为了解模拟失重对心肺循环功能的影响采用XXH-2000型小循环心功能检测仪,观察了6名健康男性青年在头低位-6°卧床7d中右胸电导纳容积波图的变化。卧床啵循环心功能参数的主要变化是:卧床初期Q-j、Q-j/j-z降低,hz、hc、hc/hz升高;24h后j-z缩短,Q-j/j-z升高。提示卧床初期出现肺动脉压升高、左心前负荷、右心前负荷和心肌收缩力增加,肺静脉充血;第3d后有右心收缩功能下降。在头  相似文献

为研究模拟失重因素对胃运动功能的影响,头低位-6°卧床条件下,观察被试者胃电图参数的变化。15名男性青年自愿被试者平躺于-6°床上,卧床21d。用便携式胃电图机测定进餐前后的胃电图,并分析功率谱。结果表明,头低位-6°卧床初期,被试者出现不同程度的腹胀、腹痛和食欲差的感觉;卧床后体重显著降低(P<0.01)。在卧床8d以后胃电图胃动过缓(<2.4cpm)的百分数明显增加,胃动过缓节律百分数餐前与餐后有显著差异(P<0.05);胃动过缓节律的动力学系数显著降低,随卧床时间延长,胃电胃动过缓节律增多,这提示21d模拟失重因素明显地影响胃运动功能。  相似文献

将体外培养的大鼠血管内皮细胞(VEC)在不加任何低温保护剂的条件下,以1℃/min的速率分别冷冻至0、-10、-20和-40℃;以10℃/min的速率冻至-40℃,在冻后1d和3d观察VEC生长及其某些功能的改变。结果显示,冻后1d,以1℃/min冷冻的各组VEC数及生长率降低、培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性增加,因子Ⅶ相关抗原(ⅦR:Ag)免疫荧光阳性细胞减少,且冷冻温度愈低,其改变程度愈严重,10℃/min冻至-40℃,上述指标的改变相当于1℃/min的速率冻至-20℃时的情况。冻后3d,各项指标有不同程度的恢复。结果表明,冷冻速率和冷冻温度均与细胞的损伤程度有密切关系。  相似文献

为研究模拟失重、低氧、气功及其复合作用对人体脂质过氧化及循环内皮细胞含量(CEC)的影响,受试者为15名19~21岁男性健康青年,分为单纯卧床组(WC)、卧床+低氧组(WH)和卧床+气功组(WQ)进行了17d的头低位-6°卧床实验。结果显示:(1)WC组随卧床模拟失重时间延长,血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著增加,尿丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低,与WC组相比,WH组卧床17d的血SOD活性增加,WQ组卧床7d的血SOD活性降低,而WH和WQ组的MDA无显著变化。表明时失重机体抗氧化能力增强,脂质过氧化水平降低,低氧、气功在卧床时对机体的SOD的活性有一定的影响。(2)WC组在卧床7d时CEC含量显著下降,在17d时恢复正常,表明机体在卧床条件下血CEC含量有一定的变化。提示:低氧对卧床机体的血CEC含量无明显影响,而气功使卧床7d的血CEC含量显著增加  相似文献

为探讨卧床模拟失重对机体缺氧耐力的影响,对6名受试者,头低位4°卧床(-4°HDBR)7d,检查了卧床前后缺氧耐力和立位耐力,记录了ECG、BP及HR的变化。结果表明:-4°HDBR模拟失重降低了机体的缺氧耐力;缺氧耐力与心血管失调间有很好的相关性。  相似文献

为观察短期头低位卧床前、中、后脑循环的变化,进一步了解模拟失重对脑循环及其调节功能的影响。6名健康青年男性被试者,头低位-6°卧床7d。脑循环观察采用TC2000TCD仪,分别检测头低位卧床前、中、后双侧脑中动脉血流速度。结果表明:头低位卧床期间双侧脑中动脉血流速度均呈升高趋势,24h内升高明显,4h达最高值,第5d呈最低值,第6~7d又有升高趋势;双侧脑中动脉血流速度基本趋势相同,但存在部分差异。  相似文献

为了探讨高温环境对热应激蛋白(HSP70)的影响及HSP70在热应激中的作用,在模拟高温条件下,测定了大鼠HSP70的合成、HSP70mRNA基因的表达及肛温、心率、淋巴细胞形态学的改变。结果发现:机体心率加快、体温升高并伴有细胞损伤。三者与HSP70基因的表达呈负相关。提示:HSP70水平可成为判断机体热应激能力的敏感、特异指标。  相似文献

