目的 研究藏药大籽獐牙菜(Swertia macrosperma C.B.Clark)的化学成分.方法 采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱解析鉴定其化学结构.结果 从大籽獐牙菜的脂溶性部分分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为1,8-二羟基-3,5-二甲氧基(口山)酮(swerchirin,Ⅰ)、1-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基(口山)酮(Ⅱ)、1,8-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基(口山)酮(methylswertianin,Ⅲ)、1-羟基-3,7,8-三甲氧基(口山)酮(decussatin,Ⅳ),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,Ⅴ)和1,5,8-三羟基-3-甲氧基(口山)酮(bellidifodin,Ⅵ).结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

目的 研究祁连獐牙菜Swertia przewalskii全草的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,通过波谱方法及化学关联进行结构鉴定;结果 分离纯化出15个化合物,分别鉴定为:1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基San酮(Ⅰ),1,8-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基San酮(Ⅱ),1,7,8-三羟基-3-甲氧基San酮(Ⅲ),1,3,7,8-四羟基San酮(Ⅳ),1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-7-羟基-3,8-二甲氧基San酮(Ⅴ),1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-8-羟基-3,7-二甲氧基San酮(Ⅵ),7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-1,8-二羟基-3-甲氧基San酮(Ⅶ),1-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-7-羟基-3,8-二甲氧基San酮(Ⅷ),1-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基S sgmk(X),木犀草素(Ⅺ),齐墩果酸(Ⅻ),乌苏酸(XⅣ)和龙胆苦苷(XV)。结论 化合物Ⅳ-Ⅷ,Ⅺ,Ⅻ,XⅣ和XV均为首次从该种植物中分得。  相似文献

目的 研究金丝桃属植物元宝草 Hypericum sampsonii全株的化学成分 ,并通过药理试验寻找活性成分 (或组份 )。方法 在细胞毒筛选结果指导下 ,同步对元宝草活性部位进行化学成分分离纯化。硅胶为吸附剂 ,多次柱色谱、重结晶 ;并通过理化数据测定及波谱分析 ,鉴定化合物结构。结果 分离鉴定出 6种成分 ,分别是 :1-苯甲酰基 - 3- (3-甲基 - 2 -丁烯基 ) - 6 ,6 ,13,13-四甲基 - 11-香叶基 - 5 -唑四环 [7.3.1.0 3,7.0 4 ,1 1 ]十三烷 - 2 ,12 -二酮 (元宝草酮 A, ) ;1-苯甲酰基 -5 - (1-羟基 -异丙基 ) - 6 ,6 ,13,13-四甲基 - 11-香叶基 -四环 [7.3.1.1.0 3,7]十四烷 - 2 ,12 ,14 -三酮 (元宝草酮 F, ) ;3- (1-羟基 - 5 -甲基 - 4 -己烯基 ) - 6 ,10 -二 (3-甲基 - 2 -丁烯基 ) - 8-苯甲酰基 - 9,9-二甲基 - 4 -唑三环 [6 .3.1.0 1 ,5]- 5 -十二碳烯 - 7,12 -二酮 (元宝草酮 K, ) ;1,2 -二氢 - 3,6 ,8-三羟基 - 1,1-双 (3-甲基 -丁 - 2 -烯基 ) - - 2 ,9-酮 (金丝梅酮 , ) ;1,7-二羟基 -4 -甲氧基酮 ( )及 1,3,6 ,7-四羟基 - 8- (3-甲基 -丁 - 2 -烯基 )酮 ( )。结论 化合物 ~ 为首次从该植物中分离得到。另外 ,通过细胞毒试验发现 ,滇产元宝草的氯仿及醋酸乙酯提取物具有抗癌活性  相似文献

