Congenital hepatic arterioportal fistula is a treatable cause of portal hypertension. Transarterial embolization is a widely accepted endovascular treatment approach. Here, a case of a recanalized congenital hepatic arterioportal fistula after prior transarterial coil embolization that was successfully treated with percutaneous transhepatic embolization with coils and N-butyl 2-cyanoacrylate is reported. The percutaneous transhepatic approach can be an effective alternative for patients with recanalized hepatic arterioportal fistula who have undergone prior transarterial coil embolization, and N-butyl 2-cyanoacrylate can be used as an embolic material in addition to metallic coils to achieve quick and total occlusion.  相似文献

Arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is a rare but well-documented complication of pancreatic allotransplantation. Small, tortuous vessels in the head of the transplanted pancreas may complicate transarterial embolization. The authors recently encountered two women who developed clinical pancreatitis after right pelvic transplant placement with documented AVF in the head of the transplanted pancreas. In the first patient, embolization was successfully performed transarterially. In the second patient, transarterial embolization was not feasible due to the small caliber and extreme tortuosity of the pancreaticoduodenal arcade and transvenous embolic occlusion was successfully performed. Both patients recovered with normalization of enzyme levels and pain reduction.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Although embolization with detachable coils is an accepted alternative to surgical clipping, a major long-term problem is aneurysm recanalization due to coil compaction. Liquid embolic agents are a possible alternative as filling material that might decrease the recanalization rate. We evaluated the use of a liquid embolic for endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms. METHODS: During 1999-2003, 10 patients with 11 small aneurysms (group 1) and 29 patients with 30 large or giant aneurysms (group 2) were treated with a liquid embolic. Of 32 female and seven male patients, 20 had mass effect and two had subarachnoid hemorrhage; 17 were asymptomatic. All aneurysms were judged unsuitable for regular treatment; selective embolization was performed with a liquid embolic alone or with coils and liquid embolic. Stent placement was performed in 15 cases. Clinical and anatomic outcomes were assessed with the Modified Glasgow Outcome Scale and with angiography at 3, 12, and 24 months. RESULTS: In group 1, good or excellent outcome and complete occlusion were observed in all patients. In group 2, clinical outcome was good or excellent in 26 patients and fair in one, and death occurred in two patients (one procedure related and one disease related). Technical complications occurred in four patients in group 1 (one permanent neurologic deficit) and in four patients in group 2 (one patient died, two remain hemiparetic, one remains asymptomatic). Follow-up images showed two recanalizations in group 1 and nine in group 2. CONCLUSION: Selective embolization with a liquid embolic is useful to treat aneurysms unsuitable for coiling or for patients in whom previous treatment failed. This mostly applies to large and giant aneurysms in which morbidity and mortality rates are better than those associated with surgery, and the recanalization rate is lower than that previously described with coiling.  相似文献

We describe a giant left orbital vascular malformation that was treated with both percutaneous and transarterial embolization. Feeder artery aneurysms thrombosed as a result of retrograde reflux of embolic material into the distal ophthalmic artery. In this presentation, we emphasize the efficacy of percutaneous embolization and retrograde thromboses of two intradural saccular ophthalmic artery aneurysms.  相似文献

We report the angiographic findings from six patients with intracranial dural arteriovenous fistulas of the inferior petrosal sinus and describe the clinical presentation, vascular anatomy, and embolization techniques used in the treatment of this disorder. Dural arteriovenous fistulas at this site are rare; of 105 patients diagnosed with this abnormality, only six had lesions involving the inferior petrosal sinus. The patients included three men and three women, ranging in age from 41 to 75 years. Patients presented with bruit, proptosis, abducens palsy, or loss of vision, and symptoms were present for up to 1 year prior to diagnosis. These presentations were similar to cavernous sinus arteriovenous fistulas. The arterial supply in all cases was from branches of the external carotid artery and in three cases from the meningohypophyseal trunk of the internal carotid artery. Venous drainage in four patients was via the cavernous sinus to the superior ophthalmic vein. The remaining two patients had drainage primarily to the jugular bulb. In four patients treatment was performed by introducing wire coils into the fistula from the transvenous route. This approach could be used even though the inferior petrosal sinus was thrombosed. One patient, treated early in the series, had only transarterial embolization with both liquid adhesives and particulate embolic agents. One patient had an asymptomatic fistula that was not treated. All patients were cured, as evidenced both angiographically and clinically during the follow-up period. Three patients experienced complications from angiography and treatment: two had transverse sinus thrombosis and one had a transient ischemic attack.  相似文献

