Primary pulmonary Hodgkin's lymphoma with pulmonary histoplasmosis

Primary pulmonary Hodgkins lymphoma is a rare and enigmatic neoplasm commonly seen in females. The aim of this case report is to emphasize that pulmonary lymphoma should be considered as a differential diagnosis in a young patient presenting with a lung mass and B symptoms. Extensive clinical details, imaging should be done to rule out the secondary involvement of lung by other lymphomas.     

Intracranial involvement in a patient with Hodgkin's lymphoma

Intracranial and intraspinal involvement is a rare complication of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Intracranial involvement is observed in 0.2 to 0.5 percent of patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma. No specific risk factors associated with intracranial involvement have been found. We report intracranial involvement of Hodgkin's lymphoma in a patient who had previously undergone thyroidectomy due to thyroid papillary carcinoma.     

Aggressive primary thyroid non Hodgkin's lymphoma with pregnancy

We present here a multigravida patient who presented with a huge neck swelling, severe respiratory distress together with dysphagia and hoarseness of voice while she was pregnant +/- 30 weeks of gestation. She was diagnosed as an aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the thyroid gland. She was treated by 6 cycles of chemotherapy, with dramatic response after receiving the first cycle. She had 3 cycles of 4 chemotherapeutic agents before successful, elective and scheduled induction of labor at 36 weeks of gestation with favorable outcomes.     

Central pontine myelinolysis in association with Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Central pontine myelinolysis was found histologically in a young man who died with Hodgkin''s lymphoma. Clinically he had developed a progressive peripheral sensory deficit, ataxia, quadriparesis, dysarthria, incontinence and drowsiness. This is the fifth case reported in the British literature. The pathogenesis and aetiology of this primary demyelinating disease are considered.     

恶性淋巴瘤患者自身混合淋巴细胞反应水平的检测

Human T cells can be induced to proliferate in vitro when they are cocultured with autologous Non-T cells. This phenomenon has been termed the autologous mixed lymphocyte reaction, AMLR. In this study, AMLR was assessed in 14 untreated patients with lymphoma and 13 age-and-sex-matched healthy controls. This difference was significant (P less than 0.001), suggesting that patients with lymphoma may have impaired AMLR.     

新福菌素联合CHOP方案治疗非何杰金恶性淋巴瘤

我们从2000年1月至2003年12月应用新福菌素联合CHOP方案治疗非何杰金恶性淋巴瘤46例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下.     

甘露聚糖肽注射液联合化疗治疗霍奇金淋巴瘤疗效观察

目的:观察甘露聚糖肽注射液联合化疗治疗霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效。方法:28例患者随机分为2组,试验组予甘露聚糖肽注射液联合化疗,对照组单用化疗。结果:试验组的总有效率为92.9%,CR率为50%,对照组总有效率为64.3%,CR率为35.7%。结论:甘露聚糖肽注射液联合化疗治疗霍奇金淋巴瘤较单纯化疗效果好,且毒副作用较少。     

Florid granulomatous reaction in a seminoma.

A case of seminoma of the testis complicated by an extensive granulomatous reaction is reported. This reaction was so florid that a benign condition was initially considered until further material for histology was examined and the correct diagnosis made.

恶性淋巴瘤和肺癌均非少见疾病,但两种疾病同时发生于同一例患者实属罕见。文章报道1例霍奇金淋巴瘤合并肺鳞癌病例。     

鳕鱼皮寡肽减轻霍奇金淋巴瘤患者化疗毒性反应的效果研究

目的探讨鳕鱼皮寡肽（CSPE）减轻霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL）患者化疗毒性反应的效果。方法选择住院治疗的HL患者50例,分为干预组和对照组,各25例。两组患者接受相同的化疗方案和其他常规治疗与护理。干预组在此基础上于化疗第1天开始口服CSPE,对照组口服安慰剂。比较两组患者化疗后骨髓抑制情况和消化道反应及化疗前后Karnofsky生活质量评分。结果干预组患者化疗后WBC、Hb抑制程度均低于对照组（均P＜0.05）,PLT抑制程度比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组患者化疗后消化道反应比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。化疗前两组患者Karnofsky生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,化疗后干预组患者高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论CSPE可作为HL患者化疗期间的营养补充剂,具有增效减毒的效果。     

继发性肾脏非霍奇金淋巴瘤CT诊断(附7例报告)

目的探讨继发性肾脏非霍奇金淋巴瘤的CT特征。方法回顾分析7例经病理证实继发性肾脏非霍奇金淋巴瘤的CT表现。结果继发性肾脏非霍奇金淋巴瘤分为3型:多发节型,主要表现为多个低密度灶,轻度强化,密度均匀;单发肿块型,主要表现为肾内均匀软组织密度肿块,累及肾周伴软组织肿块形成;邻近淋巴瘤侵犯肾脏型,主要表现为肾周脂肪囊内软组织肿块,包绕肾脏及肾门血管、输尿管,与后腹膜或肾门肿大淋巴结相连。结论继发性肾非霍奇金淋巴瘤通常是全身性淋巴瘤的一部分,病灶密度均匀,轻度强化是继发性肾非霍奇金淋巴瘤普遍特点,肾周肿块伴肾脏功能减低,而肾脏形态无明显改变是继发性肾脏非霍奇金淋巴瘤的特征性表现。     

Tracheoesophageal fistula as the presenting manifestation of Hodgkin's lymphoma.

We present a patient with tracheoesophageal fistula as the initial manifestation of Hodgkin''s disease with oesophageal involvement. To our knowledge, this has not been previously reported. The diagnosis of Hodgkin''s lymphoma was made at autopsy.
