The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of chronic food restriction and reduced dietary fat on feeding behavior and body weight. Young female rats were fed ad lib or food restricted on a low-fat (LF) or a fat-free (FF) diet for 4 weeks. Rats then received 24-h free access to 2 diets, the maintenance diet (LF or FF) plus a novel high-fat (HF) diet (24-h intake test). After the test, all the rats were allowed chronic free access to the HF diet until body weight was stable. During the 24-h test, the restricted groups ate significantly more calories than the ad lib groups, and the FF-restricted rats ate significantly more total food, carbohydrate and protein than the LF-restricted rats; there were no differences between the two ad lib groups. During chronic free access to the HF diet, the formerly restricted rats achieved and defended lower body weights than the formerly non-restricted rats. Throughout the experiment, the ad lib groups had more body fat than the restricted groups independent of the dietary subgroup. Hence, a history of chronic food restriction predisposes to consuming more food in acute feeding situations, particularly when dietary fat is reduced, and lowers the level of body weight maintained and defended. Chronic food restriction accompanied by reduced dietary fat may increase risk for bouts of overeating.  相似文献

Intermittent limited access to an optional source of dietary fat can induce binge-type behavior in rats. However, the ability of such access to alter the reinforcing efficacy of fat has not been clearly demonstrated. In this study, performance under progressive ratio one (PR1) and three (PR3) schedules of shortening (fat) reinforcement was assessed in non-food deprived rats (n = 15/group). One group of rats had intermittent access to a dietary fat option (INT, 1-hour shortening access in the home cage each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), whereas the other group had daily access to the fat option (D, 1-hour shortening access daily). Chow and water were continuously available. After five weeks, the INT group consumed more shortening during the 1-hour access period than did the D group. Rats were then trained to lever press for a solid shortening reinforcer (0.1 gm). INT rats earned significantly more reinforcers than did D rats under PR1, but not under PR3. Subgroups of INT and D rats (n = 7 each) were matched on the amount of shortening consumed in the home cage during week five of the protocol and the PR data were reanalyzed. The INT subgroup earned significantly more reinforcers than the D subgroup did under PR1, but not PR3. These results demonstrate that: (1) intermittent access to shortening in the home cage, but not the amount consumed during the access period (i.e. bingeing), increases the reinforcing efficacy of solid shortening; and (2) the type of PR schedule is critical in delineating differences between the groups.  相似文献

Food intake and body weight gain of male adult Wistar rats were examined in two groups of animals. One group (n = 14) was allowed to select its diet from separate sources of protein (casein, 3.1 kcal/g), fat (lard and sunflower oil, 7.9 kcal/g) and carbohydrate (CHO, starch and sucrose, 3.3 kcal/g). Another group (n = 10) received a nutritionally complete diet (3.3 kcal/g). After 2 weeks of adaptation to the diets, body weights and meal patterns were recorded for at least 4 days. The total caloric intake was nearly identical for the two groups of rats. Rats given dietary choice gained less weight over 4 days than rats fed chow and showed reduced feed efficiency. During the 24-h period, self-selecting rats consumed 20.8% of calories as proteins, 21% as fats and 58.2% as CHO. Self-selecting rats ate significantly less calories during the day than did rats given chow. The chow diet consisting of 17.3% calories as protein, 7.6% as fat and 75.1% as CHO. When comparing the self-selecting group nutrient intakes to those of chow-fed group it was observed that 24-h protein calorie intakes were identical in both groups. Fat intake was significantly higher and CHO reduced as compared to chow-fed rats. During the day, CHO intake was higher in self-selecting rats, and fat intake was not significantly reduced. During the night, protein and fat intakes were significantly higher in self-selecting rats, while CHO intake was significantly decreased, particularly in the last periods of the night.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The individual roles of estradiol (E) and progesterone (P) in the control of food intake and body weight in ovariectomized (OVX) rats were investigated. Six groups of OVX Sprague-Dawley rats (n = 9/group) were assigned to one of three 4-day cyclic hormone treatments: two groups were treated with E benzoate; two groups were treated with P; two groups were treated with both (EP). All rats had continuous access to chow and water throughout this 4-week study. One group of rats within each hormone treatment condition was fed chow ad libitum, and the second was subjected to a binge schedule: chow ad libitum plus 1-h access to an optional fat source on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. A seventh OVX group (n = 8) received the oil vehicle and chow. This group was included to monitor body weight and to verify hormone efficacy. The main findings were: (1) relative to rats receiving only P, E alone or EP attenuated 24-h chow intake tonically and cyclically, i.e. intake on Day 4, which models estrus, was lower in E and EP than in P, and also was lower than intake on Day 2, which models diestrus. In contrast, (2) neither E nor EP detectably affected optional fat intake during the 1-h fat access period relative to rats receiving only P when data were collapsed across the entire study. However, (3) E and EP had large effects on fat intake relative to P during the 1-h fat access period at the start of the study, but not at the end, when bingeing was fully established. (4) E and EP led to lower and apparently normal levels of body weight compared to rats receiving only the oil vehicle or only P. These results indicate that (1) administration of E alone has similar effects as co-administration of E and P on feeding and body weight in rats bingeing on fat, (2) with or without P, the inhibitory effects of E on meal size are compromised when bingeing on fat, and (3) the effects of E on binge size change dynamically as bingeing develops.  相似文献

