Three new diterpenoids, dumetoranes A (1) and B (2), melanocane B (3), together with four known ones including melanocane A (4), ent-15S,16-dihydroxypimar-8(14)-en-19-oic acid (5), ent-pimara-8(14),15-diene-19-oic acid (6), and ent-pimara-8(14),15-diene-19-ol (7) were obtained from the ethanol extract of the roots of Aralia dumetorum. Their structure elucidation was achieved by the methods of spectroscopic HRMS, IR, NMR, and by comparison with literature. The cytotoxicities of compounds 13 and 5 were assayed by in vitro MTT methods.  相似文献

白背叶根对过氧化氢所致大鼠肝细胞损伤的保护作用   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
目的 探讨中药白背叶根对过氧化氢 (H2 O2 )所致大鼠肝细胞损伤的影响。方法 用终浓度为 2mmol·L-1的H2 O2 对大鼠肝细胞进行损伤 ,收集肝细胞悬液 ,测定丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和一氧化氮 (NO)的含量。结果 白背叶根作用肝细胞后 ,能显著降低H2 O2 引起的NO和MDA水平的升高 ,并提高SOD活性 ,显著降低肝细胞悬液中ALT的浓度。结论 白背叶根对H2 O2 所致的大鼠肝细胞氧化损伤有保护作用。  相似文献

Three new isopimarane diterpenoids named excoecarins F–H (13) were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the Chinese ethnodrug Gua-jing-ban (Excoecaria acerifolia Didr.). Their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectroscopic data including 1D, 2D NMR and HR-MS. The anti-HIV-1 bioactivity test of 1 and 2 showed weak activity.  相似文献

目的 分析白背叶挥发油的化学成分并用归一化法测定各成分的质量分数.方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白背叶中的挥发油.用GC-MS法鉴定其化学成分.结果 共鉴定了41个成分,占挥发油总成分的90%以上.结论 白背叶挥发油的主成分为橙花叔醇、1,6-辛二烯-3-醇、冰片基胺、己二酸二异辛酯和2,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯.  相似文献

目的:探索白背叶叶总黄酮的最佳提取方法,并建立白背叶叶提取物中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:利用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3—NaOH显色、分光光度法测定白背叶叶中黄酮类物质含量.检测波长为510nm。结果:芦丁检测浓度在0.004~0.02mg·mL^-1范围内与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.9998),加样平均回收率为100.15%,RSD=1.01%(n=5).用乙醇提取法提取的叶中总黄酮含量可达到0.024%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确。而且对仪器设备的要求不高,操作简单易行.适用于黄酮类物质的含量测定。  相似文献

Three new diterpenoids, 18-formyloxy-8 β-hydroxysandaracopimar-15-ene (1), 15(R)-N-butoxypinusolidic acid (2), and 15,16-dihydro-15,16-dimethoxylambertianic acid (3), along with twelve known compounds (4-15) were isolated from MeOH extracts of leaves of Thuja orientalis L. The structures of the three new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses, including extensive 2D-NMR data. The absolute stereochemistry of compound 2 was clarified by a CD spectroscopic study. The isolated compounds were evaluated for cytotoxicity against A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, and HCT-15 cell lines in vitro using the sulforhodamin B (SRB) bioassay.  相似文献

目的:研究白背叶黄酮类化合物(WF)抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的活性。方法:对1d龄雏鸭人工感染DHBV,7d后成功复制鸭DHBV感染模型。分别灌胃75、150mg·kg-1的WF,或50mg·kg-1拉米夫定,每天2次,连续给药10d。斑点杂交法测定给药第5天、第10天及停药后第3天鸭血清中DHBV-DNA浓度。结果:75及150mg·kg-1WF均能显著降低模型鸭血清中DHBV-DNA浓度(P<0.01),且停药后反跳程度轻于拉米夫定。结论:WF有显著的抑制DHBV-DNA复制的作用,表明其可能有较好的抗乙型肝炎病毒的活性。  相似文献

Three new pimaren diterpenoids, ent-8(14)-pimarene-15R, 16-diol (1), ent-8(14)-pimarene-1alpha,15R,16-triol (2), and (5R, 9S, 10R, 13S, 15S)-ent-8(14)-pimarene-1-oxo-15R,16-diol (3), along with three known diterpenoids (4-6) have been isolated from the stem of mangrove plant Bruguiera gymnorrhiza. The structures of compounds 1-3 were determined by extensive spectroscopic (2D NMR, MS, IR, and CD) analysis, and 3 and 5 showed moderate cytotoxic activities against L-929 and K562, respectively.  相似文献