目的 研究黄花獐牙菜 Swertia kingii的化学成分。方法 用各种色谱柱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱解析鉴定其化学结构。结果 从黄花獐牙菜中分离到15个化合物,鉴定了其中的11个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,1)、1,8-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基口山酮(甲基獐牙菜宁,methylswertianin,2)、1,7-二羟基-3 ,8二甲氧基口山酮(gentiacaulein,3)、1,8-二羟基-3,5-二甲氧基口山酮(印度獐牙菜素,swerchirin,4)、8-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1, 3, 7-trihydroxanthone,5)、芒果苷(mangiferin,7)、1-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-7-羟基-3,8-二甲氧基口山酮(1-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-7-hydroxy-3, 8-dimethoxyxanthone,8)、8-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖(1→6)-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基口山酮(8-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→6)-lucopyranosyl]1, 7-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-xanthone,9)、1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-7-羟基-3,8-二甲氧基口山酮(1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-hydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone,10)、异荭草苷(isoorientin,11)、8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-1,3,5-三羟基口山酮(8-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1, 3, 5-trihydroxanthone,13)。其余4个还在结构鉴定中。结论 所有化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中得到。  相似文献

目的研究生姜Zingiber officinale的化学成分。方法采用乙醇提取、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱进行分离和纯化,单体化合物用波谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果从醋酸乙酯部位分离得到12个化合物,鉴定为三十一烷醇(Ⅰ)、正二十四烷酸(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、1-羟基-7-甲氧基酮(Ⅳ)、优酮(Ⅴ)、1,6-二羟基酮(Ⅵ)、8-姜酚(Ⅶ)、6-姜酚(Ⅷ)、6-姜烯酚(Ⅸ)、1-去氢姜辣二酮(Ⅹ)、3,5-二酮-1,7-二-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基)苯基庚烷(Ⅺ)、(3S,5S)-3,5-二羟基-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)癸烷(Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅳ~Ⅵ为首次分离得到的酮类化合物。  相似文献

目的研究藏药椭叶花锚中(口山)酮类成分及其抗氧化活性.方法利用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、反相高效液相色谱和重结晶等手段进行分离;借助红外光谱、质谱及核磁共振谱等波谱方法进行结构鉴定;以不同浓度化合物对Fe2 -半胱氨酸(Cys)诱导大鼠肝微粒体丙二醛生成的影响评价其抗氧化活性.结果分离得到8个(口山)酮化合物(化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ),其结构鉴定为1,7-二羟基-2,3,5-三甲氧基(口山)酮、1-羟基-2,3,4,7-四甲氧基(口山)酮、1,7-二羟基-2,3,4,5-四甲氧基(口山)酮、1,7-二羟基-2,3-二甲氧基(口山)酮、1,5-二羟基-2,3-二甲氧基(口山)酮、1-羟基-2,3,5-三甲氧基(口山)酮、1-羟基-2,3,4,5-四甲氧基(口山)酮、1-羟基-2,3,5,7-四甲氧基(口山)酮;其中1,7-二羟基-2,3,5-三甲氧基(口山)酮为新化合物;化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ(10μg/ml、100 xg/ml)对Fe2 -Cys诱导大鼠肝微粒体丙二醛生成有显著抑制作用.结论从椭叶花锚乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到8个(口山)酮化合物,且该类化合物具有一定抗氧化活性.  相似文献

目的 研究杉科植物池杉的化学成分.方法 运用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据进行结构鉴定.结果 从池杉的枝叶中分离得到14个化合物.通过核磁共振谱、质谱等波谱分析手段鉴定了其中6个化合物的结构,分别为:四氢-2,4-二(4-羟基苯基)-2H-吡喃-3,5-二醇[tetrahydro-2,4-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2Hpyran-3,5-diol,Ⅰ]、3,5-二(4-羟基苯基)-4-戊烯-1,2-二醇[3,5-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-pentene-1,2-diol,I]、3,5,7,3',5'-五羟基黄烷[3,5,7,3',5'-pentahydroxyflavan,Ⅲ]、4-(2,3-二氢-3-羟甲基-5-(3-羟丙基)-7-甲氧基苯并呋喃-2基)-2-甲氧基苯酚[4-(2,3-dihydro-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)-7-methoxybenzofuran-2-yl)-2 methoxyphenol,Ⅳ]、2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯氧基)-四氢-6-羟甲基-2H-吡喃-3,4,5-三醇[2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenoxy)tetrahydro-6-(hydroxymethyl)-2H-pyran-3,4,5-triol,Ⅴ]、2,5-二氢-3,5-二(4-羟基苯基)-2-呋喃甲醇[2,5-dihydro-3,5-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-furanmethanol,Ⅵ].结论 化合物I为新化合物,命名为池杉吡喃醇(aseendenpyranol),其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