When non-food-deprived rats are given intermittent access to certain substances, consumption of those substances is greater than when more frequent access is provided. The present study examined the effects of three different shortening access conditions on subsequent shortening intake in rats. Each of the three different shortening conditions lasted five weeks and was followed by a five-week period in which shortening access was limited by time (1 h of availability) on either an Intermittent (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) or Daily schedule of access. In Part 1, limiting the quantity of shortening provided during the 1-h period of availability attenuated subsequent 1-h shortening intake in the Intermittent access group, but had no statistically significant effect in the Daily access group. In Part 2, unrestricted availability of shortening (24 h/day-7 days/week) attenuated subsequent 1-h shortening intake in all groups. In Part 3, shortening non-availability for five weeks enhanced subsequent 1-h shortening intake in all groups. It was also shown that rats under an Intermittent, but not a Daily, schedule of access consumed as much shortening during a 1-h period of availability, as was consumed in 24 h when shortening availability was unrestricted. These results demonstrate that while intermittent access is necessary and sufficient to stimulate binge-type eating in rats, the behavioral history can modulate binge size.  相似文献

Binge eating has been associated with stress responses. Data in rats suggest that activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis is suppressed by consumption of a high sucrose diet, and is increased with exposure to a high fat diet. Additionally, the choice to consume a highly palatable food following exposure to a stressor results in reduced corticosterone levels. To test the effects of intermittent access to a high sugar/high fat food on stress hormone levels, rats were given either unrestricted (UR) access to a sucrose-vegetable shortening mixture (SVS) or 2 hour SVS access 7 days (7D) or 3 days (3D) per week for 4 weeks. Rats on the UR and 3D schedules consumed significantly more calories per day than did controls with no access to SVS, and the 7D and 3D rats consumed as many SVS calories in the 2 hour access period as did the UR rats with 24 hour access to SVS. After 4 weeks of access to SVS (UR, 7D, and 3D), rats were briefly restrained. Control and UR rats had elevated corticosterone during and following restraint, whereas there were no differences in corticosterone levels of 7D and 3D rats in response to restraint, as compared to baseline. Post-restraint consumption of chow was significantly decreased in all groups, and consumption of SVS was reduced in the UR, but not the 7D and 3D rats. These data demonstrate that intermittent access to SVS dampens the corticosterone response to restraint stress and that stressful events do not induce bingeing in non-bingeing animals with access to a high sucrose/high fat food.  相似文献

Though not universally observed, moderately low-protein diets have been found to increase caloric intake and body fat. It appears that animals overeat in calories in order to obtain more dietary protein. For animals to control protein intake, they must be able to distinguish between two isocaloric diets containing different percentages of protein and make the appropriate dietary selection on the basis of their previous history of protein intake. Experiment 1 examined the 24-h diet selection (5 vs. 35% casein) of Sprague-Dawley rats that had been previously fed diets containing various percentages of dietary protein (5, 10, 20, 35, or 60% casein). Animals fed 5, 10, or 20% dietary protein showed a preference for the higher protein selection diet. In contrast, no significant diet preference was found in animals pre-fed the two higher levels of dietary protein (35 or 60% casein). In this study, daily food intake and body fat of rats fed the low-protein diets (5 and 10% casein) were similar to rats fed the 20% casein diet. Experiment 2 examined the effects of the level of methionine supplementation on rats fed 10% casein. In this study, food intake and body fat were increased by approximately 20% in rats fed 10% casein diets, regardless of the level of methionine supplementation (0.3 vs. 0.15%). Together, the results suggest that the presence of low-protein-induced hyperphagia helps maintain body protein levels in the face of moderately low dietary protein and promotes an increase in the amount of body fat and energy.  相似文献

