目的 观察Ilizarov技术治疗手腕部瘢痕挛缩畸形的临床效果。 方法 2017年4月~2020年1月,应用Ilizarov技术治疗7例手腕部瘢痕挛缩畸形患者,男3例,女4例;年龄12~52岁,平均24岁;左手部2例,左腕关节1例,右腕关节4例;创面感染致瘢痕增生2例,开水烫伤致瘢痕增生1例,火焰烧伤致瘢痕增生4例。瘢痕形成6月~34年,平均7年。根据Mayo评分法评估手腕部功能,术前患者手腕部功能可5例,差2例。 结果 腕关节畸形均获得矫正,以腕关节中立位为0°测量,腕关节掌屈可达到55~70°,背伸可达0~55°,无明显疼痛及麻木感,手指活动灵活。患者均无针道感染、肢端感觉麻木等并发症。术后随访5月~24月(平均15月),末次随访时评估手腕部功能,良4例、可3例,较术前显著改善。 结论 应用Ilizarov技术治疗手腕部瘢痕挛缩畸形安全有效,可为烧伤后肢体功能重建提供一种新的疗法。  相似文献

目的:探讨气味偏好与个体人格之间的初步关系。为在行为层面上研究人格提供新的路径。方法:以艾森克的现代人格理论模型为框架,采用人格问卷和实验结合的方法进行研究,通过实验法在控制的条件下得到个体的气味偏好数据,通过人格问卷得到同一群体的人格各维度分值。结果:不同人格特征的个体在气味偏好上存在显著差异。结论:气味偏好和人格之间存在一定的联系。  相似文献

目的:探讨淋巴细胞趋化因子在正常肾脏和肾结核中的表达以及淋巴细胞趋化因子和浸润CD4 、D8 T细胞在肾脏结核病灶中的分布特点.方法:6例正常肾脏和10例肾结核病变组织,经匀浆后,采用RT-PCR法扩增人淋巴细胞趋化因子(hLptn)的含编码区序列的cDNA;扩增cDNA的克隆至pGM-T Easy T载体,测序;应用免疫组织化学方法检测正常肾脏和肾结核中的hLptn的表达和结核病灶中的CD4、CD8分子的表达.结果:正常肾脏和肾结核组织均表达hLptn mRNA,应用RT-PCR法克隆的cDNA序列与GenBank中U23772的序列一致;hLptn在正常的肾小球、肾小管中和结核病变中残存的肾小球、肾小管中均有表达;结核病变中有散在的CD4和CD8分子阳性细胞,与hLptn的分布无重叠.结论:淋巴细胞趋化因子在肾脏的肾小球和肾小管中呈结构性表达,肾结核肉芽肿中淋巴细胞的募集可能非依赖于hLptn的作用.  相似文献

目的: 观察肝癌靶向性葡萄球菌肠毒素A (SEA)/CD80基因重组腺病毒载体对肝癌的疗效,并对其免疫学机制进行初步研究.方法: 利用AdEasy腺病毒系统分别构建并制备甲胎蛋白(AFP)启动子和增强子Ⅰ调控的SEA和/或CD80基因重组腺病毒载体, 然后采用瘤体内直接注射的方式对小鼠皮下移植性肝癌进行治疗, 采用RT-PCR和Western blot方法检测腺病毒注射部位的SEA和CD80 mRNA和蛋白的表达情况; 采用ELISpot方法和LDH释放实验分别检测脾脏淋巴细胞中肝癌特异性IFN-γ分泌细胞的频数和细胞毒性T细胞(CTLs)对Hepa1-6细胞的特异杀伤活性; 通过观察荷瘤小鼠经治疗后肿瘤体积的变化及生存时间, 评价重组腺病毒对肝癌的治疗作用.结果: 我们构建的腺病毒能够使SEA和/或CD80 mRNA和蛋白靶向地在肝癌组织中表达; 与空载体组和PBS对照组相比, 双基因组和单基因组分泌IFN-γ的T细胞数量均明显增多, CTL对Hepa1-6细胞的特异性杀伤作用均明显增强, 荷瘤小鼠肿瘤体积明显减小, 生存期明显延长; 双基因组的疗效和对免疫系统的激活作用明显高于单基因组; CD80 和SEA的组之间、空载体和PBS组之间无明显差异.结论: 我们制备的肝癌靶向性重组腺病毒对肝癌有良好的治疗作用, 联合基因治疗优于单个基因治疗.  相似文献

太行山猕猴主要分布在太行山南坡中条山南端,是我国黄河以北分布最集中、数量最多、面积最大的猕猴自然分布种群。在形态、行为、遗传、食性、骨学方面均具有其特殊性。踝关节的距骨作为最坚固的骨骼之一,在国内有关该部位的研究报道较少。本研究主要对太行山猕猴距骨进行测量统计分析,找出两性间差异较大的变量,建立判别函数,为太行山猕猴的基础研究和生物学研究积累资料。  相似文献