Objective: To evaluatel the value of D-dimers in patients with acute aortic dissection (AAD). Methods: This study consisted of 16 patients with AAD and 27 non-AAD patients. Serum D-dimets were measured by Sta-Liatest D-DI immunoturbidimetric assay. Results: D-dimer level was higher (P < 0.001) in patients with AAD(7.91 ± 5.52 μg/ml) than that in non- AAD group(1.57±1.24 μg/ml). D-dimer was positive (>0.4 μg/ml) in all patients with AAD and in 10 control group patients (37%). Among patients with acute AAD, D-dimers tended to be higher in Stanford A than in Stanford B (8.67 ± 4.31 μg/ml vs. 3.24±1.27 μg/ml, P <0.01). D-dimer values tended to be higher in more extended disease(3.84 ± 1.65 μg/ml, 8.57 ± 3.58 μg/ml and 11.87 ± 5.69 μg/ml in thoracic aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta and iliacal arteries, respectively, P < 0.05 for both 8.57 ± 3.58 and 11.87 ± 5.69 vs. 3.84 ± 1.65 ). Including the control group into the analysis, we found a sensitivity of 100%, a negative predictive value of 100%, and a specificity of 66% and a positive predictive value of 64% for D-dimer in diagnosis of AAD in our patients with suspected AAD. Conclusion: D-dimer was elevated in patients with AAD. A negative D-dimer test result could be useful in excluding AAD.  相似文献

Objective: To set up a simple and reliable rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation. Methods: SD rats served as both donors and recipients. 4℃ sodium lactate Ringer's was infused from portal veins to donated livers,and from abdominal aorta to donated kidneys, respectively. Anastomosis of the portal vein and the inferior vena cava (IVC) inferior to the right kidney between the graft and the recipient was performed by a double cuff method, then the superior hepatic vena cava with suture. A patch of donated renal artery was anastomosed to the recipient abdominal aorta. The urethra and bile duct were reconstructed with a simple inside bracket. Results: Among 65 cases of combined liver-kidney transplantation, the success rate in the late 40 cases was 77.5%. The function of the grafted liver and kidney remained normal. Conclusion: This rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation can be established in common laboratory conditions with high success rate and meet the needs of renal transplantation experiment.  相似文献

目的:评价使用安心颗粒对急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(PPCI)术后生活质量的影响.方法:将160例接受PPCI的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者随机分为安心颗粒组(术前顿服安心颗粒8.8g,术后安心颗粒4.4 g/次,每日2次)和对照组(仅接受基础药物治疗).所有患者均服用阿司匹林、氯吡格雷和阿托伐他汀.分别在入院时、出院前1d、出院后180 d时,应用心肌梗死多维度量表(MIDAS)、中文版SF-36评价量表对患者生活质量评分.并观察术后30 d以内的出血并发症、血小板减少症发生情况.结果:入院时和出院前1d,两组患者的心肌梗死MIDAS、SF-36量表评分比较无差异(P>0.05);出院后180 d时,与对照组比较,安心颗粒组MIDAS、SF-36评分明显减低(P<0.05);组内与入院时比较,两组出院前1d、出院后180 d时,MIDAS、SF-36评分均降低(P<0.05).两组患者在随访期间均无大量出血、少量出血、重度和极重度血小板减少症发生,安心颗粒组有4例、对照组有7例发生不明显出血(P>0.05).两组发生轻度血小板减少症的患者数比较无差异(P>0.05).结论:PPCI使用安心颗粒,能改善急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的生活质量,且不增加出血风险.  相似文献

