This study correlated somatic mutation results and known prognostic factors with time-to-first treatment (TTFT) in 384 treatment-naïve (TN) chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) patients to help determine disease-specific drivers of early untreated CLL. CLL DNA from either peripheral blood or bone marrow underwent next generation targeted sequencing with a 29-gene panel. Gene mutation data and concurrent clinical characteristics, such as Rai/Binet stage, fluorescence in situ hybridisation (FISH), ZAP70/CD38, karyotype and IGHV mutation, status were analysed in univariable and multivariable analyses to identify associations with TTFT. TTFT was defined as time from diagnosis to initial treatment. In univariable analyses, mutated ATM (P < 0·001), NOTCH1 (P < 0·001) and SF3B1 (P = 0·002) as well as unmutated IGHV (P < 0·001), del(11q) (P < 0·001) and trisomy 12 (P < 0·001) by hierarchal FISH and advanced Rai (P = 0·05) and Binet (P < 0·001) stages were associated with shorter TTFT. Importantly, del(17p), mutated TP53 and complex karyotype were not associated with shorter TTFT. In a reduced multivariable analysis, mutated ATM (P < 0·001) and unmutated IGHV status (P < 0·001) remained significant, showing their importance in early leukaemogenesis. High-risk prognostic markers such as del(17p), mutated TP53 and complex karyotype, were not correlated with TTFT, suggesting that these abnormalities have limited roles in early disease progression but are more important in relapsed CLL.  相似文献

To determine whether pre‐treatment neutrophil/lymphocyte (NLR) or platelet/lymphocyte ratios (PLR) are predictive for progression in early‐stage classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), we derived NLR and PLR values for 338 stage I/II cHL patients and appropriate cut‐off point values to define progression. Two‐year freedom from progression (FFP) for patients with NLR ≥6·4 was 82·2% vs. 95·7% with NLR <6·4 (P < 0·001). Similarly, 2‐year FFP was 84·3% for patients with PLR ≥266·2 vs. 96·1% with PLR <266·2 (P = 0·003). On univariate analysis, both NLR and PLR were significantly associated with worse FFP (P = 0·001). On multivariate analysis, PLR remained a significant, independent prognostic factor (P < 0·001).  相似文献

Quality of warfarin therapy in patients with a mechanical prosthetic heart valve (MPHV) has been barely investigated. We analysed determinants of low time in the therapeutic range (TiTR <60%) in 2111 patients with MPHVs from the nationwide PLECTRUM study by the Italian Federation of Anticoagulation Clinics. Overall, 48·5% of patients had a TiTR of < 60%. At logistic regression analysis, arterial hypertension (odds ratio [OR] 1·502, P < 0·001), diabetes (OR 1·732, P < 0·001), heart failure (OR 1·484, P = 0·004), mitral site (vs. aortic) (OR 1·399, P = 0·006), international normalised ratio (INR) ranges of 2·5–3·5 (OR 2·575, P < 0·001) and 3·0–4·0 (OR 8·215, P < 0·001) associated with TiTR < 60%. TiTR is substantially suboptimal in MPHV patients, particularly in higher INR ranges.  相似文献

Little is known about quality of care for patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), or patient and provider factors that influence quality. We identified Medicare enrollees diagnosed with MDS between 2006 and 2011, and analysed linked claims for performance on two widely‐accepted quality measures: diagnostic bone marrow cytogenetic testing (diagnostic quality) and pre‐treatment iron assessment for patients receiving an erythropoiesis‐stimulating agent (ESA; treatment quality). A total of 4575 patients met the criteria for diagnostic quality measurement, and 3379 for treatment quality measurement. In the diagnostic cohort, 74% had a claim for marrow cytogenetic testing 3 months before to 3 months after diagnosis. In multivariate models, younger age (P < 0·001), treatment at a higher‐volume MDS centre (P < 0·001), and claims for pancytopenia (P < 0·001) were all associated with higher levels of testing. A borderline result was observed for diagnostic year, with improvement over time (P = 0·06). In the treatment cohort, 56% had evidence of pre‐ESA iron assessment, with higher rates for later years of diagnosis (P < 0·001), higher household income (P = 0·03), and those treated at higher‐volume centres (P = 0·01). In this large cohort of patients with MDS, quality of care was suboptimal overall, but worse in several specific subgroups. These data suggest that targeted educational and/or process‐focused interventions are warranted.  相似文献