Current medical adhesives based on cyanoacrylates typically exhibit cellular toxicity. In contrast, fibrin adhesives are non-toxic but have poor adhesive properties. To overcome these drawbacks we designed a simple and scalable adhesive precursor inspired by marine mussel adhesion that functioned with strong adhesion in wet conditions and with low cytotoxicity. Dopamine, an-amine derivative of an amino acid abundantly present in mussel adhesive proteins, was co-polymerised with a tri-functional vinyl monomer, to form a hyperbranched poly(β-amino ester) polymer termed poly(dopamine-co-acrylate) (PDA). A variety of molecular weights and crosslinking methods were analysed using an ex vivo porcine skin model and an almost 4 fold increase in wet adhesion strength was observed compared to TISSEEL® fibrin sealant. With a fast curing time, degradable properties and low cytotoxicity, PDA is highly attractive for medical purposes and could have a broad impact on surgeries where surgical tissue adhesives, sealants, and haemostatic agents are used.  相似文献

The thermal stability of polyethylene oxide (PEO) in sustained release tablets prepared by hot-melt extrusion was investigated. The weight average molecular weight of the polymer was studied using gel permeation chromatography. The chemical stability of PEO was found to be dependent on both the storage and processing temperature, and the molecular weight of the polymer. Storage of the polymer above its melting point significantly increased polymer degradation, and the degradation process was accelerated as the molecular weight was reduced. The thermal stability of PEO MW = 1,000,000 (PEO 1 M) in sustained release chlropheniramine maleate (CPM) tablets prepared by hot-melt extrusion was found to depend on the processing temperature and screw speed. Lower molecular weight PEO MW = 100,000 (PEO 100 K) was demonstrated to be a suitable processing aid for PEO 1 M. Incorporation of PEO 100 K reduced degradation of PEO 1 M and did not alter the release rate of CPM. Vitamin E, Vitamin E Succinate and Vitamin E TPGS were found to be suitable stabilizers for PEO, however, ascorbic acid was shown to degrade the polymer in solution. Thermal analysis demonstrated that Vitamin E Succinate and Vitamin E TPGS were dispersed at the molecular level in hot-melt extruded tablets. Solubilized Vitamin E Succinate and Vitamin E TPGS suppressed the melting point of the polyethylene oxide. Drug release rates from hot-melt extruded tablets stabilized with antioxidants were found to be dependent on the hydrophilic nature of the antioxidant.  相似文献

Over the past century, synthetic adhesives have largely displaced their natural counterparts in medical applications. However, rising concerns over the environmental and toxicological effects of the solvents, monomers, and additives used in synthetic adhesives have recently led the scientific community to seek natural substitutes. Marine mussel adhesive protein is a formaldehyde-free natural adhesive that demonstrates excellent adhesion to several classes of materials, including glasses, metals, metal oxides, and polymers. In this study, we have demonstrated computer aided design (CAD) patterning of various biological adhesives using piezoelectric inkjet technology. A MEMS-based piezoelectric actuator was used to control the flow of the mussel adhesive protein solution through the ink jet nozzles. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), microscopy, and adhesion studies were performed to examine the chemical, structural, and functional properties of these patterns, respectively. FTIR revealed the piezoelectric inkjet technology technique to be nondestructive. Atomic force microscopy was used to determine the extent of chelation caused by Fe(III). The adhesive strength in these materials was correlated with the extent of chelation by Fe(III). Piezoelectric inkjet printing of naturally-derived biological adhesives may overcome several problems associated with conventional tissue bonding materials. This technique may significantly improve wound repair in next generation eye repair, fracture fixation, wound closure, and drug delivery devices.  相似文献

