目的 探讨长期锰接触工人脑锰蓄积及其与血Mn、Mg、Zn、Fe、Ca、Cu含量变化的关系,为锰中毒早期诊断及防治提供科学依据.方法 选择广西某厂锰接触无症状冶炼工人13例(接锰平均浓度0.76 mg/m3)、锰中毒工人4例(均已脱离锰接触20年以上)、非锰接触对照工人6例,采用美国GE公司生产的GE signa 1.5 MP,/i超导磁共振成像(MRI)仪依次进行轴位FSE T2加权像(WI)、轴位T1 flair T1WI、冠状位或矢状位T1 flair T1 WI检查,在轴位T1 flair T1 WI 上测量苍白球和同侧额叶白质的信号强度,根据公式苍白球指数(PI)=苍白球信号强度/额叶白质的信号强度×100%来计算.采用电感偶合等离子发射光谱法(ICP.AES)测定血Mn、Mg、Zn、Fe、Ca、Cu含量.结果 锰接触、中毒组分别有92.3%、25.O%的工人苍白球MRI T,WI信号增强、T2WI信号正常,锰接触工人PI平均值显著高于对照组及锰中毒组(P<0.01).锰接触工人红细胞锰RBCMn)分别与PI、血锰(MnB)呈正相关(P相似文献

Wistar大鼠烫伤15%Ⅱ°、绿脓杆菌(10~9/ml),4h后创面分别涂以霜剂基质,ZnSD霜,AgSD ZnSD霜,AgSD ZnSD Azone霜与烫伤对照组和正常对照组比较。结果显示烫伤后外用药含Zn者,血Zn及肝Zn明显升高,说明创面含Zn外用药是一重要补Zn途径。烫伤后Cu、Ca、Mg变化不大,含Zn药物未对血Cu、Ca、Mg产生影响。  相似文献

硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)分解样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对大台农、小台农、鹰嘴芒、金煌芒、贵妃芒5种芒果中锰、铁、铜、锌4种微量元素含量进行测定。结果表明5种芒果中微量元素含量丰富,其中小台农芒中含锰量最高,金煌芒中锌含量最高,贵妃芒中铁含量最高,回收率在97.6%~105%之间,RSD<2.47%。  相似文献

目的 建立胎儿小脑组织中生物必需微量元素Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn的分析方法.方法 样品经HNO3+H2O2微波消解体系消解后,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法ICP-AES,同时测定Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn含量.结果 元素的检出限分别在0.0007mg/L~0.03mg/L之间;线性良好,线性相关系数均≥0.999;重现性好,变异系数RSD>2%;准确度高,回收率在93.7%~116.1%之间,用猪肝GBW08551及人发GBW07601标样质控,分析结果与标准值吻合.样品分析结果显示Cu、Mn呈正态分布,Fe、Zn呈正偏态分布.结论 本法快速灵敏,精密度及准确度均符合要求,结果令人满意.  相似文献

An approach was developed to estimate molecular weight distribution of water-soluble Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn species in Brazil nut, cupuassu seed and coconut pulp by size exclusion chromatography (SEC) coupled on-line to ultra-violet (UV) and off-line to graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GF-AAS) detectors and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionisation time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). SEC-UV analytical signals showed the prevalence of high molecular weight (HMW) species (79–1.7 kDa for Brazil nut, 50–1.7 kDa for coconut pulp, and 34–1.7 kDa for cupuassu seeds). The Brazil nut SEC-UV, GF-AAS and MALDI-TOF mass spectra gave confirmation of the association of the elements with water-soluble compounds. The elemental profiles were associated with fractions of compounds of molecular weight 1.2–16 kDa for Brazil nut, 1.7–13 kDa for coconut pulp, and 1.2–7.6 kDa for cupuassu seeds.  相似文献