The clinical characteristics, treatment options and outcomes in patients with acute promyelocytic leukaemia (APL) and hyperleucocytosis remain poorly defined. This study reviewed 242 consecutive patients with APL; 29 patients (12%) had a white blood cell count (WBC) ≥ 50 × 109/l at presentation (median WBC 85·5 × 109/l). Patients with hyperleucocytosis had inferior complete remission (CR) rates (69% vs. 88%; = 0·004) and higher 4‐week mortality (24% vs. 9%; = 0·018) compared to patients without hyperleucocytosis. We noted a trend towards inferior 3‐year disease‐free survival (DFS) (69% vs. 80%; = 0·057) and inferior 3‐year overall survival (OS) (74% vs. 92%; = 0·2) for patients with hyperleucocytosis. Leukapheresis was performed in 11 (38%) of the 29 patients with hyperleucocytosis. CR rate and 3‐year OS were not significantly improved in patients who received leukapheresis. CR rate and 3‐year OS for the 15 patients with hyperleucocytosis treated with all‐trans retinoic acid (ATRA) plus arsenic trioxide (ATO) plus cytotoxic therapy (idarubicin or gemtuzumab ozogamicin) combinations were 100% and 100% vs. 57% and 35% for the 14 patients treated with non‐ATRA/ATO combinations (= 0·004 and = 0·002). Leukapheresis does not improve the outcomes in patients with APL presenting with hyperleucocytosis. ATRA/ATO‐based combinations are superior to other regimens in these patients.  相似文献

We assessed the susceptibility of secondary acute myeloid leukaemia (sAML) to graft-versus-leukaemia effects. Data from 2414 sAML patients in first (n = 2194) or second (n = 220) complete remission were included. They were given grafts from human leucocyte antigen (HLA)-matched sibling (MSD, n = 1085), 10/10 unrelated donor (MUD, n = 1066) or 9/10 mismatched unrelated donor (MMUD, n = 263). The 100-day incidence of grade II-IV acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) was 25% while 2-year incidence of chronic GVHD was 38%. Relapse rates declined steadily by duration of follow-up and were significantly lower in patients with chronic GVHD (P < 0·001). Limited (hazard ratio [HR] = 0·66, P < 0·001) and extensive (HR = 0·52, P < 0·001) chronic GVHD were associated with a lower incidence of relapse. Each grade III-IV acute (HR = 7·04, P < 0·001) as well as limited (HR = 1·42, P = 0·03) and extensive (HR = 3·97, P < 0·001) chronic GVHD were associated with higher non-relapse mortality (NRM). This translated to better overall survival (OS; HR = 0·61, P < 0·001) in patients with limited chronic GVHD. In contrast, grade III-IV acute and extensive chronic GVHD were associated with worse OS (HR = 3·16, P < 0·001 and HR = 1·21, P = 0·03, respectively). Further, in comparison to HLA-identical sibling recipients, MUD recipients had a lower risk of relapse (HR = 0·82, P = 0·03) but higher NRM (HR = 1·38, P = 0·004). In conclusion, these data demonstrate that sAML is susceptible to graft-versus-leukaemia effects.  相似文献

Immune dysfunction attributed to hypogammaglobulinaemia is common in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) and infection is a major contributor to morbidity and mortality. A higher incidence of multiple immunoglobulin and immunoglobulin G (IgG) subclass deficiency was associated with more advanced disease (P < 0·001 and P < 0·001, respectively) in a cohort of 147 CLL patients. Multiple immunoglobulin and IgG subclass deficiency were significantly associated with shorter treatment‐free survival (TFS) (P < 0·001 and P = 0·006, respectively). The association between disease stage and immune dysfunction demonstrated by these data suggest aspects of immune deficiency correlate with disease severity and may be associated with shorter TFS in CLL.  相似文献

