膈肌对葡萄糖的摄取和利用有关.  相似文献

目的观察丹酚酸B对糖尿病血糖波动模型大鼠胰岛细胞的保护作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法采用高糖高脂饮食合并ip链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法建立大鼠糖尿病模型,并在此基础上通过错时给予胰岛素或葡萄糖建立糖尿病血糖波动模型,丹酚酸B各组分别给予丹酚B 160、80 mg/kg。血糖波动6周后,检测大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和糖化血红蛋白(GHb)水平,并检测大鼠血清和胰腺组织总抗氧化能力(TAC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)水平,HE染色法观察大鼠胰岛组织病理学改变,TUNEL染色法检测大鼠胰岛细胞凋亡情况,Western blotting法检测胰腺组织胰十二指肠同源盒-1(PDX-1)蛋白表达水平。结果糖尿病大鼠FBG、GHb及血清和胰腺组织MDA水平较对照组明显升高,而FINS水平及血清和胰腺组织TAC、SOD活性显著下降(P0.01)。同时,糖尿病大鼠胰岛数量减少,胰岛体积缩小,胰岛细胞凋亡明显增多(P0.01),胰腺组织PDX-1蛋白表达水平显著下降(P0.01)。给予丹酚酸B 6周后,大鼠FINS水平,血清及胰腺组织中TAC、SOD活性均明显升高,而FBG、GHb、血清及胰腺组织中MDA水平明显下降(P0.05、0.01)。丹酚酸B明显改善大鼠胰岛病理学改变,减少胰岛细胞凋亡,增加PDX-1蛋白表达水平(P0.05、0.01)。结论丹酚酸B可明显减轻糖尿病血糖波动模型大鼠胰岛病变,改善胰岛功能,其作用机制可能与改善氧化应激、上调PDX-1蛋白表达水平,进而抑制胰岛细胞凋亡有关。  相似文献

目的:观察消渴胶囊对2型糖尿病模型大鼠的降血糖和降血脂作用。方法:Wistar大鼠70只,其中8只作为正常对照组。其余62只采用高脂高糖饲料喂养加小剂量ip链尿佐菌素(STZ)35 mg·kg-1造大鼠2型糖尿病模型,将血糖值>7.0 mmol·L-1的大鼠按照血糖浓度随机区组分为模型组,消渴胶囊高、中、低剂量组(0.4,0.2,0.1 g·kg-1),阳性药组(格列本脲0.25 mg·kg-1),连续ig给药36 d。给药期间每周测大鼠体质量,测量大鼠给药前1 d及给药后第8,16,24,32 d空腹血糖浓度,末次给药后12 h麻醉后断头处死大鼠。取血清测大鼠的血清胰岛素(INS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量;取大鼠的胰腺组织做组织病理学检查。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠的血糖明显升高(P<0.01),血清INS水平明显降低(P<0.01),血清TC,TG,LDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,消渴胶囊低、中、高剂量组均有明显的降糖作用(P<0.05),消渴胶囊中剂量组可明显降低血清INS,TC,TG和LDL-C的水平(P<0.05)。病理检查结果显示中剂量和高剂量组大鼠胰岛数及岛内细胞数较模型组为多,形态较为规则,胰岛内分泌细胞形态接近正常组。结论:消渴胶囊对2型糖尿病模型大鼠有降血糖以及降血脂的作用。  相似文献

目的:观察茱萸丸对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠降糖、降脂等作用的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠110只,随机抽取50只作为正常大鼠实验组,其余60只为糖尿病大鼠组。糖尿病组以高脂饲料诱导加链脲佐菌素(STZ)30 mg.kg-1 ip建立2型糖尿病模型,7 d后选取成模大鼠50只。50只正常大鼠和50只糖尿病大鼠各自按随机数字表法分为正常组(0.9%生理盐水)、模型组(0.9%生理盐水)、药物组(盐酸二甲双胍0.2 g.kg-1)、茱萸丸组(低、中、高剂量组分别为0.75,1.5,3 g.kg-1),每组10只。连续ig给药2周后,观察各组大鼠体重、血糖、血脂的变化。结果:茱萸丸对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠血糖有明显降低作用(P<0.01),对正常大鼠血糖无明显变化;能明显改善糖尿病大鼠的血脂(P<0.01),明显降低大鼠TC,TG,对糖尿病大鼠治疗后期的体重减轻起到延缓的作用(P<0.01)。结论:茱萸丸能降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖,改善糖尿病大鼠的血脂和体重。  相似文献

 目的比较牛膝多糖及其硫酸酯和磷酸酯衍生物对糖尿病大鼠血糖和血脂的影响。方法以链脲佐菌素制备SD大鼠糖尿病模型,观察牛膝多糖(AbP)、牛膝多糖硫酸酯衍生物(S-AbP)和牛膝多糖磷酸酯衍生物(P-AbP)对糖尿病大鼠的体重、空腹血糖的变化以及血脂水平的影响。结果AbP及其两种衍生物均能显著降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖(P<0.05或P<0.01),且S-AbP的降糖效果优于AbP和消渴丸(P<0.05);S-AbP还能使糖尿病大鼠体重增加(P<0.01),血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著升高(均P<0.01);P-AbP使糖尿病大鼠体重增加(P<0.05),血清TG水平降低、HDL-C水平升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);AbP只能使糖尿病大鼠的HDL-C水平升高(P<0.05)。结论S-AbP和P-AbP均能使糖尿病大鼠体重增加,血糖、血脂水平降低,且S-AbP效果优于AbP,对糖尿病治疗及其并发症的控制有一定的作用。  相似文献

