目的:建立高效液相色谱/串联质谱法测定四环素软膏中四环素的含量.方法:采用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%甲酸溶液(10:90),流速:0.2 ml·min-1.采用三重四级杆质谱检测器,正离子多反应监测模式(MRM),监测离子分别为:m/z 445/ 410,445/427.结果:四环素在0.80~4.00 μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 1),平均加样回收率为99.3%,RSD=0.28%(n=6).结论:本法简便易行,结果准确,重现性好,可用于四环素软膏中四环素的含量测定. 相似文献

以Pt/TiO2为光催化剂,研究了废水中对氟苯氧乙酸的光催化降解反应。考察了反应时间、溶液初始pH值以及污染物初始浓度对光催化反应的影响。实验表明,反应3h内,氟离子平均检出速率为2.64×10-5mol/(L· h);在反应4~7h内,氟离子平均检出速率为5.38×10^-5mol/( L· h)。反应液的紫外光谱图显示对氟苯氧乙酸浓度不断下降。在溶液初始pH值为3.44~4.95时,光催化生成氟离子的速率最大,在碱性范围内,氟离子的生成速率为零。当C0(对氟苯氧乙酸)<1.00×10^-3 mol· L-1时,光催化降解反应速率随着对氟苯氧乙酸初始浓度的增大而急剧增大;当C0(对氟苯氧乙酸)>8.00×10^-3 mol· L -1时,光催化降解速率与污染物初始浓度无关。 相似文献

牙周病是发生在牙齿、牙龈、牙周膜、牙槽骨、牙骨质的一种慢性破坏性疾病,发病率很高。我科从1988年起将四环素和甲硝唑联合应用于治疗牙周病,经临床观察218例,疗效甚佳。 1 材料和方法 1.1 临床资料 几年来门诊收集经单纯使用抗生素或甲硝唑治疗无效或无明显效果的牙周病218例,男88例,女130例;年龄14岁~78岁,35岁~65岁180人。牙龈炎90例,牙周炎128例,两种病例差异无显著性。 相似文献

盐酸四环素溶液囊内注射法治疗坐骨结节囊肿68例(男7,女61;年龄54-82yr,平均64±3yr),随访6mo,其中治愈65例(96%),好转3例(4%)。对照组(单纯穿刺抽液)17例中,治愈2例(12%),好转3例(18%),无效12例(70%)。2组相比,有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。我们认为,四环素硬化治疗坐骨结节囊肿是一安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。 相似文献

目的 构建可见光响应的异质结光催化材料,高效降解水中有机染料。方法 通过微波辅助合成体相氮化碳(carbon nitride bulk, CNB)和金属有机骨架材料MIL-100(Fe)的异质结(CNB/MIL)。结果 表征分析证实CNB/MIL成功合成。在可见光下,90 min内,15 mg CNB/MIL对体积为50 mL、质量浓度为10 mg·L-1的罗丹明B(RhB)的降解率接近100%。降解机理研究表明,OH是光催化过程中的主要活性物种。结论 氮化碳与MIL复合,能够起到协同作用,提高材料的可见光响应能力,此外,利用微波辅助法合成可大大缩短材料合成时间,节省能源。 相似文献

目的:建立浊度法测定四环素的效价。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌为实验菌,加菌量2.0%~4.0%(v/v),37℃±0.5℃培养3~4 h 测定。结果:抗生素线性浓度为0.05~0.33μ·mL~(-1),二剂量法的平均回收率为100.3%,RSD 为2.8%。结论:本方法灵敏、快速,影响因素较少,可作为测定四环素的效价的方法。 相似文献

目的建立紫外分光光度法测定四环素片中四环素的含量测定方法。方法利用四环素与钴离子在pH为11.5的Na2HPO4-NaOH缓冲溶液中生成黄绿色络合物,采用紫外分光光度法在波长405nm进行测定。结果四环素在0.80~25ug/ml范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.40%,RSD=0.504%。结论该方法操作简便可行,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,结果稳定可靠,可作为质量检验的一个快速定量方法 。 相似文献

In this study, CuWO4 materials were synthesized via facile hydrothermal and heat treatment. The physicochemical properties of the synthesized materials were well analyzed by advanced characterization methods such as SEM, XRD, FT-IR and UV–Vis. Photocatalytic performance of these synthesized CuWO4 materials were investigated via degradation of tetracycline (TC) under excitation of visible light, which was generated from a 32 W compact lamp. The material calcined at 500 °C contained only triclinic CuWO4 phase. At low calcination temperature lower than 500 °C, WO3 and CuWO4·2H2O remained in the synthesized materials while CuO and Cu2O newly occurred when the material was calcined at 600 °C. The occurrence of impurities phases significantly decreased photocatalytic activity of the synthesized material. The synthesized CuWO4-500, which was calcined at 500 °C, exhibited high visible light absorption capacity with band-gap energy (Eg) of approximately 2.13 eV. The CuWO4-500 sample also exhibited great photocatalytic ability for decomposition of TC even under excitation of provided visible light. The study also investigated that pH 6 was optimal pH for TC degradation by the synthesized CuWO4. Under optimized pH (pH 6), the synthesized CuWO4 photocatalytically degraded over 60% TC after 2 h being irradiated by visible light. 相似文献

