EFFECTS OF ACUPUNCTURE ON ANGINA PECTORIS,ECG AND BLOOD LIPIDS OF PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Sixty patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups on thebasis of western medicine treatment,30 cases in each group.One was given acupuncture treatmentadditionally,the other as control.After one course of treatment,it was found that the total effectiverate was 85. 71% clinically;the ameliorative rate of abnormal ST-T segment was 68. 97%, inacupuncture group.The effectiveness was obviously higher than that of western drug group.Afteracupuncture,the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL-C,APOB_(100) and BS were obviously lower than thatof pre-acupuncture,while HDL-C and APOA_1 were markedly increased,and the values of all aboveindices after treatment in acupuncture group were significantly different from that of post-treatment indrug group.These show that acupuncture has functions of regulating the disturbance of fatmetabolism and preventing coronary heart disease.

油性皮肤和油性耵聍与冠心病的相关性观察报告(附222例对照分析)

将117例冠心病和105例非冠心病患者随机抽样分组,把面部皮肤和耳内耵聍分为干、油两种类型进行对照分析。结果发现冠心病患者(观察组)面部皮肤属油性者占67.5％,耳内耵聍属油性者占50.4％;非冠心患者(对照组)分别为18.1％和22.9％两组油性皮肤和油性耵聍的发生率,经统计学处理,差别有显著意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与冠心病呈正相关性(r=0.5,r=0.28)。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TREATMENT OF 110 CASES OF OPTIC ATROPHY WITH ACUPUNCTURE

The author punctured Kuangshang (the medial one third of the supraorbitalmargin ), Jieli (midway between the occipital condyle and apex helix) and Yintang ((EX-HN3 ) asmain points to treat optic atrophy in 164 eyes of 110 patients. The results showed that 12 eyes (7.3% ) were cured, 71 eyes (43. 3 % ) remarkably effective, 39 eyes (23. 8 % ) improved and 42 eyes(25. 6 % ) ineffective, with the total effective rate 74. 4 %.     

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TREATMENT OF 89 CASES OF URINE RETENTION WITH ACUPUNCTURE

In the present paper,89 cases of urine retention patients were treated with acupuncture therapy.Qugu(CV2) and Zhaohai(Kl 6) were punctured and stimulated with reinforcing or reducing needling method according to syndrome differentiation.Following treatment,of the 89 cases,69(77.5%)had remarkble improvement of their symptome,19(21.3%) experienced improvement and one had no apparent change,with the total effective rate being 98.8%.     

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT OF 47 CASES WITH SECONDARY AMENORRHEA

Cases of secondary amenorrhea were treated by acupuncture, and the rate ofrestoring menstruation is relatively high. The total effective rate was 77%. But the some diseasewhich may cause amenorrhea is difficult to treat, such as hypo-ovaria praecox, pituitary micro-adenoma. The acupuncture has clear curative effect during primary course treatment. The amenorrhea withlactorrhea syndrome by the high prolactin (PRL) in the serum is also able to be treated by usingacupuncture.     

CLINICAL STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF UROLITHIASIS WITH ACUPUNCTURE

120 cases of urolithlasis were randomly divided into 3 groups of 40 persons each.The first group was solely treated with an improved acupuncture method,the second group was treatedwith Chinese herbal medicine,and the third group was treated with both of the above methods.Results showed that the improved acupuncture method possessed better stone-removing effect thanthe herbal medicine method and no much difference occurred between the patients treated withacupuncture and those treated with both above methods.Besides,the authors also experienced the excellentanalgesic and stone-dissolving effect of acupuncture in this study.     

加用稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并早搏型心律失常46例疗效观察

目的 :观察加用稳心颗粒对冠心病合并心律失常的疗效。方法 :在应用硝酸酯类药物的基础上 ,加用稳心颗粒 ,每天9g,每日3次 ;对照组46例加用心律平 ,每次50 -100mg,每日3次 ,或异搏定 ,每次40 -80mg,每日3次 ,或胺碘酮 ,每次0.2,每日3次 ;均3周为1疗程。结果 :观察组显效23例 ,好转18例 ,总有效率为89.13%;对照组显效22例 ,好转16例 ,总有效率为90.48 %;两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。血脂变化情况 :观察组TC下降(1.20±0.76)mmol/L,TG下降(0.82±0.29)mmol/L,LDL_C下降(1.33±0.64)mmol/L,HDL_C上升(0.220±0.096mmol/L) ,血粘度也有不同程度下降(P<0.01) ;而对照组的TC ,TG ,LDL_C ,HDL_C及血粘度无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论 :加用稳心颗粒对冠心病合并心律失常效果与对照组相同 ,而降血脂及改善血粘度作用优于对照组
