A study on motility of sphincter of Oddi in postcholecystectomy syndrome   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Endoscop c manometry of sphincter of Oddi(SO)and serumlevels of gastrin,glucagon,and somatostatin were measured in patients withpostcholecystectomy syndrome(n=12),asymptomatic cholecystectomised pa-tients(n=6),and controlled subjects(n=14).Pentagastrin-stimulated gastricacid secretion test was also performed in part of patients who had symptoms orno symptoms after gallbladder resection.The results showed that the patientsof symptomatic group had hypertonic dyskinesia of SO as shown by deep andwide waves superimposed on high basal pressure plateau of SO.The symptoma-tic group also had a higher serum level of gastrin and a greater BAO than tho-se of other two groups.No difference of serum levels of glucagon and soma-tostatin was found among these three groups.The hypertonic dyskinesia of SOand hypergastrinemia are considered as possibly important factors in the patho-genesis of postcholecystectomy syndrome.  相似文献

Objective:To determine the relationship between the expression of aquaporin-4(AQP4) after intracerebral hemorrhage and dexamethasone treated. Methods:Collagenase Ⅶ was injected in caudate nucleus in a stereotaxis frame to establish the intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) animal models. The intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) rats were randomly divided into four groups: the sham group (group A), the ICH group(group B), low dose-treated group(group C), moderate dose group(group D) and high dose group(group E). The groups were respectively received an intraperitoneal dexamethasone injection with 1 mg/kg, 15 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg, twice a day for three days. The brain water content(BWC), the permeability of blood-brain barrier(BBB) and the expression of AQP4 were observed. Results:Both the BBB disruption and AQP4 expression decreased in treated groups, and the AQP4 expression had a dose-dependent manner in the dexamethasone treatment. And it seemed that low dose dexamethasone was in favor of brain swelling elimination, but the higher dosage had not similar effect. Conclusion:Dexamethesone may play a critical role on expression of AQP4 in the physiopathology of hemorrhagic edema.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE To investigate the cytokines responsible for pathophysiology of asthma.
METHODS In vitro effects of recombinant interleukin-4 (rIL-4) and interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) on synthesis of immunoglobulin E (IgE) by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were studied in 30 asthmatic patients and 25 normal controls.
RESULTS Spontaneous IgE synthesis by PBMC significantly increased in patients with asthma compared with the controls (t = 4.471, P < 0.001). Although the maximum amounts of IgE synthesis using PBMC after stimulation with rIL-4 were almost the same in the patients with asthma and in the controls (P > 0.05), the enhancement rate of rIL-4-induced IgE synthesis was lower in the asthma patients than in the controls (t = 4.6719, P > 0.005). IFN-gamma suppressed both spontaneous and rIL-4-induced IgE synthesis by PBMC in the asthma patients. The suppressive effect on IgE synthesis was more prominent in the patients with asthma than in the controls (t = 7.1833, P < 0.001).
CONCLUSIONS Asthma attacks are related to IgE-dependent trigger mechanism. The imbalance of IL-4 and IFN-gamma in vivo is the cause of elevated IgE than can produce mediators release and asthma attacks. IFN-gamma can inhibit IgE synthesis, so IFN-gamma may be a new approach to the treatment of asthma.

Objective:To explore the regulative efficacy of Pu’er tea(普洱茶)extract on metabolic syndrome. Methods:Ninety patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,the intervention group administered with Pu’er tea extract,and the placebo group with placebo capsules.After 3 months’ treatment, body mass index,waist hip ratio,blood lipids,blood sugar,immune and inflammatory index,and oxidation index of the patients with metabolic syndrome were tested and analyzed.Results:In the intervention group,the body mass index,waist-hip ratio,fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,serum total cholesterol,triglycerides, low density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B-100 all decreased in the patients with metabolic syndrome,and also the high-density lipoprotein level increased and apolipoprotein A-1 showed the tendency to increase. Serum C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,and interleukin-6 were decreased in the intervention group. lnterleukin-10 level was increased,MDA was decreased and superoxide dismutase was increased.Compared with before treatment and the placebo group,there were significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions: Pu’er tea demonstrated excellent potential in improving central obesity,adjusting blood lipid,lowering blood sugar,regulating immunity and resisting oxidation.It can adjust the metabolic syndrome of different clinical phenotypes to different degrees,and is ideally fit for early prevention of metabolic syndrome.  相似文献