Transvenous embolization of direct carotid cavernous fistulas   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
Of 165 cases of direct carotid cavernous fistula, 14 (8.5%) were treated from a transvenous approach. Twelve of these were treated through the inferior petrosal sinus and one through the superior ophthalmic vein. In one patient, both approaches were used. The embolic agents were as follows: five patients had balloons only, four patients had minicoils alone, three patients had coils and liquid adhesives, one had balloons and coils, and one had balloons and liquid adhesives. Among the patients who were treated from a transvenous approach, three had an occluded carotid artery caused by trauma, nine failed transarterial balloon attempts, and one had a prior trapping procedure. In the remaining patient, who had Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a transarterial approach was judged to be too dangerous. This patient suffered a fatal pontine hemorrhage after subtotal transvenous occlusion of the carotid cavernous fistula with diversion of flow into cortical veins. Another complication occurred when the inferior petrosal sinus was perforated during catheterization, causing a small subarachnoid hemorrhage. The tear was immediately closed with minicoils, and surgical exposure and embolization resulted in complete cure. Of the remaining 12 patients treated, 11 were completely cured and one showed angiographic and clinical improvement. Transarterial balloon embolization remains the procedure of choice in the treatment of symptomatic carotid cavernous fistulas; however, transvenous embolization is an alternative when the arterial route fails.  相似文献

目的 探讨不同的栓塞材料在颈动脉海绵窦瘘 (CCF)的血管内栓塞治疗中的应用。方法 回顾分析了 2 3例CCF血管内栓塞治疗病例。其中 2 2例外伤性CCF ,19例使用了可脱性球囊 ,3例使用了金属微弹簧圈作栓塞材料 ;1例自发性CCF ,使用了NB CA胶作栓塞剂。结果 可脱性球囊栓塞 19例 ,均获得临床治愈 ,其中 12例保持了患侧颈内动脉的通畅 ,获得解剖治愈 ;金属微弹簧圈栓塞 3例 ,2例成功 ,1例因弹簧圈异位栓塞于右大脑中动脉的分支 ,导致病人失语和半身不遂 ,1例自发性CCF ,经患侧脑膜副动脉注射NBCA胶 ,部分NBCA进入海绵窦内 ,病人获得临床治愈。结论 CCF首选血管内栓塞治疗 ,而可脱性球囊是一种理想的栓塞材料。由于金属微弹簧圈可控性差 ,不够安全 ,不应再被作为经颈内动脉途径的栓塞材料。  相似文献