Binge eating and substance dependence are disorders characterized by a loss of control over consummatory behaviors. Given the common characteristics of these two types of disorders, it is not surprising that the comorbidity between eating disorders and substance abuse disorders is high (20-40%; Conason et al., 2006). It is unknown, however, whether loss of control in one disorder predisposes an individual to loss of control in the other. The present study, therefore, used a rodent model to test whether a history of binge eating would augment subsequent responding for cocaine. Using the limited access protocol described by Corwin et al. (1998), 45 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were maintained on one of four dietary protocols for a period of six weeks: chow only (Chow; n = 9), continuous access to an optional source of dietary fat (Ad Lib; n = 12), 1-h access to an optional source of dietary fat daily (Daily; n = 12), or 1-h access to an optional source of dietary fat on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (MWF; n = 12). All four groups also had unrestricted access to a nutritionally complete diet of chow and water. Fat-bingeing behaviors developed in the MWF rats, the group with the most restricted access to the optional fat. Thereafter, cocaine-seeking and -taking behaviors were assessed in all rats using a self-administration protocol modified from that described by Deroche-Gamonet et al. (2004), which focused on the motivation for and preoccupation with obtaining and consuming drug (assessed using a progressive ratio [PR] schedule of reinforcement) and persistence in responding for drug during periods of signaled drug non-availability (SNA). Rats with the MWF history tended to take more cocaine late in fixed ratio (FR) training, they persisted in their efforts to obtain cocaine in the face of signaled non-availability, worked harder for cocaine on a PR schedule of reinforcement, and exhibited more goal-directed behavior toward the cocaine-associated operandum. These results demonstrate a link between binge-type intake of fat and the development of drug-seeking and -taking behaviors, suggesting that a history of fat bingeing may predispose individuals to exhibit more robust "addiction-like" behaviors toward a substance of abuse. Thus, it appears that conditions promoting excessive behavior toward one substance (e.g., a palatable fatty food) beget excessive behavior toward another (e.g., cocaine).  相似文献

To examine whether the diurnal rhythms of protein-rich and carbohydrate-rich diet ingestion can be altered by presenting the diets in different textural forms, adult male Wistar rats were assigned to two dietary groups. One group received a two-way choice between high-protein powder and high-carbohydrate granular (HPP-HCG) diets. In the other group the textures were reversed [high-protein granular and high-carbohydrate powder (HPG-HCP) diets]. Rats fed HPP-HCG diets selected significantly less protein (kcal) vs. rats fed HPG-HCP diets, during the 24-h and 12-h dark phase and during the 4-h early and late dark phases. Carbohydrate intakes of the two dietary groups were not significantly different. Total caloric intake for the HPG-HCP dietary group was significantly higher than that of the HPP-HCG dietary group during the 24-h and 12-h dark phase. Body weight was significantly lower in rats fed HPP-HCG diets. In conclusion, macronutrient-rich diets presented in different textural forms alter protein-rich diet ingestion and total energy intake.  相似文献

One conundrum of binge eating is that women are more likely to suffer from binge-related disorders, even though estradiol decreases food intake. 2-hydroxyestradiol (2OHE2), an estrogen metabolite, may account for the contradiction, due to possible interference with DA signaling. We hypothesized that 2OHE2 would enhance bingeing in a rodent model. Two cohorts (1 male, 1 female) of 34 non-food-deprived rats were separated into daily control (D) (received an optional source of dietary fat for 20 min every day) or bingeing (INT) groups (received fat intermittently, i.e. 20 min on Mon, Weds, Fri). During the 5-week binge induction period, shortening intakes escalated significantly faster in females than in males, such that males consumed significantly less fat/kg body mass than did females after 5 weeks. This result is consistent with the idea that biological differences contribute to sex differences in bingeing. Rats were then injected with 2OHE2 (1.0, 3.0, and 10.0 μg/kg intraperitoneally), vehicle, or 2-methoxyestradiol (2ME2) immediately prior to fat access. Fat intake was significantly stimulated by 2OHE2 only in the INT rats (p < 0.03). Furthermore, this effect seemed to be more subtle in females than in males. Thus, 2OHE2 appears to exacerbate binge size. These data suggest a novel biological mechanism for sex differences in the risk of eating disorders.  相似文献

