Summary: The effect of ligustrazine on the expression of CD31 in syngenic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) mice was studied. Fifty-six Balb/c mice were divided into 3 groups: normal control group. BMT control group, and ligustrazine treated group. Syngenic BMT mouse models were established according to the literatures. In BMT control group and the ligustrazine treated group, the mice were given respecxively orally 0.2 mL saline and 2 mg ligustrazine twice a day. On the 7th, 14th, and 21st day after BMT, the mice were killed. The expression of CD31 on the surface of bone marrow nuclear cells (BMNC) was detected by flow cytometry. Peripheral blood leukocytes, platelets and BMNC were counted. Histological observation of bone marrow was made. The results showed thai in ligustrazine treated group the peripheral blood leukocylcs, platelets and BMNC counts, and the expression of CD31 on the day 7, 14, 21 after BMT were higher than in BMTcontrol group (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). In conclusion, ligustrazine could obviously enhance the CD31 expression on the surface of BMNC after syngcnic BMT in mice, which may be one of the mecha- nisms underlying the ligustrazine accelerating hematopoietic reconstitution in syngenic BMT.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM with supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and clearing heat principle (SQNYCH) combined with chemotherapy in treating myelocytic leukemia. Methods: One hundred and fourteen patients were randomly divided into the treated group (n= 68) and the control group (n= 46). To the treated group, SQNYCH was applied as the basic treatment, with combined chemotherapeutic protocol, using DA, HA and IA, to induce remission, and to the M3 patients, all-trans retinoic acid and arsenic trioxide were given. As for patients in the control group, only western medicine was administered. Results: In the treated group 49 patients (72.1%) were completely remitted, 9 (13.2%) partially remitted and the total remission rate being85. 3% , which was significantly different from that in the control group. After treatment, the blood and bone marrow picture were obviously improved in both groups, but the increase of hemoglobin and platelet were better in the treated group than those in the  相似文献

In order to evaluate the therapeutic effects of acupuncture-moxibustion on multiple aortitis, 80 cases (with involvement of the main arteries in the head and arms) were randomly divided into a treatment group treated with acupuncture-moxibustion, and a control group treated with TCM and western drugs. The therapeutic effects were compared. The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group (including 15% of the cure rate and 62.6% of the marked relief rate), and the total effective rate was 75% in the control group (including 12.5% of the marked relief rate). There was a significant difference in the therapeutic effects (P〈0.01) between the two groups. It can be concluded that acupuncture-moxibustion is obviously superior to the routine drug therapy for treatment of multiple aortitis.  相似文献

Objective: To explore the effects and possible mechanisms of Guiqi Oral Liquid (归芪口服injured mice were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treated group and the control group, and also a normal control group was set up with 6 mice in it receiving no treatment. After the mice in the former two groups were irradiated by 6.0 Gy 60Coγ-ray, every one of them was given 0.4 ml GQOL or saline in equal volume through a gastric tube twice a day for 14 days. On the 4th, 8th and 14th day after irradiation, the bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNC) and megakaryocytes in bone marrow tissues of the mice were counted, the proportion of hematopoietic tissues (by area) was measured, and the expression of adhesion molecules, CD44 and CD54, in bone marrow were estimated by immunochemistry. The colony forming unit of spleen (CFU-S)in the mice were counted on the 8th day after irradiation. Results: On the 4th, 8th, 14th day after irradiation,the count of BMMNC and megakaryocyte, and the proportion of hematopoietic tissues in the treated group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). CD44 and CD54 expression in the treated group were higher than those in the control group on the 4th and 8th day (P<0.01), but near normal on the 14th day ( P<0.01). On the 8th day, CFU-S count in the treated group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: GQOL can regulate the expression of adhesion molecules, CD44 and CD54, in the bone marrow of the acute irradiation injured mice, which may be one of the mechanisms of GQOL in accelerating the early phase hematopoiesis recovery of mice.  相似文献