Cereblon (CRBN) has recently been identified as a target for immunomodulatory drugs (IMiDs) and its downregulation has been linked to resistance to lenalidomide. Here, we studied CRBN expression by real time polymerase chain reaction in 49 bone marrow samples of newly diagnosed patients with multiple myeloma treated with lenalidomide and dexamethasone. Median CRBN expression was 3·45 in patients who achieved complete response, and 3·75, 2·01, 0·78, and 0·70 in those with very good partial response, partial response, stable disease and progressive disease respectively. CRBN expression levels correlated significantly with response to lenalidomide treatment (r = 0·48; P < 0·001). Among established prognostic parameters, only beta‐2‐microglobulin correlated with cereblon (r = 0·66; P < 0·001). A close association of CRBN with interferon regulatory factor 4 (IRF4) (P < 0·001) and with CTNNB1 (P < 0·001) was found. Overall, a statistically significant association between baseline CRBN expression and response in MM patients treated with lenalidomide is shown. CRBN expression is closely associated with IRF4, which is an important target of IMiD therapy.  相似文献

Systemic AL amyloidosis is a cause of type 5 cardiorenal syndrome. Response to treatment is currently reported according to organ-specific amyloidosis consensus criteria (ACC), which are not validated in cardiorenal AL amyloidosis. Of 1000 patients prospectively enrolled into the UK ALchemy study, 318 (32%) had combined cardiac and renal amyloidotic organ dysfunction at diagnosis, among whom 199 (63%) died; median survival by Kaplan–Meier analysis was 18·5 months. Fifty (16%) patients required renal replacement therapy (RRT). At diagnosis, independent predictors of death and dialysis were N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) >8500 ng/l (hazard ratio [HR] 3·30, P < 0·001; HR 3·00, P < 0·001), and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 30 ml/min/1·73 m2 (HR 1·89, P = 0·011; HR 6·37, P < 0·001). At 6 months, an increase in NT-proBNP of >30% and a reduction in eGFR of ≥25% were independent predictors of death (HR 2·17, P = 0·009) and dialysis (HR 3·07, P = 0·002), respectively. At 12 months, an increase in NT-proBNP >30% was highly predictive of death (HR 3·67, P < 0·001) and dialysis (HR 2·85, P = 0·010), whereas ACC renal response was predictive of neither. Cardiorenal AL amyloidosis is associated with high early mortality. Outcomes are dictated by NT-proBNP and eGFR at diagnosis rather than proteinuria, and thereafter predominantly by changes in NT-proBNP concentration.  相似文献

Follicular lymphoma (FL) is a heterogeneous disease; therefore, reliable prognostic tools are needed to plan treatment strategies. The FL International Prognostic Index (FLIPI) was developed before the rituximab era, while the PRIMA-PI was built on rituximab chemotherapy. Our objective was to evaluate these two prognostic tools in a cohort of 291 patients with FL treated in two prospective randomised Nordic Lymphoma Group trials with rituximab ± interferon. All patients had symptomatic/progressive disease and were previously untreated. The PRIMA-PI was prognostic for both time to treatment failure (TTF) and overall survival (OS) (log-rank P = 0·003 and P < 0·001, respectively). The PRIMA-PI high-risk identified a small group of patients with a very short TTF and OS compared to the low-risk group, with a hazard ratio (HR) of 1·90 (95% confidence interval [CI] 1·30–2·78, P = 0·001) and HR of 3·19 (95% CI 1·75–5·83, P < 0·001), respectively. The FLIPI risk groups were prognostic only for OS (log-rank P = 0·018). The simplified PRIMA-PI was valid in our FL cohort with first-line rituximab-containing chemo-free therapy and shows an improved risk stratification compared to the FLIPI, especially in patients aged >60 years. Patients in the PRIMA-PI high-risk group should be considered for alternative therapies.  相似文献