Objective:To investigate the influences of urapidil and nicardipine on rabbit sinus function,atrio-ventricular node function and hemodynamics.Methods:Thirty-two Angora's rabbits were selected and randomly divided into four groups.U1 group:urapidil 0.25 mg/kg;U2 group:urapidil 0.5 mg/kg;N1 group:nicardipine 10 μg/kg;N2 group:nicardipine 20 μg/kg.All these medicine were administrated within 30 seconds.Measurements were taken before and after the administration of urapidil or nicardipine for the following data:mean blood pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),sino-atrial conduction time(SACT),maximal sinoatrial recovery time(SNRTmax)corrected sinus node recovery time(CSNRT),index of sinus node recovery time(SNRTI),Wenckebach A-V conduction frequency (WB),and P-R interval.Results:Significant MAP and HR changes were identified in all of the four groups before and after administration of both urapidil and nicardipine.No significant changes could be found in the rest of the parameters.Intergroup analysis showed that SACT and CSNRT of N1 and N2 groups were shorter than those of the U2 group(P<0.01);the MAP decreased(P<0.01)and the HR increased drastically(P<0.01).Conclusions:Neither urapidil(0.25 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg)nor nicardipine(10μg/kg,20μg/kg)has any significant influence on rabbit sinus function or rabbit atrio-ventricular node function.Nicardipine could be a better choice than urapidil for parafunctional sinus node patients.  相似文献

Objective:To investigate the gene expression of osteoprotegerin(OPG) and osteoclast differentiation factor(ODF) in the bone tissue of patients with hip fracture due to osteoporosis. Methods:OPGmRNA and ODFmRNA in the bone tissue in 50 cases of osteoporosis sufferers(over 50 years old) with hip fracture(Observer Group) and 30 cases of hip facture sufferers with no osteoporosis(Control group) were analyzed with the Semi-Quantitative RT-PCR method. Results:The mRNA expressed of ODF, OPG were both high in the patients with hip fracture. In the control group, the expression of OPG mRNA was observed, while the expression of ODF mRNA was very slight. Conclusion:Aged patients contained all signals including OPG, ODF that are essential for inducing osteoclastogenesis and promoting bone resorption.  相似文献

Objective:To investigate the clinical features, pathological characteristics and immunophenotype of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas(SPTP). Methods:Nine surgically treated cases of SPTP were retrospectively reviewed. Hematoxylin and Eosin(HE) staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to analyze all cases, and the general clinical data was collected. Results:Six patients were asymptomatic except for a palpable mass. Two patients complained of vague-epigastric pain. One patient appeared jaundice. The tumor was encapsulated and solid tissues alternately with cystic tissues. Histologically, the histological structure of solid portion was pseudopapillary with a fibrovascular core. Tumor cells were uniform and medium-sized which were arranged in sheets ets or nests or pseudopapillary patterns. Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated that SPTP proved positive in vimentin(9/9 cases), AAT(9/9 cases), NSE(9/9 cases), ACT(7/9 cases), CK20(2/9 cases), CgA(1/9 cases), S-100(3/gcases), PR(4/gcases), Syn(3/9 cases) and CD56(5/9cases), negative in CEA and ER. Conclusion:SPTP is a tumor predominantly occurring in young women frequently without special symptoms. This tumor has various characteristical histological patterns with different immunophenotype.  相似文献

Objective: To explore the role of matrix metalloproteinase-1,2 (MMP-1, MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP-1) in endometriosis. Methods: The eutopic and ectopic endometria from 40 subjects suffering from endometriosis and regular.endometria from 40 subjects (excluding endometriosis) were collected and examined by in situ hybridization technology and western blot assay. Results: Both expressions of MMP-1 and -2 were stronger in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium than in normal endometrium. On the contrary, the expression of TIMP-1 in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium was lower. The differences were significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Moreover, there was no relationship among the expressions of MMP-1, 2 and TIMP-1 in ectopic endometrium. Conclusion: The expressions of MMP-1, 2 and TIMP-1 lose balance and lack of periodic changes in ectopic endometrium , which explains the biological invasive behavior of endometriosis. It was suggested-that regulating the balance between the MMPs and TIMP-1 should be an ideal therapeutic target to endometriosis.  相似文献