Zinc and selenium have been shown to singly act in normalising glycaemia and are also postulated to possess insulin-like functions. Supplementation with their combination in the diets of rats with alloxan-induced diabetes was investigated with the aim of investigating their effects on glucose homeostasis and their antioxidant properties on the liver and kidney of alloxan-induced diabetic rats. Thirty-five rats were randomly assigned to five groups and four groups were made diabetic by the administration of 150 mg/kg body weight of alloxan monohydrate, after which three diabetic groups were fed with diets supplemented with zinc, selenium and a combination of the two. Zinc, selenium and the combination significantly reduced blood glucose concentration, restored hepatic functions, increased the antioxidant status of the diabetic rats and reduced lipid peroxidation in both the hepatic and renal tissues. It was concluded that supplementation with zinc, selenium and the combination facilitated glucose uptake, prevented oxidative stress, reduced lipid peroxidation and preserved hepatic function in diabetes.  相似文献

目的测定关木通染毒对小鼠肝脏锌、铜、镁含量的影响。方法将48只昆明小鼠随机分为正常对照组、关木通染毒低、中、高剂量组。用关木通给小鼠连续灌胃染毒28d后,称体重并取肝脏称重,测定锌、铜、镁含量。所得数据经软件处理。结果小鼠体重的增加随关木通计量增加逐渐下降,高剂量组与对照组比较显著下降(P〈0.01)。肝重:关木通各组都有下降趋势,但均无差异;肝脏锌、镁含量:各剂量组与对照组比较均显著下降(P〈0.01),高剂量组与低、中剂量组剂量显著下降(P〈0.01)。铜含量:低、中组与对照组比较均显著下降(P〈0.05),高剂量组与其他各组比较则显著上升(P〈0.01)。结论关木通可引起小鼠肝脏锌、铜、镁含量变化,并有剂量效果关系。  相似文献

每片CaltratePlus含有钙600mg、维生素D200IU、镁50mg、锌7.5mg、铜1.0mg和锰1.8mg,主要是用于防治骨质疏松。已知钙和维生素D能防治骨质疏松,近年来的研究表明,常量和微量元素铜、镁、锰和锌也能防治骨质疏松。镁成人体内含镁总量约为834~1200mmol穴约20~38g雪,其中60%~65%存在于骨骼,与钙、磷等形成骨矿,是促进骨生长、维护骨细胞结构与功能的重要矿物质。镁与其他一些电解质、维生素D以及甲状旁腺激素之间存在相互关联。血镁高低可直接或间接影响钙平衡与骨代谢眼1演。1991年Fatemi等眼2演对26例正常受试者对低镁膳食穴<1meq/d雪3…  相似文献

目的:了解番泻叶中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn 4种微量元素的分布情况。方法:采用硝酸和高氯酸(体积比为4+1)分解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定番泻叶中的微量元素Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn的含量,对各元素进行了加标回收试验,回收率在91.0%~108.8%之间。结果:在番泻叶中含有丰富的Fe元素和较丰富的Zn、Mn、Cu元素。结论:番泻叶中Fe元素含量最大,Zn、Mn、Cu元素含量较少且差异较小。  相似文献

Summary Lead and cadmium were administered intraperitoneally, singly and jointly, to the mice. The levels of cadmium, copper, manganese, lead and zinc were determined in liver, kidney and brain by atomic absorption spectrophotometric technique and deltaaminolevulinic acid dehydratase (ALA-D) activity was determined in erythrocytes. The tissue levels of some of these metals were found significantly altered by cadmium and lead both, but cadmium was found to have no effect on blood on ALA-D activity.  相似文献

Beef is an important source of micronutrients, but little is known about how cooking processes affect the nutritional value. In this study, microwave-induced plasma optical emission spectrometry (MIP OES) was used to determine the contents of Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, and Zn in three cuts of Uruguayan beef when cooked to two degrees of doneness (medium and well done). The content of minerals varied in the range: Cu (84.9–117.4), Fe (2288–2689), Mn (11.6–20.7), Ni (12.4–19.8), and Zn (4100–7471) μg per 100 g portion for medium and Cu (76.3–97.0), Fe (1886–2689), Mn (9.7–15.4), Ni (12.7–26.8), and Zn (3187–6204) for well-done. No significant losses through leaching were observed up to a weight loss of 16 % (medium). However, when the weight loss was 28–35 % (well done), the micronutrients content decreased. Despite these losses, Uruguayan beef was confirmed to be a particularly good source of Zn and a good source of Cu and Fe. The daily contribution of Mn was not significant (1%) and the Ni content was far below the tolerable upper intake level. In addition, this work revealed MIP OES to be an economical and green method for the determination of trace elements in beef.  相似文献