目的研究模拟失重时人体体温调节系统的改变对人体非蒸发散热的影响。方法 5名被试者 - 6°头低位卧床 7d ,采用HR -Ⅱ型医用红外热像仪测量人体体表温度的分布 ,根据体表温度计算身体各部位的非蒸发散热量及其在总散热量中所占百分比例。结果卧床中 ,人体纵向温度梯度增加 ,在卧床第 3天 ,胸 -足部位皮肤温差较对照增加 6.7℃ ;各部位散热所占全身散热比例躯干增加了近 6% ,头部增加约 2 % ,上肢散热减少 3% ,下肢减少约 5 %。结论模拟失重条件下人体不同部位散热所占比例发生变化 ,这一结果可用于舱外航天服液冷层流量分配的设计。  相似文献

Changes in body fluid compartments during a 28-day bed rest   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
The extravascular fluid responses to real or simulated space-flight are not well-documented. In this study serial isotope measurements were used to obtain measurements of the body fluid responses of 10 22-29-year-old men during 28 d of simulated microgravity (bed rest). The subjects were maintained on a controlled metabolic diet for 7 d before the study, during 14 d of ambulatory control, 28 d of horizontal bed rest, and 14 d of ambulant recovery. Fluid compartments were measured on control days 1 and 9, bed rest days 2, 14, and 28, and recovery days 7 and 14. By day 2 of bed rest, plasma volume (PV) and extra-cellular volume (ECV) decreased significantly by an average 209 and 533 ml, respectively. Red cell volume (RCV) and total body water (TBW) decreased more slowly, with average losses of 128 and 1,316 ml, respectively, after 28 d of bed rest. Early in the bed rest, TBW loss was mostly from the ECV. Thereafter, the TBW deficit was derived from the intracellular compartment, which decreased an average of 838 ml after 28 d. These results suggest losses from all fluid compartments during bed rest, with no evidence of restoration of ECV after 1-2 weeks.  相似文献

目的观察 - 6°头低位卧床 (HDBR)模拟失重对人体体温的影响。方法记录并分析 18名健康男性青年 ( 18~ 2 2岁 ) 7d卧床期间每日早晨 ( 6∶0 0 )、下午 ( 16∶0 0 )、晚上 ( 2 0∶0 0 )的体温变化。结果人体在早晨的直肠温度 (Tre)随着卧床时间延长而逐渐降低 :卧床第 4天 (BR4d)后显著低于卧床前对照值 36.5 0± 0 .0 3℃ ,卧床第 7天 (BR7d)时降至 36.38± 0 .0 4℃ ;下午、晚上Tre分别在BR5d、BR1d后显著升高。早晨人体的平均皮肤温度 (Tsk)从BR2d起显著高于对照值 ,卧床第 7天时ΔTsk为 0 .38± 0 .14℃ ;下午、晚上的Tsk分别在BR4d、BR2d起显著升高。早晨的前额皮温 (Tforehead)有升高趋势 ;下午、晚上的Tforehead分别从BR7d、BR6d起显著高于对照值。结论卧床模拟失重可引起体温改变 :每日测量时刻和卧床时间 (d)均对Tre、Tsk、Tforehead有非常显著的影响 (P <0 .0 1)。结果提示 :人的体温节律、卧床引起的体液头向分布和体液丧失、低动力等因素 ,对卧床时人的热调节有影响  相似文献

 目的 研究微波热疗对大鼠胰腺HSP60和HSP70表达的影响.方法 将多功能治疗仪置于大鼠腹部进行辐射,使肛温升至40~41℃,维持30 min.分别于热疗后不同时段测定胰腺HSP60和HSP70含量.结果 与对照组比较,HSP70和HSP60均于微波热疗后升高(P<0.05).HSP70高峰出现在12 h(3.2倍),36 h下降至对照组2倍.HSP60高峰出现于12 h(2.1倍),36 h轻度下降(1.9倍).结论 微波热疗可同时诱导大鼠胰腺HSP70和HSP60表达.  相似文献