The GABA-B agonist baclofen reduces drug self-administration in rats and has shown promise clinically in the treatment of substance abuse. Baclofen generally does not reduce food intake in non-binge feeding protocols. In this study, baclofen was tested in a fat-binge protocol. Thirty male rats were divided into three groups (B: binge; FM: fat-matched; C: chow). B received a bowl of vegetable shortening for 2 h on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (MWF) and continuous access to powdered chow (regular chow) in all phases. FM had continuous access to a regular chow+shortening mixture (FM chow) that provided the same proportion of shortening and regular chow that the B rats consumed in all phases. In addition, FM had the following: phase 1: no separate bowl of shortening; phase 2: 2-h MWF access to a separate bowl of shortening; phase 3, daily 2-h access to a separate bowl of shortening; C rats had continuous access to the regular chow in all phases. In addition, C had the following: phase 1: no separate bowl of shortening; phase 2: 2-h MWF access to a separate bowl of shortening; in phase 3, daily 2-h access to a separate bowl of shortening. Baclofen (1.0, 1.8 mg/kg, i.p.) reduced shortening intake regardless of access condition. Baclofen had no effect on, or stimulated, FM and regular chow intake. These results demonstrate that baclofen can reduce fat intake in rats under binge-type conditions. Furthermore, these results indicate that bingeing, as modeled in our protocol, is different from other forms of food intake and may share similarities with substance abuse.  相似文献

Female rats were assigned to dietary conditions as follows for 3.5 months: 1) Low-fat control (LFC); 2) Moderately high-fat control (HFC); 3) Alternation between restricted access to a low-fat diet and ad lib access to a very high fat diet (RA); 4) Unrestricted access to the same diets as RA (URA). Results indicate that: 1) HFC consumed the same energy as LFC, but showed a tendency to become heavier and fatter through greater food efficiency. 2) URA and LFC did not differ in body weight, food intake, body composition or energy efficiency. 3) Intake of the very high fat diet declined over time in the RA. 4) RA ate less total calories, weighed less than all other groups, and showed a tendency for decreased percentage body fat and increased percentage of weight gained due to FFM gained. Results provide no evidence that dieting and bingeing promote obesity or increased preference for dietary fat, and suggest that dietary restriction has greater impact on energy balance and body composition than does alternation of diet composition.  相似文献

Previous studies have showed a shift of preferences from carbohydrate to fat in the Lou/c/jall rat with advancing age when they are submitted to a self-selection procedure. Protein intake also decreased according to the age, earlier for males (after 16 months) than for females (29 months). The present study aimed at investigating the mechanism underlying these modifications. We analysed the effect of the reference mu agonist, morphine (5 mg/kg subcutaneous), on the caloric intake, body weight and macronutrient intake of 30 male and 30 female rats divided in four age groups: young adults (10), mature (17), old (24) and senescent rats (29 months). During the experiment, animals had the choice between separate sources of the three pure macronutrients. Morphine injection reduced total daily caloric intake and induced a decrease in body weight. The weight loss was age- and sex-related (males and old rats were more affected by the drugs). The injection of morphine evoked a triphasic influence on the chronology of the intake. A brief (1 h) hypophagia was followed by an hyperphagia (3 h) and a persistent hypophagia (8 h). No modification in the diet composition was observed. These results did not support a clear involvement of the opioid system concerning the modifications in macronutrient rates in diet previously observed across ageing.  相似文献