The changes of 8 oncogenes and 2 oncosuppressor genes in the specimens of cancer-ous and juxtacancerous tissues of 42 cases of gastric cancer were studied with southern blot hy-bridization and PCR-RFLP method.The probes used were c-Ha-ras,K-ras,N-ras,N-myc,c-myc,hst,EGFR,c-erbB-2,p53 and Rb.Amplification,rearrangement and deletion of c-Ha-ras were detected in 8/33 (24.2%) cases of gastric cancer,amplification or rearrangement ofhst and c-erbB-2 in 11/42 (26.2%) and 12/41 (29.2%) cases respectively,amplification ofEGFR in 9/42 (21.4%) cases,and deletion or rearrangement of p53 and Rb in 9/30 (30.0%)and 2/15 (13.3%) cases respectively.Amplification or rearrangement of N-ras (0/33),K-ras(1/26),N-myc (1/26),and c-myc (1/35)was rarely encountered.These findings suggest thatc-Ha-ras,hst,c-erbB-2,EGFR and p53 may be important genes involved in the pathogenesisof gastric cancer.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of different doses of intravenous domestic urokinase.
METHODS One thousand and twenty three cases of acute myocardial infarction within 6 hours after acute onset were divided randomly into two groups with 539 cases in the low dose group (urokinase 22,000IU/kg, total dose not lower than 1.2 million) and 484 in the high dose group (30,000IU/kg, total dose not more than 2.4 million). The patency of infarct-related coronary artery was assessed by uniform clinical criteria.
RESULTS In the low and high dose groups the patency rates were 67.3% and 67.8% respectively (P > 0.05); 4-week mortalities were 9.5% and 8.7% respectively (P > 0.05). Frequency of severe complications had no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Adverse bleeding was a little more frequent in the high than in the low dose group, and fatal cerebral hemorrhage in 2 cases occurred in the high dose group.
CONCLUSIONS Low dose urokinase, 22,000 IU per kg body weight with a total dose not lower than 1.2 million IU, is not only equally effective as high dose but also safer.

Objective To study the effect of nicadipine on blood pressure (BP) and blood trough level concentration of cyclosporin A ( CsA) in renal transplantation recipients. Methods Sixty-two cases of renal transplantation recipients in the study group whose renal function had recovered to be normal were treated with CsA. and nicadipine, and 23 cases of renal transplantation recipients in the control group were treated with CsA and nifedipine. Hood trough levels and dose of CsA.serum creatinine(SCr) and BP were determined and served as indicators of clinical evaluation. Results After the treatment of nicadipine, the blood trough level of CsA was increased significantly, and BP was decreased and kept within normal range. Furthermore, the dose of CsA was reduced by 34.2% 6 months later compared with that before the treatment(P<0.01). No significant effects on renal function were observed before and after the treatment. Conclusion Nicadipine is safe and effective for the treatment and prevention of hypertension aft  相似文献

Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenfu Injection(参附注射液,SFI) on cerebral metabolism in a porcine model of cardiac arrest(CA).Methods:Thirty Wuzhishan minipigs were randomly assigned to the control group(n=6),epinephrine group(EP group,n=12) and SFI group(n=12).After8 min of untreated ventricular fibrillation(VF),pigs in the EP group or SFI group were administered with either EP(0.02 mg/kg) or SFI(1.0 mL/kg),respectively.After successful resuscitation,cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) levels of glucose,pyruvate,lactate,glutamate and glycerol were measured at 1,6,12 and 24 h after recover from spontaneous circulation(ROSC).In addition,neurologic deficit score(NDS) was calculated at 24 h after ROSC.Surviving pigs were killed at 24 h after ROSC,and the brain tissue was obtained for ultra-microstructure examination.Results:Compared with the EP group,CSF glucose and pyruvate levels were higher(all P0.01),and lactate levels were lower in the SFI group(P0.01).Meanwhile,CSF glutamate and glycerol levels in the SFI group were lower in comparison to the EP group(all P0.05).In addition,SFI decreased NDS at 24 h after ROSC(P0.01),and alleviated the histopathological damage of the brain.Conclusions:SFI could alleviate brain injury after CA,which may be associated with improving cerebral metabolism.  相似文献

Background Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a leading cause of visual impairment and blindness among the people of occupational age. To prevent the progress of retina injury, effective therapies directed toward the key molecular target are required. Grape seed proanthocyanidin extracts (GSPE) have been reported to be effective in treating diabetic complications, while little is discussed about the functional protein changes. Methods We used streptozotocin (STZ) to induce diabetes in rats. GSPE (250 mg/kg body weight per day) were administrated to diabetic rats for 24 weeks. Serum glucose, glycated hemoglobin and advanced glycation end products (AGEs) were determined. Consequently, 2-D difference gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry were used to investigate retina protein profiles among control, STZ-induced diabetic rats, and GSPE treated diabetic rats. Results GSPE significantly reduced the AGEs of diabetic rats (P 〈0.05). Moreover, GSPE significantly suppressed the vascular lesions of central regions, decreased capillary enlargements and neovascularization, similar to those of the control rats under light microscope. Eighteen proteins were found either up-regulated or down-regulated in the retina of STZ-induced diabetic rats. And seven proteins in the retina of diabetic rats were found to be back-regulated to normal levels after GSPE therapy. These back-regulated proteins are involved in many important biological processes such as heat shock, ubiquitin-proteasome system, cell proliferation, cell growth and glucose metabolism. Conclusions These findings might promote a better understanding for the mechanism of DR, and provide novel targets for evaluating the effects of GSPE therapy.  相似文献
