The study of the effect of cement type on the action of an admixture increasing the volume of concrete (containing aluminum powder), used in amounts of 0.5–1.5% of cement mass, was presented. The tests were carried out on cement mortars with Portland (CEM I) and ground granulated blast-furnace slag cement (CEM III). The following tests were carried out for the tested mortars: the air content in fresh mortars, compressive strength, flexural strength, increase in mortar volume, bulk density, pore structure evaluation (by the computer image analysis method) and changes in the concentration of OH ions during the hydration of used cements. Differences in the action of the tested admixture depending on the cement used were found. To induce the expansion of CEM III mortars, a smaller amount of admixture is required than in the case of CEM I cement. Using the admixture in amounts above 1% of the cement mass causes cracks of mortars with CEM III cement due to slow hydrogen evolution, which occurs after mortar plasticity is lost. The use of an aluminum-containing admixture reduces the strength properties of the cement mortars, the effect being stronger in the case of CEM III cement. The influence of the sample molding time on the admixture action was also found.  相似文献

The effect of air-entraining admixture (AEA) on the fresh and rheological behavior of mortars designed to be used in 3D printers was investigated. Blast furnace slag, calcined kaolin clay, polypropylene fiber, and various chemical additives were used in the mortar mixtures produced with Super White Cement (CEM I 52.5 R) and quartz sand. In addition to unit weight, air content, and compressive strength tests, in order to determine the stability of 3D printable mortar elements created by extruding layer by layer without any deformation, extrudability, buildability, and open time tests were applied. Fresh and rheological properties of 3D printable mortars were also determined. It was concluded that the addition of AEA to the mortars decreased the unit weight, viscosity, yield, and compressive strength, but increased the air content, spread diameter, initial setting time, and thixotropy of 3D printable mortar. It is recommended to develop a unique chemical admixture for 3D printable mortars, considering the active ingredients of the chemical additives that affect fresh and rheological performance of mortar such as superplasticizer, viscosity modifying, and cement hydration control.  相似文献

In this article, the effect of cement type on selected properties of plastering mortars containing a cellulose ether admixture was studied. In the research, commercial CEM I Portland cement, CEM II and CEM III, differing in the type and amount of mineral additives, and cement class, were used as binders. Tests of consistency, bulk density, water retention value (WRV), mechanical properties and calorimetric tests were performed. It was proved that the type of cement had no effect on water retention, which is regulated by the cellulose ether. All mortars modified with the admixture were characterized by WRV of about 99%. High water retention is closely related to the action of the cellulose ether admixture. As a result of the research, the possibility of using cement with additives as components of plasters was confirmed. However, attention should be paid to the consistency, mechanical properties of the tested mortars and changes in the pastes during the hydration process. Different effects of additives resulted from increasing or decreasing the consistency of mortars; the flow was in the range from 155 mm to 169 mm. Considering the compressive strength, all plasters can be classified as category III or IV, because the mortars attained the strength required by the standard, of at least 3.5 MPa. The processes of hydration of pastes were carried out with different intensity. In conclusion, the obtained results indicate the possibility of using CEM II and CEM III cements to produce plastering mortars, without changing the effect of water retention.  相似文献

Alkali-activated mortars and concretes have been gaining increased attention due to their potential for providing a more sustainable alternative to traditional ordinary Portland cement mixtures. In addition, the inclusion of high volumes of recycled materials in these traditional mortars and concretes has been shown to be particularly challenging. The compositions of the mixtures present in this paper were designed to make use of a hybrid alkali-activation model, as they were mostly composed of class F fly ash and calcium-rich precursors, namely, ordinary Portland cement and calcium hydroxide. Moreover, the viability of the addition of fine milled glass wastes and fine limestone powder, as a source of soluble silicates and as a filler, respectively, was also investigated. The optimization criterium for the design of fly ash-based alkali-activated mortar compositions was the maximization of both the compressive strength and environmental performance of the mortars. With this objective, two stages of optimization were conceived: one in which the inclusion of secondary precursors in ambient-cured mortar samples was implemented and, simultaneously, in which the compositions were tested for the determination of short-term compressive strength and another phase containing a deeper study on the effects of the addition of glass wastes on the compressive strength of mortar samples cured for 24 h at 80 °C and tested up to 28 days of curing. Furthermore, in both stages, the effects (on the compressive strength) of the inclusion of construction and demolition recycled aggregates were also investigated. The results show that a heat-cured fly ash-based mortar containing a 1% glass powder content (in relation to the binder weight) and a 10% replacement of natural aggregate for CDRA may display as much as a 28-day compressive strength of 31.4 MPa.  相似文献