Transarterial platinum coil embolization of carotid-cavernous fistulas   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
Of the 227 embolization procedures performed by our neurointerventional section for symptomatic carotid-cavernous fistulas over the past 10 years, five involved placement of platinum coils in the cavernous sinus from a transarterial route. In four patients, prior transarterial balloon procedures had failed to produce fistula closure. In the fifth patient, with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a prior transvenous embolization attempt was unsuccessful. In three patients, complete closure of the carotid-cavernous fistula was achieved with preservation of the parent artery. In one patient, the earliest treated, a portion of a platinum coil projected through the fistula into the parent artery. To eliminate the risk of clot formation and distal embolization, internal carotid occlusion was performed and tolerated without deficits. In the last patient, closure of the anterior drainage was achieved, but complicated by distal migration of the platinum coils with transient aggravation of ocular symptoms. Attempts to occlude the remaining cortical drainage were unsuccessful with platinum coils; therefore, a balloon was used to obliterate the small remaining fistula. Transarterial platinum coil embolization is an alternative treatment for symptomatic carotid-cavernous fistulas that cannot be closed successfully by other embolization techniques. The development of shorter, more thrombogenic, detachable or retrievable coils may make this technique more promising in the future.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Although Guglielmi detachable coil (GDC) endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms has become an accepted alternative to surgery, the main complication continues to be thromboembolic events. We sought to determine the frequency and radiologic appearance of thromboembolic events during GDC embolization for asymptomatic cerebral aneurysms by using diffusion-weighted (DW) MR imaging and to determine whether aneurysmal anatomic factors or use of the balloon-assisted technique affected the frequency. METHODS: In 74 patients, 79 asymptomatic cerebral aneurysms were treated with GDC embolizations at the National Cardiovascular Center from 1999 to 2001. Thirty-nine of these aneurysms (49%) were treated with the balloon-assisted technique. DW imaging was performed in 66 patients at 2-5 days after GDC embolization. All DW images were reviewed by two radiologists for depiction of abnormalities. RESULTS: DW images showed hyperintense lesions in 40 patients (61%), with 16 of these patients (40%) incurring neurologic deteriorations. Fifteen of the symptomatic patients (94%) fully recovered by discharge, and the remaining one experienced permanent deficits. Hyperintense lesions were detected more frequently in wide-neck (73%) or large (100%) aneurysms and in procedures that used the balloon-assisted technique (73%) than in small aneurysms (50%) or in procedures with the simple GDC method (49%). The occurrence of new lesions was significantly associated with use of the balloon-assisted technique and with aneurysm diameter in multivariate analysis (P <.05). CONCLUSION: In our experience, thromboembolic events related to the use of GDC embolization are relatively common, especially in wide-neck or large aneurysms or in association with the balloon-assisted technique. Although permanent deficits are rare, the high rate of thromboembolic events suggests that improvements in the technique such as the addition of antiplatelet agents and the development of new embolic materials are mandatory.  相似文献

Transvenous embolization of dural fistulas involving the cavernous sinus   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