Objective: To investigate the hemodynamic effect of Shen-Fu Injection(参附注射液, SFI) in early volume resuscitation treated septic shock patients by monitoring pulse indicator continuous cardiac output(PICCO). Methods: All septic shock patients admitted in the Intensive Care Unit of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1 st, 2014 to December 31 th, 2015, were reviewed, and totally 65 were enrolled in this study. They were assigned to SFI group(33 cases) and control group(32 cases). All 65 patients underwent conventional treatment mainly including volume resuscitation, antibiotics and vasoactive drugs therapy. The patients of the SFI group received additional 100 mL of SFI intravenously every 12 h. In all 65 patients, the PICCO arterial catheter and vein catheter were implanted within 1 h after the diagnosis of septic shock. In the course of early volume resuscitation, hemodynamic data of patients were recorded by PICCO monitor at 0, 12, and 24 h after the catheter implantation. Results: The hemodynamic indices of the two groups showed no significant differences at the beginning of 0 h(P0.05). At 12 and 24 h, the hemodynamic indices of SFI group were significantly improved in comparison with the control group(P0.05), including cardiac index(CI), global end diastolic volume index(GEDI), mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate(HR). In addition, there was no significant change of extra-vascular lung water index between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion: SFI significantly improved hemodynamic indices such as CI, GEDI, MAP and HR in early volume resuscitation treated septic shock patients.  相似文献

Objective: To study the expressions of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and its receptor (bFGFR) in bone marrow of mice with acute radiation injury, and to evaluate the effect of Ligustrazine (Lt) on them. Methods: Fifty-six Kunming mice of clean grade were randomly divided into 3 groups, the normal group, the control group and the Lt group. Mice in the latter two groups were once homogeneously systemic irradiated with 6.0 Gy of 60 Co, with the absorption dose rate of 0. 56 Gy/min, then treated with saline (0.2 ml/ mice) or Lt (2 mg/mice) respectively, twice a day through gastrogavage for successive 13 days. Mice were sacrificed in batch on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day by cervical dislocation to collect the bilateral femoral bone marrow for preparing bone marrow mono-nuclear cell (BMMNC) suspension. To observe the long-term therapeutic effect of the integrated therapy of radiotherapy and Chinese herbal drugs fortreatment of abdominal malignant tumor and explore the applied value of differential treatment duringradiotherapy. Sixty cases of abdominal malignant tumor with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency ordeficiency of both qi and blood were randomly divided into an integrated treatment group of 30 cases and acontrol group of 30 cases. The integrated treatment group was treated by combination of radiotherapy and Chineseherbal drugs and the control group by simple radiotherapy. The results shows that in the integrated treatmentgroup,the score of physical state was 23.17±7.18,score of psychological quality 21.23±4. 53 and total scoreof living quality 44.40±11.22,and survival rate for three years was 67.55%,which were significantly superior tothose of the control group (P<0.01). It is then concluded that differential treatment of TCM could play a valuablerole in treating abdominal malignant tumor during radiotherapy,which can improve the long-term living qualityand prolong the survival time of the patients.  相似文献

1090 cases of child epilepsy were divided randomly into two groups:the treatment group(930 cases treatedwith anti-epilepsy capsules)and the control group(160 cases treated with luminal).The results showed thatin the treatment group,534 cases were markedly effective,241 effective,96 improved,46 ineffective,and 13aggravated,with a total effective rate of 83.33%;while in the control group,64 cases were markedlyeffective,19 effective,38 improved,29 ineffective,and 10 aggravated,with a total effective rate of 51.88%.The treatment group showed an obviously higher total effective rate than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,cases in the two groups all had lower frequency of epilepsy attacks and shorter duration ofeach attack as compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),but the situation was obviously better in thetreatment group.The anti-epilepsy capsules had very good effect on various types of epilepsy,especially onautonomic epilepsy and on epilepsies due to wind,phlegm,or terror as differentiated in TCM.Aftertreatment,the recovery rate shown by EEG examination was 54.3% in the treatment group,while 38.4% inthe control group,the former being obviously higher than the latter(P<0.01).  相似文献