The goal of the work was to describe properties of asphalt-cement concrete (ACC) with reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP), Portland cement, sand, and rubber powder (RP), as a material to base courses of road pavements. The mixtures were designed with the RAP in the amount of 75, 80, and 85% (m/m) and chosen cement-sand-rubber (CSR) mortar. Three CSR mortars were composed with cement CEM 42.5 R in the amount 29% (m/m); washed sand 0/2 mm in the amount 29, 35, or 41%; rubber powder of granulation 0/1 mm in the amount of 18, 24, or 29% (m/m); and water in the amount 12% fulfilled w/c = 0.4. The optimum moisture content of the selected ACC with CSR mortar determined in the modified Proctor compaction test was approximately 6% and maximum dry density 2.000 g/cm3. Laboratory tests of indirect tensile strength, stiffness modulus (IT-CY and 4PB-PR), water resistance, fatigue life, and complex modulus (E*) at different temperatures were conducted and analyzed. The test results are presented, among others, in the form: the isotherm of complex modulus, Black curve, the master curve, and the Cole-Cole plot.  相似文献

This paper shows the results of a study focused on the evolution and properties of mortars made with a mixture of portland cement (PC) and natural mordenite (Mor). To begin, samples of mordenite, cement and sand were studied with X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and granulometric analysis (GA). Next, mortars with a ratio of 75% PC and 25% mordenite were prepared to determine their initial and final setting times, consistency and density. Continuing, the density, weight and compressive strength of the specimens were determined at 2, 7, 28, 90 and 365 days. Finally, the specimens were studied using SEM, XRD and XRF. The results of the study of the mordenite sample showed a complex constitution where the major mineral component is mordenite, and to a lesser degree smectite (montmorillonite), halloysite, illite, mica, quartz, plagioclase and feldspar, in addition to altered volcanic glass. Tests with fresh cement/mordenite mortar (CMM) showed an initial setting time of 320 min and a final setting time of 420 min, much longer than the 212–310 min of portland cement mortar (PCM). It was established that the consistency of the cement/mordenite mortar (CMM) was greater than that of the PCM. The results of the density study showed that the CMM has a lower density than the PCM. On the other hand, the density of cement/mordenite specimens (CMS) was lower than that of portland cement specimens (PCS). The CMS compressive strength studies showed a significant increase from 18.2 MPa, at 2 days, to 72 MPa, at 365 days, with better strength than PCS at 28 and 365 days, respectively. XRD, XRF and SEM studies conducted on CMS showed a good development of primary and secondary tobermorite, the latter formed at the expense of portlandite; also, ettringite developed normally. This work proves that the partial replacement of PC by mordenite does not have a negative effect on the increase in the mechanical strength of CMS. It indicates that the presence of mordenite inhibits the spontaneous hydration of C3A and controls the anomalous formation of ettringite (Ett). All this, together with the mechanical strength reported, indicates that mordenite has a deep and positive influence on the evolution of the mortar setting and is an efficient pozzolan, meaning it can be used in the manufacture of mortars and highly resistant pozzolanic cement, with low hydration heat, low density, stability in extremely aggressive places and a low impact on the environment.  相似文献

In this research, the mechanical behavior of masonry mortars made with partial substitution of sand by recycled fine aggregates (RFAs) of mortar (MT) and recycled clay brick (RCB) was compared. Mortar specimens were built in two groups (MT and RCB) considering different replacement proportions by dry weight. To reduce the water absorption of RFAs during mortar making, the prewetting method was utilized. All the mixtures were assembled with a volumetric cement-to-aggregate ratio of 1:4 and a consistency of 175 ± 5 mm. The properties in the fresh and hardening state of mortars were analyzed separately. The experimental results showed that the properties of mortars in a fresh state (bulk density and air content) were affected if RFA was added to the mixture; however, mortars assembled with up to 40% and 50% of MT and RCB, respectively, accomplished a compressive strength value of reference for new mixtures. Both mortar groups showed good results in adhesive strength values, with the RCB mortars standing up as they achieved greater adherence than the control mortar with substitution percentages of up to 30%. Therefore, the reutilization of both RFAs is feasible, notably in rendering and bonding functions.  相似文献