Because of the risks associated with arterial embolization of cavernous dural fistulas, we have sought an alternative method to promote fistula closure. Thirteen patients underwent transvenous embolization as a treatment for symptomatic cavernous dural fistulas. All procedures were performed from a femoral vein access through the inferior petrosal sinus or basilar plexus. In five patients the inferior petrosal sinus was not angiographically demonstrable; however, embolization was still possible through this route in two patients. The embolic agents used were detachable balloons in one patient, coils alone in five, coils and liquid adhesives in four, coils plus silk sutures in one, silk sutures alone in one, and liquid adhesives alone in one. Nine patients had follow-up angiograms, which showed complete obliteration of the fistulas and complete resolution of related symptoms. One patient had complete resolution of clinical symptoms but refused follow-up angiography. Another patient had 50% decrease in fistula flow on the follow-up angiogram and improvement in clinical symptoms. Two patients had complete fistula obliteration after embolization and progressive improvement in symptoms but follow-up angiograms had not been obtained. Follow-ups ranged from 1 to 97 months (mean, 15 months). Two complications were related to this treatment. An embolic stroke followed transient placement of a balloon in the internal carotid in one patient, and a second patient developed transient visual loss when the venous outflow pathways were occluded before fistula closure. The fistula was immediately closed with complete recovery of vision. With recent advances in microcatheter and embolic agent technology, transvenous closure of cavernous dural fistulas is now possible.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery aneurysms are uncommon visceral artery aneurysms usually difficult to resect, and, if untreated, have a propensity to rupture with catastrophic results. We reviewed the clinical and treatment records of four patients encountered in our institution within the last 4 years. Three patients presented as bleeding emergencies from single aneurysms and were successfully treated by transcatheter embolization using coaxial technique and a variety of embolic agents. One nonemergent, asymptomatic patient had surgical resection of two inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery aneurysms due to unfavorable anatomy for embolization. Embolization therapy appears to be the treatment of choice in the emergency setting. Patients with unsuitable anatomy for embolization may still re quire surgical intervention.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE:Endovascular therapy with liquid embolic agents is a common treatment strategy for cranial dural arteriovenous fistulas. This study evaluated the long-term effectiveness of transarterial Onyx as the single embolic agent for curative embolization of noncavernous cranial dural arteriovenous fistulas.MATERIALS AND METHODS:We performed a retrospective review of 40 consecutive patients with 41 cranial dural arteriovenous fistulas treated between March 2006 and June 2012 by using transarterial Onyx embolization with intent to cure. The mean age was 57 years; one-third presented with intracranial hemorrhage. Most (85%) had cortical venous drainage. Once angiographic cure was achieved, long-term treatment effectiveness was assessed with DSA and clinical follow-up.RESULTS:Forty-nine embolization sessions were performed; 85% of cranial dural arteriovenous fistulas were treated in a single session. The immediate angiographic cure rate was 95%. The permanent neurologic complication rate was 2% (mild facial palsy). Thirty-five of the 38 patients with initial cure underwent short-term follow-up DSA (median, 4 months). The short-term recurrence rate was only 6% (2/35). All patients with occlusion at short-term DSA undergoing long-term DSA (median, 28 months) had durable occlusion. No patient with long-term clinical follow-up (total, 117 patient-years; median, 45 months) experienced hemorrhage.CONCLUSIONS:Transarterial embolization with Onyx as the single embolic agent results in durable long-term cure of noncavernous cranial dural arteriovenous fistulas. Recurrence rates are low on short-term follow-up, and all patients with angiographic occlusion on short-term DSA follow-up have experienced a durable long-term cure. Thus, angiographic cure should be defined at short-term follow-up angiography instead of at the end of the final embolization session. Finally, long-term DSA follow-up may not be necessary if occlusion is demonstrated on short-term angiographic follow-up.