Supramolecular adhesives have gained broad attention from both scientific and industrial aspects by virtue of their dynamic and reversible bonding properties. Although considerable achievements have been made in the exploration of noncovalent interactions for supramolecular adhesives, developing high-performance supramolecular adhesives has remained a great challenge. Recently, by combining well-developed noncovalent interactions with rational design strategies, strong and functional supramolecular adhesives have been constructed. From this perspective, the latest developments of high-performance supramolecular adhesives and their design notions will be discussed. At first, supramolecular adhesives with high bonding strengths are focused. By improving mechanical properties and enhancing interfacial interactions, the adhesion strength of supramolecular adhesive has been increased substantially. Secondly, supramolecular adhesives with various functionalities, such as underwater adhesion and conductivity, are introduced. By removing the hydration layer and incorporating conductive components, underwater and conductive supramolecular adhesives have been fabricated. At last, current challenges and future opportunities in this rapidly developing field will be discussed. It is highly anticipated that this perspective will provide guidance for the construction of supramolecular adhesives with desirable bonding strengths and tailor-made functionalities.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the adhesive properties of an in-house aminopropyltrimethoxysilane-methylenebisacrylamide (APTMS-MBA) siloxane system and compare them with a commercially available adhesive, n-butyl cyanoacrylate (nBCA). The ability of the material to perform as a soft tissue adhesive was established by measuring the physical (bond strength, curing time) and biological (cytotoxicity) properties of the adhesives on cartilage. Complementary physical techniques, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman and infrared imaging, enabled the mode of action of the adhesive to the cartilage surface to be determined. Adhesion strength to cartilage was measured using a simple butt joint test after storage in phosphate-buffered saline solution at 37 degrees C for periods up to 1 month. The adhesives were also characterised using two in vitro biological techniques. A live/dead stain assay enabled a measure of the viability of chondrocytes attached to the two adhesives to be made. A water-soluble tetrazolium assay was carried out using two different cell types, human dermal fibroblasts and ovine meniscal chondrocytes, in order to measure material cytotoxicity as a function of both supernatant concentration and time. IR imaging of the surface of cartilage treated with APTMS-MBA siloxane adhesive indicated that the adhesive penetrated the tissue surface marginally compared to nBCA which showed a greater depth of penetration. The curing time and adhesion strength values for APTMS-MBA siloxane and nBCA adhesives were measured to be 60 s/0.23 MPa and 38 min/0.62 MPa, respectively. These materials were found to be significantly stronger than either commercially available fibrin (0.02 MPa) or gelatin resorcinol formaldehyde (GRF) adhesives (0.1 MPa) (P < 0.01). Cell culture experiments revealed that APTMS-MBA siloxane adhesive induced 2% cell death compared to 95% for the nBCA adhesive, which extended to a depth of approximately 100-150 microm into the cartilage surface. The WST-1 assay demonstrated that APTMS-MBA siloxane was significantly less cytotoxic than nBCA adhesive as an undiluted conditioned supernatant (P < 0.001). These results suggest that the APTMS-MBA siloxane may be a useful adhesive for medical applications.  相似文献

Novel biological adhesives made from chitin derivatives were prepared and evaluated for their adhesive properties and biocompatibility. Chitin derivatives with acrylic groups, such as 2-hydroxy-3-methacryloyloxypropylated carboxymethyl chitin (HMA-CM-chitin), were synthesized and cured by the addition of an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution as a radical initiator. The adhesive strength of HMA-CM-chitin increased when it was blended with chitin nanofibers (CNFs) or surface-deacetylated chitin nanofibers (S-DACNFs). HMA-CM-chitin/CNFs or HMA-CM-chitin/S-DACNFs have almost equal adhesive strength compared to that of a commercial cyanoacrylate adhesive. Moreover, quick adhesion and induction of inflammatory cells migration were observed in HMA-CM-chitin/CNF and HMA-CM-chitin/S-DACNF. These findings indicate that the composites prepared in this study are promising materials as new biological adhesives.  相似文献

The effects of solvent extraction and sterilization procedure on tissue response to Dacron velour were studied in a canine model, using histomorphometrical techniques. The solvents used for extraction of low molecular weight moieties were either ethanol or water: the sterilization techniques examined were ethylene oxide (ETO) treatment, steam sterilization, and radiofrequency glow discharge (RFGD) treatment. The effect of the sterilization procedure was most marked in the outermost regions (velour) of the implant; no sterilization effects were determined in the capsule or the knitted regions. Velour in the steam sterilized implants had the smallest blood vessel dimensions compared with those that were treated with ETO or RFGD. The effects of different extraction methodologies appeared to be more significant than sterilization effects and were detected further into the implant. That is, not only were extraction effects detected in the capsule and velour, they were also detected in the outer knitted region. Extraction with water resulted in histological responses considered more biologically desirable (thinner capsule, lower giant cell presence, and larger blood vessel diameters) than responses to extraction with ethanol. Neither extraction nor sterilization effects were detected in the inner layers of the knitted region, which were adjacent to the adhesive.  相似文献

The advantages and disadvantages of three forms of dry heat sterilization are discussed. In addition a fourth method, consisting of heating by infrared rays in vacuo, is described. This method is particularly suitable for instruments used in the operating theatre, since it can replace an autoclave where a supply of steam is not available. Recommended times and temperatures for dry heat sterilization are detailed, and are related to the thermal death point of Cl. tetani. The dangers of recontamination during the cooling process are discussed.  相似文献

Barnacles attach to a wide variety of surfaces underwater and show substrate-specific adhesion mechanisms. Investigating and understanding these mechanisms is a key for developing new technical adhesives. We expected open volume (porosity) at the sub-nanometre scale to occur in barnacle adhesive. With positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy (PALS) it is possible to detect porosity at the nanometre scale by determining the lifetime of positrons. This method has not been applied to bioadhesives so far. We showed that PALS is a suitable technique for the investigation of the barnacle base and its adhesive with respect to open volume. The results were interpreted using a standard model adapted from polymers. We thereby estimated pore sizes of 0.5 nm.  相似文献