Patterns of nutrient selection in rats with streptozotocin-induced diabetes   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The effects of experimental diabetes on energy intake, patterns of nutrient selection, water intake, body weight and body composition were examined in male Sprague-Dawley rats given ground Purina Chow or a dietary self-selection regime. Following adaptation to dietary conditions, a portion of the animals in each diet group were made diabetic by the administration of 45 mg/kg streptozotocin (STZ). The remaining animals in each group served as vehicle-injected controls. STZ reliably produced diabetes in rats on both dietary regimes. Immediately after the induction of diabetes, rats on the self-selection regime increased carbohydrate and protein intakes and decreased fat intake. Approximately three weeks after STZ administration, diabetic rats reduced carbohydrate intake and increased fat intake. Diabetic animals in both diet groups were hyperphagic and polydipsic relative to non-diabetic controls. During the first three weeks following STZ injections, energy and water intakes of diabetic animals in the two dietary conditions were similar. However, after this initial period, energy and water intakes of diabetic rats given the self-selection regime were significantly lower than those of diabetic animals given Purina Chow.  相似文献

Studies from this and another laboratory involving an animal model of binge-type behavior have used vegetable shortening containing trans-fats. Due to reformulations by vegetable shortening manufacturers to remove trans-fats from their products, only trans-fat-free shortenings are now available. The goal of the present study was to assess binge-type behavior in rats with trans-fat and trans-free vegetable shortening. Trans-fat-free shortening was provided to three different groups of non-food-deprived male Sprague Dawley rats on different schedules of access: continuous access (24 h/day-7 days/week), daily access (1 h every day), and intermittent access (1 h on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays). Trans-fat shortening was provided to a fourth group on the intermittent access schedule. A fifth group had no shortening access (chow only). Both intermittent groups (trans-fat-free and trans-fat) consumed significantly more shortening during the 1-h period of availability than did the daily group, and there was no difference in shortening intakes between the intermittent groups. These results are identical to previous reports of binge-type behavior in rats using this model. Thus, binge-type behavior in the present behavioral model depends upon the schedule of access, not the presence of trans-fats in the shortening.  相似文献

Responses to challenges of long-term regulation of feeding behavior were compared between adult and weanling female rats. Adulteration of a high fat diet with NaCl caused both adult and weanling rats to reduce their food intake, but neither group refused to eat. Food deprivation for 24 hr was followed by an increase in feeding for both adult and weanling animals during a period when food intake is normally very low. Continued limited food access to 2 hr during the light period was compensated for by an increase in the normal food intake for this period for both adult and young female rats. It was observed that both adult and weanling rats showed a marked preference for the more dilute glucose solution when given a choice. In addition, both groups maintained a constant caloric intake during presentation of the glucose solutions by adjusting their intake of a solid food source. In each challenge of long-term regulation of feeding behavior, the response of weanling animals was as good or superior to that shown by adults. It is concluded that weanling female rats regulate their feeding just as adults to maintain long-term energy balance. It was also observed that bilateral lesions placed in the ventromedial hypothalamus (VMH) at 21 days of age resulted in reduced daily food intake and retarded body weight gain. Furthermore, young rats with VMH lesions failed to respond to 24 hr of food deprivation or limited food access. These data suggest an important role for the VMH in the long-term regulation of feeding in young rats.  相似文献

Previous studies have suggested that intermittent exposure to hydrogenated vegetable shortening yields a binge/compensate pattern of feeding in rats. The present study was designed to assess whether rats would exhibit similar patterns of intake when given intermittent access to a nutritionally complete high-fat diet. Four groups of rats received varying exposure to either hydrogenated vegetable shortening or high-fat diet for 8 consecutive weeks. Animals were given daily and intermittent access to determine if the binge/compensate pattern of feeding was frequency dependent. At the conclusion of the study, body composition and plasma leptin levels were assessed to determine effects of diet and binge/compensate intake on endocrine alterations. As predicted, animals receiving intermittent access to high-fat diet displayed the binge/compensate pattern of feeding and appeared to compensate as a result of the caloric overload accompanying a particular binge episode. In addition, exposure to either shortening or high-fat diet led to alterations in body composition, while only exposure to shortening altered plasma leptin levels. These results suggest that binge-intake behavior occurs on a nutritionally complete high-fat diet and that this regimen is capable of altering both body composition and endocrine profile.  相似文献