No robust biomarkers have been yet validated to identify the recurrence of disease in classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (cHL) patients upon induction treatment. The relevance of the inflammatory microenvironment in cHL prompted us to investigate the key immunomodulator myeloid dendritic cells type-1 (mDC1), type-2 (mDC2) and plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDC). Blood DC levels were assessed in 52 newly diagnosed patients through multiparametric flow-cytometry. All but two patients received ABVD regimen (doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, dacarbazine). The median counts of all DC subsets were lower in cHL patients than in healthy controls (P < 0·001). Median mDC counts were inferior for the advanced vs early stage patients for both mDC1s and mDC2s (P = 0·008; P = 0·0007 respectively). Also, median mDC2 counts were reduced in case of bulky (P = 0·0004) and extra-nodal (P = 0·046) disease. Patients with B symptoms had lower levels for mDC1s (P = 0·046), mDC2s (P = 0·009) and pDCs (P = 0·040). All the DC subtypes increased at the end of treatment in 26 patients (P < 0·001): 4·6-fold for mDC1, 2·4-fold for mDC2, 4·5-fold for pDC and aligned DCs subsets with the reference frequencies and the interquartile ranges of the controls. In conclusion, DCs may contribute to the disturbed immunological interplay typical of cHL, prompting a further evaluation of their value as a potential new biomarker.  相似文献

There is limited information regarding the immunological predictors of post‐allogeneic stem cell transplant (alloSCT) outcome in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), such as mixed T‐cell chimerism. We analysed 143 consecutive patients with relapsed/refractory CLL, transplanted between 2000 and 2012, to determine the prognostic relevance of mixed chimerism post‐alloSCT and the ability of post‐transplant immunomodulation to treat relapse. Mixed T‐cell chimerism occurred in 50% of patients at 3 months and 43% at 6 months post‐alloSCT; upon 3‐ and 6‐month landmark analysis, this was associated with inferior progression‐free survival (PFS) [Hazard ratio (HR) 1·93, P = 0·003 and HR 2·58, P < 0·001] and survival (HR 1·66, P = 0·05 and HR 2·17, P < 0·001), independent of baseline patient characteristics, and a lower rate of grade II–IV acute graft‐versus‐host disease (GHVD) (16% vs. 52%, P < 0·001). Thirty‐three patients were treated with immunomodulation for relapse post‐alloSCT (immunosuppression withdrawal, n = 6, donor lymphocyte infusion, n = 27); 17 achieved complete response (CR), which predicted superior PFS (53 months vs. 10 months, P < 0·001) and survival (117 months vs. 30 months, P = 0·006). Relapsed patients with mixed chimerism had inferior response to immunomodulation; conversion to full donor chimerism was highly correlated both with CR and with the development of severe acute GVHD, which was fatal in 3/8 patients. Novel therapeutic strategies are required for patients with mixed T‐cell chimerism post‐alloSCT for CLL.  相似文献

We report the outcome of 92 non‐high risk children with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) following a Berlin‐Frankfürt‐Münster (BFM) Intercontinental ALL ‐based protocol. Compared with a matched historical control group, we found a lower incidence of treatment‐related early death (1·2% vs. 10·9%, = 0·015), a higher 6‐year event‐free survival (75·4 ± 4·9% vs. 58·2 ± 6·7%, = 0·02), reduced total in‐hospital costs per person (US $) (10267·0 vs. 18331·0, < 0·001) and fewer total in‐hospital days (164 vs. 296, < 0·001). This ALL‐BFM based protocol was quite tolerable in our institution and will be extended to high‐risk patients.  相似文献

Waldenström macroglobulinaemia (WM) is a rare and incurable lymphoma. Given that the survival of WM patients can be prolonged, our objective was to describe trends in overall survival (OS) and analyse competing risks of death in patients with WM. The analysis included 5784 patients diagnosed with WM between 1991 and 2010 from the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) database. Multivariate hazard models for OS and cumulative incidence of death were fitted according to epoch of diagnosis (1991–2000 vs. 2001–10) while adjusting for age, sex, race, histology, site of involvement and registry. Median OS for the 1991–2000 and the 2001–10 cohorts was 6 and 8 years, respectively (P < 0·001). In the multivariate analysis, better OS [hazard ratio (HR) 0·73, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0·67–0·79; P < 0·001] was seen in the 2001–10 cohort. Survival benefits were identified, for the 2001–10 cohort, in almost every stratum analysed, with the exception of patients aged <50 years and blacks. In the multivariate competing‐risk analysis, the 2001–10 cohort experienced lower rates of WM‐related (HR 0·57, 95% CI 0·49–0·66; P < 0·001) and non‐WM‐related deaths (HR 0·72, 95% CI 0·66–0·79; P < 0·001). In conclusion, there have been significant improvements in OS, WM‐related and non‐WM‐related mortality in patients with WM diagnosed in the last decade.  相似文献

Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) and chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia (CMML) can progress to secondary acute myeloid leukaemia (sAML). We compared the outcome of 4214 sAML patients who received allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) from an unrelated (62%) or human leucocyte antigen (HLA)-identical sibling donor (38%) according the underlying disease: MDS (n = 3541), CMML (n = 251) or MPN (n = 422). After a median follow up of 46·5 months, the estimated 3-year progression-free (PFS) and overall survival (OS) for the entire group was 36% (34–37%) and 41% (40–43%), respectively. The cumulative incidence of relapse and non-relapse mortality (NRM) was 37% (35–39%) and 27% (26–29%), respectively. In a multivariable analysis for OS, besides age (P < 0·001), unrelated donor (P = 0·011), cytomegalovirus ± constellation (P = 0·007), Karnofsky index ≤ 80 (P < 0·001), remission status (P < 0·001), peripheral blood as stem cell source (P = 0·009), sAML from MPN (P = 0·003) remained a significant factor in comparison to sAML from MDS, while worse outcome of sAML from CMML did not reach statistical significance (P = 0·06). This large registry study demonstrates a major impact of the underlying disease on outcome of sAML after allo-HSCT.  相似文献

In this prospective study of patients with relapsed or relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma (MM) treated with lenalidomide and dexamethasone, relationships between markers of endothelial stress and drug administration and incidence of venous thromboembolism (VTE) were assessed. Of 33 enrolled patients, laboratory and treatment data were available for 32 patients. Of these, 23 received pulsed dexamethasone (40 mg/day on days 1–4, 9–12 and 17–21 of each 28‐day cycle) and 9 received weekly dexamethasone (40 mg/day on days 1, 8, 15 and 21 of each cycle). The overall incidence of VTE was 9%. A decreasing trend in markers values was observed with intercellular adhesion molecule (P = 0·05), fibrinogen (= 0·008), plasminogen activator inhibitor‐1 (< 0·001), homocysteine (P = 0·002) and P–selectin (< 0·001) during therapy. Compared with weekly dexamethasone, pulsed dexamethasone was associated with significantly greater variation in mean adjusted relative values of fibrinogen, P‐selectin and vascular endothelial growth factor (< 0·001 for all comparisons), although there was no apparent association with VTE incidence. Lenalidomide plus dexamethasone affects endothelial stress marker levels in patients with advanced MM. The higher variation seen with pulsed dexamethasone suggests greater endothelial stress with this approach.  相似文献

Cognitive involvement in beta-thalassaemia is strikingly controversial and poorly studied in adulthood. This multicentre prospective study investigated 74 adult neurologically-asymptomatic beta-thalassaemia patients (mean-age 34·5 ± 10·3 years; 53 transfusion-dependent [TDT], 21 non-transfusion dependent [NTDT]) and 45 healthy volunteers (mean-age 33·9 ± 10·7 years). Participants underwent testing with Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Fourth Edition (WAIS-IV), Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and multiparametric brain 3T-magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for parenchymal, vascular and iron content evaluation. Patients had lower Full-Scale Intelligence Quotient (FSIQ) than controls (75·5 ± 17·9 vs. 97·4 ± 18·1, P < 0·0001) even after correction for education level. Compared to TDT, NTDT showed a trend of higher FSIQ (P = 0·08) but a similar cognitive profile at WAIS-subtests. FSIQ correlated with total and indirect bilirubin (P < 0·0001 and P = 0·002, respectively); no correlation was found with splenectomy, intracranial MRI/magnetic resonance-angiography findings, brain tissue iron content or other disease-related clinical/laboratory/treatment data. FSIQ did not correlate with BPRS scores, although the latter were higher among patients (28·74 ± 3·1 vs. 27·29 ± 4·8, P = 0·01) mainly because of increased depression and anxiety levels. Occupation rate was higher among controls (84·4% vs. 64·9%, P = 0·004) and correlated with higher FSIQ (P = 0·001) and education level (P = 0·001). In conclusion, Italian adult beta-thalassaemia patients seem to present a characteristic cognitive profile impairment and an increased rate of psychological disorders with possible profound long-term socio-economic consequences.  相似文献

Autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) can improve outcomes for mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) patients, yet relapses are frequent. We hypothesized that high‐dose anti‐CD20 radioimmunotherapy (RIT)‐based conditioning could improve results in this setting. We thus assessed 162 consecutive patients with MCL at our centre undergoing ASCT following high‐dose RIT‐based (n = 61) or standard (n = 101) conditioning. RIT patients were less likely to be in first remission (48% vs. 72%; P = 0·002), be in complete remission (CR) (26% vs. 61%; P < 0·001) and have chemosensitive disease (84% vs. 96%; P = 0·006). RIT‐based conditioning was associated with a reduced risk of treatment failure [hazard ratio (HR) 0·40; P = 0·001] and mortality (HR 0·49; P = 0·01) after adjusting for these imbalances. This difference increased as disease status worsened (from CR to partial remission to stable/progressive disease), with respective HRs of 1·14, 0·53 and 0·04 for mortality, and 0·66, 0·36 and 0·14 for treatment failure. RIT‐based conditioning appears to improve outcome following ASCT for MCL patients unable to achieve CR after controlling for imbalances in important risk factors. These data support the further study of RIT and radiation‐based strategies in a risk‐adapted approach to ASCT for persistent MCL.  相似文献

We present a long-term follow-up of the UK chlorambucil, mitoxantrone and dexamethasone (CMD) versus fludarabine, mitoxantrone and dexamethasone (FMD) for untreated advanced, symptomatic follicular lymphoma (FL). This trial was the first to prospectively assess molecular response and the impact on outcomes for 400 patients. The median progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) for CMD were 3·6 and 14·6 years vs. 3·0 and 15·7 years for FMD, respectively. Estimates for Restricted Mean Survival Time (RMST) suggested no difference in PFS or OS. For the whole cohort there was a highly significant difference in survival by POD24, with a median OS from a risk-defining event of 3·9 years compared to 13·7 years for all others (RMST P < 0·001). Molecular remission was achieved in 25/46 patients (54·3%) in the CMD arm and 20/41 (48·8%) in the FMD arm (P = 0·6). Molecular negativity resulted in median PFS of 5·6 years vs. 2·3 years for molecularly positive (log-rank P < 0·001) and median OS not reached versus 12·5 years (log-rank P < 0·01). No cases of progression occurred in minimal residual disease (MRD) negative patients after six years of follow-up. Although there was no difference in outcomes between arms, this is the first prospective study to report MRD negativity resulting in significantly improved OS.  相似文献

Recent reports described the NUP98‐NSD1 fusion as an adverse prognostic marker for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and PRDM16 (also known as MEL1) as the representative overexpressed gene in patients harbouring NUP98‐NSD1 fusion. PRDM16 gene expression levels were measured via real‐time polymerase chain reaction in 369 paediatric patients with de novo AML, of whom 84 (23%) exhibited PRDM16 overexpression (PRDM16/ABL1 ratio ≥ 0·010). The frequencies of patients with high or low PRDM16 expression differed widely with respect to each genetic alteration, as follows: t(8;21), 4% vs. 96%, < 0·001; inv(16), 0% vs. 100%, < 0·001; KMT2A (also termed MLL)‐ partial tandem duplication, 100% vs. 0%, < 0·001; NUP98NSD1, 100% vs. 0%, < 0·001. The overall survival (OS) and event‐free survival (EFS) among PRDM16‐overexpressing patients were significantly worse than in patients with low PRDM16 expression (3‐year OS: 51% vs. 81%, P < 0·001, 3‐year EFS: 32% vs. 64%, P < 0·001) irrespective of other cytogenetic alterations except for NPM1. PRDM16 gene expression was particularly useful for stratifying FLT3‐internal tandem duplication‐positive AML patients (3‐year OS: high = 30% vs. low = 70%, P < 0·001). PRDM16 overexpression was highly recurrent in de novo paediatric AML patients with high/intermediate‐risk cytogenetic profiles and was independently associated with an adverse outcome.  相似文献