HSP expression in human leukocytes is modulated by endurance exercise   总被引:16,自引:0,他引:16  
PURPOSE: Temperature increase, oxidative stress, and inflammatory reactions after endurance exercise were expected to stimulate the synthesis of heat shock proteins (HSP) in peripheral blood leukocytes. Furthermore, it was of interest whether regular endurance training influences HSP expression. METHODS: The expression of HSP27, HSP60, HSP70, constitutive HSC70, and HSP90 in the cytoplasma and surface of lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes of 12 trained athletes was analyzed by flow cytometry before and after (0, 3, and 24 h) a half marathon. Twelve untrained persons at rest were included as control. RESULTS: After the race, there was a significantly greater percentage of leukocytes expressing cytoplasmic HSP27, HSP60, and HSP70 (P < 0.01), whereas HSC70 and HSP90 remained unchanged. The fluorescence intensity increased significantly in monocytes for HSP27 (0 and 3 h) and HSP70 (0, 3, and 24 h) and in granulocytes, only 24 h postexercise for HSP70. The percent values of trained athletes at rest were significantly lower compared with untrained persons (P < 0,01). CONCLUSIONS: Strenuous exercise increased HSP expression in blood immediately after the run, indicating a protective function of HSP in leukocytes of athletes to maintain function after heavy exercise. The downregulation of HSP-positive cells in trained athletes at rest seems to be a result of adaptation mechanisms to regular endurance training.  相似文献

We measured carotid baroreceptor-cardiac reflex responses in six healthy men, 24 h before and 24 h after a bout of leg exercise during 6 degrees head-down bed rest to determine if depressed vagal baroreflex function associated with exposure to microgravity environments could be reversed by a single exposure to acute intense exercise. Baroreflex responses were measured before bed rest and on day 7 of bed rest. An exercise bout consisting of dynamic and isometric actions of the quadriceps at graded speeds and resistances was performed on day 8 of bed rest and measurements of baroreflex response were repeated 24 h later. Vagally-mediated cardiac responses were provoked with ramped neck pressure-suction sequences comprising pressure elevations to +40 mm Hg, followed by serial, R-wave triggered 15 mm Hg reductions, to -65 mm Hg. Baroreceptor stimulus-cardiac response relationships were derived by plotting each R-R interval as a function of systolic pressure less the neck chamber pressure applied during the interval. Compared with pre-bed rest baseline measurements, 7 d of bed rest decreased the gain (maximum slope) of the baroreflex stimulus-response relationship by 16.8 +/- 3.4% (p < 0.05). On day 9 of bed rest, 24 h after exercise, the maximum slope of the baroreflex stimulus-response relationship was increased (p < 0.05) by 10.7 +/- 3.7% above pre-bed rest levels and 34.3 +/- 7.9% above bed rest day 7. Our data verify that vagally-mediated baroreflex function is depressed by exposure to simulated microgravity and demonstrate that this effect can be acutely reversed by exposure to a single bout of intense exercise.  相似文献

目的 探讨+Gz暴露条件下大鼠脑中热休克蛋白-70(HSP70)的变化及其在+Gz所致脑损伤中的作用。方法 100只大鼠,随机分为4胡,每组25只,一组作为空白对照,其余三组分别进行+2Gz,+6Gz和10Gz暴露,峰值作用时间3min,加速度增长率1G/s然后,分别于暴露后的6h、1d、2d、4d和6d麻醉大鼠,心脏灌注后迅速取脑组织,用West blot法比较HSP70的变化情况。结果 +Gz暴露后6hHSP70开始升高,1d达到高峰,至6d时基本恢复正常。不同+Gz暴露之间进行比较可以看出,+6GGz组HSP70表达最高,+10Gz最少。结论 +Gz暴露对大鼠脑HSP70表达水平有显著的影响。  相似文献

目的 探讨不同 Gz重复暴露后,大鼠不同脑区热休克蛋白-70(HSP70)表达强度和时程的变化规律。及其与正加速度致脑损伤的相关性。方法 将雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、 2Gz、 6Gz和 10Gz暴露组。分别在暴露后6h、1d、2d、4d和6d处死取脑,利用HE和免疫组织化学染色,观察HSP70在鼠脑不同部位的表达。及脑神经元形态学和血脑屏障通透性的变化,结果 G2重复暴露可诱导HSP70的表达。其表达强度,持续时间和部位随G值而异。低G值( 2Gz)下,表达强度弱,持续时间短,但范围较广;高G值( 10Gz)下,表达仅局限在下丘脑和梨状皮层等部位。呈中等强度反应;中等强度G值( 6Gz)下,表达范围广(在皮层、海马、丘脑等部位均有HSP70较强反应),持续时间长。结论 6Gz诱导的HSP70表达最强,持续时间最长。为研究热休克蛋白对正加速度致脑损伤的保护作用。提供了实验依据。  相似文献
