Acanthocytic red cells in patients with abetalipoproteinemia are morphologically similar to the red cells in spur cell anemia. Fluidity of membrane lipids is decreased in spur cells due to their excess cholesterol content. Acanthocyte membranes have an increased content of sphingomyelin and a decreased content of lecithin. To assess the effect of this abnormality of acanthocyte membrane lipid composition on membrane fluidity, we studied red cells from five patients with abetalipoproteinemia and four obligate heterozygote family members. 相似文献

目的 探讨儿童传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)白细胞VCS参数变化的临床意义.方法 应用Coulter LH 750血液分析仪对40例儿童IM患者(EBV-IgM阳性)和40例健康对照组进行分析,获得中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞的VCS(mean channels of cell volume,conductivity and scatter)参数.结果 儿童IM组的中性粒细胞体积的平均检测值(MNV)和单核细胞体积的平均检测值(MMV)明显高于健康对照组(157.42±9.24/142.54±3.86;190.91±10.10/168.54±3.32),差异具有统计学显著性意义;而单核细胞光散射的平均检测值(MMS)和淋巴细胞光散射的平均检测值(MLS)明显低于健康对照组(81.19±5.06/90.42±2.25;50.05±4.57/71.13±2.28),差异具有统计学显著性意义.通过ROC曲线下面积(AUCROC)分析,儿童IM组的诊断中,当MLS的cutoff=63.25时,它的敏感度和特异度均为100%.结论 在儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的诊断中,白细胞VCS参数的MLS是一种快速诊断的最佳指标,能使临床医师对患者及时地予以正确的诊断和治疗. 相似文献

用芘为荧光探讨,观察9例脑血管病患者紫外线照射充氧自由回输疗法(UBIO)治疗前后淋巴细胞膜流动性变化。结果表明,两者单、双体荧光强度比值及荧光偏振度的变化,差异均无显著性(P〉0.05)。提示血液在紫外线3.84J/cm^2剂量照射后,未引起淋巴细胞膜明显损伤效应,为临床应用提供依据。 相似文献

【目的】探讨白细胞活化黏附因子(ALCAM)、基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)及 MMP-9在人脑膜瘤中的表达及临床意义。【方法】回顾性分析脑膜瘤患者80例,根据病理分非侵袭组44例;侵袭组36例。采用免疫组化技术检测术后 ALCAM、MMP-1及 MMP-9的表达。【结果】ALCAM、MMP-1及 MMP-9在侵袭组脑膜瘤中的表达均高于非侵袭组(P<0.01)。在侵袭性脑膜瘤中 ALCAM、MMP-1和 MMP-9两两比较,其表达均具有相关性。【结论】ALCAM、MMP-1和 MMP-9与脑膜瘤的侵袭性相关,一定程度上可作为评价脑膜瘤侵袭性及预后的辅助指标,通过术后免疫组化检查可判断脑膜瘤的潜在侵袭性,指导临床治疗方案的制定,提高疗效水平。 相似文献

Sonoporation uses ultrasound (US) to generate transient nonselective pores on the cell membrane and has been exploited as a nonviral intracellular drug and gene delivery strategy. The pore size determines the size of agents that can be delivered into the cytoplasm using the technique. However, measurements of the dynamic, submicron-scale pores have not been readily available. Electron microscopy or atomic force microscopy has been used to gauge pore size but such techniques are intrinsically limited to post-US measurements that may not accurately reveal the relevant information. As previously demonstrated, changes of the transmembrane current (TMC) of a single cell under voltage clamp can be used for monitoring sonoporation in real-time. Because the TMC is related to the diffusion of ions through the pores on the membrane, it can potentially provide information of the pore size generated in sonoporation. Using Xenopus laevis oocytes as the model system, the TMC of single cells under voltage clamp was measured in real-time to assess formation of pores on the membrane in sonoporation. The cells were exposed to US (0.2 s, 0.3 MPa, 1.075 MHz) in the presence of Definity™ microbubbles. Experiments were designed to obtain the TMC corresponding to a single pore on the membrane. The size of the pores was estimated from an electro-diffusion model that relates the TMC with pore size from the ion transport through the pores on the membrane. The mean radius of single pores was determined to be 110 nm with standard deviation of 40 nm. 脑梗死患者红细胞膜脂流动性和脂蛋白(a)关系的研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
目的:探讨脑梗死患者红细胞膜脂流动性,变形性与血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的关系。方法:采用荧光偏振技术、激光衍射法和免疫比浊法分别对42例急性脑梗死患者和30例正常对照组的红细胞膜脂流动性、变形性及血清Lp(a)进行测定。结果:急性脑梗死时红细胞膜脂流动性、变形性降低,血清Lp(a)含量增高。血清Lp(a)水平与红细胞膜脂流动性、变形性呈显著负相关关系。结论:高水平血清Lp(a)浓度作为脑血管疾病的危险因素,不仅与其致动脉硬化和抗纤溶作用有关,而且可能与其降低红细胞膜脂流动性和变形性有关。 相似文献

Continuous-flow centrifugation of blood from normal donors with the NCI-IBM Continuous Flow Blood Cell Separator can be used safely and effectively to collect large quantities of normal granulocytes, lymphocytes, and platelets. Comparison with single-unit leukapheresis demonstrated a threefold greater collection of granulocytes and a fivefold greater collection of lymphocytes per hour of leukapheresis with continuous flow centrifugation. Granulocyte collections can be enhanced by giving the donors etiocholanolone or cortisone prior to leukapheresis. Plateletpheresis can be combined efficiently with granulocyte collction during continuous-flow centrifugation, but it offers no particular advantage over platelet collection by standard plasmapheresis technics. 相似文献