摘要:目的 分析色谱柱参数对盐酸四环素有关物质HPLC分析的影响,筛选影响关键杂质分离度以及理论塔板数的主要柱参数。方法 针对《中国药典》2020版中盐酸四环素有关物质检查的色谱条件,使用多个品牌不同型号的色谱柱进行色谱分析,使用SPSS软件进行模型回归,得到柱参数与目标因子分离度及理论塔板数的回归方程,并用实测值进行验证。结果 色谱柱参数C是影响杂质4-差向四环素和土霉素分离度(R12)的重要参数,利用柱参数C可快速预测不同色谱柱的相似度,进而筛选适宜四环素分析的色谱柱;探讨了金霉素理论塔板数(R5N)与柱参数之间的关系,其中参数B2对R5N影响较大。结论 建立柱参数与色谱分析目标因子之间的联系,为盐酸四环素有关物质测定选择合适的色谱柱提供便利与指导。 相似文献

A pilot bioavailability study was carried out to evaluate the drug interaction and influence of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate (DS) on the absorption/bioavailability of tetracycline. Three tetracycline products--a fast dissolving capsule, a slow dissolving capsule and a suspension, were used in the study. DS was administered 30 minutes before tetracycline administration; and on -3, -2 and -1 day in the evening before tetracycline administration. Frequent urine samples were collected up to 48 hours and analyzed by a microbiological method. Although not statistically significant in this small study, the results suggest that there is a reduction in tetracycline bioavailability due to DS. The indiscriminate use of surface active agents to increase the dissolution rate of solid oral dosage forms in the belief that the resulting increased dissolution improves product bioavailability must be questioned. 相似文献

Tetracycline analogues (oxytetracycline, doxycycline, and tetracycline) can inactivate copper, zinc superoxide dismutase (CuZnSOD). The interactions between tetracycline analogues and CuZnSOD were studied by using the UV–visible absorption and spectrofluorimetric method. Tetracycline analogues can cause fluorescence quenching of CuZnSOD by a static mechanism. The absorption spectrum and quenching constant all support this conclusion. The binding constants of tetracycline analogues with CuZnSOD were obtained at various temperatures. Based on the Förster nonradioactive energy transfer theory, we obtain the distance between the donors and acceptors. Based on the thermodynamic parameter we also determined that the main force acting between them is electrostatic gravitation. Tetracycline analogues can decrease the activity of CuZnSOD purified from garlic and the whole blood from rabbits injected with tetracycline. Such results provide a reference for clinical diagnosis using the activity level of CuZnSOD, which varies in patients with different diseases. 相似文献

Summary The inhibitory effect of zinc on the gastrointestinal absorption of tetracycline has been investigated in 7 healthy volunteers. Zinc (45 mg Zn++) was given as a solution of zinc sulphate and as a zinc citrate complex; tetracycline (500 mg) was administered as a commercially available preparation. Serum tetracycline concentrations and the area under the serum tetracycline concentration-time curve (up to 6 h) were significantly reduced when tetracycline was taken with either zinc sulphate or the zinc citrate complex. Although the reduction of absorption seemed more pronounced after zinc sulphate, the difference between the inhibitory effects of the two forms of zinc was not significant. It is concluded that simultaneous administration of zinc and tetracycline may reduce absorption of tetracycline. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the biocompatibility of composites of poly-lactic acid polymer (PLA) and copolymer of lactic and glycolic acid (PLGA), dispersed in a bioceramic matrix, Osteosynt (BC), to which tetracycline (TC) was added. The in vitro test used direct contact test (ASTM F-813) and elution test (USP-XXIII, ISO 10993-5), and in vivo evaluation was performed after subcutaneous implantation in outbread Swiss mice. The 0.01% (w/w) TC addition did not affect composite cytotoxicity in vitro. The macroscopic and histologic evaluation in vivo after 1, 7, 13, 21, 28 and 56 days showed an initial intense infiltrate of inflammatory cells for most of the groups. The tissue showed normal pattern after 21 days for all the groups. TC addition exhibited significantly larger reduction of inflammation signs (Mann-Whitney test, p<0.05) in the critical period of the resolution of the inflammatory process. Angiogenesis, cellular adsorption and fibrous deposit were observed on SEM evaluation. In conclusion, TC addition optimized composites polymer/bioceramic biocompatibility, contributing to anti-inflammatory response during the early phases of the wound healing process. 相似文献

目的评价甲硝唑四环素薄膜作为牙周炎基础治疗辅助手段的临床疗效。方法选择成人牙周炎患者 11例 ,每例患者口内至少有两个部位真性牙周袋≥ 4mm ,共统计 33颗牙 ,198个牙位点。对其基础治疗后 ,随机分为两组 ,试验组用甲硝唑四环素薄膜 ,对照组用空白薄膜。采用牙周袋局部上药治疗 ,每周 1次 ,共治疗 12周。临床观察PD、PAL、GI、BOP等指标。结果甲硝唑四环素组各临床指标改善均优于对照组。结论甲硝唑四环素薄膜局部应用治疗牙周炎是有效的。 相似文献