Binge eating is more common in females than in males. This study investigated the effects of ovarian hormones on binge-eating behavior in a diet-related rat model. Six groups of ovariectomized Sprague-Dawley rats were used (n = 13/group). All rats had continuous access to chow and water throughout the study. One half of the rats were injected every fourth day with estradiol benzoate (2 µg/100 µl sesame oil) and progesterone (500 µg/100 µl sesame oil); the other half received only the sesame oil vehicle. Three feeding protocols were tested in each hormone injection condition: (1) chow only: no additional dietary fat access; (2) low-restriction: 1-h fat access every day; (3) high-restriction: 1-h fat access on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As previously reported in intact male and female rats, the high-restriction groups exhibited binge-like increases in 1-h energy intake during fat access. The major new finding of this study is that 1-h energy intake was tonically, but not cyclically, reduced in the hormone-treated high-restriction (binge) rats. Specifically, both low- and high-restriction hormone-treated rats consumed significantly less energy than did the oil-treated rats during the 1-h fat period (p < 0.0001) and overall (p < 0.0001), indicating a tonic inhibition of eating. However, food intake during the 1-h fat access period was also cyclically reduced in the hormone-treated low-restriction rats, but not in the hormone-treated high-restriction rats. These results indicate that the normal cyclic inhibitory influence of ovarian hormones on eating, but not their normal tonic inhibitory influence, is disrupted by conditions leading to binge-type eating.  相似文献

Endogenous opioids are involved in the hedonic aspects of eating. Opioid impairments and alterations have been implicated in the pathophysiology of bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder. Specific contributions by Bartley G. Hoebel have furthered the understanding how cyclical caloric restriction and intermittent optional access to sugar solutions result in opioid-like forebrain neural alterations and dependency in rodents. The present study sought to investigate caudal brainstem and nodose ganglion mu-opioid receptor mRNA alterations in a rodent model of dietary-induced binge eating of sweetened fat (vegetable shortening blended with 10% sucrose). Five groups (n = 7 or 8) of adult female Sprague Dawley rats were exposed to various dietary conditions for 6 weeks. As measured by in situ hybridization, there was reduced (approximately 25% from naive) mu-opioid receptor mRNA in the nucleus of the solitary tract (NTS) in the binge access group, which had intermittent calorie restriction and optional limited access to the sweetened fat. A similar reduction in expression was demonstrated in the continuous access group, which has unlimited optional sweetened fat and an obese phenotype. In the nodose ganglion, mu-opioid receptor mRNA was increased (approximately 30% from groups with sweetened fat access) in rats with intermittent caloric restriction alone. Our findings and the body of work from the Hoebel laboratory suggest that dietary-induced binge eating can consequentially alter opioidergic forebrain and hindbrain feeding-related neural pathways. Future work is needed to determine whether similar alterations are involved in the maintenance and progression of binge eating and other related eating pathologies.  相似文献

The effects of dietary protein level on food intake and body weight were examined in adult female rats during a 35-day pre-mating period and during gestation and lactation. During the pre-mating period, no differences in daily food intake were observed among rats fed a 6% casein, 8% casein or 25% casein diet. However, during this period, rats fed the 6% casein diet gained significantly less weight than those with ad lib access to the 8% or 25% casein diets or than rats pair-fed the 25% casein diet in amounts equivalent to that consumed by rats in the 6% or 8% casein groups. Additionally, rats fed the 6% casein diet displayed decreased efficiency of energy utilization, calculated as weight gain per 100 kilocalories consumed, relative to rats fed the 8% or 25% casein diets. No differences in food intake were observed among the groups during gestation. However, rats fed the 6% casein diet gained less weight than rats fed the 8% or 25% casein diets. During lactation rats fed either the 6% or 8% casein diet consumed significantly less food than animals given the 25% casein diet ad lib. During the second week of lactation, rats receiving ad lib access to the 25% casein diet gained weight while those receiving the 6% or 8% casein diets continued to lose weight. At parturition, body weights of pups did not differ as a function of dietary condition. However, by day 12 of life, pups whose dams had ad lib access to the 25% casein diet weighed significantly more than pups whose dams consumed the 6% or 8% casein diet or whose dams were pair-fed the 25% casein diet in amounts equivalent to those consumed by rats fed the 6% or 8% casein diet.  相似文献