Objective: To study the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection (参芪扶正注射液,SFI) on cellular immune in patients with mammary cancer (MC) after chemotherapy. Methods: One hundred and ten patients with MC were randomly assigned to two groups. The 58 patients in the tested group were treated with SFI in cooperation with chemotherapy of CAF protocol (Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin and Fluorouracil), while the 52 patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy of the same protocol alone. Changes of the patients' quality of life (QOF), adverse reaction that occurred, peripheral lymphocyte count and killing activity of single karyocyte before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results: Patients' QOF elevating rate after treatment in the tested group and the control group was 34.5% and 13.5% respectively; The lowering of peripheral blood cell count of WBC, platelet and lymphocyte as well as that of the killing activity of single peripheral karyocyte on various kinds of MC cells were all milder and recovery sooner than those in the control group. Conclusion: SFI in combination with chemotherapy in treating MC could reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction to chemotherapy, improve clinical symptoms, elevate QOF and enhance immunity in patients with MC.  相似文献

To explore the therapeutic effects of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasison hemorrhagic apoplexy of acute stage,45 cases were treated by the method and observed for theirconscious state and motor function,which were compared with 40 cases treated with regular western drugs.The results showed that the effective rate in the treated group was 82.2% and that in control group 60% witha significant difference(P<0.05) between the two groups.In the treated group,the scores of the consciousstate and the motor function after treatment were elevated dramatically(P<0.01),indicating a much bettereffect in the treated group than in the control group.  相似文献

Background Bone marrow hematopoietic function suppression is one of the most common side effects of chemotherapy.After chemotherapy,the bone marrow structure gets destroyed and the cells died,which might cause the hematopoietic function suppression.Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) is a key enzyme of antioxidative metabolism that associates with cell proliferation and resistance to apoptosis.The aim of this study was to restore or resist the bone marrow from the damage of chemotherapy by the HO-1 expression of mouse mesenchymal stem cells (mMSCs) homing to the mice which had the chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression.Methods One hundred and sixty female Balb/c mice (6-8-weeks old) were randomly divided into four groups.Each group was performed in 40 mice.The control group was intraperitoneally injected for 5 days and tail intravenously injected on the 6th day with normal saline.The chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression was established by intraperitoneally injecting cyclophosphamide (CTX) into the mice which performed as the chemotherapy group.The mMSCs were tail intravenously injected into 40 chemotherapically damaged mice which served as the mMSCs group.The difference between the HO-1 group and the mMSCs group was the injected cells.The HO-1 group was tail intravenously injected into the mMSCs that highly expressed HO-1 which was stimulated by hemin.The expression of HO-1 was analyzed by Western blotting and RT-PCR.Cell proliferation was measured using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay.Histopathologic examinations were performed 1 week after injection.Results Compared with the control group,the expression levels of HO-1 mRNA and protein were significantly higher in the HO-1 group (all P <0.05),even obviously than the mMSCs group.CTX treatment induced apoptosis and inhibited proliferation.After injected,the white blood cell (WBC),red blood cell (RBC) and platelet (PLT) declined fast and down to the bottom at the 7th day.The bone marrow structure was destroyed incomplete.In vitro,the survival rate of cells in chemotherapy group was less than 50% after 24 hours.In contrast,mMSCs could do a favor to the cellular cleavage and proliferation.They slowed down the cell mortality and more than 50% cells survived after 24 hours.The effects of blocking apoptosis and bone marrow recovery could be more effective in the HO-1 group.In the HO-1 group,it had observed that the bone marrow structure became complete and the hemogram closed to normal at 7th day.Conclusions HO-1 played an important role in promoting the recovery of CTX-induced hematopoietic damage.We suclgest that HO-1 is able to restore the functions of chemotherapy-induced hematopoietic damage.  相似文献