In this study, the compressive strength and water contact angle of mortar specimens prepared by mixing two types of water repellent with ordinary Portland cement (OPC) and rapid-hardening cement mortar were measured before and after surface abrasion. In addition, the hydration products and chemical bonding of cement mortar with the repellents were examined using X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) to evaluate the performance of these cement mortar mixtures as repair materials. We found that the fast-hardening cement mortar mixture containing the oligomer water repellent showed the best performance with a high compressive strength and large water contact angle. With the oligomer water repellent, the rapid-hardening cement mortar mixture showed contact angles of 131° and 126° even after a 2 mm abrasion, thereby confirming that the water repellent secured hydrophobicity through strong bonding with the entire cement mortar as well as its surface. The compressive strengths were found to be 34.5 MPa at 3 h and 54.8 MPa at 28 days, confirming that hydration occurred well despite the addition of water repellent.  相似文献

Geopolymers have been considered a sustainable alternative to ordinary Portland cement (CEM I) for its lower embodied carbon and ability to make use of industrial by-products. Additionally, its excellent engineering properties of high strength, low permeability, good chemical resistance, and excellent fire resistance also strike a chord in the minds of researchers. The goal of this study is to clarify the effect of calcium sources on the mechanical properties and microstructures of the geopolymers. CEM I was chosen as the sole calcium source, while metakaolin was used as the source material. Five distinct geopolymers were prepared, having various ratio of CEM I: 0%, 5%, 10%, 20%, and 30%. The alkali-activator was a mixture of 12 M sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and sodium silicate (Na2SiO3), utilizing compressive strength and flexural strength to evaluate the changes of the geopolymers’ mechanical properties. SEM, XRD, and FTIR were used to examine microscopic features, evaluate internal morphology, and analyze changes in components of the geopolymers containing different amounts of CEM I. The experimental results indicated that the optimal incorporation of CEM I was 5%. Under this dosage, the compressive strength and flexural strength of the geopolymers can reach 71.1 MPa and 6.75 MPa, respectively. With the incorporation of CEM I, the heat released by cement hydration can accelerate the geopolymerization reaction between silica-alumina materials and alkaline solutions. Additionally, the coexistence of N-A-S-H gel from components of an aluminosilicate mix and C-S-H gel from the CEM I promoted a more densified microstructure of the geopolymers and improved the geopolymer’s strength. However, as the amount of CEM I in the mixture increased, the geopolymer matrix was unable to provide enough water for the CEM I to hydrate, which prevented excessive CEM I from forming hydration products, weakening the workability of the matrix and eventually hindering the development of geopolymer strength.  相似文献

This article presents research on selected physical and mechanical properties of cement-based plasters and masonry mortars with consistency-improving additives, namely, traditional hydrated lime and a plasticizing and aerating mixture (APA), which, in practice, is often considered to be a lime substitute. Comparative analysis of the properties of mortars with alternative additives—lime or APA—was carried out, taking into consideration possible effects of cement, as two types of Portland cement were used for the research. For fresh mortar, mixture consistency, air content, resistance to segregation, and water retention were determined. Tests on hardened mortars included tests of porosity and impermeability, depth of penetration of water under pressure, drying shrinkage, as well as compressive and bending strength, modulus of elasticity, and adhesion of mortars to the base. In addition, research has shown that cement–lime mortars and cement mortars with APA admixture of similar consistency in the fresh state are characterized by significantly different properties. The results show, in most of the features analyzed, more favorable properties of mortars with the use of traditional lime. For shrinkage only, the use of admixture turned out to be more advantageous.  相似文献