Endovascular therapy is commonly used for the treatment of noncavernous cranial dural arteriovenous fistulas (cDAVFs). Cyanoacrylates, ethyl alcohol, coils, and particles can be used alone or in combination via transarterial, transvenous, or occasionally direct percutaneous treatment routes. There is no US Food and Drug Administration–approved liquid embolic agent for the treatment of cDAVFs. The ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer liquid embolic system (Onyx; Covidien, Irvine, California) is FDA-approved for the presurgical embolization of brain arteriovenous malformations. Since Onyx has become available, transarterial embolization of cDAVFs by using Onyx as the sole endovascular embolic agent has become our preferred treatment strategy. This endovascular treatment approach represents an “off-label” use of the Onyx liquid embolic system.The immediate occlusion rate in large cohort studies of patients treated with transarterial Onyx embolization ranges from 62% to 92%, and short-term durable occlusion has been demonstrated.14 We have previously reported our short-term experience using Onyx in these patients5 and have compared the success of this technique with embolization using n-butyl cyanoacrylate.6 However, there currently remain no published data on the long-term effectiveness for embolization of cDAVFs by using Onyx, to our knowledge. Here we report our long-term angiographic occlusion rate and clinical follow-up in a cohort of noncavernous cranial DAVFs that were treated by using transarterial Onyx embolization with the intention of complete cure.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Transarterial detachable balloon embolization of direct carotid cavernous fistulas (DCCFs) has become an optimal treatment. In a few cases, the parent artery has to be sacrificed to achieve morphologic cure. We present our experience with transarterial balloon-assisted n-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate (n-BCA) embolization of DCCFs in which there was failure to achieve angiographic cure and preservation of parent arteries. METHODS: Of 141 patients with traumatic DCCFs who had been treated by transarterial embolization with occlusion of the fistula and parent artery preservation, 18 received transarterial balloon-assisted n-BCA embolization-6 for residual fistula after the balloons detached, 7 for recurrent fistula because of premature balloon deflation or migration, and 5 for repeated puncture of the detachable balloon by the bony fragment at the cavernous sinus. A total of 27 procedures were performed with an average 1.5 attempts per patient, and the volume of the n-BCA mixture varied from 0.5 to 2.3 mL with a mean of 0.83 mL. RESULTS: All DCCFs were successfully occluded by the n-BCA mixture with preservation of parent arteries. One patient with a giant cavernous sinus varix had a fatal subarachnoid hemorrhage. One had a recurrence and was treated by internal carotid artery (ICA) occlusion. Five had asymptomatic pseudoaneurysms at the parent artery. There was no adhesion of the n-BCA mixture to the protective balloon or the microcatheter or n-BCA reflux into the parent arteries. CONCLUSION: Transarterial balloon-assisted n-BCA embolization is a feasible, efficient, and safe treatment for DCCFs when angiographic cure and ICA preservation are not achieved by transarterial detachable balloon embolization.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Various techniques and materials have been used for the endovascular treatment of craniofacial high-flow arteriovenous vascular malformations, because their rarity precludes standardization of their treatment. The aim of this retrospective review is to assess Onyx as the primary embolic agent in the treatment of these vascular malformations. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Six patients with arteriovenous fistulas and 3 with arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) of the head and neck region were treated with intra-arterial (IA)/direct percutaneous injections of Onyx. Adjunctive maneuvers used during embolization included external compression of the arterial feeders or venous outflow (6 patients), balloon assist (4 patients), and direct embolization of the draining vein remote to the fistula site (1 patient). n-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate (n-BCA) was used in addition to Onyx for rapid induction of thrombosis in a large venous pouch (1 patient) and for cost containment purposes (1 patient). Four patients were treated surgically after the embolization. RESULTS: There were no neurologic complications secondary to the embolization procedure. The arteriovenous shunt was eliminated in all of the fistulous lesions and 2 of the 3 AVMs. The embolization was incomplete in 1 patient with a large AVM who declined further endovascular or surgical procedures. Untoward events included 2 instances of catheter entrapment (of 9 IA injections), blackish skin discoloration necessitating surgical revision in 1 patient, and difficulty of balloon deflation/wire withdrawal during a balloon-assisted embolization. CONCLUSION: Onyx appears to be a safe and effective liquid embolic agent for use in the treatment of craniofacial high-flow vascular malformations with distinct advantages and disadvantages compared with n-BCA.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To report the authors' initial experience in treating patients with wide-neck aneurysms with assistance from a recently developed neck-bridge device (TriSpan; Target Therapeutics/Boston Scientific, Fremont, Calif). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-five patients were examined. Aneurysms were most frequently at the basilar bifurcation (n = 19). Sixteen aneurysms were treated electively: six aneurysms that recurred after coil-only embolization and 10 nontreated aneurysms (including four that had failed coil-only embolization). Nine aneurysms were treated acutely following subarachnoid hemorrhage. All lesions except one had a wide neck. A dual-catheter technique was used in 23 patients. Immediate angiographic results, technical incidents, and complications were recorded. Follow-up angiography was performed in 16 patients. Clinical follow-up ranged from 1 to 12 months. RESULTS: Neck-bridge device-assisted coil packing was successfully performed in 23 lesions, with complete obliteration in three, residual necks in 13, and a minimal residual sac in seven patients. Parent vessel protection failed, with coil protrusion and arterial occlusion, in one of these patients. Other complications that were not directly related to use of the neck-bridge device included retroperitoneal hematoma, rebleeding, coil perforation, and transient embolic arterial occlusion. One patient died of vasospasm and heart failure. Follow-up angiography revealed complete obliteration in four, a residual neck in one, a persistent residual sac in four, and recurrent aneurysm in seven patients. One patient had a small occipital infarction 5 weeks after treatment. CONCLUSION: The described neck-bridge device is useful for assisting coil embolization of wide-neck bifurcation aneurysms.  相似文献