Objective:To study the changes of adenosine diphosphate(ADP)-induced platelet aggregation rate,and evaluate the effects of Maixuekang Capsule(脉血康胶囊,MKC) on platelet aggregation rate and long-term prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 236 patients with acute coronary syndrome,who received successful PCI,were randomly assigned to a trial group(116 cases) and a control group(120 cases) according to random numbers;treatment allocation occurred when the participants met the inclusion criteria and signed the informed consent forms.In the trial group,the patients were treated with MKC combined with routine medication,and in the control group the patients were treated with routine medication.The therapeutic course for the two groups was 12 months and the follow-up was 12 months.The levels of ADP-induced platelet aggregation rate and serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were determined before PCI,12 h and 30 days after PCI.In the meantime,the incidence of cardio-/cerebrovascular events was recorded during the 12-month follow-up.Results:Compared with before PCI,the levels of ADP-induced platelet aggregation rate and serum hs-CRP were significantly higher at 12 h after PCI(P0.05).They were significantly reduced after 30-day-treatment of MKC,showing statistical differences when compared with those in the control group(P0.05).During the 12-month follow-up,the incidence of cardio-/cerebrovascular events was significantly lower in the trial group than in the control group(6.9%vs.12.5%,P0.01).Conclusions:ADP-induced platelet aggregation function was significantly elevated after PCI.MKC improved the prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome,possibly through inhibiting the platelet aggregation,fighting against inflammation,and protecting the vascular endothelial function.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of external application of Chinese drugs on acupoint Shenque (CV 8) combined with salpingostomy for treatment of sterility caused by obstruction of the fallopian tube. Method: 75 cases were randomly divided into the following 2 groups. Forty-five patients in the treatment group were treated with external application of Chinese drugs on acupoint Sbenque (CV 8) combined with salpingostomy, while 30 patients in the control group were treated with salpingostomy only. Results: The results showed that in the treatment group, 26 cases were cured, 11 cases improved, and 8 cases failed, with a total effective rate of 82.22%; while in the control group, 14 cases were cured, 7 cases improved, and 9 cases failed, with a total effective rate of 70.00%. There is a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of external application of Chinese drugs on acupoint Shenque combined with salpingostomy is better than that of salpingostomy only.  相似文献

Forty-six cases of Behcet's disease were randomly divided into two groups. The 26 cases in the treatmentgroup were treated by acupuncture and the 20 cases in the control group with the drugs. The level ofL-chain () of IgM and the level of the trace element Zn were determined before and after treatment inthe treatment group. The results showed that the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantlylower than that in the control group (P<0.01), and the differences in the level of L-chain () of IgM andlevel of Zn in the treatment group before and after treatment were very significant (P<0.01). In order to observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture plus point-injection for obstinate urticaria, 64 cases of obstinate urticaria were randomly divided into the following two groups. 32 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture at the points of Quchi (LI11), Xuehai (SP10), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP6) and Fengchi (GB20) plus point-injection at the points of Zusanli (ST36) and Quchi (LI11). 32 cases in the control group were treated with antihistamines (such as Acrivastine, Cinnarizine or Ranitidine). The results showed that the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P〈0.05), with a much lower relapse rate in the former than that in the latter (P〈0.01).  相似文献

Objective:To study the protective effect of an extract of Guipi Pill(归脾丸) against radiationinduced damage.Methods:A total of 100 Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,positive drug group(treated with radioprotective agent "523",5 mg/kg at 24 h before irradiation) and two treatment groups,with 20 mice in each group.The extract of water extraction-alcohol precipitation (WAP) from Guipi Pill were administered orally to the mice in the two treatment groups at the dose of 500 and 1,000 mg/kg,respectively,for 6 days prior to whole body radiation(8 Gy).Fifty mice with 10 in each group were used to observe the survival rate 30 days after radiation.The other 50 mice with 10 in each group were sacrificed on day 10 after radiation(6 Gy) in order to take blood,liver and unilateral femur.Results:Pretreatment prior to irradiation with WAP resulted in a significantly higher 30-day survival rate of mice after exposure to a potentially lethal dose of 8-Gy radiation.WAP could significantly increase the total white blood cell count and DNA content of bone marrow,and it also increased the activity of various antioxidant enzymes,such as superoxide dismutase,catalase,total antioxidant capacity and glutathione peroxidase in liver tissue of mice, which were reduced by radiation treatment.Maleic dialdehyde level and bone marrow micronucleus rate were significantly reduced by WAP,which were increased after 6-Gy radiation.Conclusion:WAP of Guipi Pill could increase the 30-day survival rate and the antioxidant capacity as well as protect bone marrow in mice.WAP of Guipi Pill is an effective radioprotective agent.  相似文献