As the construction of hydrotechnical and energy facilities grows worldwide, so does the need for special heavyweight concrete. This study presents the analysis of the influence of waste-metal particle filler (WMP) on Portland cement (PC) paste and mortars with pozzolanic (microsilica and metakaolin) additives in terms of the hydration process, structure development, and physical–mechanical properties during 28 days of hardening. Results have shown that waste-metal particle fillers prolong the course of PC hydration. The addition of pozzolanic additives by 37% increased the total heat value and the ultrasound propagation velocity (UPV) in WMP-containing paste by 16%; however, in the paste with only WMP, the UPV is 4% lower than in the WMP-free paste. The density of waste-metal particle fillers in the free mortar was about two times lower than waste-metal particle fillers containing mortar. Due to the lower water absorption, the compressive strength of WMP-free mortar after 28 days of hardening achieved 42.1 MPa, which is about 14% higher than in mortar with waste-metal particle filler. The addition of pozzolanic additives decreased water absorption and increased the compressive strength of waste-metal particle filler containing mortar by 22%, compared to pozzolanic additive-free waste-metal particle fillers containing mortar. The pozzolanic additives facilitated a less porous matrix and improved the contact zone between the cement matrix and waste-metal particle fillers. The results of the study showed that pozzolanic additives can solve difficulties in local waste-metal particle fillers application in heavyweight concrete. The successful development of heavyweight concrete with waste-metal particle fillers and pozzolanic additives can significantly expand the possibility of creating special concrete using different local waste. The heavyweight concrete developed by using waste-metal particle fillers is suitable for being used in load balancing and in hydrotechnical foundations.  相似文献

Blast furnace ferronickel slag (BFFS) is generated in the production of ferronickel alloys and is used as cement replacement in concrete or mortar. The effectivity in reducing cement consumption and improving performance are limited. By referring to the paste replacement method, this work used BFFS to replace an equal volume of the white Portland cement paste to obtain greater performance enhancement. BFFS was used with five levels of replacement (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) and four water-to-cement ratios (0.40, 0.45, 0.50, 0.55) were designed. Fluidity, mechanical strength, hydration products, and pore structure of every mixture were measured. The results showed that the workability of the mortars decreased due to the reduced volume of water, but the 28-day compressive strength of the mortars increased, and the cement content of the mortars was also reduced by 33 wt %. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns revealed that there existed a carboaluminate phase, and the presence of the ettringite was stabilized, indicating that the accumulating amount of the hydration products of the mortar increased. Furthermore, the BFFS could consume the portlandite and free water to form a higher amount of chemically bound water due to its pozzolanic activity. A high degree of hydration and a large volume of the hydration products refined the porosity of the hardened mortars, which explained the enhancement of the strength of the mortars. Compared to the cement replacement method, the paste replacement method was more effective in preparing eco-friendly mortar or concrete by recycling BFFS for reducing the cement content of the mortar while improving its strength.  相似文献

This paper aims to develop recycled fiber reinforced cement plaster mortar with a good workability of fresh mixture, and insulation, mechanical and adhesive properties of the final hardened product for indoor application. The effect of the incorporation of different portions of three types of cellulose fibers from waste paper recycling into cement mortar (cement/sand ratio of 1:3) on its properties of workability, as well as other physical and mechanical parameters, was studied. The waste paper fiber (WPF) samples were characterized by their different cellulose contents, degree of polymerization, and residues from paper-making. The cement to waste paper fiber mass ratios (C/WPF) ranged from 500:1 to 3:1, and significantly influenced the consistency, bulk density, thermal conductivity, water absorption behavior, and compressive and flexural strength of the fiber-cement mortars. The workability tests of the fiber-cement mortars containing less than 2% WPF achieved optimal properties corresponding to plastic mortars (140–200 mm). The development of dry bulk density and thermal conductivity values of 28-day hardened fiber-cement mortars was favorable with a declining C/WPF ratio, while increasing the fiber content in cement mortars led to a worsening of the water absorption behavior and a lower mechanical performance of the mortars. These key findings were related to a higher porosity and weaker adhesion of fibers and cement particles at the matrix-fiber interface. The adhesion ability of fiber-cement plastering mortar based on WPF samples with the highest cellulose content as a fine filler and two types of mixed hydraulic binder (cement with finely ground granulated blast furnace slag and natural limestone) on commonly used substrates, such as brick and aerated concrete blocks, was also investigated. The adhesive strength testing of these hardened fiber-cement plaster mortars on both substrates revealed lime-cement mortar to be more suitable for fine plaster. The different behavior of fiber-cement containing finely ground slag manifested in a greater depth of the plaster layer failure, crack formation, and in greater damage to the cohesion between the substrate and mortar for the observed time.  相似文献