探讨血管内治疗对直接型颈动脉海绵窦瘘的价值。材料和方法:38例患者在治疗前均行脑血管造影检查,所有病例均采用经动脉途径,用可脱球囊导管进行栓塞治疗。结果:38例患者中有36例栓塞成功,其中34例患者瘘口完全闭塞。36例患者中有32例于栓塞后保留颈内动脉,4例行颈内动脉球囊闭塞术。术后36例患者的海绵窦综合症均有不同程度的好转。3例患者曾行经静脉途径可脱球囊栓塞治疗,但由于海绵窦内分隔的阻挡作用,球囊不能进入海绵窦及其瘘口附近而告失败。2例患者由于球囊早脱并移位于大脑中动脉分支血管内,导致患者发生失语和一侧肢体偏瘫。结论:血管内可脱球囊栓塞治疗直接型颈脉海绵窦瘘,其瘘口闭塞率高,死亡率低,是直接型颈动脉海绵窦瘘的首选治疗手段。  相似文献

目的:探讨经导管肾动脉节段性栓塞治疗肾动静脉畸形的栓塞材料及其效果。方法:9例因肾动静脉畸形(先天性者8例,获得性者1例)引起大量血尿患者,施行经导管肾动脉节段性栓塞治疗10次,栓塞材料为无水乙醇、聚乙烯醇颗粒、异丁基-2-氰基丙烯酸酯和弹簧圈。9例患者术后随访观察10-56个月。结果:9例患者栓塞术后肾动脉造影显示畸形血管完全闭塞,3d内血尿消失。随访期间,9例患者中,只有1例单纯应用弹簧圈栓塞患者术后6个月血尿复发,血管造影证实为侧支血管形成导致畸形血管再通,改行无水乙醇及弹簧圈栓塞,术后18个月血尿未再复发。9例患者均无严重并发症发生。结论:经导管肾动脉节段性栓塞是治疗肾动静脉畸形的安全有效的方法,栓塞材料以无水乙醇和弹簧 圈联合栓塞为最佳。  相似文献

Preoperative transarterial embolization of head and neck paragangliomas using particulate agents has proven beneficial for decreasing intraoperative blood loss. However, the procedure is often incomplete owing to extensive vascular structure and arteriovenous shunts. We report our experience with embolization of these lesions by means of direct puncture and intratumoral injection of n-butyl cyanoacrylate (NBCA) or Onyx. Ten patients aged 32–82 years who were referred for preoperative embolization of seven carotid body tumors and three jugular paragangliomas were retrospectively analyzed. Intratumoral injections were primarily performed in four cases with multiple small-caliber arterial feeders and adjunctive to transarterial embolization in six cases with incomplete devascularization. Punctures were performed under ultrasound and injections were performed under roadmap fluoroscopic guidance. Detailed angiographies were performed before and after embolization procedures. Control angiograms showed complete or near-complete devascularization in all tumors. Three tumors with multiple small-caliber arterial feeders were treated with primary NBCA injections. One tumor necessitated transarterial embolization after primary injection of Onyx. Six tumors showed regional vascularization from the vasa vasorum or small-caliber branches of the external carotid artery following the transarterial approach. These regions were embolized with NBCA injections. No technical or clinical complications related to embolization procedures occurred. All except one of the tumors were surgically removed following embolization. In conclusion, preoperative devascularization with percutaneous direct injection of NBCA or Onyx is feasible, safe, and effective in head and neck paragangliomas with multiple small-caliber arterial feeders and in cases of incomplete devascularization following transarterial embolization.  相似文献

目的 探讨不同方法治疗的不同类型的硬脑膜动静脉瘘(DAVF)的疗效。方法 采用经动脉入路在供血动脉内采用低浓度NBCA胶、弹簧圈、游离纤毛钢圈、PVA等栓塞治疗;经静脉入路在瘘口静脉端用弹簧圈栓塞,或直接开颅手术夹闭瘘口、静脉窦表面颅骨钻孔后直接穿刺作静脉窦内栓塞及静脉内支架植入等方法治疗不同部位和不同类型的DAVF32例。结果 8例前颅凹底DAVF,5例经动脉入路栓塞治疗,2例治愈,3例临床好转;3例(1例经静脉入路治疗失败后)前颅凹底入路行开颅瘘口直接夹闭治愈。14例海绵窦区DAVF,7例经眼上静脉入路海绵窦内栓塞治愈,4例经动脉入路,治愈1例,好转3例。5例横窦区DAVF,2例经静脉入路窦内栓塞治愈,2例动脉入路栓塞后好转,1例行窦孤立手术治愈。4例多处瘘口的上矢状窦DAVF,联合多种治疗方法经多次治疗,临床好转。1例左侧颈静脉孔区DAVF联合多种治疗方法经多次治疗治愈。结论 前颅凹底DAVF以直接手术行瘘口夹闭疗效好,经动脉入路低浓度胶栓塞可治愈但需注意危险吻合;海绵窦区DAVF经静脉入路栓塞多可治愈。横窦区DAVF静脉入路栓塞瘘口静脉端效果好;复杂性DAVF治疗困难,目前联合多种治疗方法可以达到临床改善。将治疗策略定在针对瘘口的静脉端,可望达到临床治愈。  相似文献