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Astragalus Injection(黄芪注射液,AI) and its immuno-regulatory action in treating chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).Methods:Sixty patients with CAA were randomly assigned to two groups equally,both were treated with Stanozolol three times a day,2 mg each time through oral intake,but AI was given additionally to the patients in the treated group once a day via intravenous dripping.All were treated for 15 days as one therapeutic course and the whole medication lasted for more than 4 months totally,with follow-up adopted.The clinical effi cacy was estimated and the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood as well as the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-2(IL-2) were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the treated group was 83.3%(25/30),which was higher than that in the control group 66.7%(20/30),showing significant difference between them(P<0.05).Levels of hemoglobin,WBC,reticular cell and platelet were elevated in both groups after treatment,but the improvement was signif icantly better in the treated group than that in the control group with respect to the former three indexes(P<0.05).The level of CD4 increased and that of CD8 decreased signifi cantly after treatment in the treated group(P<0.05),which showed significant difference as compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Levels of serum TNF-α and IL-2 lowered after treatment in both groups,but signifi cance only showed in the treated group(P<0.05).The degree of proliferation in bone marrow got raised signifi cantly and the percentage of non-hemopoietic cells reduced signifi cantly in the treated group after treatment,also showing significant difference to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:AI could promote the recovery of hemopoietic function,which might be through improving T-lymphocyte subsets and reducing the release of negative regulatory factors such as TNF-α and IL-2 to alleviate the inhibition on hemopoietic function.  相似文献

Background Bone marrow transplantation (BMT) conditioning procedure is considered as the cause of damage to bone marrow microvasculature and the delay of hematopoiesis recovery. However, hematopoiesis regulation post BMT by vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) has not yet been studied. In this study, adenovirus were used to investigate the effects of VEGF gene transfer on preventing damages to bone marrow microenvironment and its promotion of hematopoiesis in post-BMT mice.Methods Recombinant adenovirus (Ad)-enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP)/hVEGF165 was injected via tail vein into BALB/c mice undergoing syngeneic BMT. During the different phases post BMT, the distribution of adenovirus and the plasma levels of hVEGF were measured as well as the numbers of white blood cells (WBC), platelet (PLT) and red blood cells (RBC) in peripheral blood. At the same time, the mice were injected with Chinese ink via tail vein, following which the tibias were separated and were used for analysis of bone marrow microvasculature surface area and cellularity.Results Significant expression of EGFP and hVEGF was observed in multiple organs at different phases post BMT, and the plasma level of hVEGF was up to (866.67±97.13) pg/ml. The recovery of WBC, PLT and RBC of the group treated with recombinant adenovirus Ad-EGFP/hVEGF165 were significantly more rapid than those of other BMT groups (P&lt;0.05, respectively). At the 20th day post BMT, the percentage of bone marrow microvasculature surface area in group treated with VEGF [(61.2±4.0)%] returned to normal level [(62.0±5.0)%, P&gt;0.05]. The restoration of hematopoiesis was retarded more than that of microvasculature. The cellularity of bone marrow in each group was still lower than that of normal control [(62.3±4.0)%, P&lt;0.05] at the 30th day post BMT, but the percentage in group treated with VEGF at the 20th and 30th days post BMT [(46.5±5.0)% and (55.1±4.5)%] exceeded those of other BMT groups (P&lt;0.05, respectively).Conclusion VEGF gene transfer mediated by adenovirus may protect the hematopoietic microenvironment to promote the restoration of hematopoiesis in post-BMT mice.  相似文献