目的:研究荔枝核水提取物(water extract from Semen Litchi,以下简称荔枝核)改善2型糖尿病大鼠(T2DM)胰岛素抵抗(IR)的药理学机制.方法:采用T2DR-IR模型,观察荔枝核对T2DM-IR大鼠空腹血清血糖(FSG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(A)、丙二醛(MDA)、瘦素(1eptin)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胰岛素(Fins)含量及胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),以及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等指标的影响.结果:荔枝核能显著降低T2DM-IR大鼠FSG、TC、TG、FFA、leptin和TNF-α含量及高胰岛素血症(P<0.05~0.01),显著提高ISI(P<0.01),增强胰岛素敏感性;加强SOD活性和降低MDA的含量(P<0.01),增强抗氧化能力;降低ALT、AST活性和BUN、Cr含量,提高TP、A含量(P<0.05~0.01),改善肝肾功能.结论:荔枝核能调整T2DM-IR大鼠Lept和TNF-α含量及高胰岛素血症,拮抗IR,改善胰岛素敏感性,调节糖脂代谢紊乱,增强抗氧化作用,并具有改善肝肾功能作用.  相似文献

目的:观察糖脂清方提高2型糖尿病大鼠学习记忆能力,保护海马神经元的作用。方法:SD雄性大鼠,采用高糖高脂饲料加链脲佐菌素(30 mg·kg-1)腹腔注射制作2型糖尿病模型。将造模大鼠随机分为模型组、糖脂清高、中、低(12,6,3 g·kg-1)剂量组,另设正常组。连续灌胃8周后进行水迷宫行为学测试,结束后处死取材。苏木-伊红(HE)染色观察海马组织病理形态学结构,原位末端转移酶标记技术(TUNEL)检测海马神经元细胞凋亡情况。结果:与模型组比较,糖脂清方能明显降低2型糖尿病大鼠血糖(P0.05,P0.01),明显缩短逃避潜伏期,增加穿越平台次数、原平台游泳路程及游泳时间(P0.05,P0.01);显著改善海马组织病理情况,更加显著地降低海马神经元细胞凋亡指数(P0.01)。结论:糖脂清方可以显著降低高糖高脂饮食加小剂量链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠模型的血糖水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,提高大鼠学习记忆能力,减少海马神经元细胞凋亡,并具有保护作用。  相似文献

Ipomoea aquatica Forsk is a common green leafy vegetable consumed in many parts of the world. The present study was designed to investigate the oral hypoglycaemic activity of Ipomea aquatica in streptozotocin induced diabetic Wistar rats, and Type II diabetic patients. Experimental diabetes was induced with streptozotocin in Wistar rats. The rats were then divided into test and control groups. In addition to the standard feed given to both groups the test was fed with the shredded leaves of Ipomoea aquatica (3.4 g/kg) for one week. Type II diabetic patients were subjected to a glucose challenge before and after a single dose of blended I. aquatica. Patients acted as their own controls. The results revealed that consumption of the shredded, fresh, edible portion of I. aquatica for one week, effectively reduced the fasting blood sugar level of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats (p = 0.01). When subjected to a glucose challenge, the Type II diabetic subjects showed a significant reduction (p = 0.001) in the serum glucose concentration 2 h after the glucose load. However, it was not significantly reduced at 1 h (p < 0.09) post glucose load. There was a 29.4% decrease in the serum glucose concentration of the diabetic patients when treated with the plant extract.  相似文献

目的:探讨胰康胶囊对四氧嘧啶诱发的高血糖大、小鼠模型的降糖作用.方法:尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶72 h造ICR小鼠(85 mg· kg-1)、SD大鼠(60 mg· kg-1)糖尿病模型后,随机分为6组:胰康胶囊高、中、低剂量组,模型对照组,盐酸二甲双胍阳性对照组,金芪降糖片阳性对照组.胰康胶囊小鼠2.8,1.4,0.7 g·kg-1,大鼠2.2,1.1,0.55 g·kg-1剂量下连续ig给药11d后,观察胰康胶囊高、中、低剂量降糖作用以及对正常小鼠葡萄糖耐量的影响.结果:胰康胶囊高、中、低剂量能使高糖模型小鼠血糖值明显降低,与模型组小鼠比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).降糖百分率分别为23.8%,21.1%,18.7%;胰康胶囊在给药11d和停药24 h能显著抑制高糖模型大鼠血糖升高;胰康胶囊对正常小鼠的葡萄糖耐量有明显改善作用.结论:胰康胶囊对四氧嘧啶所致高血糖小鼠、大鼠血糖值有明显降低作用;对正常小鼠的糖耐量有显著的改善作用.  相似文献