Granite is a well-known building and decorative material, and, therefore, the amount of produced waste in the form of granite powder is a problem. Granite powder affects the health of people living near landfills. Dust particles floating in the air, which are blown by gusts of wind, can lead to lung silicosis and eye infections, and can also affect the immune system. To find an application for this kind of waste material, it was decided to study the effect of partially replacing cement with waste granite powder on the properties of fresh and hardened mortars intended for masonry applications. The authors planned to replace 5%, 10%, and 15% of cement with waste material. Series of mortar with the addition of granite powder achieved 50% to 70% of the compressive strength of the reference series, and 60% to 76% of the bending strength of the reference series. The partial replacement of cement with the granite powder significantly increased the water sorption coefficient. The consistency of the fresh mortar, and its density and water absorption also increased when compared to the reference series. Therefore, Granite powder can be used as a partial replacement of cement in masonry mortars.  相似文献

In this research we evaluated the use of recycled fine mortar aggregate (RFMA) as a fine aggregate for new masonry mortar creation. The pre-wetting effect on the aggregate before creating the mixture was analyzed as a method to reduce its absorption potential. A control mixture of conventional mortar and two groups of recycled mortars were designed with a partial replacement of natural sand by RFMA (pre-wetted and not pre-wetted) performed in different proportions. The results established that the pre-wetting process allows a reduction in the amount of water required during the creation of new mixtures, regulating the water/cement (W/C) ratio and improving the properties of recycled mortars such as air content, fresh and hardened densities, and compressive and adhesive strength for all substitution levels. Mortar made with a 20% substitution and pre-wetted until it was at 67% of its absorption capacity displayed adhesive values higher than the ones shown by the reference mortar. The pre-wetting process proves to be an easy performance technique; it is inexpensive, environmentally friendly, and the most valuable fact is that specialized equipment is not necessarily needed. This process is the most profitable option for improving RFMA exploitation and reuse.  相似文献

The paper presents the experimental studies on the effect of the water containing micro-nano bubbles of various gases on the physico-mechanical properties of lime-cement mortars. In total, 7 types of mortars were prepared: with water containing the micro-nano bubbles of O2, O3 or CO2 as 50% or 100% substitute of ordinary mixing water (tap water) and the reference mortar prepared using tap water. In order to determine the influence of water with micro-nano bubbles of gases, the consistency of fresh mortar and the physical properties of hardened mortar, i.e., specific and apparent density, total porosity, water absorption by weight and capillary absorption, were established. The mechanical strength of the considered mortars was studied as well by conducting the tests for flexural and compressive strengths following 14, 28 and 56 days. Reduced workability and capillary absorption were observed in the modified mortars within the range of 0.9–8.5%. The mortars indicated an increase in the flexural strength after 28 days ranging from 3.4% to 23.5% and improved compressive strength in 1.2–31%, in comparison to the reference mortar. The conducted studies indicated increased flexural and compressive strengths along with the share of micro-nano bubbles of gases in the mixing water.  相似文献

Cement mortar can be colored using color additive technology to give colorful facades to the surfaces of buildings, and to beautify the environment. In this study, weight ratios of color powder/cement at 1:80, 1:40, and 1:27, and polyacrylic emulsion/cement at a ratio of 1:5 were added as pigments to cement mortar; the fresh properties, slump, slump flow, hardened properties, compressive strength, flexural strength, ultrasonic pulse velocity, durability, surface electrical resistivity and thermal conductivity of the colored cement mortar were then examined. The results showed that adding color powder/cement at 1:80 and polyacrylic emulsion/cement at 1:5 gives the best water/cement (W/C) ratio, which equals 0.5; this can effectively improve the hardness and durability of colored cement mortar. At 28 days of aging, the strength of the various colored cement mortars was maintained at 33.1–36.8 MPa. The acrylic-based emulsion significantly improved the flexural strength of the specimen. At 91 days of aging, all of the cement mortars exceeded the control group, with an anti-bay strength of 19.9–21.7 MPa, and the strength increased with aging. Adding appropriate amounts of inorganic color powder and mixing water can effectively enhance the fresh and hardened properties and durability of the colored cement mortar, while polyacrylic emulsion may significantly improve the test pieces and flexural strength, which increases with age. Moreover, natural α-Fe2O3 (rust layer) is formed on the surface of the colored cement mortar samples through the addition of inorganic color powder that contains Fe(III) ion; this prevents the intrusion of noxious ions and thus increases the durability. All of the test pieces of colored cement mortar in this study had a surface resistance of over 20 kΩ-cm on the seventh day of the test period, meaning good surface compactness. In addition, because the thermal conductivity of the added inorganic color powder was higher than that of cement, the thermal conductivity was significantly improved.  相似文献

In this paper, the traditional, silicate-based Portland cement (PC) was employed as the control to explore the impact of adding varying amounts of metakaolin (MK) on the mechanical properties of cement mortar. In fact, as a mineral admixture, metakaolin (MK) has the ability to significantly improve the early strength and sulfate resistance of cement mortar in traditional, silicate-based Portland cement (PC). In addition to this, the performance of Portland cement mortar is greatly affected by the curing mode. The previous research mainly stays in the intermittent curing and alkaline excitation mode, and there are few studies on the influence of relatively humidity on it. Moreover, the paper investigated the impact of four different curing methods about humidity on the mechanical properties and sulfate resistance. The results show that the best content of metakaolin in Portland cement is 10% (M10), and the best curing method is 95% humidity in the first three days followed by 60% humidity in the later period (3#). Based on previous literature that suggests that adding MK thickens water film layer on the surface of mortar, the mechanism of MK increasing the early strength of cement was analyzed. The compressive strength of the Portland cement containing 10% MK (M10) after 1 day curing is 3.18 times that of pristine PC mortar, and is comparable if PC is cured for three days under the same curing conditions. The traditional PC mortar is highly dependent on the wet curing time, and normally requires a curing time of at least seven days. However, the incorporation of MK can greatly reduce the sensitivity of Portland cement to water; MK cement mortar with only three days wet curing (3#M10) can reach 49.12 MPa after 28 days, which can greatly shorten the otherwise lengthy wet curing time. Lastly, the cement specimens with MK also demonstrated excellent resistance against sulfate corrosion. The work will provide a strong theoretical basis for the early demolding of cement products in construction projects. At the same time, this study can also provide a theoretical reference for the construction of climate drought and saline land areas, which has great reference value.  相似文献

This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation on self-compacting (SC) mortars incorporating 0, 1, 3, and 5% alumina nanoparticles (NA) as well as 0% and 30% rice husk ash (RHA) used as Portland cement replacement. To evaluate the workability, mechanical, and durability performance of SC mortars incorporating NA and RHA, the fresh properties (slump flow diameter and V-funnel flow time), hardened properties (compressive strength, flexural strength, and ultrasonic pulse velocity), and durability properties (water absorption, rapid chloride permeability, and electrical resistivity) were determined. The results indicated that the addition of NA and RHA has negligible effect on the workability and water absorption rate of the SC mortars. However, significant compressive and flexural strength development was observed in the SC mortars treated with NA or the combination of NA and RHA. The introduction of RHA and NA also reduced the rapid chloride permeability and enhanced the electrical resistivity of the SC mortars significantly. It is concluded that the coexistence of 30% RHA and 3% NA as cement replacement in SC mortars can provide the best mechanical and durability performance.  相似文献

One way to prevent cement from ending up in landfills after its shelf life is to regain its activity and reuse it as a binder. As has been discovered, milling by planetary ball mill is not effective. Grinding by collision is considered a more efficient way to refine brittle material and, in the case of cement, to regain its activity. There has been considerable research regarding the partial replacement of cement using disintegrated cement in mortar or concrete in the past few decades. This article determines and compares the creep and shrinkage properties of cement mortar specimens made from old disintegrated, old non-disintegrated, and new non-disintegrated Portland cement. The tests show that the creep strains for old disintegrated and old non-disintegrated cement mortars are close, within a 2% margin of each other. However, the creep strains for new non-disintegrated cement mortar are 30% lower. Shrinkage for old disintegrated and non-disintegrated cement mortar is 20% lower than for new non-disintegrated cement mortar. The research shows that disintegration is a viable procedure to make old cement suitable for structural application from a long-term property standpoint. Additionally, it increases cement mortar compressive strength by 49% if the cement is disintegrated together with sand.  相似文献
